Abstract

The Scientific Writing Competition of the Quran (KTIQ) at the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) level is usually participated by students of Islamic boarding schools. Mizanul Ulum Sanrobone Islamic Boarding School of Takalar Regency routinely assigns its students as delegates to participate in the KTIQ competition, both at the district and provincial levels, and the results of the rankings obtained have not been optimal. Therefore, an approach is needed in the form of KTIQ writing training for students of Mizanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School as a real solution to the problems of the students in facing each MTQ event. The results of the implementation of this community service activity are expected to be an alternative solution for students of Mizanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Sanrobone in facing each Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) event. This training has contributed to the students as training participants through three KTIQ writing standards, namely: 1) the field of material weight, 2) the field of language rules and style, and 3) the field of logic and message organization. In addition, in this training, participants have also been provided with knowledge of assessing each content in the standard.

Abstract

Pemantapan Profesi Keguruan (P2K) adalah salah satu matakuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) sebagai rekontekstualisasi matakuliah Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Berlokasi di UPT SMA 3 MAROS. Kelas tempat peneliti melakukan penelitian adalah kelas X.6. Situasi siswa di kelas ini sangat bervariasi dan beragam. Model desain yang dikembangkan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah model spiral dari satu siklus ke siklus berikutnya oleh Kemmis dan McTaggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X.6 UPT SMA 3 MAROS tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pelaksanaan tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sebelum melaksanakan tindakan kelas, terlebih dahulu dilakukan tes kemampuan awal untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca awal siswa. Berdasarkan data penelitian, kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah siswa belum terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari proses belajar yang mereka lakukan sehingga diperlukan sebuah model yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka dalam kelas. Media interaktif video pembelajaran akan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan mampu menciptakan generasi yang berintelektual dan berpendidikan.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how the concept of moral education is in the Qur'an Surah Al-Imran verse 159 and Surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is backgrounded by the emergence of the phenomenon of moral decline that occurs among young people. One of the causes of moral deterioration is the presence of criminal activity and fights. The Qur'an is very important for mankind, especially for Muslims. Therefore, we are obliged to understand its content and content. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of moral education in the Qur'an surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is a library research using an interpretation approach. The author seeks to understand the concept of moral education by using interpretation as a supporting analytical tool, such as the books of interpretation and also the interpretations of educational figures related to moral education. Therefore, there are two main sources that are used as the basis for this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources here are obtained from the Qur'an, while the secondary data sources obtained use references in the form of books, articles, magazines, and so on, as well as from educational figures, whose materials are related to moral education and several topics that support this research. The results of this study show that the values of moral education contained in surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-12 are that humans are encouraged to always be gentle towards their relatives, sincere when giving forgiveness to others, respect the opinions or suggestions of others, abstain from attitudes and deeds of making fun of others, and abstain from prejudiced attitudes and deeds towards others, Because muslims are actually brothers.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the language of instruction used in class VII Arabic textbooks published by the Ministry of Religion. The language used for instruction in class VII Arabic textbooks should be easily understood by students, so it is necessary to analyze it in order to evaluate it if there are any discrepancies in it. This research used qualitative methods with a library research approach. The result explained that there are 115 questions instructions in the Arabic textbooks for class VII MTs published by the Ministry of Religion in 2020 which is divided into 6 chapters. In chapter I there were 23 question instructions, chapter II 19 question instructions, chapter III 23 question instructions, chapter IV 16 question instructions, chapter V 18 question instructions, and chapter VI question instructions. Instruction language that complies with the 1st criteria is 99,1%, 2nd and 3rd criteria are 100%, 4th criteria is 57,4%, and 5th criteria is 18,3%. So that this book is feasible to be used as Arabic teaching material by evaluating several points to comply with the feasibility of teaching materials based on Rusydi Ahmad Thu’aimah’s standards, especially in the theory of instruction language.

Abstract

Pertanyaan apakah menghafal itu penting atau tidak akhir-akhir ini mendapat perhatian besar. Pakar pendidikan telah mengajukan berbagai argumen, baik yang mendukung maupun menentang, namun pendapat para pendidik Islam belum didengarkan. Dengan menelusuri perkembangan teknik hafalan di lembaga pendidikan Islam sejak masa Ottoman hingga saat ini di Indonesia, tulisan ini berupaya untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut. Isu krusial kedua yang diangkat dari analisis literatur ini adalah terdepresiasinya penghafal Al-Qur'an akibat meningkatnya jumlah rumah tangga tahfidz di Indonesia belakangan ini. Ringkasnya, artikel ini mengemukakan tiga poin penting: Pertama, kurikulum pendidikan Islam kini memasukkan hafalan sebagai strategi pembelajaran dan akan selalu demikian. Kedua, menghafal tidak secara inheren mendiskualifikasi proses pemahaman. Pertentangan antara kedua konsep ini hanyalah salah satu contoh bagaimana cara berpikir kita dikaburkan oleh perbedaan ontologi sistem pendidikan Islam dan Eropa. Ketiga, cita-cita luhur seorang Muslim untuk mewujudkan Al-Qur'an dalam dirinya telah menjadi ciri khas lembaga pendidikan Islam selama berabad-abad dan terancam punah. Ketiga kesimpulan ini berkaitan dengan peningkatan setidaknya dua metodologi pengajaran dalam pendidikan Indonesia: kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan sistem pendidikan yang asli dari lembaga pendidikan Islam dan keberlanjutan tingkat pendidikan Islam.The question of whether memorizing things is essential or not has recently gained substantial attention. Education specialists have offered a range of arguments, both for and against, but Islamic educators' opinions have not been heard. By tracking the development of memorization techniques in Islamic educational institutions from the Ottoman era to the present day in Indonesia, this essay seeks to address this gap. The second crucial issue brought up by this literature analysis is the depreciation of memorizing the Qur'an as a result of the recent increase in tahfidz households in Indonesia. In summary, this article makes three crucial points: First, the Islamic educational curriculum now incorporates memorization as a learning strategy and always will. Second, memorization does not inherently disqualify the understanding process. The conflict between these two concepts is just one example of how our way of thinking is clouded by the divergent ontologies of the Islamic and European educational systems. Third, the lofty goal of a Muslim embodying the Qur'an inside himself or herself has been the hallmark of Islamic educational institutions for centuries and is in risk of disappearing. These three conclusions are pertinent to the promotion of at least two instructional methodologies in Indonesian education: the need to maintain an educational system that is native to the womb of Islamic educational institutions and the sustainability of Islamic educational levels.

Abstract

Proses penyambungan pelat dengan cara pengelasan pada saat ini sangat banyak digunakan, hal ini dikarenakan proses pengelasan akan sangat lebih cepat dan efisien. Penyebab terjadinya kerusakan pada pengelasan adalah penggunaan jenis kampuh las yang tidak sesuai dengan pembebanan ketika proses pengelasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan dari kekuatan sambungan las dengan menggunakan kampuh V dan X dengan posisi pengelasan datar, vertikal dan horizontal. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental yaitu menyambung dua pelat logam yang berbeda dengan menggunakan mesin las SMAW. Jenis sambungan yang digunakan adalah sambungan kampuh V dan kampuh X dengan ukuran panjang 15 cm, lebar 2 cm dan tebal 10 mm sesuai standar ASTM E8. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian meliputi pengujian tarik, spesimen uji tarik, dan menghitung regangan dan tegangan. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan dengan arus las berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik pengelasan SMAW. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai kekuatan tarik yang variatif untuk kampuh v pada posisi pengelasan datar 40,297Mpa posisi vertical 40,824 Mpa dan posisi hotizontal 39,979 sedangkan untuk kampuh x nilainya pun bervariatif, pada posisi mendatar sebesar 41,666 Mpa untuk posisi vertical dan horizontal masing-masing 41,666 dan 41,788 Mpa. Kesimpulannya adalah Kekuatan tarik tertinggi dihasilkan oleh jenis kampuh X 2G dengan nilai rata-rata kekuatan tarik sebesar 417,14 MPa sedangkan kekuatan tarik terendah terdapat pada jenis kampuh V 2G dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 39, 787 MPa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi dari model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan bantuan media canva terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Mimika. Metode penilitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experiment. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data yang berupa angket, tes dan instrument yang diolah dari pretest dan posttest dan subjek penelitian berupa siswa SMP dengan jumlah 20 untuk kelas eksperiment dan 20 untuk kelas control sehingga total dari subjek tersebut ada 40. Hasil pengujian dari uji t pada nilai posttest berpikir kritis nilai mean pada kelompok control 72,13 dan nilai mean pada kelompok eksperiment memperoleh skor yang lebih tinggi dengan 76,56. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang postif dari penggunaan model Problem Based Learning dengan bantuan media canva terhadap berpikir kritsi pada SMP Negeri 2 Mimika.

Abstract

This study is entitled a review of fiqh siyasah on the role of civil service police during the time of imposing restrictions on community activities (studies on the civil service police unit of Palu City). The problems are 1). What is the review of fiqh siyasa on the role of civil service police during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed in the city of Palu? 2). What obstacles arise in carrying out the duties and roles of the Civil Service Police during the implementation of restrictions on community activities in the city of Palu? And aims to: 1). To understand the fiqh siyasa review of the role of the civil service police during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed in the city of Palu. 2). To understand the obstacles that arise in executing tasks and the role of civil service police when implementing restrictions on community activities in Palu. This study uses an interdisciplinary approach to examine a topic/issue, where communication, collaboration, and integration occur, starting from definitions, objectives, processes, and data collection to analysis and conclusions. The subjects in this study consisted of secretaries and heads of public protection. Meanwhile, the object of this study is a fiqh siyasah review of the role of civil service police during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed. A review of siyasa fiqh on the role of the Polisi pamong Praja during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed in the city of Palu is in accordance with the principles of siyasa fiqh. The efforts of thePolisi Pamong Praja helped raise awareness and provide understanding to the public so that the city of Palu is free from Covid-19.The conclusion from the results of the study is that cooperation between authorities such as Polisi Pamong Praja, TNI, Polri, transportation service and the community can help the city of Palu be free from the spike in the increase in exposure to Covid-19 when restrictions on community activities were imposed. Suggestions from this study are that the municipal police unit in Palu City needs to improve its human resources so that it can maximize the tasks carried out during the implementation of restrictions on community activities and take a closer approach to the people of Palu City so that they prioritize discipline and comply with health protocols to achieve this. Palu city that is healthy and free of covid-19.

Abstract

Facebook Fanspage is a feature on Facebook widely used by brands to build their community in cyberspace. Facebook currently has provided a Facebook Fanspage feature where users can upload any type of video, not even a few of the users who get rewards or fees from uploading videos on the Facebook Fanspage page. However, it does not mean that it is without problems, one of the problems that still occurs on Facebook Fanspage is that many cases of copyright infringement on the site, such as the practice of re-uploading for example. The study examines how the validity of income obtained from reuploading activities is viewed from the perspective of ibtikar right in sharia economic law. The research is a type of field research. The results of the research are that it is illegal to reupload videos carried out solely for personal gain without giving royalties to the producer/ related label. In other words, the act is the same as a merchant selling goods belonging to someone else without the permission of the owner. Copyright in Islam is known as the ibtikar right which is a copyright attached to the owner of the original video and part of intellectual property, both material and immaterial. Thus, it must be legally protected. Islam highly respects copyright as a personal property right so that the right of ibtikar is included in the Maqashid Sharia to maintain the existence of property ownership of every Muslim. Every property that results from the act of reuploading videos in Islam is unlawful, because it is included in violating the rights of others. Abstract

In various countries with a Muslim majority population, the use of the Hijri calendar in Islamic law has significant implications. This calendar affects legal practices such as the determination of the start of Ramadan, family law, prayer times, and religious celebrations. However, there are differing opinions and challenges in harmonizing Islamic legal provisions based on the Hijri calendar with national positive law. The purpose of this research is to identify the significance of using the Hijri calendar in the context of Islamic law and to understand how its use adapts to changes in time and globalization. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative approach and the analysis of legal documents and legal literature to identify the use of the Hijri calendar in Islamic law. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative approach to answer research questions about the contribution of the Hijri calendar to Islamic law and its adaptation to changes in time and globalization. The results of the research show that the use of the Hijri calendar in Islamic law has significant impacts, including the determination of the start of Ramadan, influence on inheritance law, determination of prayer times, and commercial transactions. Furthermore, the Hijri calendar reflects the religious and cultural values in Muslim society, although there are challenges regarding the recognition of Islamic law in different legal contexts. This research highlights the importance of a thorough understanding of the use of the Hijri calendar in Islamic law. Additionally, the adaptation of the Hijri calendar to changes in time and globalization involves changes in determining the start of Ramadan, its use in civil law, adjustment to time zones, its role in international agreements, and dealing with conflicts with the Gregorian calendar
