Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cara pemahaman dan cara berpikir siswa MAN dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang melibatkan persamaan lingkaran berdasarkan teori Harel. Riset ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenografi untuk mengungkap perbedaan WoU dan WoT siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah terkait persamaan lingkaran. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes persamaan lingkaran, serta wawancara klinis. Riset ini dilaksanakan di salah satu MAN di Jakarta Timur pada semester genap 2020/2021. Subjek riset berjumlah 28 siswa kelas XI MIPA 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cara berpikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah persamaan lingkaran dipengaruhi oleh cara memahami konsep yang telah siswa pelajari. Cara memahami konsep yang salah atau tidak utuh menghasilkan cara berpikir yang tidak logis atau salah. Begitu pun sebaliknya, pemahaman yang baik mengenai persamaan lingkaran akan menghasilkan penyelesaian dari cara berpikir yang sistematis, ekeftif, dan logis. Dengan demikian, teori Harel mengenai duality principle berlaku terhadap siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah terkait persamaan lingkaran.

This study aims to determine the skills that children should possess during early childhood and to interpret the problems that are obstacles, as well as efforts that can be taken as solutions. The method used in this research is a literature study. The survey conducted showed that children's classification and resultative counting skills are still relatively low. The results of the study found that children's skills in early childhood mathematics can predict how successful they will be in their mathematics learning achievement and in developing other skills. There are 4 skills that need to be developed, which is concept of comparison, classification, resultative counting dan general understanding of number. Teachers are expected to be able to prepare high-quality lesson plans to help develop children's abilities and can act as facilitators in learning for children. Keywords: Early childhood; Mathematics; Numerical; Skills Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan apa saja yang harus dimiliki anak pada masa early childhood dan menginterpretasi apa saja masalah yang menjadi hambatan, serta usaha yang dapat diambil sebagai solusinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Survei yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan classification dan resultative counting anak masih tergolong rendah. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa kemampuan anak dalam early childhood mathematics dapat memprediksi bagaimana anak tersebut dapat sukses dalam pencapaian pembelajaran matematika dan juga dalam mengembangkan kemampuan lainnya. Terdapat 4 kemampuan yang perlu dikembangkan, yaitu concept of comparison, classification, resultative counting dan general understanding of number. Guru diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan rencana pembelajaran yang berkualitas tinggi untuk membantu mengembangkan kemampuan anak dan dapat berperan sebagai fasilitator di dalam pembelajaran bagi anak.

Salah satu kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang berperan penting dalam pemecahan masalah adalah berpikir reflektif. Berpikir reflektif membantu siswa berpikir mengenai apa yang dilakukan dan mengapa melakukannya. Faktanya, kemampuan ini masih berada pada kategori rendah. Setiap siswa mempunyai gaya belajar berbeda yang berkaitan dengan cara seseorang dalam mengasimilasi dan mengolah informasi yang diterima, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya perbedaan dalam cara berpikir. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif kemampuan berpikir reflektif matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematis terbuka ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu tiga siswa kelas X pada salah satu SMA di Provinsi Banten yang terdiri dari satu siswa dengan gaya visual, satu siswa dengan gaya auditorial, dan satu siswa dengan gaya kinestetik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya siswa auditorial yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah setelah mengidentifikasi data relevan dan tidak relevan, ketiga siswa mampu menyelesaikan masalah setelah menginterpretasikan kasus berdasarkan konsep matematis yang terlibat, dan ketiga siswa belum mampu memeriksa kebenaran dari rangkaian pernyataan matematis.Kata kunci: Gaya Belajar; Kemampuan Berpikir Reflektif Matematis; Masalah Matematis Terbuka.One of the higher order thinking skills which has an essential role in the problem-solving process is reflective thinking. Reflective thinking helps students to think about what they are doing and why they are doing it. In fact, this ability is still in the low category. As a matter of fact, every student has their learning style associated with the way they assimilate and process information received, resulting in the difference in their way of thinking. This research aims to comprehensively describe students’ mathematical reflective thinking ability in solving open-ended mathematical problems viewed from their learning style. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subjects were three students in grade X at one of the senior high schools in Banten Province, consisting of one student with visual style, one with auditory style, and one with kinesthetic style. The results of this research show that only auditory student is able to solve problems after identifying relevant and irrelevant data, all three students are able to solve problems after interpreting cases based on the mathematical concepts, and all three students have not been able to check the correctness of a series of mathematical statements. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui learning obstacle yang dialami mahasiswa Teknik dalam menyelesaikan masalah integral sebagai antiderivative. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil observasi awal terhadap permasalahan yang dialami mahasiswa Teknik Sipil. Tidak sedikit mahasiswa Teknik Sipil yang menganggap materi integral merupakan materi yang sulit. Materi integral menjadi materi yang penting karena merupakan prasyarat dalam mata kuliah lain pada program studi Teknik Sipil Learning obstacle bagian dalam teori situasi didaktis yang hasil penelitiannya sangat penting untuk dijadikan dasar dalam membuat desain didaktis pada DDR untuk meminimalisir learning obstacle tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.. Sampel penelitian dua kelompok mahasiswa Teknik Sipil di Universitas Sangga Buana di Kota Bandung. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui instrument TKR pemahaman konsep integral yang dilaksanakan secara daring untuk kelompok pertama (5 orang mahasiswa) dan luring untuk kelompok kedua (9 orang mahasiswa), dilanjutkan dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Teknik mengalami Ontogenical learning obstacle psikologis dan konseptual serta epistemological learning obstacle. Mahasiswa cenderung lemah pada konsep dasar materi prasyarat termasuk perhitungan bilangan dan operasi aljabar, cenderung dan kesulitan dalam menginterpretasikan rumus integral sehingga sulit untuk memecahkan masalah dengan menggunakan integral.AbstractThis study aims to determine the learning obstacles experienced by Engineering students in solving integral problems as antiderivatives. This research is based on the results of initial observations of the problems experienced by Civil Engineering students. Not a few Civil Engineering students consider integral material to be difficult material. Integral material becomes important material because it is a prerequisite in other subjects in the Civil Engineering study program. Learning obstacle is part of the theory of didactic situations whose research results are very important to be used as a basis for making didactic designs in DDR to minimize these learning obstacles.. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research.. The research sample is two groups of Civil Engineering students at Sangga Buana University in Bandung City. Research data were obtained through the TKR instrument for understanding integral concepts which were carried out online for the first group (5 students) and offline for the second group (9 students), followed by interviews. The results showed that engineering students experienced psychological and conceptual ontogenical learning obstacles and epistemological learning obstacles. Students tend to be weak in the basic concepts of prerequisite material including number calculations and algebraic operations, tend to and have difficulty interpreting integral formulas making it difficult to solve problems using integrals.

The implementation of a learning management system (LMS) through the project-based learning (PBL) model is one of the alternatives that can be considered to improvstudent’ss learning outcomes and abilities. This study aims to examine the impact of LMS implementation through the PBL model on students' learning outcomes and abilities. The research method used was a case study with 30 IKIP Siliwangi and Widya Mandiri University students. Data were collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire instruments. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative descriptive technique. The results showed that LMS implementation through the PBL model can improve students' learning outcomes, indicated by the increase in the percentage of students who received an A grade. In addition, LMS implementation through the PBL model can also improve students' critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills. LMS implementation through the PBL model can also improve students' ability to manage their learning time, find and utilize information, adapt to changing learning environments, and manage emotions and stress.

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian terkait kemampuan Disposisi Matematis siswa SMK pada dua sekolah dengan level yang berbeda di Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pre test-post test yang melibatkan 228 siswa SMK Kelompok Teknologi & Rekayasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan peningkatan serta interaksi kemampuan disposisi matematis antara kelas konvensional, kelas PBL, dan kelas PBL-Team Teaching pada dua level sekolah berbeda ditinjau dari kemampuan awal siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman bilangan rasional mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan procedural dan konseptual. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 102 mahasiswa pendidikan guru sekolah dasar tahun kedua pada dua perguruan tinggi swasta di Aceh, Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakna tes tertulis yang berkaitan dengan bilangan rasional. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskripstif dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar baik pengetahuan procedural dan konseptual pada bilangan rasional masih sangat terbatas. Secara kategorisasi, pengetahuan procedural mahasiswa tergolong dalam level moderate (70,05%) sedangkan pengetahuan konseptual (50,36%) masih berada pada level rendah. Berbagai bentuk miskonsepsi dan kesulitan (epistemological obstacles) masih dialami oleh mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah terkait dengan kedua pengetahuan ini. Interpretasi bilangan rasional dalam representasi pecahan dan decimal perlu menjadi focus dalam ruang kuliah matematika pada program Pendidikan guru sekolah dasar. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendukung penguatan pengetahuan konseptual melebihi pengetahuan procedural ditekankan pada mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar.

In preparing a Lesson Plan, a mathematics teacher should pay attention to pedagogical principles, including general and mathematical pedagogy. Teacher knowledge related to these two pedagogies is called Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). This study aims to analyze the PCK of a mathematics teacher at a junior high school in Kebumen when preparing lesson plans and carrying out learning activities on Ratio Topics. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study design. The teacher’s PCK analyzed in this study was divided into two parts: general pedagogical knowledge and mathematical pedagogical knowledge. The results showed teachers' general pedagogical knowledge when learning was more complete than when compiling lesson plans. Likewise, in mathematical pedagogy, the teacher's mathematical pedagogy knowledge when carrying out education is better than when compiling lesson plans. This also indicates a mismatch between the lesson plans compiled by the teacher and the learning activities he carried out. Therefore, in compiling lesson plans, teachers are advised to pour all pedagogical content knowledge that they have so that the lesson plans are by the learning activities carried out by the teacher so that the entire learning process can be carried out more optimally.

Textbooks are one of the learning media that need to be evaluated objectively because textbooks are a form of curriculum implementation that teachers usually use in the classroom. Many developed countries pay more attention to this study such as Japan, America, Holland, so textbook studies have been widely recognized as a field of scientific research. According to the Theory of Didactical Situations, the content of the material being taught must allow students to think. to make an objective analysis of the book, Researchers used Praxeology in this study. Praxeology, initiated by Chevallard, helps researchers see the reasons behind human action in textbooks and math. Based on the praxiological analysis, the result is that the design of the textbook does not provide techniques that facilitate students to acquire theory independently. In addition, the situations and actions students should go through need to be properly accommodated. This guides researchers to create alternative designs to provide meaningful learning experiences on broad flat material referring to the Theory of Didactic Situations.

Slow learners or also known as slow learners have unique characteristics. One of them is that slow learners have low memory and concentration. Mathematics teachers’ understanding of slow learners in regular schools needs to be considered so that slow learners achieve the same goals as regular students in learning mathematics. In general, this study aims to describe and analyze how the process of learning mathematics in slow learners in regular schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The main data used in this study is primary data. The data in this study are the results of unstructured interviews with the required informants. Based on the results of the analysis obtained (1) the importance of teachers and parents in overcoming problems in slow learners, (2) the strategy or approach used by the teacher is one of the supporting factors for the success of slow learners in the mathematics learning process, (3) teachers in regular schools have several obstacles in the mathematics learning process such as not being too familiar with implementing inclusive education in regular schools, (4) regular schools recommending the parents of the students concerned to transfer slow learners to inclusive schools so that slow learners get more special attention in learning, especially mathematics learning
