Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, dan Seni (IPTEKS) tentu saja memunculkan berbagai inovasi di berbagai sektor salah satunya sektor pendidikan. Salah  satu  penerapan  teknologi  di  bidang  pendidikan  adalah penggunaan  Aplikasi pengelolaan nilai peserta didik untuk meningkatkan  efisiensi  dan  akurasi  dalam  pengelolaan data.  Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis mendalam mengenai implementasi aplikasi digital dalam pengelolaan data hasil belajar peserta didik di SD Negeri 2 Mentaos. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi proses digitalisasi administrasi penilaian melalui Implementasi Aplikasi Pengelolaan Nilai Peserta Didik di SD Negeri 2 Mentaos, dengan fokus efektivitas efesiensi dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan 1) Aplikasi Pengelolaan Nilai Peserta Didik (APNPD) yang telah di gunakan mempermudah guru dalam mengelola nilai hasil belajar peserta didik. 2) Dalam proses penginputan nilai peserta didik berjalan dengan baik. 90% guru SD Negeri 2 mentaos menyatakan aplikasi ini sudah bisa di gunakan dengan baik dan 10% menyatakan cukup, sebanyak 75% guru mahir menggunakan setelah 2x pelatihan dan 25% masih perlu pendampingan operator dan tim pengembang aplikasi. Penginputan nilai dilakukan secara memanfaatkan teknologi online based dengan dukungan basis data relasional untuk mendukung integrasi antar data-data penilaian peserta didik berhasil menyajikan rapor peserta didik yang rapi dan cepat jadi kepada orang tua wali murid tanpa adanya kesalahan teknis namun juga secara otomatis yang siap untuk dibagikan. Aplikasi ini telah meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi hingga 72%, menurunkan kesalahan input hingga 90%, dan mempercepat pelaporan hasil belajar rata-rata 2 hari lebih cepat dibandingkan sistem manual. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya memastikan pengelolaan data yang lebih akurat dan efisien, tetapi juga mendukung manajerial sekolah dalam melakukan penilaian yang lebih akurat. Digitalization of Assessment Administration: Implementation of the Student Grade Management Application at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos Abstract The development of Science, Technology, and Arts (IPTEKS) has certainly given rise to various innovations in various sectors, one of which is the education sector. One application of technology in the field of education is the use of student grade management applications to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. This study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the implementation of digital applications in managing student learning outcome data at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos. The aim is to evaluate the digitalization process of assessment administration through the Implementation of Student Grade Management Applications at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos, with a focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and ease of use of the application. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection is carried out through source triangulation, including observation, interviews, and documentation analysis.The results of the study show 1) The Student Grade Management Application (APNPD) that has been used makes it easier for teachers to manage student learning outcomes. 2) The process of inputting student grades is running well. , 90% of teachers at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos stated that this application can be used well and 10% stated that it is sufficient, as many as 75% of teachers are proficient in using it after 2x training and 25% still need assistance from operators and application development teams. Inputting grades is done by utilizing online-based technology with the support of a relational database to support integration between student assessment data, successfully presenting neat and fast student report cards to parents without any technical errors but also automatically ready to be shared. This application has increased administrative efficiency by up to 72%, reduced input errors by up to 90%, and accelerated reporting of learning outcomes by an average of 2 days faster than manual systems. This application not only ensures more accurate and efficient data management, but also supports school management in conducting more accurate assessments.

Abstract

UTILIZATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE LEARNING AND STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AT SMK NEGERI 1 SIMPANG EMPATThe integration of digital technology within the Merdeka Belajar policy has become an essential component in enhancing the effectiveness and interactivity of learning, particularly in vocational education. In the context of vocational high schools (SMK), the use of technology not only supports visual presentation of material but also strengthens student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology and its contribution to learning effectiveness and student activeness at SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Empat, Banjar Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach involving the principal, productive and normative subject teachers, as well as students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification of findings. The results show that digital technologies such as Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Google Classroom, and interactive digital media have been utilized in learning with varying levels of intensity across subjects. The use of IFP supports the visualization of practical procedures, while digital platforms facilitate task management, communication, and feedback. The use of technology has been proven to improve learning effectiveness by providing more flexible access to materials and clearer instructional delivery. Student activeness also increases through digital discussions, collaboration, and more responsive participation in learning activities. Challenges encountered include unstable internet connectivity, variation in digital literacy skills, and limited access to devices among students. The study concludes that digital technology contributes positively to learning effectiveness and student activeness. Further optimization requires strengthening teachers’ digital pedagogical competence, improving network infrastructure, and providing student support to enhance digital literacy.

Abstract

The disparity in educational quality between urban and rural schools in Indonesia remains a critical obstacle to national development. This study aims to analyze the role of teacher empowerment as a strategic solution to improve school quality amid these inequalities. Using a qualitative literature review, this Research synthesizes academic sources published since 2020 that discuss teacher empowerment and educational quality. The results indicate that empowerment strategies, including continuous professional development, technology-based workshops, and peer collaboration, significantly enhance pedagogical competence, teacher motivation, and student achievement. However, their implementation faces substantial challenges due to uneven teacher distribution and limited infrastructure in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged (3T) regions. The findings suggest that achieving educational equity requires a systemic shift in which teacher autonomy and capacity building are positioned as core policies rather than supplementary programs. Therefore, policymakers must prioritize investment in human capital in disadvantaged areas to effectively bridge the quality gap and support sustainable national education goals.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore classroom management strategies and to identify demographic factors influencing classroom management competencies among junior high school teachers in the context of modern learning. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 48 public and private junior high school teachers using a validated Classroom Management Scale covering multiple dimensions of classroom practice. The findings indicate that most teachers demonstrate high levels of classroom management skills. Feedback, the creation of a conducive learning environment, and effective instructional techniques emerged as the most dominant strategies, reflecting a proactive and student-centered approach. Comparative analysis revealed that teaching experience and age had a stronger influence on classroom management competence than formal academic qualifications or employment status. Notably, the study identified a non-linear pattern of classroom management ability, which peaked at 10–20 years of teaching experience before declining at later career stages, likely due to burnout. These findings highlight the importance of differentiated professional development programs that emphasize experiential learning, mentoring, digital literacy, and teacher well-being rather than reliance on formal qualifications alone.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media use on the mindset formation of Generation Z students at SMKN 2 Pelaihari from the perspective of the foundations of educational sociology. This study is motivated by the phenomenon of massive digitalization, which has positioned social media as a dominant agent of socialization, thus triggering a shift in students' values ??and critical thinking skills amidst an instant culture. Using a descriptive quantitative method, data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire from 90 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. The instrument test results showed very good validity with an average score of 3.72. Empirical findings revealed that the intensity of students' social media use is high, with the majority of respondents (42.6%) accessing digital platforms for more than 8 hours per day. Specifically, the critical thinking indicators for the aspects of social problem analysis and information evaluation reached the high category with average scores of 3.89 and 3.76, respectively. However, the aspect of social impact reflection remained in the medium category with an average score of 3.41. The main conclusion of the study confirms that social media significantly shapes new habitus for students, so strengthening sociology education is crucial to bridge the gap between digital information analysis skills and reflective social value awareness. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap pembentukan pola pikir siswa SMKN 2 Pelaihari sebagai Generasi Z ditinjau dari perspektif landasan sosiologi pendidikan. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena masifnya digitalisasi yang menempatkan media sosial sebagai agen sosialisasi dominan, sehingga memicu pergeseran nilai dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di tengah budaya instan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dari 90 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil uji instrumen menunjukkan validitas sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,72. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial siswa tergolong tinggi, di mana mayoritas responden (42,6%) mengakses platform digital lebih dari 8 jam per hari. Secara spesifik, indikator pola pikir kritis pada aspek analisis masalah sosial dan evaluasi informasi mencapai kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata masing-masing 3,89 dan 3,76, namun aspek refleksi dampak sosial masih berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata 3,41. Simpulan utama penelitian menegaskan bahwa media sosial secara signifikan membentuk habitus baru bagi siswa, sehingga penguatan pendidikan sosiologi sangat krusial untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara kemampuan analisis informasi digital dengan kesadaran nilai sosial yang reflektif.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of educational resource management, particularly human resources (HR) and financial resources, in supporting curriculum implementation at SMP Negeri 3 Kotabaru. The research focuses on how the principal applies data-driven, reflective, and collaborative management approaches to optimize teacher potential and ensure transparent and accountable financial management. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of resource management at SMP Negeri 3 Kotabaru is achieved through three main strategies: (1) reflection- and coaching-based HR management that encourages teachers’ self-evaluation and continuous professional development; (2) humanistic leadership emphasizing emotional regulation, empathy, and dialogic communication to foster a collaborative work culture; and (3) transparent and participatory financial management involving all school members in budgeting and evaluation processes. This study concludes that the effectiveness of HR and financial management is not solely determined by the principal’s technical managerial skills but also by reflective, ethical, and collaborative leadership. Such a management model fosters a sustainable culture of quality and strengthens the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to document best practices in the implementation of academic supervision by the principal to improve the quality of human resources (teachers) at SMKN 1 Sungai Tabuk. The research subjects consisted of 41 teachers. The research technique was carried out through pre-observation, observation (class visits by supervisors to observe the learning process) and post-observation, as well as collecting data from students about the learning process carried out by teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, research data was collected through three main stages: pre-observation, observation, and post-observation and through triangulation of sources and techniques, namely by comparing the results of observations, interviews, and documentation to ensure the validity of the research findings. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision activities are able to improve various aspects of teacher weaknesses that have been obstacles to improving the quality of learning. Aspects such as discipline in carrying out teaching hours, orderly academic documents, awareness of educational innovation, implementation of Teaching Factory (TEFA) and Project Based Learning (PJBL), utilization of media and the internet, and utilization of information technology experienced significant improvements. Although not yet completely perfect, the results of supervision show positive changes towards increasing teacher professionalism at SMKN 1 Sungai Tabuk.

Abstract

Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) adalah bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter dan juga kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa melalui pembelajaran yang berbasis proyek. Namun penerapan P5 di SDN Sungai Lulut 2 mengalami tantangan yang berkaitan dengan keterbatasan anggaran dan waktu. Tujuan dari peneltian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang menjadi tantangan pelaksanaan P5 serta strategi yang bisa diterapkan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif yang melibatkan wawancara dan observasi terhadap para guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekurangan anggaran berdampak pada ketersediaan sumber daya dan alat belajar, sedangkan kekurangan waktu menghalangi pelaksanaan proyek secara maksimal. Untuk itu, diperlukan pendekatan inovatif, seperti kerjasama dengan pihak luar dan penggunaan sumber daya lokal, demi meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan P5.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang peran pendidikan karakter berbasis sosiologis untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang humanis di sekolah dasar.  Pendidikan karakter merupakan fondasi yang sangat penting dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa.  Sekolah sebagai lingkungan kedua setelah keluarga dapat membentuk karakter siswa.  Meskipun pendidikan karakter telah menjadi fokus dalam kurikulum nasional, kenyataannya banyak Sekolah Dasar masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan sosial di lingkungan belajar. Fenomena seperti terlambat datang ke sekolah, ejekan dan konflik antar siswa seringkali dianggap sebagai perilaku biasa, padahal kondisi ini mencerminkan lemahnya budaya sekolah yang humanis.  Ketidakhadiran budaya sekolah yang humanis dapat memengaruhi rasa aman siswa, menurunkan motivasi belajar, dan menciptakan pola interaksi negatif di antara teman sebaya.  Sehingga penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis sosiologis yang terintegrasi dengan budaya sekolah sangat diperlukan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di UPTD SD Negeri 2 Pandan Sari Kecamatan Kintap.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan karakter berbasis sosiologis berpengaruh dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang humanis. Interaksi sosial, keteladanan guru, dan pembiasaan positif mendorong perilaku positif siswa, meskipun masih ada perilaku seperti ejekan dan tidak mengerjakan PR.  Budaya sekolah humanis terbukti meningkatkan empati dan kerja sama, sehingga penguatan pendekatan sosiologis diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih humanis.
