Abstract

This paper is motivated by the increasing number of nurse turnover at Bahteramas Hospital over the past 3 years. This incident is caused by factors that cannot be explained. In addition, there are inconsistencies in the findings of previous studies in the effect of effort-reward imbalance on turnover intention where one researcher and another researcher did not reach the same conclusion. This study will examine the model of the effect of effort-reward imbalance on turnover intention by presenting burnout and work stress as mediation. Therefore, this study aims to develop a model to analyze the effect of effort-reward imbalance on turnover intention mediated by burnout and work stress. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach and descriptive design utilizing the conservation of resources (COR) theory paradigm which is proven to be able to overshadow all research constructs. The respondents of the study were contract nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital in Kendari City, while data collection was carried out with digital instruments in the form of a google form that was distributed and managed to collect a sample of 125 respondents using the Slovin formula which was drawn by simple random sampling. The measurement scale is an ordinal scale. The analysis techniques in this study are descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis with the help of AMOS software. The results of the study proved that mediating variables in the form of burnout and work stress were the main triggers that caused turnover intention in contract nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital in Kendari City. The implications of this study can be used by hospital management to reduce burnout and work stress of contract nurses so that the presence of turnover intention can be avoided.

Abstract

Abstract

Repurchase is an important indicator that a bond has been established between the product brand and customer trust. Over time, repurchase behavior can lead to consumer loyalty. Positive experiences that consumers have after using a particular product or receiving quality service help to build emotional bonds and trust. These elements become crucial when consumers decide to make future purchases to fulfill their needs and desires. This research is qualitative in nature, involving interviews and analysis of the influence of each independent variable—namely content marketing, digital promotion, and brand trust—on repurchase intention. The study involved 30 respondents who are Shopee consumers in Indonesia. The results indicate that content marketing, digital promotion, and brand trust all have an influence on repurchase intention. The recommendation for company management is to provide training to enhance competence, innovation, and creativity, especially for the digital marketing team, so they are capable of designing high-quality digital content that can also be used effectively for digital promotional activities. Another suggestion is to tighten the system related to product and service quality, in order to build consumer trust in the brand.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on research to the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first as the main material for building research foundations, building hypotheses, and proving hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtain directly or are also commonly referred to as primary data obtained from Zuri Group hotel employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as two hundred and fifty employees. The data obtained by the researcher were distributed through an online questionnaire containing ten questions with five choices including the choice of strongly agree, the choice of agree, the choice of so-so, the choice of disagree, and the choice of strongly disagree. The data obtained by the researcher were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance and the Resonant Leadership Style variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table above show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the Human Resource Information System, the higher the Employee Performance. In the next row, the Resonant Leadership Style variable can also moderate the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing of 0.004. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

This study intends to develop a performance model for hospital medical staff by analyzing the influence of work meaning and servant leadership on job performance, as well as testing the mediation role of employee gratitude and work engagement, including measuring the impact of all variables if tested simultaneously. Some previous empirical studies have stated that servant leadership has a 67% effect on improving employee performance, but other studies show the opposite. The respondents of this study were 323 medical record officers from private hospitals in Makassar City. This study uses a factorial correlation design that was tested using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 22. The study results show that employee gratitude significantly strengthens the relationship between servant leadership and job performance. In addition, work engagement has proven to be a suitable catalyst for the relationship between meaningful work and job performance. Developing dimensions and indicators of servant leadership, meaningful work, employee gratitude, work engagement, and job performance from the perspective of employee interaction with the organization is valuable in strengthening social exchange theory in the health sector. This study also suggests that hospital management should always maintain employee gratitude and employee work engagement as an effective strategy for improving the performance of hospital medical record officers.

Abstract

This study reviews the SWOT analysis of these businesses, analyses business risks that MSMEs in the F&B industry face, and develops methods to mitigate those risks. Representing MSMEs in the growing food and beverage sector, Delightful Bites offers classic Indonesian pastries and drinks with unique flavours and creative touches. But they also face a lot of challenges and risks in running their firm, such as scarce resources, fierce rivalry, shifting costs for necessities, and shifting consumer tastes. This research uses a qualitative, case study methodology and is conducted through semi-structured interviews with the owners and managers of Delightful Bites, direct observation at the establishment, and analysis of business documents such as financial statements, business plans, promotional materials, and internal records. The results indicate that Delightful Bites has several strengths, including innovative products, a prime location, the use of substitute raw materials, and the use of local raw resources. These MSMEs are vulnerable to a number of risks, though, such as dependency on a single supplier, limited manufacturing capacity, and dependence on other factors. Furthermore, the study indicates that Delightful Bites has the ability to execute risk mitigation tactics, such as broadening its geographic reach by opening new branches or outlets in key locations, partnering with external parties for large-scale production, and allocating funds for more effective production facilities and equipment. It is hoped that this research will provide insightful information about practical approaches that MSMEs in the food and beverage sector can use to reduce risks and obstacles to business.
