Abstract

This article is about "Hadith Studies in Tuhfatul Athfal (Yafata) Modern Islamic Boarding School, Kalijati District, Subang Regency". The problem of Hadith Studies in the Islamic Boarding School environment is familiar in Indonesia because Hadith studies have been entered since the 17th century (Aceh). What distinguishes the theme of the study of the era lies in the scientific area. Hadith material used to include in the fields of fiqh and Sufism in contrast to today which has focused on hadith science (study of hadith books, ma'anil hadith and living hadith). One of the Islamic boarding schools that provides hadith studies is the Tuhfatul Athfal (Yafata) Islamic Boarding School. This Islamic boarding school is the only Islamic boarding school that conducts study activities for its alumni from three sub-districts in Subang regency (Kalijati, Cipeundeuy and Dauan). Based on these problems, the following formulation of the problem was determined "how is the study of Hadith in the modern Islamic Boarding School Tuhfatul Athfal (Yafata) and how effective the methods used for the students are". Meanwhile, to answer the questions that have been set, qualitative research methods are used, with the form of field research field research. The data collection technique is through observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. The results show that this pesantren provides a study of the hadith of the book Riyadh al-salihin. The process begins with tawasul then the teacher translates in terms of meaning and explains its meaning, in his explanation narsum adds Sundanese admonitions and interspersed with jokes, it is intended to make it easier for students to remember the explanation and the study ends with the reading of Alhamdulillah, in this study the method used is bandongan and one-way lectur

Abstract

Etnobotani merupakan interaksi antara masyarakat, lingkungan, dalam pemanfaatan tumbuhan, keanekaragaman tanaman yang dimanfaatkan mampu mengatasi kondisi ketahanan pangan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif eksploratif bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanaman pangan sebagai referensi ketahanan pangan masyarakat suku Using di Banyuwangi. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara terstruktur dan wawancara semiterstruktur dengan keterlibatan aktif peneliti dalam kegiatan masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan di lima kecamatan yaitu kecamatan Glagah, kecamatan Giri, kecamatan Singojuruh, kecamatan Kabat, dan kecamatan Rogojampi. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat 40 jenis tanaman pangan yang digunakan masyarakat suku Using. Dari 40 jenis tanaman pangan terdapat 10 jenis tanaman dengan prosentase tertinggi yaitu diperoleh presentase padi 11%, bawang merah 11%, bawang putih 11%, cabai 11%, kelapa 10%, kunyit 8%, ubi jalar 10%, ubi kayu 10%, asam 10%, dan pisang 8%. Tanaman pangan terdiri dari kategori bahan pangan utama, bahan pangan tambahan, rempah-rempah, dan polong-polongan. Tanaman pangan masyarakat suku Using dapat dijadikan daya dukung ketahanan pangan karena mudah ditemukan, dan memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi. Upaya konservasi yang dilakukan masyarakat yaitu dengan menanam tanaman pangan di lingkungan pekarangan rumah dan persawahan.

Abstract

Research with the aim of analysing the strategy of strengthening internal control of cash receipts and disbursements to avoid fraud at the Nevian electronic company in Jember Regency. Approach is used in this research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the strategy of strengthening the internal control system on cash receipts and disbursements is an organisation that separates duties and responsibilities, an authorisation system, sound practices, and qualified employees. The implementation of internal control elements in cash receipts and disbursements Nevian Elektronik Jember Regency implemented there are three elements, namely a good organisational structure that separates clear tasks in each section. Nevian Elektronik has set the division of authority in authorising company transactions properly. In recording cash receipts and cash expenditure transactions that occur, get prior authorisation from the authorised official, namely the owner of the business in order to provide protection to the company's assets. Healthy practices by applying accounting records to related documents are well implemented. Meanwhile, the element of qualified employees has not been applied specifically to employees who handle cash in terms of employee recruitment.

Abstract

The spiritual condition of today’s society, where they tend to feel tired in facing the crush of problems in globalization era. One effort to overcome the problem is to follow the activities of society, such as Shalawat Nariyah. By following the assembly of shalawat nariyah, people can develop their spirituality, so that they will be easier to deal with every problem. The results of this study indicates that by following the assembly shalawat nariyah, spirituality of Jatilengger villagers increased. This is seen from the development process based on ice block theory. Many parties who play a role in the development ranging from Kyai who play a direct role and motivate the jama'ah, then the existence of the chairman of jama'ah who always try to make his jama'ah always istiqomah, until the existence of donors who are very meritorious in arousing the jamaah. In fact all members of jamaah also have an interrelated role.

Abstract

Hospital efforts to increase early mobilization have so far only been through verbal education, but patients still need better Self-Efficacy and elements in carrying out early mobilization. However, early mobilization is very important to speed up post-operative recovery. Early mobilization requires maternal self-efficacy to carry out early mobilization. For this reason, it is necessary to increase self-efficacy by providing pre-operative education using video media so that post-operative patients can immediately mobilize early. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of preoperative educational videos on Self Efficacy and the implementation of early mobilization in mothers after caesarean section. This type of research is quasi-experimental research, and a pre-post-test control group design is used for Self Efficacy, followed by a post-test with a control group for early mobilization. The population is post-cesarean section mothers with an average number of 78 people per month. According to the Roscoe formula, the sample was 34 people, including the intervention and control groups, 17 people each. Data analysis used paired samples t test, independent t test, and Mann-Whitney test. This research shows that preoperative educational videos are effective in increasing Self Efficacy (p-value = 0.008 and average difference = 20.36). Preoperative educational videos are effective in implementing early mobilization in mothers after cesarean section (p-value = 0.008). Conclusion: Preoperative educational videos can increase Self Efficacy and implement early mobilization.

Abstract

Anemia is one of the top 3 burdens of malnutrition in Southeast Asia. Globally, iron deficiency anemia is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality among adolescent girls aged 10-19 years. during the last 3 years the consumption coverage rate was only 44%. TTD Knowledge is one of the factors that can influence a person's TTD consumption behavior, because knowledge is the dominant factor in shaping a person's actions. To determine the relationship between knowledge level and compliance of TTD consumption among adolescent girls at SMPN 4 Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency. This study used analytic descriptive quantitative research methods with a cross sectional research approach. With a total sample size of 76 people. Based on the results of the Spearman rank correlation test, the p value is 0.020, where this figure is <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance of adolescents girls of SMPN 4 Tanjung Redeb in taking blood supplement tablets, There is a relationship between knowledge and compliance in adolescent girls in the consumption of TTD in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Parental involvement can be seen in parental practices to help children’s academic and intellectual activities. There is a correlation between parental engagement and motivation enhancement, favorable views toward language acquisition, and improved self-confidence in children. Therefore, the present study investigates the impact of parental involvement on young learners' speaking performance and classroom instruction in English as a Foreign Language. Using a qualitative, grounded theory approach, the study involves English teachers of young learners and parents of children aged seven to ten years old who learn English as a foreign language. Findings reveal that students with parental supervision demonstrated increased engagement and superior English pronunciation skills. Parents primarily employ a parenting style supported by Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL), using verbal communication, drilling exercises, and digital materials. Interestingly, parents often rely on teachers' autonomy in selecting appropriate instruction due to psychological considerations, fearing inconvenience if they intervene in teaching strategies. In response, teachers incorporate novel strategies to meet parents' expectations and address their concerns. The study suggests that engaging parental involvement in young learners' language learning brings beneficial effects for optimum child language acquisition. These findings highlight the complex interplay between parental involvement, teaching strategies, and young learners' language development, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts between parents and teachers in fostering effective English language learning environments.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the analysis of Interfaith Marriage Arrangements in Islamic Family Law: Multiculturalism and Social Harmony Perspectives.Normative research is legal research that places law as a system of norms. The norm system itself is related to the principles, norms, rules of the legislation itself. The approach of examining statutory regulations aims to find out how consistent and appropriate the laws are with the legal problem or case being studied. Data collection techniques are a way of recording events or information, characteristics and all forms of information that describe the object of research. The results of research on interfaith marriages according to Islamic law as contained in the Word of Allah, Surah al-Baqarah verse 221, have confirmed that interfaith marriages are absolutely forbidden, apart from that, if you continue to carry out an interfaith marriage, many disputes will arise in the household because both partners have different opinions and beliefs. Interfaith marriage in Indonesia is a reality that continues to occur even though state law and religious law expressly prohibit it. In fact, if you look closely, Law no. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights in Indonesia does not explicitly regulate interfaith marriages. On the issue of more detailed marriage regulations, including the issue of interfaith marriages, Human Rights still returns it to the applicable laws and regulations, which in this case the Marriage Law in Indonesia is Law no. 1 in 1974.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Digital Industry: A Review of Legal Developments and Implementation Challenges.The literature study will also include a review of relevant legal literature, especially relating to intellectual property protection in the digital era. In addition, legal sources related to IPR in the digital era are also an important basis for this analysis, ensuring a deep understanding of the existing regulatory framework. By utilizing the latest literature and relevant legal sources, this research can provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges, trends and solutions in protecting IPR amidst the dynamics of digital technology. Research results Legal protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) in the digital era is a complex and vital issue that requires a holistic approach. Challenges include copyright infringement, data security, and global competition for patents and trademarks. Strong and effective regulations are needed to address these challenges without stifling innovation and economic growth. Awareness of the importance of intellectual property rights must be increased through extensive educational campaigns and programs by increasing their understanding of copyright, patents, trademarks and industrial designs, individuals will play a greater role in respecting and protecting intellectual property rights in the digital era.

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi akibat rendahnya kepatuhan dalam mengonsumsi tablet Fe, yang berisiko membahayakan kesehatan ibu dan janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe terhadap kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 55 ibu hamil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi pada ibu hamil Trimester III. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square pengumpulan data ini dilakukan pada bulan November – Desember 2024 Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Pvalue 0,023 < a (0,05) yang artinya Ha diterima yaitu ada pengaruh kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe terhadap kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Gunung Sari Ulu Kota Balikpapan Kesimpulan dan saran: Kepatuhan dalam mengonsumsi tablet Fe berperan penting dalam mencegah kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III.
