Abstract

Implementation is a concrete step in realizing various policies and regulations that have been well structured. The Family Hope Program is the government's effort to alleviate poverty by the Law on poverty alleviation. Social minister no. 1 of 2018 states that the PKH program was prepared with the aim of reducing poverty rates and breaking the chain of poverty, improving the quality of human resources, and changing the behavior of KPMs which are relatively less supportive of increasing welfare. Implementation of the family hope program in the Sidomulyo sub-district, Staba sub-district is the focus of research in this paper. This research aims to analyze how the Family Hope Program (PKH) is implemented in Sidomulyo subdistrict, Stabat subdistrict, and to analyze the factors that influence the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sidomulyo subdistrict, Stabat subdistrict, Langkat district. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach using interview techniques with key, main, and additional informants. Abstract

The implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 64 of 2013 concerning Organic Farming Systems is the focus of this study, with an emphasis on conditions in the Food Security, Food Crops, and Horticulture Office of North Sumatra Province. Through qualitative methods with primary data collection through interviews and secondary data from related sources, this study explores supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these policies. The findings show that the implementation of this policy in the Food Security Office of North Sumatra Province has gone quite well. Community involvement, coordination between agencies, and effective utilization of resources have been carried out. The bureaucratic structure of the agency has facilitated the dissemination of this policy, while the attitude of the implementers indicates full compliance with the instructions of the central government

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of the bureaucracy in distributing social assistance for the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Langkat Regency Social Service. PKH social assistance is a program that aims to reduce poverty and improve community welfare by providing regular cash assistance to poor families. However, the effectiveness of this program is very dependent on the performance of the bureaucracy in organizing the distribution of this aid. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive method to explain the performance of the bureaucracy in implementing the PKH program. The research results show that the bureaucratic performance in administering PKH social assistance in Langkat Regency has several weaknesses, including the slow process of distributing aid, a lack of coordination between related agencies, and irregularities in aid distribution. These factors hinder the effectiveness of the program and cause dissatisfaction among aid recipients. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Langkat Regency Social Service improve coordination between related agencies, improve the aid distribution system, and increase supervision of the implementation of the PKH program. Necessary to strengthen the capacity of field officers through training and education related to social assistance management. This is expected to improve bureaucratic performance in implementing the PKH program so that the program's goal of reducing poverty can be achieved more optimally

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah lansia menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi banyak negara di dunia terutama negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Pra-lansia dan lansia merupakan kelompok umur yang rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan sehingga memerlukan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai. Analisis need dan demand pelayanan kesehatan digunakan untuk mengukur permintaan layanan kesehatan lansia saat ini dan masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan permintaan terkait pelayanan kesehatan pada pra-lansia dan lansia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisa faktor Aksesibility dari permintaan pelayanan kesehatan dan bagaimana strategi pemerintah dalam megupayakan aksesibility pelayanan kesehatan pada lansia di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi pustaka. Pembahasan dilakukan dengan mengindentifikasi masalah dengan telaah literature, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Demand for Health (permintaan pelayanan) lansia di Indonesia tinggi, terdapat tantangan pada akses pelayanan kesehatan yang belum optimal. Dari hasil penelitian pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan lansia di Indonesia belum optima, permintaan akan pelayanan kesehatan lansia dan sistem jaminan kesehatan lansia perlu diperbaiki dalam mempersiapkan populasi lansia yang meningkat. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan strategi pendekatan akseksibility pelayanan kesehatan untuk lansia, namun masih terdapat tantangan yang membutuhkan kerjasama Pemerintah, pelayanan kesehatan, lintas sector, swasta dan keluarga agar pelayanan yang bermutu dalam mewujudkan aksesibilitas pelayanan kehatan yang terjangkau dan berkualitas untuk lansia.

Abstract

IntroductionBank Syariah Indonesia participates in disbursing kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) mikro with a maximum financing ceiling of Rp 100 million without requiring collateral. This is worth further investigation, especially from the perspective of financing risk mitigation.ObjectivesThis research aims to identify risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact on non-performing financings from kredit usaha rakyat mikro.MethodThe study is located at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ujung Berung 1 in the city of Bandung, using a qualitative descriptive method. Research data is processed using interview and documentation techniques.ResultsField findings indicate dynamic disbursement of KUR from January to April, totaling Rp 3.69 million. In April 2023, delinquent credits decreased by 0.5% from 6.6% in March 2023 to 6.1%. This is evidenced by the risk mitigation strategy used to address delinquent credits, which involves identifying customers who meet established criteria and conducting necessary checks, such as BI checking/SLIK, trade checking, and market checking. Additionally, the bank requires customers to obtain life insurance before applying for financing.ImplicationsThe research motivates Islamic bank management to reduce financial risk in financing to micro, small, and medium enterprises by improving their financial risk mitigation.Originality/NoveltyThis study can serve as a reference for banks to reduce the risk of non-performing financing by implementing credit risk mitigation strategies.

Abstract

One of the factors in the success of a hospital is the extent to which the finance department can effectively manage funds. Financial reports prepared by applicable regulations can evaluate the hospital’s financial performance and become a tool in strategic decision-making. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using action research, the method, and problem-solving cycle analysis, which consists of five steps: situation analysis and problem identification, prioritization of problems and goals, analysis of the causes of problems, determination of alternative problem-solving, and plans of action. Research data were taken from interviews, review of annual financial reports, and minimum financial service standard reports: cost recovery, speed of information about hospitalization bills, and timeliness of preparing financial reports. This study aims to identify and solve problems in the finance department of the Bogor Islamic Hospital so that it can improve the performance and competitiveness of the hospital in a timely and cost-effective manner. Through the analysis of the problem-solving cycle, it was found that the priority problem was the analysis of incomplete financial statements. Then found the causes and alternative solutions to problems from human factors, money, materials, machines, methods, markets, and the environment. A plan of action has been made to resolve the finance department's priority problem, including creating a guidebook of financial reports, counseling to increase motivation to learn, and training for finance department employees. These solutions are expected to be promptly implemented and beneficial for the growth and development of the Bogor Islamic Hospital, especially the hospital’s finance department.

Abstract

Kesenian khususnya tari dan karawitan dipraktekkan di kota Semarang. Pendataan siswa Sanggar Greget masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dicatat di atas kertas, sehingga ada banyak data yang hilang. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka perlu dibangun sistem informasi manajemen pada Sanggar tari Greget berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP, CSS, CI Framework, database MySQL dan Free Template AdminLTE. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) merupakan metode pengembangan sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data siswa di Greget Studio. Abstract

The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction is very large. Criticism and suggestions from customers are a must for researchers because they can measure customer satisfaction. The higher the positive response and rating, the ideally it is a sign that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Quantitative research methods are defined as part of a series of systematic investigations of phenomena by collecting data to then be measured using mathematical or computational statistical techniques. Meanwhile, quantitative relies on questionnaires as a technique for obtaining research data. The questionnaire will be distributed by the researcher to a group of people who are considered capable of representing the problem and can answer the research questions. 1. With the large number of patients undergoing examinations at the Ngaliyan Community Health Center, it is necessary to add more seating to the waiting room so that patients can be more comfortable. 2. Arrange the registration waiting room and medicine collection waiting room so that they can be separated. In the long term, additional space is needed. 3. It is necessary to improve the service process for patients so that the process is faster and more timely.

Abstract

Alat transportasi yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat selain kendaraam roda dua adalah mobil. Beberapa kriteria digunakan sebagai acuan seseorang dalam melakukuan pembelian mobil. Beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dalam memilih mobil antara lain harga, merk, jenis dan ukuran, kapasitas penumpang, konsumsi BBM, fitur dan teknologi, performa dan tenaga, ketersediaan suku cadang, harga purna jual, Emisi, service center. Penilaian dalam pembelian mobil menggunakan metode Fuzzy dan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode fuzzy dan SMART menghasilkan perhitungan untuk mobil 1 mendapatkan nilai 86.54, untuk mobil 2 mendapatkan nilai 75.24, untuk mobil 3 mendapatkan nilai 82.27, sedangkan untuk mobil 4 mendapatkan nilai 91.95. Dari hasil data diatas dapat di urutkan untuk peringkatnya sebagai berikut mobil 4, mobil 1, mobil 3, dan mobil 2. Hasil rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan metode fuzzy dan SMART juga dipengaruhi dari nilai bobot kepentingan antara kriteria satu dengan kriteria lainnya yang digunakan (inferensi).

Abstract

This study focuses on the design and implementation of interactive multimedia in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects by applying the Exploratory Tutorial method. Along with technological advances and the need for more interesting learning methods, interactive multimedia is considered to be able to improve the understanding of ICT concepts more efficiently. The Exploratory Tutorial method was chosen because of its ability to provide an in-depth learning experience through an exploration approach and structured tutorials. This study includes design stages that include needs analysis, content design, and development of interactive multimedia applications, followed by an implementation stage that includes testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the application in improving student understanding. The findings of this study indicate that interactive multimedia built using the Exploratory Tutorial method can improve student engagement and understanding of ICT subjects, as well as provide useful feedback for the development of teaching materials in the future.
