Small Medium Enterprise (SME) plays a strategic role in developing countries economy. Each of SMEs has unique strategy of order fulfillment management. This is influenced by factor dynamics influencing the system. The system characteristic becomes the inspiration to be studied furthermore continues especially using system dynamics modeling approach. System dynamics modeling approach used because this method used to know and learn the system behavior. This paper represents of order fulfillment management analysis with case study at CV. Kurnia Jaya – Yogyakarta. The developed model has 4 sub models: customer order sub model, order fulfillment sub model, raw material management sub model and labor sub model. Next step is calibrating the developed model with boundary adequacy test, extreme conditions test and behavior reproduction test. After passing all these steps, the developed model to be ran with policy design (different scenario of order such as: constant order, step order, impulse order and actual order). Finally 3 alternative recommendations proposed for increasing the production rate so the order backlog and delivery delay decrease.

ABSTRACT Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is the leading cause of death in the world caused by a single infectious agent in 2023 with an estimated 10.8 million people infected. In Indonesia, the prevalence of TB cases is 0.30%, with 821,200 cases in 2023. West Sumatra is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a TB prevalence of 0.29%. Padang City is the city with the highest number of TB cases in West Sumatra Province, with 3,093 cases in 2023. This study aims to map the level of TB vulnerability in Padang City to determine the priority of TB treatment. This study is an ecological study conducted using a quantitative descriptive method with the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The results of the study illustrate that there are 2 sub-districts with very high levels of vulnerability and 5 sub-districts with high levels of vulnerability which are the main priorities in handling TB disease in Padang City. The government is expected to invite the community to handle TB and improve existing programs. Di Indonesia, prevalensi kasus TB sebesar 0,30%, dengan 821.200 kasus di tahun 2023. Sumatera Barat merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia dengan prevalensi TB sebesar 0,29%. Kota Padang menjadi kota dengan jumlah kasus TB tertinggi di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan jumlah kasus sebesar 3.093 pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan tingkat kerawanan TB di Kota Padang dalam rangka penentuan prioritas penanganan TB. Penelitian ini merupakan studi ekologi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa terdapat 2 kecamatan dengan tingkat kerawanan sangat tinggi dan 5 kecamatan dengan tingkat kerawanan tinggi yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam penanganan penyakit TB di Kota Padang. Pemerintah diharapkan dapat mengajak masyarakat dalam penanganan TB serta membenahi program-program yang sudah ada. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a fundamental role in the regional economy as well as the national economy. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the performance variability of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research population is all MSMEs in Magelang City. The research sample was 7,924 MSMEs obtained through purposive sampling. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results and discussion show that the City of Magelang, from an economic perspective, has a fairly stable economic condition from 2015 to 2019. However, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 put the economy of Magelang City in a recession phase. Nevertheless, the competitiveness of Magelang City in 2020 has increased compared to 2019. The analysis of the variability of the performance of MSMEs shows that the South Magelang District has the lowest turnover of MSMEs. Central Magelang Subdistrict has the highest MSME turnover value. South Magelang Subdistrict has the highest average turnover of MSME compared to the average turnover of MSME in North Magelang and Central Magelang Districts.

This study is the result of a quantitative study that aims to answer how individual factors, organizational culture, and incentives simultaneously and partially affect the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Aceh Regency. Research data were collected through initial observations and filling out a list of statements by respondents who were designated as samples in this study. Further analyzed by quantitative analysis. In the F test the results state that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Individual Factors (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Incentives (X3) on the Performance (Y) of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Aceh Regency employees. The t-test shows that there is no significant impact of Individual Factors (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on Performance (Y). Meanwhile, there is a significant impact of Incentives (X3) on Performance (Y). So that the Incentive becomes the variable that has the most impact on performance. In line with the conclusions above, it is recommended to take a more performance-based approach through the application of fair rewards and sanctions (punishment) to the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Aceh Regency.

The objectives of this research are as follows: Knowing and analyzing the implementation of ASN Policy Functions as Implementing Public Policy in Improving Employee Performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of North Sumatra Province. Knowing and explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors in the Implementation of ASN Policies Functioning as Implementers of Public Policies in Improving Employee Performance at the Regional Personnel Agency Office of North Sumatra Province. This research is a qualitative design. Research approach based on phenomenology and constructivism paradigm in developing science Thus, qualitative research based on phenomenology and constructivism paradigm becomes the basis for researchers to interpret research findings so that they become a description of the research that occurs. The policy implementation model developed by Edward III is called Direct and Indirect Impact on Implementation. According to Edward III, there are four variables or factors that influence public policy, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The four factors must run simultaneously because the four factors are interrelated.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Impementasi Surat Direktur Jenderal Imigrasi Nomor IMI.3-UM.01.01-1192 Tahun 2020 Tentang Aplikasi Izin Tinggal Online (IT Online) di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Teori Edwards III dijadikan sebagai pedoman analisis dan teori Miles, Huberman dan Saldana sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi IT Online di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Medan telah dilaksanakan namun masih belum optimal berdasarkan indikator-indikator teori Edwards III sebagai berikut: a) komunikasi perintah kebijakan telah ditransmisikan dengan jelas kepada pelaksana namun intensitasnya kurang konsisten dan sosialisasi ke masyarakat juga belum intensif; b) sejumlah sumber daya untuk implementasi IT online tersedia namun masih kurang maksimal; c) disposisi pelaksana mendukung implementasi IT Online; dan d) struktur birokrasi, IT Online belum memiliki SOP tersendiri dan fragmentasi tergolong minim. Faktor-faktor pendukung implementasi IT Online adalah SDM yang memadai serta fasilitas yang menunjang pelayanan izin tinggal sedangkan faktor penghambatnya ialah kondisi aplikasi belum handal, anggaran kurang maksimal untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut IT Online, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat belum intens, dan dukungan masyarakat masih rendah.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Tax Sanctions, Fiscal Services, Knowledge, and Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance in the South Medan Samsat. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was all Medan City Communities (taxpayers) and taxpayers who owned vehicles registered at the South Medan SAMSAT totaling 105 people. And the data analysis technique uses the SPSS (Statiskal Package for the Social Sciences) technique which is an application program that has the ability for quite high statistical analysis and a data management system in a graphical environment. The results in this study indicate that Tax Sanctions, Fiskus Services and Awareness have a positive and significant influence on Taxpayer Compliance at the South Medan SAMSAT. While on the other hand it is proven that knowledge has a positive but not significant effect on taxpayer compliance at the South Medan Samsat.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the implementation of SE OJK number 6 of 2017 concerning the Determination of General Insurance Premium Rates, which has been implemented and carried out by PT. Jasindo Syariah Medan. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Through observation research instruments, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the research are expected to show that the implementation of SE OJK number 6 of 2017 concerning the Determination of General Insurance Premium Rates at PT. Insurance Services Indonesia Syariah Medan. The researcher concludes that the implementation in terms of communication has been going well for several parties, especially the OJK and the public as insurance consumers. However, in terms of human resources (HR), the implementation is considered still not optimal, because there are still insurance agents who do not understand the contents of SE OJK number 6 of 2017. In terms of disposition, PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Syariah Medan is very supportive. good with OJK rules, while in terms of bureaucratic structure it has been running well according to OJK standards.

In Search and Rescue (SAR) operations, a designated search area is explored with aircraft and helicopters. After target identification, the flying vehicle continues landing and rescue procedures. This research uses a quadcopter to replicate a SAR flight simulation. Autonomous quadcopter operation includes takeoff and navigation between waypoints determined by Mission Planner software. On the way to the second waypoint, a camera-based image processing system scans the ground surface. If the marker is detected by the image processing system, the Raspberry Pi program will instruct control commands to the Pixhawk flight controller to ensure the quadcopter lands directly on the recognized marker. In the case when the quadcopter reaches the second waypoint but the system fails to identify the marker, the Mission Planner commands the quadcopter to autonomously return to the starting point and land automatically at the take-off location. An interesting aspect of this research concerns the application of a low-cost image processing system to ensure the quadcopter flies at a constant flight altitude above the ground surface, so that the quadcopter can perform simulated SAR flight missions and accurately identify landmarks. Research parameters include marker diameter, flight altitude, and quadcopter speed. The results show successful marker detection at a flying altitude of up to 3 meters above the ground and reaching a top speed of 3 m/s at a flying altitude of 2 meters.

Based on Survey result from International Federation of Robotics (IFR) published a study of robots in the world. In this analysis, the institution summarized the results of the Growth of Industrial Robots around the world in the period 2003 - 2004, on average each year it increased by around 6% to 1,000,000 robots used to assist industrial processes. Gripper Arm Robot uses a robotic manipulator as an end effector. Previously there were people who made but different types. Arm Robot Gripper 5 DOF (Degree Of Freedom) has a main part, namely frame construction using Aluminum 1060, the drive system with MG 995 Servo with 10 Kgcm of torque needed to grip objects with a mass variation of 1000 grams, 600 grams and 300 grams on Gripper Arm Robot 5 DOF gets torque of 6.96 kgcm, 3.5 kgcm and 2 kgcm. Arm DO 5 Robot Gripper has style analysis, from force analysis can be found the stress on the rod is 0.546 ???????????? in the normal force of 8.19 N. From all the construction and driving systems there is a Robot Arm DOF 5 Grip can be concluded safe to use until the maximum load amounting to 1000 grams.
