Abstract

The community of Gelebak Dalam Village, Rambutan Sub-district, Banyuasin Regency is a village rich in plants and livestock, including rice, vegetables and fruits as well as chickens, cows, goats, ducks. All of them are sources of agricultural waste that can be used as organic fertilizer. The processed organic fertilizers can be used for rice, vegetables and fruit crops, reduce organic agricultural agricultural waste which can improve land to become more fertile and quality in the resulting production (improve the quality in terms of taste) and can very clearly reduce the use of chemical fertilizers. This counseling was carried out from July 2022 to August 2022 for the people of Gelebak Dalam Village The methods used included counseling, demonstration of making organic fertilizers and mentoring until organic fertilizers were successfully made. The aim of this counseling is that it is hoped that the community can utilize agricultural waste to be processed into organic fertilizer. The hope that the Village community will process agricultural waste into organic fertilizer is very large with successive questions arising and will enthusiastically try to apply it to their own rice fields and gardens. The results achieved are that farmers have succeeded in making organic fertilizer from agricultural waste in the village of Gelebak Dalam.

Abstract

The direct impact of the economic downturn due to Covid-19 is mainly perceived by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to examine how MSMEs can understand customer needs regarding the provision of social media quality that can improve brand image and brand awareness. The survey was conducted on 145 respondents who had online shopping experience using social media by utilizing the structural equation modeling approach.  Results show that social media quality can increase brand awareness, brand image, and social media marketing activities. Therefore, marketers who use social media can focus on its constituent indicators including content quality, design quality, information quality, interaction quality, contact availability, and contact relevance. Customers will have a high level of brand awareness and a good brand image if marketers can provide social media quality to meet customer demands. While previous studies found that there is a positive relationship between social media marketing activities on brand image and brand awareness, this study shows the opposite result because customers are not affected by the activities carried out by social media. This is considered a usual activity that other marketers also carry out. The implication of this study is that good social media quality is needed to increase brand awareness, brand image, and social media marketing activities.

Abstract

Using e-commerce platforms to improve product marketing is the right choice for every business in the digital era. According to recent research, online shopping is increasingly popular among customers who prefer to shop without physically visiting a store. This study aims to investigate the quality of electronic services provided by online e-commerce stores to encourage customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study measures the quality of electronic services in terms of website design, customer service, security/privacy, and fulfillment using the most recent WebQual model. The Partial Least Square method (SmartPLS-v3) was utilized to analyze the sample data collected using 159 respondents who met the specified criteria as the research sample. The research demonstrates that all hypotheses are found to have significant positive results. Positive correlations have been found between the four dimensions of the model and the quality of electronic services, as well as their impact on customer satisfaction and intentions to stay loyal. This study is beneficial for determining the electronic service model customers in online e-commerce stores want to gain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak: Korelasi Antara Status Gizi Dan Anemia Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pada Anak Kelas 6 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nashrul Fajar. Anak usia sekolah di Indonesia memiliki masalah gizi dengan prevalensi yang masih tinggi. Anemia pada anak akan berdampak pada menurunnya kemampuan dan konsentrasi belajar sehingga dapat menurunkan kebugaran dan prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis korelasi antara status gizi dan anemia terhadap prestasi belajar pada anak kelas 6 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nashrul Fajar. Untuk mengetahui korelasi antara status gizi dan anemia terhadap prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan obseravasi analitik cross sectional, responden sebanyak 60, di olah dengan uji Korelasi Pearson. Dari hasil analisis korelasi pearson product moment variabel status gizi diperoleh korelasi (rxy) = -0,132 p=0,316 berarti tidak terdapat korelasi signifikan antara variabel status gizi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Dan variabel anemia (rxy) = 0,440 p=0,001 yang berarti terdapat korelasi positif antara variabel anemia terhadap prestasi belajar pada anak kelas 6  di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nashrur Fajar. Dan berdasarkan analisis mutlivariat diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,234 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara status gizi dan anemia terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terkait Korelasi Antara Status Gizi dan Anemia terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas 6 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nashrul Fajar, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi antara status gizi dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Dan terdapat korelasi antara anemia dengan prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan uji multivariat tidak terdapat pengaruh antara status gizi dan anemia terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This research aims; (1) to describe the difference in increasing students' mathematical procedural abilities between those using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model and the direct learning model on integer material; (2) to describe the influence of the CPS on students' mathematical procedural abilities on integer material; (3) to describe students' high motivation to learn through the CPS on integer material. This type of research is a Quasi-Experimental Design with research design The Non-equivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. Samples were taken by the saturated sampling technique. The sample consists of two classes, namely class VIIA as the control class and class VIIB as the experimental class. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that; (1) there is a difference in improvement between the experimental class and the control class. The T-Two Independent Samples test evidences this, it is found that there are differences in the mathematical improvement of the experimental class students and the control class students; (2) the influence of the CPS model on students' mathematical procedural abilities. The value of Effect Size is 6.0 which is in the significant criteria; (3) students' learning motivation taught by the CPS is high.

Abstract

Technological developments that have occurred to date have led to the birth of payment system innovation in economic transactions. The payment system is no longer done in cash but non-cash. Types of non-cash payments in Indonesia such as phone banking, e-wallet and e-money, internet banking, and payment by credit card and debit card or / ATM card. One method of using a debit card is an EDC machine. Many banks have made EDC machine innovations, one of which is a merchant-specific EDC machine by BRI. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the variables of ease of use, transaction speed, and transaction security on the decision to use the EDC machine of BRI merchants in Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of respondents' answers collected with the help of questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 140 respondents. The sample collection method uses purposive sampling, which is a technique used to determine samples with criteria determined by the researcher. The analytical methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, partial test (T-test), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination (R20. Then the analysis stage uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show that ease of use and security have a significant effect on usage decisions but transaction speed does not have a significant effect on usage decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy terhadap kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema pythagoras. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Singkawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa, serta rasa ingin tahu siswa, maka diberikan sebuah tes kemampuan multi representasi matematis yaitu pada materi teorema pythagoras. selain tes diberikan juga angket rasa ingin tahu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Perhitungan N-Gain, uji normalitas dengan Uji Liliefors, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan menggunakan Mann-Whitney U-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1)Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa antara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy dan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan nilai indeks gain skor keseluruhan kelas eksperimen 0,33 berada pada kriteria sedang dan nilai indeks gain skor keseluruhan kelas kontrol 0,25 berada pada kriteria rendah. 2)Model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan nilai Effect Size yang memiliki kriteria tinggi sebesar 1,15. 3)Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy terhadap rasa ingin tahu siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan hasil data Uji Mann Whitney U-Test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe students' mathematical spatial abilities in geometry material viewed from their learning interests. This research method is a qualitative study. The subjects of the study were students of class IX-B MTS Al-Fatah Singkawang. Data collection techniques in this study were based on learning interest questionnaires, mathematical spatial ability tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) students' mathematical spatial abilities in geometry material viewed from high learning interests had an average of 56.25 which was in the sufficient category. 2) students' mathematical spatial abilities in geometry material averaged 67.5 which was in the sufficient category. 3) students' mathematical spatial abilities viewed from low student learning interests had an average of 37.5 which was in the sufficient category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the differences in the mathematical critical thinking abilities of students who use the 3CM learning model and students who use the direct learning model with a scientific approach, the influence of the 3CM learning model on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities and student learning activities. The type and research design used is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental design in the form of a Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection instruments were posttest mathematical critical thinking skills and observation sheets of student learning activities. Data analysis techniques in this research are normality test, homogeneity test, independent two-sample t-test, and percentage of student learning activities. The results of the research show that the mathematical critical thinking abilities of students who use the 3CM learning model are higher than students who use the direct learning model with a scientific approach, the 3CM learning model has a big influence on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities, and student activities are classified as very active after implementing the 3CM learning model.

Abstract

This article discusses the benefits of product labeling for MSME in the processed food sector. Labeling, as a key element in marketing, plays a crucial role in shaping brand image, increasing consumer confidence, and enhancing product competitiveness in the market. Product labeling can be an important instrument in creating added value to processed food MSME products, improving market access, and promoting sustainability. The PKM team together with BBPOM Bandar Lampung as an operational technical implementer in the field of drug and food control, which in this PKM acts as a partner, conducted education and assistance to 22 MSME players. This PKM aims to increase awareness of the importance of labeling MSME products so that later it can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs at the international level. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test questionnaire evaluations given, there was a 30% increase.
