Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Q.S. Luqman ayat 12–19 serta mengkaji relevansinya terhadap pembentukan karakter generasi milenial di era digital. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya tantangan moral yang dihadapi generasi muda akibat perkembangan teknologi, globalisasi, serta perubahan pola interaksi sosial yang berdampak pada melemahnya nilai-nilai akhlak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data terdiri atas data primer berupa Al-Qur’an, khususnya Q.S. Luqman ayat 12–19, serta kitab-kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku ilmiah dan artikel jurnal yang membahas pendidikan karakter, peran keluarga, generasi milenial, serta fenomena sosial di era digital. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, penelusuran literatur secara sistematis, pencatatan, dan pengelompokan sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) dan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasikan, dan menafsirkan nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam ayat-ayat Luqman serta mengaitkannya dengan realitas sosial kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Q.S. Luqman ayat 12–19 memuat nilai-nilai utama berupa tauhid sebagai fondasi spiritual, syukur sebagai sikap apresiatif, bakti kepada orang tua sebagai basis etika keluarga, disiplin ibadah, tanggung jawab sosial melalui amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, kesabaran, kesederhanaan, serta etika komunikasi dan perilaku sosial. Nilai-nilai tersebut relevan sebagai landasan pembentukan karakter generasi milenial untuk menghadapi tantangan hedonisme, degradasi moral, individualisme, serta dominasi teknologi di era modern, sehingga dapat membentuk pribadi yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Legal protection provided by the Republic of Indonesia to Rohingya refugees aims to ensure a decent standard of living despite Indonesia not being a party to the 1951 Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocol. The study applies a normative juridical method by examining national legislation, Philipus M. Hadjon’s theory of legal protection, and international refugee law principles, particularly Non-Refoulement and Non-Discrimination. Findings indicate that legal protection remains confined to Presidential Regulation No. 125 of 2016, which regulates the discovery, sheltering, security measures, and immigration supervision of refugees. However, the absence of specific regulations establishing minimum standards for temporary accommodation results in suboptimal preventive and repressive protection by the government. The study concludes that clear and comprehensive regulations on temporary accommodation standards are required as part of the state’s responsibility to ensure adequate legal protection for Rohingya refugees within its jurisdiction.

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from its existence and the influence of human resources in it. Human resources can be interpreted as the integrated ability of the mind and physical power possessed by an individual. In a company, employees are one of the most important elements, because without the role of employees the company will not run, even though various factors needed are available. This study aims to determine the workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Jayasegar Berkat Mandiri Sunter. The sample in this study were employees who work at PT Jayasegar Berkat Mandiri Sunter. The method used in this study is the associative quantitative method by conducting multiple linear regression analysis tests. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression using the Spss. Workload partially does not affect employee performance, Work Environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Workload and Work Environment simultaneously affect employee performance. Workload and Work Environment can explain Employee Performance by 95%.

Abstract

In today’s highly competitive business environment, employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Festival Suara Indonesia Jakarta Selatan. The research applied a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 34 employees through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that both workload (X1) and work environment (X2) partially have a significant impact on employee performance (Y), as indicated by the t-value of workload 2.999 > t-table 2.040 with a significance of 0.005 < 0.05, and the t-value of work environment 2.356 > t-table 2.040 with a significance of 0.025 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, proven by the F-value of 27.030 > F-table 3.30 and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.636 indicates that 63.6% of the variation in employee performance is explained by workload and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management using the PAIKEM strategy (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Enjoyable Learning) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and its impact on students’ learning interest and achievement at SMP Negeri 10 Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that classroom management based on the PAIKEM strategy was implemented systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This strategy successfully created an active, interactive, and meaningful learning environment and positioned students as active participants in the learning process. The implementation of PAIKEM had a positive impact on increasing students’ learning interest, classroom participation, and learning achievement in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Therefore, classroom management using the PAIKEM strategy is proven to be effective in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning and supporting students’ character development. Abstract

This study examines the effects of professional competence, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in the Riau Islands Province. The scope of this research focuses on analysing both the partial and simultaneous influence of these three variables in order to provide a comprehensive understanding of key determinants of teacher performance in Islamic secondary schools within an archipelagic context. The main objective of the study is to identify the extent to which professional competence, work discipline, and work motivation contribute to improving teacher performance. This study employed a quantitative research design with a correlational and explanatory approach. The population consisted of all teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in the Riau Islands Province, and the sample was selected using proportional sampling techniques. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that professional competence, work discipline, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis shows that these three variables jointly explain a substantial proportion of the variance in teacher performance. The study concludes that integrated strategies to enhance competence, strengthen discipline, and increase motivation are essential for improving teacher performance and educational quality.

Abstract

This study analyzes PT Telkomsel's CSR program in developing the digital competency of the younger generation at Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta from a corporate communication perspective. Using a qualitative case study involving 10 informants (4 companies, 6 participants), data was collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis using the Braun & Clarke thematic method. The findings indicate that Telkomsel's CSR program functions as a symmetrical two-way communication that not only transfers technical skills in digital literacy and entrepreneurship but also facilitates the empowerment process by increasing participants' self-confidence, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset. The communication dynamics between facilitators and participants demonstrate a dialogic, participatory approach, where participants are empowered through active participation and the construction of shared meaning. From the company's perspective, this program contributes to the construction of a corporate identity as an institution concerned with sustainable social development, not merely philanthropy or image building. The study concludes that CSR has the potential to be a transformative corporate communication instrument if designed with the principle of sustainable empowerment. Abstract

This study aims to develop audio-visual media in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for fifth grade elementary school students that are valid, practical and have a potential effect on improving students' conceptual understanding. The background of this study is based on the difficulties often experienced by teachers and students in conveying and understanding abstract and complex IPAS concepts, such as the material "Getting to Know the Earth". The available learning media tend to be monotonous and do not facilitate the cognitive needs of students who are at the concrete operational stage. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The validity of the media was tested by material experts, media experts, and IPAS teachers, while practicality was assessed through limited and extensive trials in elementary schools. The effectiveness of the media was tested through a pretest-posttest test. The results of the study showed that the audio-visual media developed was in the very valid category (mean validation score> 85%), practical for use by teachers and students (mean practicality score> 80%), and had a potential effect on improving understanding of IPAS concepts, as evidenced by a significant increase in posttest scores. Thus, this audio-visual media is worthy of being used as an alternative for learning science in elementary schools to help students understand concepts in a more concrete, interesting, and meaningful way.

Abstract

This research and development aimed to produce a make a match-based flash card learning media that is valid, practical, and effective for use in fourth-grade IPAS learning. The study was prompted by a needs analysis which revealed that most fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 27 Palembang were not accustomed to using interactive learning media such as flash cards and experienced difficulties in understanding IPAS material, particularly the topic of states of matter and their changes. Furthermore, student participation in learning activities was generally low. The development process followed the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through expert validation, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Validation by three experts resulted in an average score of 92.5%, indicating high validity. Practicality testing through one-to-one and small group assessments yielded scores of 97.3% and 96.8%, respectively, categorized as highly practical. Effectiveness testing showed an N-Gain score of 0.77, indicating a high level of effectiveness. Therefore, the make a match-based flash card media is considered suitable for enhancing students’ conceptual understanding and engagement in IPAS learning for fourth-grade students.

Abstract

TikTok telah menjadi ruang strategis dalam pembentukan dan negosiasi makna sosial terkait peran gender dan relasi domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana publik melakukan penafsiran ulang terhadap representasi figur “suami ideal” dalam kasus kontroversi viral yang melibatkan Na Daehoon di TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis isi kualitatif. Data penelitian meliputi dua video dari akun @NaDaehoon, satu video reaksi netizen, serta komentar publik yang dipilih secara purposif pada periode Juli–November 2025. Analisis didasarkan pada teori representasi Stuart Hall dan konsep caring masculinity untuk menelaah proses produksi dan negosiasi makna di ruang digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa legitimasi figur “suami ideal” dibangun melalui tiga mekanisme utama: keterlibatan visual dalam pengasuhan domestik, pembingkaian naratif tentang kehadiran emosional dan konsistensi peran ayah, serta praktik negotiated reading audiens berbasis pengalaman domestik personal. Di tengah kontroversi, publik berperan aktif dalam melakukan representasi kolektif yang mempertahankan citra maskulinitas afektif dengan memprioritaskan tanggung jawab pengasuhan dibandingkan isu moral personal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa audiens tidak bersifat pasif, melainkan berfungsi sebagai agen kunci dalam stabilisasi makna maskulinitas di budaya partisipatif digital. TikTok has emerged as a significant platform for constructing and negotiating social meanings related to gender roles and domestic relations. This study aims to examine how audiences engage in reframing the representation of the “ideal husband” figure in a viral controversy involving Na Daehoon on TikTok. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research utilizes qualitative content analysis. The data consist of two videos from the @NaDaehoon account, one netizen reaction video, and purposively selected public comments collected between July and November 2025. The analysis is grounded in Stuart Hall’s theory of representation and the concept of caring masculinity to explore meaning production and negotiation in digital spaces. The findings reveal that the legitimacy of the “ideal husband” figure is constructed through three dominant mechanisms: visual representations of domestic caregiving, narrative framing emphasizing emotional presence and consistency in fatherhood roles, and audience negotiated readings rooted in personal domestic experiences. Amid controversy, audiences actively participate in a process of collective reframing that sustains affective masculinity by prioritizing caregiving responsibility over personal moral allegations. These findings highlight the active role of audiences as key agents in stabilizing and negotiating masculine ideals within participatory digital culture.
