Abstract

Study This aims To determine the eligibility of MSME assistance recipients with the method AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) And SAW (Simple Additives weighting). The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion. Meanwhile, SAW is used To determine the rank selection of beneficiaries. This is very important for Indonesia's economy during the crisis, Where MSME's own Power stands to face a crisis economy. Criteria used in a way This uses six measures: type of business, Amount of power Work, turnover per month, amount of assets, sector MSME, And sector business. Decision support systems are designed to support someone who must make certain decisions. That is, interactive, Flexible, Data quality, and Expert Procedure. Study System Supporters Decision Appropriateness Recipient Help Business Micro Community Use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Methods weighting (SAW), Study This done in Subdistrict Intersection Three Regency Pidie Aceh Province to facilitate the Selection of Eligibility of Government Assistance Recipients For Build a business Micro Society. Testing is done in this study, namely black box testing. Results Testing black box shows that the system can walk with Good by function, with results calculation method AHP and results calculation method SAW in determining eligibility selection MSME aid recipients. The results of the level of accuracy testing on the AHP and SAW methods with six criteria and alternatives the requirements is 75%.

Abstract

Jumlah kecacatan pada UMKM kenanga mengalami ketidakstabilan setiap bulannya dan pada 4 bulan terakhir jumlah persentase meningkat, kecacatan yang terjadi karena berbagai sebab yang perlu untuk diketahui. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis terjadinya risiko dalam proses produksi di UMKM Kenanga menggunakan metode Fuzzy FMEA, untuk mengukur prioritas risiko dalam proses produksi, untuk merancang usulan perbaikan proses produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis yang didukung dengan software MATLAB. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan 14 jenis kegagalan yang terjadi dengan 23 penyebab kegagalan pada proses produksinya. Dengan nilai FRPN tertinggi yaitu 840 pada jenis kegagalan melempem dan yang terendah yaitu 304 pada jenis kegagalan tidak seragam. Usulan tindakan perbaikan dengan 5W+1H difokuskan pada peningkatan proses produksi dan pelatihan pekerja. Pelatihan dan kesadaran mereka tentang prosedur kerja yang baik dapat mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya risiko-risiko yang akan terjadi. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Kualitas, Fuzzy FMEA, MATLAB, 5W+1H

Abstract

This study aims to determine an appropriate raw material forecasting method for UKM Marlianis, a household industry specializing in soybean processing to produce tempeh. Currently, UKM Marlianis adopts a conventional purchasing policy for soybeans without considering sales volumes, leading to overstocking or shortages of raw materials. The research employs a quantitative approach by comparing two forecasting methods: exponential smoothing and trend projection. The alpha (α) value used in the exponential smoothing method is 0.1. The findings reveal that the exponential smoothing method demonstrates lower forecasting errors than the trend projection method, with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 374.38, Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 313,445.7, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 7.1%. Based on these results, inventory cost analysis was conducted using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. In conclusion, the exponential smoothing method with the specified parameters is more effective in forecasting soybean raw material needs, and inventory optimization using the EOQ method supports operational efficiency at UKM Marlianis. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Evaluasi Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) terhadap rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Lhokseumawe. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Program BSPS dan mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan Program BSPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) terhadap rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Lhokseumawe telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2018, Fenomena yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan BSPS di Kota Lhokseumawe adalah kualitas bahan bangunan yang buruk, alokasi anggaran yang terbatas, ketahanan bangunan tidak bertahan lama, penerima bantuan harus menambah biaya pembangun dengan menggunakan uang pribadi, Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap BSPS Program, serta petugas pelaksana kegiatan BSPS kesulitan dalam memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Pada tahap evaluasi, pemantauan dilakukan dengan melaporkan kegiatan BSPS dengan 3 jenis tahapan yaitu pelaporan melalui aplikasi E-Monitoring, Laporan Kemajuan Fisik Mingguan, dan Laporan melalui input data aplikasi SIRu. Evaluasi Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) terhadap rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Lhokseumawe dapat dilihat berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia Nomor 07/PRT/M/2018 dan Nomor 13/PRT/M/2016 tentang Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) yang meliputi bentuk BSPS, jenis kegiatan, persyaratan penerima BSPS, dan pelaksanaan BSPS. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan teori William N Dunn bahwa terdapat 4 dimensi dalam melakukan evaluasi, yaitu fokus nilai, saling ketergantungan nilai palsu, orientasi masa kini dan masa lalu, dan dualitas nilai).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause work accidents using the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method, identify and assess the risk of other potential work safety hazards using the TRA (Task Risk Assessment) method and design corrective solutions in control measures to reduce the risk of hazards. The results of data processing using FTA show that the main factors causing work accidents are work systems that are not erginomic/unsafe and workers who do not use PPE. While the results of TRA processing obtained that managing the risk of potential work accidents requires the use of PPE so that there is no residual risk. Based on processing with both methods, visual displays at four production stations and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) on the production floor are designed which are expected to control potential hazards and become a solution so that in the future there will be no more work accidents on the production floor of Blacksmith Sandi

Abstract

The environmental temperature has increased significantly reaching 33oC as felt by the community, one of which is in the Aceh region which triggers Global Warming. As a result of the increase in temperature in the Aceh area, many buildings and houses become uncomfortable especially during the daytime because most house with zinc roof. This will cause the temperature in the house and the air around it to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the study of heat absorption on colored zinc roofs. This research method is to calculate the heat absorption (sun intensity) in zinc that has been coated with several kinds of colors such as white, red, blue, yellow and black. The purpose of this study was to determine the color that has the least amount of heat absorption to the sun's intensity. The highest room temperature on zinc-coated black is 49.2° C and the lowest is in white.  40.9°C from the pen. In the environmental temperature observation, there is the highest temperature at 12.00.  Room temperature increased the highest temperature at 12.00 on black zinc.  The distribution of room temperature can be averaged with a yellow color of 46.0°C, a black color of 49.2°C, a blue of 45.5°C and a white zinc of 40.9 oC.  The heat absorbed in the room is 47.9 joules, so from the overall average of the test it can be described that the room temperature is 45.6 and the zinc temperature is 53.8oC from the highest temperature difference at 12.00 WIB, room temperature and 13.00 WIB the highest absorption occurs at zinc temperature.

Abstract

The validation of urea determination in saliva using the biosensor method and the p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (DMAB) method has been successfully conducted. Anthocyanin compounds from Chatarantus roseus flowers were extracted using the maceration method with methanol as the solvent, yielding a total of 22.60% with a total concentration of 6.01 mg/L. The obtained extract was subjected to qualitative anthocyanin testing, showing a positive result was indicated by the formation of a reddish color and quantitative testing with the formation of a faded yellow color. The maximum wavelength ( max) of anthocyanin was 664 nm with an absorbance of 0.674. The saliva samples were obtained from three different ages i.e: children, teenagers, and adults. During the saliva collection procedure, participants were instructed to abstain from consuming any food or beverages, with the exception of water, for a minimum of 1 hour prior to sample collection. All samples were stored in a freezer at 4-8C until needed for analysis. Linearity test results were assessed using a calibration curve, yielding a coefficient of determination (R) of 0.978 with a sensitivity of 0.033 for the biosensor and an R of 0.975 with a sensitivity of 0.685 for DMAB. The limit of detection (LOD) values were determined as 7.203 10 M for the biosensor and 6.984 10 M for DMAB, while the limit of quantification (LOQ) values were 2.182 10 M and 2.116 10 M, respectively. Statistical analysis using a t-test showed tcalculated = 1.314, compared to ttable = 4.302, indicating that tcalculated ttable. This result suggests no statistically significant difference between the biosensor and DMAB methods, confirming that the biosensor method is comparable in performance to the DMAB method. Additionally, urea concentration measurements showed that adult samples exhibited the highest urea levels among the tested samples, which may indicate an association with potential health risks, including dental caries, kidney failure, and liver damage.

Abstract

Education plays a critical role in shaping career decisions for the future. However, many students encounter difficulties in selecting suitable academic programs, often stemming from a lack of confidence in their ability to make appropriate decisions. Consequently, students may choose study programs that do not align with their personal characteristics. This study emphasizes the importance of providing comprehensive information about various academic programs offered in higher education and developing tools to assist prospective students in making informed decisions. To address these challenges, a recommendation system using Hybrid Filtering technology has been developed. The system integrates Content-Based Filtering and Collaborative Filtering methods within the TensorFlow Recommenders System (TFRS) framework. The study utilized data from undergraduate students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) across seven academic programs. By employing 10 features representing students' interests and talents, the recommendation system generated accurate and tailored suggestions for study programs. The model was trained and evaluated using both real and augmented (augmented) datasets with predefined hyperparameters. Results demonstrated that using only the real dataset achieved a Top-1 accuracy of 0.59 and a Top-5 accuracy of 0.97. When incorporating the augmented dataset, the Top-1 accuracy improved to 0.66, while the Top-5 accuracy reached 1.0. The findings reveal that combining real and augmented datasets enhances average accuracy by approximately 10% compared to using the real dataset alone. Additionally, the study program recommendations produced by the model showed significant improvement in quality. A web-based recommendation system utilizing the TFRS model was developed and positively evaluated by FMIPA students. User feedback indicated high satisfaction with the system's recommendations, demonstrating its effectiveness in guiding students toward suitable academic programs.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Dynamic Vibration Absorber (DVA) for a four-wheeled vehicle, specifically the "Toyota Fortuner 4.0 V6 SR" model. The quarter vehicle structure was modeled as a two degree of freedom system with disturbances in the form of road contours and speed. The natural frequency of the DVA was designed to be equal to the lowest natural frequency of the vehicle. Hence, if the vehicle moved at a speed or road contour disturbance close to its natural frequency, the vibration energy will be transferred or received by the DVA so that the vehicle structure did not oscillate. Two DVAs were mounted on the top of the vehicle body. The results obtained the vibration that occurs when the disturbance frequency was closed to the lowest natural frequency of the ¼ vehicle structure. It was significantly reduced by the addition of two DVAs. The design model of the ¼ vehicle test structure and Dynamic Vibration Absorber (DVA) in this study can be used as a reference for the implementation of experiments. The results of experimental calculations can be compared with the results of theoretical calculations to strengthen the credibility of the results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan permodalan yang dihadapi sektor UMKM. Salah satu program yang mendukung perkembangan UMKM adalah Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Syariah PT Pegadaian, yang menawarkan pembiayaan berbasis syariah dengan keunggulan bunga rendah dan tanpa agunan. Namun program Kur Syariah belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh nasabah. Hal ini dilihat dari fluktuasi Non-Performing Loan (NPL) yang signifikan hingga mencapai 5,61% pada Februari 2024, serta data observasi awal menunjukkan 46,67% nasabah memiliki penghasilan yang tetap setelah menerima KUR Syariah PT Pegadaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas KUR terhadap perkembangan UMKM pada nasabah PT Pegadaian Kantor Cabang Pancur Batu. Efektivitas KUR dievaluasi berdasarkan lima aspek: ketepatan prosedur, ketepatan jumlah kredit, ketepatan beban kredit, ketepatan tenor kredit, dan ketepatan penggunaan dana. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 280 nasabah, dengan sampel sebanyak 165 nasabah yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, sementara analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas KUR Syariah pada: ketepatan prosedur, ketepatan jumlah kredit, ketepatan beban kredit, ketepatan tenor kredit, dan ketepatan penggunaan dana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap perkembangan UMKM.
