Abstract

ABSTRACT This type of research is associative research. This research takes the title: “This type of research is associative research. This research takes the title: "The Role of Customer Satisfaction on the Causality Relationship Between Service Quality and Switch Intention (Study on Fitra Majalengka hotel visitors)”. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of core service quality and encounter on switching intentions with the mediating factor of customer satisfaction. The population in this study were all visitors to the Fitra Majalengka hotel. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 120. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software. The results of this study indicate that 1) core service quality has no effect on switching intentions, 2) encounter service quality has no effect on switching intentions, 3) core service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 4) encounter service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 5 ) customer satisfaction has a negative effect on switching intentions, 6) customer satisfaction mediates the negative effect of core service quality on switching intentions, 7) customer satisfaction mediates the negative effect of encounter service quality on switching intentions. An important finding from this study is that it can confirm the concept of EDT in which customer satisfaction becomes a mediating variable between the relationship between core service quality and encounter with switching intentions.

Abstract

Exploitation of the working class or labor is one form of modern slavery, where workers often have their labor squeezed to maximize the profits of capital owners, with wages that do not equate to the sweat they put in. Despite this, labor exploitation often doesn't receive attention and tends to be overlooked, because exploitation is an integral part of the capitalist economic system and will continue to exist as long as that economic system is in place, leading to a gradual normalization of exploitation. This article will discuss the relationship between modern slavery and labor exploitation, and why modern slavery is often disregarded, particularly in human rights issues. Furthermore, this article will provide an understanding of the importance of criminology in addressing human rights issues, especially modern slavery.

Abstract

This research examines the management of certification for Workers in Tense Conditions (PDKB) teams at PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Banten. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used to understand this phenomenon in its natural context. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The results of the analysis revealed a placement strategy for employees based on a merit system. This study emphasizes the importance of meaning over generalization. The findings provide deep insights into the management of PDKB certification at PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Banten. This research makes a significant contribution to improving the certification management process and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and document the role of the creative economy in the development of the tourism sector in Junrejo, Batu City. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The research results indicate that the creative economy has become a major driver of tourism development in Junrejo. Various initiatives and collaborative efforts have enabled the emergence of unique and creatively oriented tourism products, services, and attractions. Additionally, this research also identifies factors that support the development of the creative economy in tourism, such as local community participation, local government support, and the availability of infrastructure. However, some challenges are also identified, such as the need to enhance the capacity of creative economic actors and promote sustainability in business practices. The findings of this research can provide guidance and insights for tourism stakeholders and local governments in designing policies that support the development of creative economy-based tourism in Junrejo, Batu City, and stimulate further research in this field.

Abstract

Every company not only has a responsibility to increase the income and welfare of its employees but also has a responsibility to the community and the environment where it carries out its business. With social responsibility, the Company can make one of the Company's contributions to improving the economy while also preserving the environment in order to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Corporate Social Responsibility is an organic relationship between companies, increasing profits and developing social activities. Corporate Social Responsibility is not only limited to the environment and society but all related parties, either directly or indirectly. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT.Transportasi Jakarta towards the community. The research method used is empirical normative legal research using conceptual, statutory and sociological approaches. The results of the research show that PT.Transpotasi Jakarta has been implemented quite well even though there are no government regulations that require the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, so there should be regulations related to the implementation of CSR that regulate the planning, implementation and supervision of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Technological progress refers to developments and innovations in the field of technology that result in significant changes in the way we live, work and interact. Technology continues to develop rapidly over time, and this affects various aspects of human life. Lifestyle, brand image, and product quality can all have an impact on a consumer's decision to buy an iPhone. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how lifestyle, brand image, and product quality influence Kota Sukabumi City residents' iPhone purchase decisions. A total of 150 respondents, the purposive sampling method, interview questionnaires, and structural equation modeling were all used in this study to collect data. In addition, the validity test, the reliability test, the correlation coefficient, the determination coefficient, the simple and multiple regression tests, the significance of the t-test, and the F test are utilized in this study. According to the findings of this study, these three variables; Lifestyle, brand image, and high-quality products all have a positive and significant impact on the iPhone brand's sales in Sukabumi City. In terms of lifestyle, this study suggests that a company should be aware of current trends and innovate its products to meet the needs of customers and maintain a positive brand image. Another suggestion is to offer a system that offers more benefits to its users. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di SPBU A Yani Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangan pelanggan terkait lokasi SPBU dan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk melakukan pengisian bahan bakar di tempat tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi SPBU A Yani Surabaya dianggap strategis oleh pelanggan, dengan pelanggan yang menyatakan bahwa lokasi tersebut memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada perusahaan SPBU untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan lokasi strategis, serta menambah fasilitas yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di industri SPBU dan dapat membantu perusahaan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif mereka di pasar yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

As a result of the existence of Article 131, jo, article 163 IS, the Law of Inheritance regulated in the Civil Code applies to Europeans and those who are equal to these Europeans. The impact of enacting population classification rules and laws applicable to each group during the Dutch colonial period. The problem in this paper is how the development of various colours of law (Rechtbedeling) in Indonesia and how the pluralism of inheritance law in Indonesia related to the development of multiple shades of law. The research method used is normative legal research and legal history. The results showed that the division of the Indonesian population based on ethnicity and class emerged during the Dutch colonial occupation. This was enacted for political interests during the Dutch colonial career in Indonesia, namely by issuing rules for classifying the population and the laws that apply to each group based on the provisions of Article 131 jo. Article 163 lS creates Pluralism of Inheritance Law, where European and Chinese groups in Indonesia are regulated in the Civil Code. For indigenous people who are not Muslims, customary inheritance law applies. In contrast, for those who are Muslims, Islamic inheritance law applies, and foreigners other than Chinese use their respective customary inheritance laws. So, the unification of inheritance law is needed to eliminate societal conflicts because the heirs are subject to different inheritance laws.

Abstract

Batak tribe is one of the largest ethnic groups in Indonesia, this tribe is spread almost throughout the province of North Sumatra. This tribe is famous for its family or surname side, and the language used by sub-tribes is also different, for example Batak Toba language is different from Batak karo. Although this batak tribe is known for its characteristics, not everyone knows or rarely knows where the origin of the batak tribe itself, especially the younger generation. This design aims to provide information about the origin of the batak tribe in the form of illustration book media, with this design the author makes the design interesting and easy to understand. The method used in the design of this illustrated book is the Collection of Data from Books, Articles and the Internet. The final result of this design is expected that the younger generation knows the origin of the Batak tribe, with the creation of this Illustration Book the younger generation will understand the origin of the Batak tribe itself.

Abstract

Gadget sebagai salah satu produk canggih di era digital memberikan kemudahan dan dapat menunjang berbagai kegiatan manusia bila di gunakan dengan bijaksana, tetapi bila digunakan tanpa pengendalian, pengawasan serta pengontrolan dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi orang dewasa maupun anak usia dini yang dapat mengganggu proses perkembangannya terutama perkembangan kecerdasan moral yang merupakan pusat dari perkembangan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini di RW 001 Desa Tangsimekar. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitaf dengan metode survey crossectional, data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran angket kepada 43 responden, observasi dan studi dokumentasi serta di analisis statistik parametrik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Penelitian menghasilkan: 1) Pengaruh penggunaan gadget tidak signifikan tapi mampu berperan sebesar 0,8% dan sisanya 99,2% kecerdasan moral dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti pendidikan, kecedasan, interaksi sosial dan teman sebaya. Hasil uji t adalah t hitung < t tabel sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak artinya tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan (nyata) penggunaan gadget terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini di RW 001 Desa Tangsimekar.Disarankan orang tua dapat memanfaatkan quality time untuk menanamkan kecerdasan moral sejak dini. Selain perluasan cakupan wilayah dari subjek penelitian dan karakteristik subjek, maka perlu adanya perbaikan secara konsep sesuai perkembangan anak usia dini.
