Abstract

Konsep Islam Berkemajuan yang diperkenalkan oleh Haedar Nashir merupakan sebuah paradigma keagamaan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai dasar Islam dengan tuntutan perkembangan kontemporer melalui dimensi tauhid, pencerahan, ilmu pengetahuan, keadilan sosial, dan moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gagasan Haedar Nashir mengenai Islam Berkemajuan serta menguraikan implikasinya bagi pengembangan pendidikan di madrasah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis literatur melalui pendekatan interpretatif terhadap karya-karya Nashir, dokumen Muhammadiyah, dan kajian akademik yang relevan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam Berkemajuan menekankan penguatan akal, moralitas, dan peradaban melalui pendidikan yang integratif dan berorientasi kemajuan. Implikasinya bagi madrasah mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan ilmu pengetahuan modern, penguatan moderasi beragama, peningkatan kompetensi guru, serta penerapan manajemen kelembagaan yang profesional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of audit tenure, audit delay, audit fees, auditor rotation, and auditor specialization on audit quality. The study was conducted on transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 20 companies with a total of 100 observational data points. Audit quality was measured using audit opinion as a proxy, employing a dummy variable where 1 indicates an unqualified opinion (WTP), and 0 indicates other types of audit opinions. Logistic regression analysis was used in this study, with the help of SPSS version 27. The results showed that auditor specialization has a significant influence on audit quality, while other variables namely audit tenure, audit delay, audit fees, and auditor rotation do not have a significant impact on audit quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and empirically examine the influence of Human Resource Competence, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management Accountability, and Audit Quality on the Quality of Financial Reports at PT. Bahari Gembira Ria. The research employs a quantitative approach with a total of 45 respondents, and data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis methods include Statistical Analysis, Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis assisted by SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The proposed hypotheses state that Human Resource Competence, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management Accountability, and Audit Quality affect the Quality of Financial Reports. The results indicate that partially, Human Resource Competence and Accounting Information Systems do not affect the Quality of Financial Reports, whereas Financial Management Accountability and Audit Quality have a significant effect. Simultaneously, Human Resource Competence, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management Accountability, and Audit Quality collectively influence the Quality of Financial Reports at PT. Bahari Gembira Ria.

Abstract

Trotoar adalah ruang publik, merupakan fasilitas umum yang dirancang untuk pejalan kaki, namun faktanya seringkali dimanfaatkan oleh PKL untuk berjualan. Hal ini terjadi di berbagai kota besar di Indonesia, termasuk Kota Padang. Salah satunya adalah trotoar di depan BRI Corporate University. Jika penelitian lain berfokus pada resistensi tanpa menyoroti peran institusi pemberi legitimasi diam-diam, studi ini menyoroti kerja sama berbagai pihak yang secara tidak langsung melindungi PKL. Keunikan dan kebaruan penelitian ini adalah kemampuannya mengungkap kolaborasi lintas aktor formal dan informal yang menciptakan ruang negosiasi sehingga PKL dapat mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori produksi ruang Henri Lefebvre yang menyatakan bahwa ruang dimaknai berbeda oleh individu sesuai dengan keperluan mereka, serta teori Ribot dan Peluso yang menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan orang mampu mengakses ruang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif tipe deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 14 informan pelaku dan 1 informan pengamat yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data dengan menyaring informasi yang relevan dari hasil wawancara, penyajian data disusun dalam narasi tematik dan matriks, serta penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan menafsirkan pola yang muncul dan memverifikasinya melalui konsistensi narasi dan cross-check antar informan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa PKL mampu berjualan di trotoar karena adanya dukungan dari aktor-aktor setempat yang berpengaruh, yaitu: (1) Pemerintah kecamatan, (2) Pemerintah kelurahan, (3) Pemuda Pasar Baru, dan (4) BRI Corporate University. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa akses ruang publik adalah arena kontestasi dan mekanisme akses, yang memampukan individualisasi ruang publik sehingga PKL mampu menggunakan ruang publik untuk kepentingan personal.

Abstract

Stigma against People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) remains a major challenge in Indonesia's mental health system. This stigma affects various aspects of their lives, from social discrimination to limited access to mental health services. This study aims to identify the factors influencing stigma against ODGJ in Indonesia through a systematic review of literature published in the last ten years. The analysis focuses on individual, familial, socio-cultural, and structural factors contributing to stigma. The findings indicate that stigma is influenced by the public's lack of understanding of mental health, social pressure experienced by ODGJ families, cultural norms linking mental disorders to mystical beliefs, and limited government policies supporting mental health services. A comprehensive approach, including mental health education, family empowerment, community-based interventions, and improved mental health policies, is needed to reduce stigma and enhance the quality of life for individuals with mental disorders.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is the primary instrument used by local governments to achieve development goals and enhance community welfare. Through the APBD, local governments plan and manage regional revenues and expenditures in a budget year. Therefore, the effectiveness and efficiency of APBD management are important indicators in assessing local government performance. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The objective of this research is to examine the financial performance of the Indonesian government, specifically the Performance Analysis Report on the Management of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of the Indonesian government. This research utilizes secondary data sourced from official government documents in Indonesia. The data analysis technique employed in this research utilizes the Balanced Scorecard method. The results of this study have found that by using the Balance Scorecard method, namely: (1) Based on the independence ratio, the City government has shown delegative results. (2) Based on the revenue effectiveness ratio, the City government has succeeded in achieving targets or objectives effectively. (3) The Customer Satisfaction Perspective uses the public satisfaction index (IKM) of government. (4) The Internal Process Perspective of Bureaucratic Reform uses the bureaucratic reform index (IRB) of the city in 2023 - 2025, which shows a significant increase. From 2023 to 2025, Indonesia is expected to see an increase in the percentage of SMEs. (4) The growth and learning perspective using the city employee quality index in 2023 – 2025 shows that the quality of employees who have participated in training and development is very high.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of growth investing and value investing strategies in the Indonesian capital market. The research approach used is a qualitative comparative study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with investors, capital market analysts, and academics, supported by literature and documentation in the form of issuer financial reports and publications from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Informant selection was conducted using purposive sampling, while data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that both growth investing and value investing are applied in the Indonesian capital market with various adjustments to the volatile market characteristics dominated by retail investors. Growth investing focuses more on a company's future growth potential and offers the opportunity for high returns, but is accompanied by significant volatility risks. Meanwhile, value investing emphasizes finding stocks that promise to be below their intrinsic value with a relatively lower level of risk, although requiring a longer investment period. This study also found that no investment strategy is absolutely superior, as the effectiveness of each strategy is strongly influenced by market conditions, investor characteristics, and investment objectives and horizons. This study concludes that understanding the characteristics of the Indonesian capital market and implementing investment strategies are crucial factors for investors in optimizing portfolio performance. These findings are expected to contribute theoretically to the study of investment strategies and serve as a practical reference for capital market investors in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze higher order thinking skills through a project-based learning model on acid-base material. The project being carried out is to make natural acid-base indicators and to be able to determine the acid-base properties of solutions from the natural acid-base indicators that have been made.This research was conducted from January 2021 to June 2021. This research used a qualitative research method, an interpretive paradigm with 40 students in class XI IPA in Jakarta as subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out by class observation, student and teacher reflective journals, student worksheets and tests of higher order thinking skills.Based on observations, the dominant skill is analyzing skill which is equal to 83.33%, the second skill is evaluating skill which is equal to 79.16%, and the third skill is creating skill amounting to 77.50%. Based on the test results, the dominant skill is analyzing skills by 75.44%, the second skill is evaluating skills by 70.36%, and the third skill is evaluating skills by 69.58%.

Abstract

- This study aims to determine students' digital literacy through Flipped Classroom learning on buffer solution material using web-Edmodo. The research was conducted at SMA N 1 Padangan, East Java. This research method is a qualitative method. The learning model used is the flipped classroom, while the Edmodo web is a platform that can be used in the teaching and learning process anywhere and anytime. Data collection techniques include distributing digital literacy questionnaires, observation, interviews, reflective journals, and documentation. The digital literacy dimensions analyzed in this study consist of information, communication, content-creation, safety, and problem-solving. The results showed that the students had a very good category in the dimensions of information, communication, content creation, and safety, while in problem-solving they had a good category. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the Edmodo web in buffer solution learning through the flipped classroom can foster students' digital literacy

Computational thinking is described as a thinking process in formulating problems and solving problems computationally through computers, humans or machines. Its skills can be measured during the learning process of students with the approach of basic computational thinking strategies as follows: Are students able to decompose complex problems into simpler problems? (Decomposition), can students create problem patterns? (Pattern recognition), are students able to focus on issues that are considered important? (Abstraction), and whether students can solve problems systematically (Algorithm) with SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based). The research aims to improve students' computational thinking skills through the integration of technology in problem-based learning models on polymer topics. This study uses a quasi-experimental quantitative method with none equivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were students of SMAN 1 South Tangerang City, totaling 66 students of class XII. The results showed that the computational thinking skills of students increased after the implementation of the problem-based learning model integrated with technology. This is indicated by the average N-Gain Score for the experimental class which is 56.65%, which is included in the quite effective category, and based on the independent sample t-test. The Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) 0.007. This indicates Sig. (2-tailed) <, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of the use of technology integration in the problem-based learning model on polymer topics.
