Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Amandemen Undang-Undang iDasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun i1945 (UUD i1945) menjadi variabel bebas, yang menggerakkan konstruksi politik sangat kondusif bagi bangkitnya demokratisasi politik tidak saja menyangkut relasi antara badan legislatif terhadap kelembagaan suprastruktur politik lainnya, terutama antara pihak DPR terhadap eksekutif, tetapi juga hingga di tingkat internal kelembagaan perwakilan itu sendiri, yaitu baik pada masing-masing alat kelengkapan dan fraksi, serta masingmasing supporting system-nya. Perjalanan lahirnya perangkat pengaturan kelembagaan politik dalam konteks demokratisasi, diarahkan dalam rangka usaha menciptakan check and balances. Pertama, sebagai fungsi penyelenggara pemerintahan, di mana eksekutif dan legislatif mempunyai itugas dan tanggung jawab yang saling terkait dan saling memerlukan konsultasi sehingga terkadang tampak tumpang tindih. Ketiga, fungsi hirarkis antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengganggu ekonomi global secara signifikan, yang berdampak pada pergerakan pasar saham di berbagai sektor dan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk “mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental meliputi Return On Asset (ROA), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap return saham pada saat pandemi dan setelah pandemi Covid 19 pada perusahaan LQ 45 di BEI periode 2020 sampai 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar di LQ 45 sedangkan sampelnya dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 28 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan pengumuman BEI tahun 2020 sampai 2023. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Fhitung 0.639 < Ftabel 2.45 dan nilai signifikansi 0.673 > 0.05, sehingga (1) Return On Asset tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, (2) Price Earning Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. (3) Debt Equity Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. (4) Net Profit Margin tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. (5) Earning Per Share tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Kata Kunci: return on asset (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), debt equity ratio (DER), net profit margin (NPM), earning per share (EPS), return saham.

Abstract

The development of children's character is a fundamental aspect in shaping a morally upright and high-quality generation. The family, particularly the role of housewives, serves as the primary and most influential environment in instilling character values from an early age. This study aims to explore the role of housewives in nurturing children's character values in the community of Suka Makmur Village, Binjai. It also seeks to identify the types of values taught, the methods applied, and the challenges faced by these mothers. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving local housewives. The findings indicate that mothers play a significant role in cultivating values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and politeness through role modeling, daily habituation, and emotional communication. Mothers' consistent behaviors, such as being honest and responsible in daily life, provide a practical example for children. Establishing structured routines contributes to the formation of discipline, while affectionate and respectful communication fosters politeness. These findings align with several educational theories including Bandura’s social learning theory, Vygotsky’s constructivism, and Lickona’s character education. In conclusion, housewives act not only as caregivers but also as primary educators in shaping children’s personalities. Therefore, collaborative support is necessary to strengthen the role of mothers in family-based character education.

Abstract

This research seeks to elucidate the execution of Al-Qur'an educational activities at TPQ Abu Keumala Al-Aziziyah situated in Paya Geli Village and its influence on the development of children's religious character. TPQ, as a non-formal Islamic educational institution, primarily aims to impart a foundational comprehension of Islam by instructing in Qur'anic reading, prayer memorization, and religious practice. This research employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing data collection methods such as observation and interviews. The findings of the study suggest that educational activities are executed in alignment with predetermined schedules and methodologies, including reading and writing techniques, direct practice, and traditional approaches. This TPQ significantly contributes to the formation of children's religious identity through the influence of educators, the support provided by family and community environments, the implementation of diverse methodologies, and the employment of existing facilities and infrastructure. Notwithstanding the challenges posed by insufficient teaching personnel and infrastructure, TPQ Abu Keumala Al-’Aziziyah is dedicated to cultivating a generation of Qur'anic students who embody high moral standards and robust Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of dance studios (sanggar tari) in preserving traditional arts amid the challenges of modernization. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that traditional arts possess aesthetic value, spirituality, and play a significant social role in shaping cultural identity. However, modernization presents major challenges such as shifting values, identity crises among the younger generation, and the dominance of popular culture. In this context, dance studios serve as non-formal educational institutions that not only teach technical skills but also instill values of character, tolerance, and social responsibility. The studios act as cultural preservation centers by fostering youth, organizing performances, collaborating with the government, and innovating learning methods. Measures such as integrating traditional dance into local curricula, utilizing digital media, and government support are key factors in the successful preservation of traditional arts. Dance studios also provide inclusive spaces that promote intercultural social interaction while strengthening community bonds. Thus, dance studios hold great potential as agents of traditional art preservation and character building in the era of globalization. This study recommends increased and integrated support to ensure the sustainability of studios as guardians of local culture amidst the currents of modernization.

Abstract

Parenting style plays a crucial role in shaping a child's personality and selfconfidence from an early age. Self-confidence is a key psychological aspect needed for successful social interaction, especially for university students who are increasingly exposed to broader social environments. Students in Rambung Dalam, Binjai Selatan, come from diverse family backgrounds, which results in varied parenting styles and levels of self-confidence. This study aims to analyze how parenting styles influence students' self-confidence in their social interactions within the community. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving students residing in Rambung Dalam who have experienced different forms of parental upbringing. The participants were selected purposively based on specific criteria, such as living with their parents or having a clear history of parental involvement. The findings reveal that students raised in a democratic parenting environment tend to have higher self-confidence. They communicate effectively, participate actively in social activities, and are not afraid to express their opinions. In contrast, students who were raised with an authoritarian parenting style often exhibit passive behavior, self-doubt, and social withdrawal. Meanwhile, those who experienced permissive parenting tend to have unstable self-confidence, especially when faced with social pressures or responsibilities. The study concludes that parenting style significantly affects the development of students’ self-confidence. A supportive, communicative, and balanced parenting style is essential in fostering confident individuals who can engage in healthy social interactions within the community. These findings highlight the importance of proper parenting in shaping young adults who are self-assured, socially adaptable, and capable of contributing positively to society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore and describe in depth the role of housewives in supporting their children’s education within this community, including the forms of support they provide, the obstacles they face, and the strategies they employ to overcome those challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, specifically housewives who are actively involved in their children’s education, both at home and in the surrounding environment. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that housewives make significant contributions to their children’s education, both academically such as assisting with studying, helping with school assignments, and maintaining communication with teachers and non-academically, such as providing emotional support and shaping moral character. Values such as honesty, responsibility, and discipline are instilled through role modeling and intensive communication. Despite facing challenges such as limited time, knowledge, and learning facilities, these mothers actively seek solutions through discussions with teachers, parenting workshops, and peer support groups. In conclusion, housewives play a strategic role in holistically supporting their children’s education. Therefore, it is essential to enhance their capacity and awareness in fulfilling this role to foster a synergistic educational environment between home and school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi generasi Z mahasiswa pendidikan agama Islam serta merumuskan strategi pendidikan yang efektif dan kontekstual di lingkungan Institut Syekh H Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai. Generasi Z dikenal sebagai generasi yang memiliki keterampilan teknologi tinggi, kemampuan kolaborasi yang kuat, serta kecenderungan spiritualitas yang lebih personal dan reflektif. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, karakteristik tersebut menuntut adanya pendekatan pembelajaran yang berbeda dari metode konvensional yang selama ini diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk memahami secara mendalam pengalaman dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran yang mereka jalani. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, kategorisasi tematik, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa generasi Z memiliki potensi besar dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk pembelajaran, kecakapan bekerja dalam tim, serta kreativitas dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam. Selain itu, mereka cenderung mengembangkan spiritualitas secara lebih mandiri dan kritis. Strategi pendidikan Islam yang terbukti efektif meliputi integrasi teknologi dalam proses belajar, pendidikan nilai berbasis proyek, serta sistem mentoring yang membina karakter melalui relasi personal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pendidikan Islam di era generasi Z bergantung pada kemampuan lembaga pendidikan dalam menyesuaikan strategi pengajarannya agar sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta didik masa kini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teman sebaya yang religius terhadap perilaku ibadah mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner Google Form yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 52 responden dari berbagai perguruan tinggi. Hasil analisis deskriptif dan inferensial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku ibadah mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), nilai F hitung sebesar 20,984, dan nilai R² sebesar 0,266. Artinya, teman sebaya yang religius memberikan kontribusi sebesar 26,6% terhadap peningkatan perilaku ibadah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memperkuat teori sosial dan ajaran Islam yang menekankan pentingnya memilih lingkungan pertemanan yang baik.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan besar dalam bidang pendidikan dan pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki secara komprehensif berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi orang tua dalam mengasuh anak di era digital, khususnya di Jln MT Haryono, Lingkungan III, Kelurahan Damai, Kecamatan Binjai Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi kegiatan keluarga yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama yang dihadapi orang tua meliputi literasi digital yang tidak memadai, pengawasan yang tidak memadai terhadap penggunaan gawai, kecenderungan pola asuh yang lebih permisif, kurangnya penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan agama dalam keterlibatan digital anak, dan keterbatasan waktu yang timbul akibat tekanan sosial ekonomi. Sebagian besar orang tua hanya memiliki pemahaman yang dangkal tentang teknologi, yang mengakibatkan kurangnya kapasitas untuk mengelola konten atau mengatur waktu layar anak-anak mereka secara efektif. Situasi ini diperparah oleh kurangnya pendidikan dan pelatihan digital di wilayah tersebut. Pendekatan pengasuhan yang permisif dan berkurangnya interaksi orang tua-anak dapat mengakibatkan anak-anak lebih banyak menyerap nilai-nilai dari media sosial daripada dari konteks keluarga atau agama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa inisiatif pendidikan yang terpadu dan kolaboratif sangat penting dari sekolah, badan pemerintah, dan pemimpin masyarakat untuk meningkatkan literasi digital orang tua dan memperkuat teknik pengasuhan adaptif di era digital. Strategi yang berorientasi pada masyarakat dan penggabungan nilai-nilai lokal sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan generasi yang tidak hanya cakap secara teknologi tetapi juga mewujudkan karakter dan pengaturan diri yang kuat.
