Penerapan pendekatan TPACK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dimaksudkan agar peserta didik mampu memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara secara efektif dan emosional. Melalui pendekatan TPACK ini peserta didik dapat menyadari bahwa bahasa Indonesia adalah bahasa yang harus digunakan dengan tepat sesuai dengan tujuan dan konteks pada saat berbicara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus pada siklus I serta siklus II. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas BII-4 SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dengan keterampilan berbicara yang rendah di bawah rata-rata kriteria ketuntasan minimum. Instrumen yang dipakai untuk pengumpulan data adalah tes serta nontes. Tes terkait keterampilan berbicara menggunakan pendekatan TPACK dan nontes berupa hasil observasi pembelajaran. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data terkait perbandingan hasil nilai selama dua siklus adalah teknik kuantitatif serta kualitatif. Melalui analisis hasil ditemukan rata-rata sebedar 75, 09% dengan kategori baik kemudian di siklus II nilai keterampilan berbicara peserta didik meningkat menjadi 84, 18% berada dikategori sangat baik. Nilai keterampilan berbicara peserta didik meningkat sebesar 9, 09% dengan kategori baik pada dua siklus sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik dapat meningkat dengan diterapkannya pendekatan TPACK ini dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Tax fairness and transparency concepts have gained increasing prominence in the global tax and financial regulatory landscape in recent years. Automatic Exchange of Financial Information (AEOI) has proven to be an effective tool for implementing these principles. The aim of this study is to contribute to the ongoing international tax discussion and facilitate further research on the multiple dimensions of tax fairness and transparency in the global financial ecosystem. The type of research used is normative legal research. The results show that AEOI can help prevent tax evasion, ensure taxpayer compliance, and strengthen international cooperation in the fight against tax evasion and fraud. Challenges such as data security and compliance costs can be addressed with the development of better technology and regulatory frameworks. AEOI reflects countries' vision for tax fairness and transparency that supports social welfare and economic stability.

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of the Inspectorate as the internal supervisor of the local government of Mandailing Natal Regency in supporting good governance. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations. The data was analyzed descriptively to identify the role of the Inspectorate, the legal basis that supports it, and the inhibiting factors faced. The results of the study show that the Inspectorate has a strong legal foundation, including Law Number 23 of 2014, Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 concerning SPIP, and related regional regulations. The strategic role of the Inspectorate includes supervising the implementation of regional policies, preventing corruption, evaluating OPD performance, and early detection of potential risks. However, the implementation of the supervisory function faces several obstacles, such as limited human resources, lack of budget, suboptimal technology, and intervention from external parties. These findings are in line with the theory of internal oversight which emphasizes the importance of independence, transparency, and accountability in government management. This study recommends strengthening human resource capacity, optimizing information technology, increasing budget allocation, and protecting the independence of the Inspectorate. In conclusion, the Mandailing Natal Regency Inspectorate has an important role in creating a transparent and accountable government. However, to optimize this role, commitment from various parties is needed to overcome existing obstacles.

Law enforcement against illegal cultivation in the Watershed area is a significant challenge, especially in Simalungun Regency. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against illegal cultivation, the obstacles faced, and the policies needed to overcome these problems. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that law enforcement efforts have been carried out through repressive approaches, such as joint operations and legal sanctions, as well as preventive approaches, such as socialization and education. However, its effectiveness is still hampered by limited resources, lack of coordination between agencies, resistance of local communities, and lack of accurate data related to watershed management. Some of the recommended strategic policies include capacity building for law enforcement officials, community empowerment through alternative livelihood programs, strengthening technology-based monitoring systems, and participatory approaches in policy formulation. The implementation of holistic and inclusive policies is expected to create a balance between environmental conservation and improving community welfare. This research emphasizes that sustainable watershed management requires synergy between legal, social, and technological approaches. Thus, law enforcement efforts are not only able to overcome legal problems but also build collective awareness to preserve the environment.

The training program for students in dealing with the issue of sexual violence in Maahad Ahmadi Negeri Sembilan (SABP MANS) is a crucial initiative to create a safe educational environment, especially in boarding religious schools. This program includes counseling, simulations and special training for students. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the issue of sexual violence, participants were able to recognize various forms of violence. In addition, students feel better prepared to face risky situations after attending the training. However, challenges such as cultural and religious resistance are still obstacles in implementing this program. In this way, boarding religious schools such as SABP MANS can support creating a safe school environment for all students.

This study aims to examine the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning at the senior high school level, in response to students' low interest due to conventional and less interactive teaching methods. A qualitative research method was employed through observations and interviews with students, IRE teachers, and the vice principal for curriculum. The results indicate that AR enhances students’ understanding, interest, and participation through engaging interactive visualizations and active teacher-student interaction. Supporting factors include Wi-Fi access and students’ enthusiasm for technology-based learning, while challenges involve the need for adequate devices, stable internet connectivity, and teachers’ proficiency in using AR. In conclusion, AR is an effective innovation for improving the quality and interactivity of IRE learning experiences.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji penggunaan Teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat SMA, mengingat rendahnya minat siswa akibat metode yang kurang interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan siswa, guru PAI, dan Waka Kurikulum. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa AR mampu meningkatkan pemahaman, minat, dan partisipasi siswa melalui visualisasi interaktif yang menarik serta interaksi aktif antara guru dan siswa. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi akses Wi-Fi dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap teknologi, sedangkan kendalanya adalah kebutuhan perangkat, koneksi internet, dan penguasaan teknologi oleh guru. Kesimpulannya, AR merupakan inovasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan pengalaman belajar PAI secara lebih interaktif.

This study aims to analyze the quality and factors that influence public services at the Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province. The services available at the North Sumatra Provincial Library and Archives Service are public services, children's services, deposit services, reference services, digital services and mobile library services. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, study documentation and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at the Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province refers to Zeithaml's theory, namely from the dimensions: 1) Reliability (reliability); 2) Responsiveness (responsiveness); 3) Assurance (guarantee); 4) Empathy (empathy); 5) Tangibles (physical evidence). Everything has been done well, but the Tangibles dimensions (physical evidence) have not been maximized in the form of the problematic INSLISLITE application, the room temperature is not cold enough, the room lacks lighting. Factors that affect Public Service Services at the Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province are: 1) Inadequate facilities; 2) Budget that has not been maximized.

he rise of criminal acts of theft of oil palm plantations is mainly due to law enforcement that is not firm in the sense that it cannot have a deterrent effect on perpetrators of criminal acts. This is because many of the theft cases have a value of less than Rp. 2,500,000, so it is considered a minor crime. This causes people who have lost most of their livelihoods to feel frustrated, causing some people to lose their minds by taking vigilante actions. Based on this, the formulation of the problem in this study: 1) What are the legal rules regarding theft after the issuance of Perma No. 2 of 2012 in Indonesia. 2) How to steal people's oil palm plantations afterithe issuanceiof Perma No. 2 of 2012 in the Legal Area of Hinai Police, Langkat Regency. 3) How to prevent the loss of smallholder oil palm plantations due to theft of plantation produce which is categorized as a minor crime. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative. The results of the study show that the legal regulations regarding light theft after the issuance of Perma Number 2 of 2012 in Indonesia are increasingly less strict. This is because the criminal threa in Article 364 of the Criminal Code, which is only 3 months old, means that suspects or defendants of minor crimes cannot be subject to detention, and the examination procedure used is a quick examination procedure. If referring to the provisions in the Criminal Code and Perma No. 2 of 2012 concerning the limits of adjustmen for minor crimes, then the act is categorized as a minor crime However, if the Plantation Law is used, the perpetrator of a crime will be subject to a threat of 4 years in prison. The police as law enforcer basically do not agree with the issuance of Perma No. 2 of 2012. Theft of people's oil palm plantations after the issuance of Perma No.Â 2 of 2012 in the Legal Territory of the Hinai Police, Langkat Regency, has long been a concern considering the losses caused to oil palm farmers. However, the handling of the perpetrators of the theft of people's garden products tends to be done by mediating, namely seeking so that the victims of theft can get proper compensation for the crops stolen by the perpetrators. The ways that can be done to prevent losses to oil palm plantation farmers due to the theft of their plantation products are: excluding the theft of people's plantation products from minor crimes by implementing the Plantation Law, carrying out strict law enforcement against gardeners who have been harmed by ninja, and urging the farming community to supervise their gardens more by collaborating among farming communities to narrow the space for thieves.

The purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze the legal arrangements, roles, and barriers of the labor inspectorate of North Sumatra Province in dealing with labor issues and legal protection for the social security benefits of employment at PT. Superior Tips. This type of research is normative juridical research which refers to the legal norms contained in the legislation. The approach method in this research is used to analyze the research objectives. 3 of 1951 concerning the Statement of Enforcement of the Labor Inspection Law, Regulation of the Labor Inspector in the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus No. 30 of 2020 concerning the Functional Position of the Labor Inspector, and the Regulation of the Labor Inspector in the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 33 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Labor Inspection. The role of the Labor Inspector of North Sumatra Province in providing legal protection for the social security benefits for employees at PT. Superior Tips. Barriers faced by the Labor Inspector of North Sumatra Province in providing legal protection for social security benefits at PT. Superior tips can be reviewed from several aspects, namely: Barriers from aspects of legal substance; Barriers from the institutional aspect; Barriers from the aspect of facilities and infrastructure.

This study aims to explain how to implement Government Regulation Policy Number 17, 2020 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 11, 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants in Career Development at the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency of Padangsidimpuan. This research is designed as a qualitativeresearch with a phenomenological approach that requires researchers to examine a number of subjects by being directly involved and in a relatively long time in order to develop patterns and relationships of meaning. The results of this study looking for four dimensions: first, from the communication dimension that explains the education and training that personality improvement and the inculcation of the spirit of devotion in accordance with the results of the study. Second, from the dimension of resource availability, it is also important in order to carry out Career Development well. Third, for the Disposition dimension regarding the availability of implementers to carry out these public policies, skills alone are not sufficient, without the availability and commitment to implement policies. Fourth, for the dimensions of the Bureaucratic Structure explained that the mutations of BKPSDM employees who experienced it partially felt that they were in accordance with their competencies.
