ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the importance of communication skills in developing students’ self-confidence within the school environment. Poor interpersonal communication skills may affect students’ courage to express opinions, engage in social interactions, and demonstrate their potential optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between communication skills and self-confidence among eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Batulayar in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consisted of 80 students, and all members of the population were used as research subjects. Data were collected using questionnaires as the primary method, while observation, interviews, and documentation were used as supporting methods. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment correlation technique. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between communication skills and students’ self-confidence. These findings indicate that better communication skills are associated with higher levels of self-confidence in social interaction and adaptation within the school environment. This study implies that improving communication skills can be an important strategy in enhancing students’ self-confidence through guidance and counseling services at school. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keterampilan komunikasi dalam membangun kepercayaan diri siswa pada lingkungan sekolah. Kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dapat memengaruhi keberanian siswa dalam menyampaikan pendapat, berinteraksi sosial, dan menampilkan potensi diri secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan komunikasi dengan kepercayaan diri (self confidence) siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Batulayar Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa dan seluruh populasi dijadikan subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sebagai metode utama, sedangkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pelengkap. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keterampilan komunikasi dan self confidence siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik keterampilan komunikasi siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepercayaan dirinya dalam berinteraksi dan menyesuaikan diri di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi dapat menjadi salah satu upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.

ABSTRACT Learning burnout is one of the common problems experienced by students due to academic pressure, monotonous learning methods, and a lack of support from the learning environment. These conditions can reduce students’ motivation, concentration, and engagement in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of the modeling technique on students’ learning burnout at SMP IT Liddarain NW Tangar in the 2023/2024 academic year. The study employed a quantitative approach using a one group pre-test and post-test design. Data were collected through questionnaires as the primary instrument, while observation, interviews, and documentation were used as supporting data collection techniques. The research sample consisted of 5 students selected through a purposive sampling technique based on their level of learning burnout. Data analysis was conducted using the t-test to determine changes in students’ learning burnout after the implementation of the modeling technique. The findings revealed that the application of the modeling technique helped reduce students’ learning burnout, as indicated by changes in attitudes, increased learning motivation, and more active student participation during the learning process. These findings indicate that the modeling technique can serve as an effective guidance and counseling strategy to help students overcome learning burnout and improve academic engagement at school. ABSTRAK Kejenuhan belajar menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami siswa akibat tekanan akademik, metode pembelajaran yang monoton, serta kurangnya dukungan lingkungan belajar. Kondisi tersebut dapat menurunkan motivasi, konsentrasi, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknik modeling terhadap kejenuhan belajar siswa di SMP IT Liddarain NW Tangar Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket sebagai instrumen utama, sedangkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 5 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan tingkat kejenuhan belajar yang dialami siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji t-test untuk mengetahui perubahan tingkat kejenuhan belajar setelah diberikan perlakuan teknik modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik modeling mampu membantu siswa mengurangi kejenuhan belajar yang ditunjukkan melalui perubahan sikap, meningkatnya motivasi belajar, serta keterlibatan siswa yang lebih aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik modeling dapat menjadi salah satu strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang efektif dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kejenuhan belajar dan meningkatkan kualitas keterlibatan akademik di sekolah.

ABSTRACT Empathy is an important aspect of students’ social development because it plays a significant role in building positive interpersonal relationships within the school environment. However, low levels of empathy among some students may affect their social interactions and daily behavior. This study aimed to determine the effect of the modeling technique on improving the empathy of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Lingsar in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a population of 184 students and a research sample of 10 students. Data were collected using questionnaires as the primary instrument, while observation, interviews, and documentation were used as supporting data. Data analysis using the t-test indicated that the calculated t value was higher than the t table value at the 5% significance level. The findings revealed that the modeling technique had a positive effect on increasing students’ empathy through the process of observing and imitating positive social behaviors. Therefore, the modeling technique can be used as an alternative guidance and counseling strategy to enhance students’ empathy in the school environment. ABSTRAK Empati merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan sosial siswa karena berperan dalam membangun hubungan interpersonal yang positif di lingkungan sekolah. Namun, rendahnya kemampuan empati pada sebagian siswa dapat memengaruhi interaksi sosial dan perilaku mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik modeling terhadap peningkatan empati siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Lingsar Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 184 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket sebagai instrumen utama, sedangkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Analisis data menggunakan uji t-test yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik modeling memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan empati siswa melalui proses pengamatan dan peneladanan perilaku sosial yang baik. Dengan demikian, teknik modeling dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk membantu meningkatkan empati siswa di lingkungan sekolah.

ABSTRACT Playing is an important activity in early childhood development because through play children learn to understand their environment, build social experiences, and develop independent attitudes in everyday life. However, in reality, there are still children aged 5–6 years who show a high level of dependence on teachers and parents in completing learning activities and simple tasks at school. This condition indicates the need for learning strategies that are able to stimulate the development of children’s independence more optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of storytelling techniques on the independence attitude of children aged 5–6 years at TK Hati Ceria in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design through a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Data were collected through observation as the primary method, while interviews and documentation were used as supporting data. The findings showed that the application of storytelling techniques was able to improve children’s independence, as reflected in increased confidence, responsibility, and the ability to carry out learning activities independently. These findings indicate that storytelling techniques not only function as entertainment media but are also effective as learning strategies to instill independence values in early childhood. The novelty of this study lies in the use of storytelling techniques as an educational approach to develop children’s independence in a more contextual and communicative early childhood education setting. ABSTRAK Bermain merupakan aktivitas penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini karena melalui kegiatan bermain anak dapat belajar memahami lingkungan, membangun pengalaman sosial, dan mengembangkan sikap mandiri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan anak usia 5–6 tahun yang menunjukkan ketergantungan tinggi terhadap guru maupun orang tua dalam menyelesaikan aktivitas belajar dan tugas sederhana di sekolah. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menstimulasi perkembangan kemandirian anak secara lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik cerita terhadap sikap kemandirian anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Hati Ceria Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental melalui one group pre-test dan post-test design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi sebagai metode utama, sedangkan wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik cerita mampu meningkatkan sikap kemandirian anak, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya keberanian, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan anak dalam melakukan aktivitas belajar secara mandiri. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik cerita tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media hiburan, tetapi juga efektif digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk menanamkan nilai kemandirian pada anak usia dini. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan teknik cerita sebagai pendekatan edukatif dalam mengembangkan sikap kemandirian anak pada konteks pendidikan anak usia dini secara lebih kontekstual dan komunikatif.

ABSTRACT Self-confidence is an important aspect of early childhood social-emotional development that needs to be fostered from an early age through active and enjoyable learning processes. However, in reality, there are still children who lack the courage to perform, experience difficulties in interacting, and are unable to express themselves optimally during classroom activities. This study aimed to determine the effect of the role-playing method on the self-confidence of early childhood students at PAUD Al Hidayah Kopang in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study employed a quantitative approach with a simple experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 20 children selected as the research sample. Data were collected through observations of children’s self-confidence behaviors before and after the implementation of the role-playing method, while data analysis was conducted using the t-test. The findings revealed that the t-count value of 2.185 was higher than the t-table value of 2.103 at a 5% significance level with 19 degrees of freedom. These findings indicate that the role-playing method had a positive effect on improving children’s self-confidence, particularly in terms of communication skills, willingness to perform in front of the class, and interaction with peers. Therefore, the role-playing method can be considered an effective alternative learning strategy to support the optimal social-emotional development of early childhood learners. ABSTRAK Rasa percaya diri merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini yang perlu dikembangkan sejak dini melalui proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih terdapat anak yang kurang berani tampil, sulit berinteraksi, dan belum mampu mengekspresikan diri secara optimal dalam kegiatan belajar di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bermain peran terhadap rasa percaya diri anak usia dini di PAUD Al Hidayah Kopang Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen sederhana. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 anak yang dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap perilaku percaya diri anak sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode bermain peran, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji t (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 2,185 lebih besar dibandingkan ttabel sebesar 2,103 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan derajat kebebasan 19. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain peran memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan rasa percaya diri anak, terutama dalam keberanian berkomunikasi, tampil di depan kelas, dan berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya. Dengan demikian, metode bermain peran dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini secara lebih optimal.

Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata, one of the conditions for a valid agreement is the existence of an agreement between both parties. In practice, what often happens in the field is that one party commits a breach of contract by ignoring the previously agreed terms. The purpose of this study is to explain the forms of breach of contract that occur in Mobile Legends game boosting service agreements, the factors that cause the breach of contract, and the efforts to resolve breaches that occur between consumers and Mobile Legends game boosting service providers. Data collection was conducted through field research and library research. Field research was carried out by interviewing respondents and informants, while library research was conducted by studying legislation, textbooks, and scholars' opinions relevant to the issues being investigated. Based on the research results, it was found that the service agreement for hiring Mobile Legends online game boosters has been determined and agreed upon by both parties at the beginning of the agreement. The types of breaches that occur in mobile legends game boosting service agreements are performing partially, performing what was promised but late, and doing things prohibited in the agreement. The factors causing breaches in mobile legends game boosting service agreements are the limited abilities of the booster service provider and limited time. Resolution of breaches in mobile legends game boosting service agreements is done non-litigation, namely through negotiation. The recommendation from this study is that users of Mobile Legends game boosting services should be more cautious with personal data and account misuse when using game boosting services. Before making a transaction, it is advisable to ensure that your account is safe and cannot be hacked, which can be done by linking the account to several other platform accounts, such as Moonton, Facebook, Google Play, to ensure the security of your account, and to be wiser in choosing services that are already safely affiliated and not easily tempted by promotions and low prices.

ABSTRACT Self-destructive behavior among students has become a psychological issue that requires serious attention because it may affect students’ emotional, social, and academic development at school. This phenomenon indicates the importance of guidance and counseling services that can help students transform negative thought patterns and behaviors into more rational and adaptive ones. This study aimed to determine the effect of Rational Emotive Therapy on students’ self-destructive behavior at SMPN 6 Mataram. The study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest model. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, involving 9 students selected from a population of 60 students who demonstrated high levels of self-destructive behavior. Research data were collected using questionnaires as the primary instrument, while observation, interviews, and documentation were used as supporting data collection methods. Data analysis was conducted using the t-test. The results showed that the calculated t-value of 6.074 was higher than the t-table value of 2.306 at the 5% significance level (6.074 > 2.306), indicating that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of Rational Emotive Therapy was effective in reducing students’ tendencies toward self-destructive behavior through the development of more rational and positive thinking patterns. The implications of this study suggest that Rational Emotive Therapy can be utilized as an alternative guidance and counseling service to help students improve self-control and develop more adaptive behavioral adjustment within the school environment. ABSTRAK Perilaku self destructive pada siswa menjadi permasalahan psikologis yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian karena dapat berdampak pada kondisi emosional, sosial, dan perkembangan belajar siswa di sekolah. Fenomena ini menunjukkan pentingnya layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang mampu membantu siswa mengubah pola pikir dan perilaku negatif menjadi lebih rasional dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rational Emotive Therapy terhadap perilaku self destructive siswa di SMPN 6 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental melalui model one group pretest-posttest. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Rational Emotive Therapy mampu membantu siswa mengurangi kecenderungan perilaku self destructive melalui perubahan pola pikir yang lebih rasional dan positif. Implikasi penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Rational Emotive Therapy dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan kontrol diri dan penyesuaian perilaku yang lebih baik di lingkungan sekolah.

Music is one of the tools used by musicians to express a feeling through the lyrics of the songs they make, either directly or through implied messages. in this study which aims to analyze the song “lonely” by justin beiber through a pragmatic approach, more precisely on the disclosure of implicature. In the lyrics of this song, there are many implied messages that are not expressed directly but through implicatures that reflect the sense of alienation and deep loneliness experienced by the singer in his personal life, therefore this study aims to reveal what he really wants to convey through the lyrics of the song. In this study using a qualitative method with a pragmatic approach put forward by grice regarding conversational and conversational implicature. The results of this song reveal a deep sense of loneliness and isolation experienced personally by the publisher of this song. In this implicature research reveals through the use of implied messages in the lyrics of the song. Hopefully with the results of this study can provide a deeper understanding of what exactly wants to be conveyed through the language used to convey a psychological and emotional message in the context of popular song lyrics.

Entrepreneurial learning associated with the learning outcomes of students in secondary vocational schools in order to produce graduates who are capable of self-employed and compete as experts in their respective fields according to the occupied during the study. Students of vocational high school graduates who are independent self-employed will be able to compete in the global era. Graduates will be influenced by the conditions of entrepreneurial learning in schools in cooperation with the business (industry) studied the learning process. Vocational industrial education that prepares a person to be more capable of working in a job group or field of work than the work are a sother. In SMK N 3 Kudus an educational institution that prepares students to be able to work independently in a particular field. World Business School and the implementation of education has an important role in the development of education in this regard are implemented in the learning process. Based on this background, it can be taken to focus the problem as follows: The process of entrepreneurial learning by the student of SMK N 3 Kudus in the classroom, practice and learning in the corporate world to entrepreneur ship students at SMK N 3 Kudus, The World of collaboration between schools and businesses (World Industries) in teaching entrepreneurship to students at SMK N 3 Kudus and the impact on students' entrepreneurial learning through collaboration between schools and business (industry) to knowledge (skill) competencies of entrepreneurship students at SMK N 3 Kudus.From the analysis it can be concluded that the impact of collaboration between the World of Business Schools in entrepreneurship learning in students SMKN 3 Kudus is able to develop the entrepreneurship spirit of students so as to enhance the spirit of independence of students in employment. As the end of the description of the study, the authors make suggestions as follows: for the teaching staff at secondary vocational schools, involvement in the learning of each should be able to insert material that related to entrepreneurship as a subject is part of the learning process of students to be able to gave the impetus to entrepreneurship in independent. Siswa lulusan SMK yang independen wiraswasta akan mampu bersaing di era global. Lulusan akan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah bekerjasama dengan bisnis (industri) mempelajari proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan kejuruan industri yang mempersiapkan seseorang untuk lebih mampu bekerja dalam kelompok kerja atau lapangan kerja dari pekerjaan yang sother a. Di SMK N 3 Kudus lembaga pendidikan yang mempersiapkan siswa untuk dapat bekerja secara mandiri dalam bidang tertentu. Dunia Business School dan pelaksanaan pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan dalam hal ini diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka dapat diambil untuk fokus masalah sebagai berikut: Proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan oleh siswa SMK N 3 Kudus di kelas, praktek dan belajar di dunia usaha untuk siswa kapal pengusaha di SMK N 3 Kudus, Dunia kerja sama antara sekolah dan bisnis (Dunia industri) dalam kewirausahaan mengajar untuk siswa di SMK N 3 Kudus dan dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran kewirausahaan siswa melalui kolaborasi antara sekolah dan bisnis (industri) pengetahuan (keterampilan) kompetensi siswa kewirausahaan di SMK N 3 Kudus. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak dari kolaborasi antara Dunia Sekolah Bisnis dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada siswa SMKN 3 Kudus mampu mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat kemandirian siswa dalam pekerjaan. Sebagai akhir dari deskripsi penelitian, penulis memberikan saran sebagai berikut: untuk staf pengajar di sekolah-sekolah menengah kejuruan, keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran masing-masing harus bisa memasukkan materi yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan sebagai subjek merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran proses siswa untuk dapat memberikan dorongan untuk berwirausaha secara mandiri. Sekolah dan bisnis merupakan entitas tunggal dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah menengah kejuruan maka kedua lembaga harus saling mendukung untuk keberhasilan program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang telah digariskan dalam UUD 1945 pembukaan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan seluruh tumpah darah . The Urgency and Direction of Environmental Insurance in Indonesia: A Constitutional Law Perspective

A recent decision of the Indonesian Constitutionalourt'shas significant implications for the principle of utmost good faith in insurance practice, particularly by strengthening reciprocal duties between insurers and insured parties and restricting unilateral policy termination. This has implications for various types of insurance, including environmental insurance. This research focuses on analyzing the urgency and orientation of environmental insurance in Indonesia after Constitutional Court Decision Number 83/PUU-XXII/2024. This normative legal research confirms that the urgency of specific regulations on environmental insurance in Indonesia is increasingly pressing, particularly due to large-scale ecosystem degradation caused by industrial activities, mining exploitation, and other high-risk sectors.This study offers a novel regulatory framework for environmental insurance in Indonesia by linking the Indonesian Constitutional Court’s reinterpretation of Article 251 of the Commercial Code (KUHD) with the future legal design of Environmental Liability Insurance (ELI). The research finds that the Court’s approach to contractual fairness requires environmental insurance regulation to shift toward stronger consumer protection and procedural safeguards. It argues that future regulations should institutionalize reciprocal utmost good faith obligations, prevent unilateral policy cancellation, and require objective proof of material environmental risk through due process mechanisms. This study also proposes expanding mandatory ELI beyond the limited B3 waste regime to other high-risk sectors such as mining, plantations, chemical industries, and infrastructure projects.
