Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, on firm value with moderation of dividend policy on LQ45 issuers on the IDX. Methodology: The research approach used quantitative methods with sampling using purposive sampling of 30 issuers, the data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis (MRA). Finding: The four variables namely profitability, leverage, liquidity, dividend policy have a significant influence on firm value. However, when dividend policy is moderated, only leverage and liquidity have a significant influence on firm value. Implication: Provides knowledge insights for investors, shareholders, and regulators on matters that affect firm value and are important for financial management, provides important information on how dividend policy plays a role and can affect firm value, and how corporate authorities can develop more efficient methods to increase its value from several aspects. Originality: This research is original to the author due to the use of secondary data from the IDX on LQ-45 issuers from 2020 to 2023, innovative and integrated methodological methods, and broad practical implications. This research adds to the academic and practical literature on corporate stocks and financial management, especially developing countries such as Indonesia.

Abstract

Detecting emotions based on human facial expressions has long been a focus of research in the field of psychology that identifies the relationship between expressions and a person's emotional state. Deep learning has the ability to learn data representations with a high level of abstraction, allowing models to make predictions or decisions based on big data without human intervention and deep learning can also understand and classify an object. One of the main breakthroughs in the field of deep learning is the convolutional neural network, its advantage is that it has very good performance results in various tasks in image processing. In this study, research will be conducted on detecting human facial expressions using the convolutional neural network method by conducting several experiments. Image data will be processed using the python programming language and the dataset used is data sourced from the official kaggle.com website, namely FER2013. Based on the results of training the convolutional neural network model for facial expression recognition, the highest accuracy reached 60% at the 60th epoch with batch sizes of 64 and 128. When viewed based on the graph produced, the best model training was carried out with a batch size of 128 epoch 60. While the confusion matrix produced by batch size 64 epoch 60, the resulting model is more balanced in detecting expressions. And the classification report produced has no significant difference

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Inisiasi Menyusu Dini merupakan proses alami dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada bayi untuk mencari dan menghisap ASI sendiri, dalam satu jam pertama pada awal kehidupannya. Manfaat memberikan ASI bagi ibu tidak hanya menjalin kasih sayang, tetapi dapat mengurangi perdarahan setelah melahirkan, mempercepat pemulihan kesehatan ibu, menunda kehamilan, mengurangi risiko terkena kanker payudara, dan merupakan kebahagiaan tersendiri bagi ibu. Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi Pemberian insiasi menyusui dini (IMD) pada ibu post sectio caesarea di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah. Metode: jenis penelitian kuantitattif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Tahun 2025. Waktu penelitian bulan Januari s/d April Tahun 2025. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu post sectio caesarea di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Tahun 2025 berjumlah 32 orang. Sampel diambil secara accidental sampling berjumlah 32 orang. Analisa data dengan univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji uji chi square dan regresi logistik. Hasil: hasil uji statistik dengan uji regresi logistik diperoleh nilai signifikan, artinya dari tiga variabel yaitu pengetahuan, dukungan suami dan sikap, pengaruh yang paling dominan yang berpengaruh adalah dukungan suami dengan nilai 0.006 pada ibu post partum di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Medan Tahun 2025. Kesimpulan:  Uji regresi logistik pada tahap pertama semua variabel berpengaruh setelah dilakukan tahap kedua hanya dukungan suami yang paling dominan berpengearuh terhadap pemberian Inisiasi Menyusui Dini Pada Ibu Post Sectio Sacearia Di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Medan. Saran: bagi tempat penelitian diharapkan agar dapat meningkatkan lagi penyuluhan agar pengetahuan ibu, dukungan suami dan sikap tentang menyusui semakin bertambah serta dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran ibu. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Dukungan Suami, Sikap, Pemberian IMD ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Early Breastfeeding Initiation is a natural process by giving the baby the opportunity to find and suck breast milk on their own, within the first hour of their life. The benefits of breastfeeding for mothers are not only to establish affection, but can reduce bleeding after giving birth, accelerate the recovery of the mother's health, delay pregnancy, reduce the risk of breast cancer, and is a joy in itself for the mother. Tujuan: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the provision of early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) in post-cesarean mothers at Muhammadiyah Hospital. Metode: The type of quantitative research with the research design used is cross sectional. The study was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2025. The research time was January to April 2025. The population was all post-cesarean mothers at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2025 totaling 32 people. The sample was taken by accidental sampling totaling 32 people. Data analysis with univariate, bivariate and multivariate with chi square tests and logistic regression. Hasil: The results of the statistical test with the logistic regression test obtained a significant value, meaning that of the three variables, namely knowledge, husband's support and attitude, the most dominant influence was husband's support with a value of 0.006 on postpartum mothers at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Medan in 2025. Kesimpulan:  Logistic regression test in the first stage all variables have an effect after the second stage is carried out only the husband's support has the most dominant effect on the provision of Early Breastfeeding Initiation in Post Sectio Sacearia Mothers at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Medan. Saran: For research sites, it is hoped that they can further improve counseling so that mothers' knowledge, husbands' support and attitudes about breastfeeding increase and can raise mothers' awareness.. Keywords: Knowledge, Husband's Support, Attitude, Giving IMD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of FinTech, sustainable banking, and natural resource revenues collectively influencing environmental outcomes in the ASEAN Plus Three region is still scarce. This study uses panel data regression analysis covering nine ASEAN Plus Three countries over the period 2017 to 2021. The findings provide evidence of the significant influence of FinTech, Sustainable Banking, and natural resource revenues derived from sustainable environmental development activities in Plus Three economies. FinTech has a very negative effect on environmental outcomes. In contrast, sustainable banking does not show a statistically significant effect. Natural resource revenues are positively related to environmental degradation. These results highlight the importance of implementing low-carbon technologies to meet carbon neutrality targets in ASEAN Plus Three countries. The findings offer empirical insights for policymakers to prioritize green technologies, reassess fintech's environmental footprint, and strengthen the sustainable banking framework.

Abstract

The study examines the relationship between capital structure and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance of listed non-financial Ghanaian firms, emphasizing the moderating role of board gender diversity. Using panel data from 16 firms enlisted on the Ghana Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2022, the research adopts a fixed-effects model. Findings reveal that debt and equity negatively impact ESG performance, challenging traditional financial theories like Modigliani and Miller's capital structure irrelevance. Surprisingly, board gender diversity does not significantly moderate the capital structure–ESG performance link. The study underscores the need for cautious capital structure decisions to mitigate informational asymmetry costs and suggests revisiting female representation on corporate boards, given its limited influence in this context. This research advances sustainability discourse by exploring unique capital market dynamics in developing countries; in Sub-Saharan Africa and providing new insights into ESG impacts of capital structure and gender diversity in Ghanaian firms.

Abstract

A crisis is an event that has more negative implications in an organization. The crisis also has much potential for the negative in affecting an organization or a company and in the community. Whereas morals are things that fit with ideas which are commonly accepted by humans, which are good and which are bad. Assessments of morals are measured in local cultures. When such a person does according to the values that are in society it is accepted and the person has good value. So the moral crisis is the negative that can influence a system and aspects of that good life in the home, school, and community environment. The crisis phase is that crisis build up, the second crisis breakout, the third chrinic crisis stage, and the last crisis stage. Furthermore, the revolutionary society 5.0 concept, which will play a major role in transforming data into a new kind of wisdom that ultimately enhances human ability, opens the door to a meaningful life. In the society 5.0 era a great amount of information would accumulate in the virtual world. The impact is that the world is becoming so connected that national boundaries seem to be lost.

Abstract

This study explores the perceptions and financial behaviors of final-year Accounting and Management students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) toward cryptocurrency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with eight students. Findings reveal that while participants are aware of cryptocurrency, their understanding is often shaped by informal sources such as social media and peers, rather than academic instruction. Key themes include curiosity, emotional decision-making, peer influence, and skepticism due to volatility and lack of trust. The study highlights a significant educational gap in university curricula regarding digital finance, suggesting a need for more structured financial literacy programs. Thematic analysis further underscores the influence of behavioral finance concepts such as FOMO, loss aversion, and social proof in shaping student engagement with crypto assets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan literasi digital petani terhadap efektivitas sistem irigasi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan. Penerapan teknologi IoT dalam sektor pertanian menjadi solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air dan produktivitas lahan, namun keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 120 petani yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga variabel utama: persepsi terhadap IoT, literasi digital, dan efektivitas irigasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap IoT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas irigasi dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.317. Sementara itu, literasi digital memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dengan koefisien 0.452. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.590 menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 59% variasi efektivitas irigasi. Uji korelasi juga menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara ketiga variabel. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun persepsi positif dan meningkatkan kapasitas literasi digital sebagai fondasi keberhasilan adopsi teknologi IoT dalam praktik pertanian. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya sinergi antara pemerintah, penyuluh pertanian, dan institusi pendidikan untuk menyusun strategi pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang kontekstual. Penyediaan infrastruktur digital dan model pelatihan partisipatif menjadi kunci untuk memperkuat adopsi teknologi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap perumusan kebijakan pertanian digital di daerah pedesaan Indonesia.

Abstract

The increasing participation of millennials in Indonesia’s Islamic financial markets underscores the importance of understanding the behavioral factors that influence their investment decisions. This study aims to analyze the impact of behavioral biases specifically representativeness, overconfidence, and herding on Sharia-compliant investment behavior among millennial investors. Despite the growing relevance of behavioral finance, empirical research on cognitive biases in Islamic investments remains limited, particularly in emerging economies. This study fills that gap by employing Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine data collected from 300 millennial users of the Bibit Sharia investment platform in West Java. The findings reveal that overconfidence (β = 0.235, p < 0.05) and herding (β = 0.198, p < 0.05) significantly influence investment decisions, whereas representativeness bias has no significant effect (p > 0.05). These results highlight the critical role of self-confidence and social influence in shaping millennial Sharia investment behavior. The study recommends enhancing targeted financial literacy programs that address behavioral biases and promote ethical, independent decision-making among young Muslim investors. Future research is encouraged to include broader regional samples and explore additional behavioral factors within Islamic financial contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of decentralization and environmental uncertainty on managerial performance with the quality of the management accounting information system as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Where variables are measured using an ordinal scale. The data collection method was carried out by interviews, with a list of questions (questionnaire). The population and sample of this research were 44 PT managers. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data by analyzing and testing the inner model and outer model with the help of Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data processing software. test findings show that: (1) decentralization has an effect on managerial performance (2) environmental uncertainty has an effect on managerial performance (3) decentralization has an effect on the quality of management accounting information systems (4) environmental uncertainty has an effect on the quality of management accounting information systems (5) system quality management accounting information influences managerial performance (6) the quality of management accounting information systems can mediate the relationship between decentralization and managerial performance (7) the quality of management accounting information systems can mediate the relationship between environmental uncertainty and managerial performance.
