Abstract

Screen printing t-shirt business on a large scale level can be included as a manufacturing business. In the screen printing t-shirt business, business actors often focus more on t-shirt production and printing designs, so that the container for customer information is often overlooked. With more and more customers in the screen printing t-shirt business, businesses often take up their time in serving and providing information to customers. The media that customers usually use in asking for information is usually via WhatsApp. The implementation of customer service using whatsapp bots in screen printing t-shirt businesses is expected to be a solution so that good relations are maintained between customers and businesses.

Abstract

The Tapera program, a long-term savings initiative for housing financing, particularly for low-income communities, has faced predominantly negative sentiment from the public on social media, especially Twitter. This study employs the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian citizens' tweets regarding the Tapera program. Of the 2600 tweets analyzed, 57.35% expressed negative sentiment, while 42.65% showed positive sentiment. The model evaluation revealed an average accuracy of 68.4% for the NBC, with the highest accuracy reaching 73.3% at an 80:20 training-testing data split ratio and the lowest at 61.9% at a 10:90 ratio. This study provides an in-depth overview of the public's response to the Tapera program on social media and confirms the effectiveness of the Naïve Bayes Classifier in classifying sentiment from Twitter tweets. The findings suggest the need for more effective communication strategies and policy improvements that are more responsive to public expectations and needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (at Aerodrome Control Tower Unit of Perum LPPNPI Jakarta), with a sample of 140 respondents from 200 workers total population on Aerodrome Control Tower Unit Perum LPPNPI Jakarta. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) and was processed by Smart PLS 3.2.9. This study proves that 1.) Organizational culture positively and significantly affect employee performance; 2.) Career development positively and significantly affects employee performance; 3.) Organizational culture positively and significantly affect job satisfaction; 4.) Career development positively and significantly affects job satisfaction; 5.) Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee cross-cultural diversity and motivation on employee performance through corporate ethics at Bank Indonesia. The population for this study consists of permanent employees of Bank Indonesia, with a sample size of 228. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Key findings of the research indicate that cross-cultural diversity among employees positively and significantly affects employee performance. Similarly, work motivation also has a significant positive impact on employee performance. However, both cross-cultural diversity and work motivation do not show a statistically significant relationship with corporate ethics. Furthermore, corporate ethics does not have a statistically significant relationship with employee performance. Specifically, there is no significant mediating effect of corporate ethics on the relationship between cross-cultural diversity as well as work motivation and employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that although cross-cultural diversity and work motivation significantly impact employee performance, their influence through corporate ethics is not statistically significant. Therefore, organizations should focus more on creating an environment that supports cultural adaptation and motivation enhancement, while continuously evaluating and strengthening corporate ethics practices.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the classification accuracy of batik motifs through a novel integration of Multi-Texton Co-Occurrence Descriptor (MTCD) and Binarized Statistical Image Features (BSIF). The primary objective is to develop a robust feature extraction method that effectively captures both textural and statistical properties of batik images, specifically utilizing the Batik Nitik 960 dataset. Our methodology employs a combination of MTCD and BSIF, followed by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for dimensionality reduction, optimizing the model's ability to learn from diverse characteristics inherent in batik motifs to augment the diversity and robustness of the training data, we enhanced the Batik Nitik 960 dataset by applying vertical flipping, in addition to existing rotations. We explored three feature fusion approaches: Combination 1, where features are combined before normalization and PCA, achieving an accuracy of 99.948%; Combination 2, where normalization occurs prior to feature combination, also achieving an accuracy of 99.948%; and Combination 3, which applies PCA separately to each feature before combination, resulting in an accuracy of 99.896%. Experimental results demonstrate a remarkable accuracy in classifying these motifs, with the combined MTCD-BSIF features significantly surpassing the individual performances of MTCD at 95.729% and BSIF at 99.531%. This substantial improvement addresses the limitations identified in previous research, which reported an accuracy of only 0.71 on the same dataset. Furthermore, we explore the impact of various feature fusion techniques on classification performance, providing insights into the effectiveness of our proposed methods. Our findings suggest that the combined MTCD-BSIF approach can serve as a benchmark for future studies aiming to enhance classification accuracy in similar domains, thereby contributing to advancements in automated classification systems and their applications across various fields.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the need for developing a financial literacy pocketbook for Malay ethnic homemakers in running a home industry business, compiling a financial literacy pocket bookmaking tool, and measuring or knowing the validation of the financial literacy pocketbook. This study uses a design-based research (DBR) approach. The subjects in this study were 25 Malay homemakers running a home industry business in Jambi City. For the implementation of field trials (in large groups) and evaluation of field trials, the researchers used action research to test the draft financial literacy pocketbook product. Researchers collected data using the method of observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, FGD (focus group discussion), and documentation. The data analysis used by researchers in processing research and development data used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the field test showed that before the pre-test comprehension treatment was conducted, it was 57.71, while after the treatment of understanding financial literacy using a literacy pocketbook, it was known that the average result of understanding Jambi Malay homemakers about financial literacy with a post-test was 67.02 which means an increase of 9.31 points. The effect size calculation results show a value of 0.861, which is included in the high category. Overall, this study has produced a pocketbook of home industry financial literacy measuring 7 x 10 cm with 25 pages of teaching materials that professionals have validated.

Abstract

The imbalance between the current availability of water resources and the need for water is an important problem in almost all regions in Indonesia, so that it requires a conception of the engineering and operation of existing facilities. control and utilization of water as well as management carried out efficiently and effectively in order to meet various needs. As an effort to avoid conflicts of interest, an engineering management of dam operations is needed. This raises the idea of ​​the need for water management engineering existing reservoirs. Based on reservoir water inflow and outflow data from 2019 to 2022, optimization was carried out on the Minimum Demand Analysis (Firm Yield Analysis) and Maximum Analysis of Reservoir Water Release using the Non-Linear Generalized Reduced Gradient (GRG) Method. Inflow and outflow data iterations as a function of objectives and constraints Minimize Reservoir Capacity and Amount of water storage in the reservoir = Inflow, and demand at the Way Sekampung Dam = Outflow obtained by Firm Yield Analysis of 335.62 Million M3 or 335 MCM. Thus, it can be concluded that the effective storage volume that can be allocated for irrigation is located between the minimum reservoir elevation at +250 m and the maximum elevation at +255 m. The results of the volume interpolation of the optimization results obtained with an elevation elevation of + 253.74 m, as well as the optimization results for the total release of reservoir water at 281 MCM, so that the management of water resources can then become a benchmark in the distribution of irrigation water, raw water, hydropower and water conservation. continuously

Abstract

Conflicts over land ownership rights occur because of the existence of two different legal systems, namely the western legal system used by the Dutch and customary law such as customary law which is still applied in Indonesia. As a result, documents that are still under control based on the legal system, for example girik documents, SKT, stakes and so on, make legal certainty unclear. Certainty of land ownership rights in Indonesia is currently regulated based on UUPA no. 5 of 1960 in the form of a certificate document as proof of strong land control which contains physical data and juridical data as proof of land ownership rights. The best solution to resolve land ownership conflicts is to register ownership rights to land obtained based on the Dutch legal and customary system in accordance with UUPA no. 5 of 1960 and PP no. 24 of 1997 concerning land registration in conjunction with PP No. 18 of 2021 concerning management rights, land rights, apartment units, and land registration in conjunction with jurisprudence No. 234 K/Pdt/1992.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran resiprokal dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Sindetlami II Kecamatan Besuk Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan tentang materi Gerakan Dominan dalam Senam Lantai pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Siswa kelas VI dari SDN Sindetlami II Kecamatan Besuk Kabupaten Probolinggo menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pembelajaran lompat tinggi selama ujian praktek. Selama proses pengumpulan data, dilakukan observasi dan tes. Setelah menggunakan produk, elemen psikomotorik, koqnitif, dan afektif siswa diidentifikasi dengan statistik sederhana dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL dapat membantu siswa. Data observasi siswa (afektiF) adalah 74,86% pada siklus I dan 90,34% pada siklus II, masing-masing. Unjuk kerja psikomotor siswa mencapai 27,27% pada siklus I, 54,55% pada siklus II, dan 90,91% pada siklus III, masing-masing.
