Abstract

Kementerian Pertanian RI bersinergi dengan International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) meluncurkan program Youth Entrepreneurship And Employment Support Service (YESS) untuk mengatasi masalah regenerasi petani serta kompetensi tenaga kerja di bidang pertanian. Faktanya, jumlah peserta pada program tersebut masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan sejauh mana minat pemuda perdesaan terhadap program YESS, (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat pemuda perdesaan, dan (3) merumuskan strategi peningkatan minat pemuda perdesaan. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga Juni 2023 di Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Cianjur, dengan melibatkan 76 pemuda sebagai sampel dari 314 pemuda menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) minat pemuda perdesaan terhadap program YESS di Kecamatan Pacet tergolong tinggi (2) minat pemuda perdesaan terhadap program YESS secara nyata dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, lingkungan sosial, dan atribut program YESS dan (3) strategi untuk meningkatkan minat pemuda perdesaan dapat dimulai dengan mengoptimalkan peran lingkungan sosial dan secara bersamaan meningkatkan pemahaman pemuda tentang manfaat program sekaligus memotivasi mereka melalui penyuluhan pertanian.

Abstract

Vocational High School education is expected to produce graduates who are in accordance with the needs of the industrial world. SMKS Yasipa Terpadu Pelabuhan Ratu majoring in Fashion Design seeks to achieve this goal with a Field Work Practice program in collaboration with PT. Lydia Sola Gracia. This study seeks to see the effectiveness of Field Work Practices in improving student competence from an industry perspective. The competencies of the students studied are hard skills, namely sewing productivity and soft skills, namely the level of student discipline between before and after field work practice. The study took a sample of grade XI students of Vocational High School. The research was carried out at SMK Yasipa Terpadu Pelabuhan Ratu academic year 2022/2023. The data in this study was taken from the population and sample of the study, namely class XI students of the Fashion Department. The example in this study was chosen using a census technique where the entire population was sampled, namely as many as 46 students. The results showed an increase in the average score of student sewing competence after participating in PKL, from 50.33 to 74.78. The results of the Wilcoxon difference test stated that there was a real influence of the PKL program on improving student competence. While this cooperation program does not affect the improvement of student discipline. Abstrak         Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan diharapkan menghasilkan lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industri. SMKS Yasipa Terpadu Pelabuhan Ratu jurusan Tata Busana berupaya mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan program Praktik Kerja Lapang bekerja sama dengan PT. Lydia Sola Gracia. Penelitian ini berusaha melihat efektivitas Praktik Kerja Lapang dalam peningkatan kompetensi siswa dari perspektif industri. Kompetensi siswa yang diteliti adalah hard skill yaitu produktivitas menjahit dan soft skill yaitu tingkat kedisiplinan siswa antara sebelum dengan sesudah praktik kerja lapang. Penelitian mengambil sampel siswa kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK YASIPA Terpadu Pelabuhan Ratu pada Tahun Pelajaran 2022/ 2023. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari populasi dan contoh penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana. Contoh dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sensus di mana seluruh populasi menjadi contoh yaitu sebanyak 46 orang siswa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan skor rata-rata kompetensi menjahit siswa setelah mengikuti PKL yaitu dari 50,33 menjadi 74,78. Hasil uji beda Wilcoxon menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang nyata program PKL terhadap peningkatan kompetensi siswa. Sedangkan program kerja sama ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa.

Abstract

Interaksi di kelas akan memiliki tujuan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Namun proses pembelajaran seringkali monoton sehingga siswa kurang memperhatikan dan pasif dalam pembelajaran. Peneliti menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Materi Soal IPS Kelas IV metode dan model pembelajaran di SDN Cianten 02 dan ketersediaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV IPS dengan menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick. Hasil penelitian sebelum tindakan, siswa yang mendapat nilai kurang dari 65 (KKM) sebanyak 15 siswa (62,5%), dan siswa yang mendapat nilai lebih dari 65 sebanyak sembilan siswa (37,5%). Pada siklus 1, lima siswa mendapat nilai kurang dari 65 (20,83%) dan 19 (79,17%), dengan nilai rata-rata 68,0. Pada siklus 2, 1 siswa (4,17%) mendapat nilai kurang atau sama dengan 65, dan 23 siswa (95,83%) dengan nilai rata-rata 80,2. Hasil penelitian dua siklus ini sudah melebihi indikator penelitian yang diinginkan yaitu 80%, sehingga penelitian telah tuntas pada siklus 2. Dengan demikian, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick Hasil Belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Cianten 02, dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Taxes are one source of state revenue comes from the people, which will be used to build the facilities needed by the community. Once the magnitude of the needs of the State, it was the tax revenue every year is not so encouraging, because it does not achieve the desired targets. This studyy aims to determine the effect of tax awareness, tax penalties and tax This study used a simple random sampling,using the formula solvin, there are 100 samples were examined and treated by using SPSS software version20.The hypothesis will be tested by t test and F test with a significance level of 10%. From the test results indicate that the F count (2,313)> F table (2,14). From the test t test shows a partial awareness of taxation positive and significant impact on tax compliance, with a value of F count> t table (1,894> 1,661), the sanction tax positive effect on tax compliance, with the value of t count (0.966)> t table (1,661), and the tax amnesty is not a positive effect on tax compliance with t count (1,195)> t table (1,661). From the result of determination (R 2 )0,067, which means awareness of taxation, tax penalties and tax amnesty has the effect of 6,7 percent on tax compliance. Referring to the results, we can conclude that the awareness of taxation, tax penalties and tax amnesty has a role in the increased tax and compliance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose of the research This is to see how the influence of technological developments impacts conventional market activities. This research focuses on interactions between traders and consumers, operational efficiency, and competitiveness with contemporary markets. Research methods This is a qualitative descriptive, and case study conducted in several traditional markets that have used technology such as electronic payment systems and digital marketing applications. Apart from interviews and direct observations with traders and consumers, data was collected through research into related literature.Research result shows that technology impacts traditional markets in a dual way: it increases transaction efficiency and opens markets to traders who are able to adapt. However, some traders face difficulties understanding and implementing new technology. Apart from that, pressure from modern markets to adapt to faster technology also affects the sustainability of traditional markets. In order for traditional market traders to remain competitive in the face of change, this research recommends that they need technology training programs and policy support from the government to support technology integration in traditional markets so that they can compete fairly in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is a correlation between the critical thinking skills of students and the level of reading comprehension that they demonstrate. To examine this relationship, the researchers employed a reading comprehension test adapted from the TOEFL proficiency framework alongside a critical thinking assessment. The data were evaluated using Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation, which demonstrated that there is a relationship between the two variables that is statistically significant. The results demonstrated a strong positive correlation between students’ levels of critical thinking and their reading comprehension scores. Moreover, students with high critical thinking abilities had significantly enhanced performance on the reading comprehension assessment relative to their peers with low critical thinking capabilities. These findings suggest that critical thinking plays a crucial role in the process of understanding written texts and may have meaningful implications for students’ academic development, particularly in the context of language learning.

Abstract

Syam Ramadhani Yoga P, The Translation Techniques In Indonesian Subtitle Text Of (The Bad Guys Movies). A Final Thesis: English Department, Language and Arts Faculty, Semarang State University, 2024. The research is explained about translation technique in focusing on find Indonesian translation subtitle in The bad guys. The researcher takes the whole English text subtitle corpus. The goal of the study is investigated by the researcher using a qualitative approach. By reading both the source and target texts, the researcher looks for translation strategies in the texts, marks, categorizes, and analyzes the data using Molina and Albir's translation technique theories. The researcher employs himself to gather data in one of these multiple processes. The data analysis results indicate that: (1) there were eight translation techniques used in The Bad Guys movie; (2) literal translation was the most popular technique used in the movie; and (3) the researcher divided the literal translation techniques to identify the most common frequency, which turned out to be a simple sentence containing the highest percentage

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Wordwall application as a digital learning tool to support reading skills development for general communication among first-year undergraduate students in the English Education Department. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study involved 30 students participating in classroom activities using the Word Wall in a natural learning environment. Data were collected through direct classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and students’ reflective journals to capture their experiences and perceptions regarding the use of the application. The findings indicate that the Word Wall application effectively enhances student engagement by creating an interactive and visually appealing learning atmosphere. This increased engagement contributed to higher motivation levels and encouraged active participation during reading exercises. Furthermore, students demonstrated improved vocabulary acquisition and reading comprehension as a result of the repeated and contextualized exposure to words facilitated by the Wordwall activities. Although some students faced initial challenges such as limited digital literacy and occasional technical issues, they adapted quickly, which suggests that the integration of such digital tools is feasible and beneficial in higher education contexts. The study also highlights the potential of technology-enhanced learning to address common difficulties in teaching reading for general communication by providing dynamic and accessible vocabulary practice.

Abstract

Curriculum changes that occur give teachers skills in developing learning media that meet the needs of the curriculum and can provide an enjoyable learning experience for students. The product developed in this research is a pop-up book geography tectonism material with the Essentials of Geology book model. This research aims to develop pop-up book geography learning media that is practical, effective, valid, and useful in motivating students to learn tectonism material. The product was developed using the ADDIE model, which includes a) analysis, b) design, c) development, d) implementation, and e) evaluation. Based on the needs and material analysis results, the pop-up learning media book geography tectonism material essentials of the geology book model needs to be developed. The material and media expert validation results state that the media is very valid for the learning process, with a total average score of 91.75 and 90 percent. The total average validation obtained through the teacher response questionnaire to the media is 92.5 percent. With these results, it can be concluded that the validity of this media is in the valid category and can be utilized and applied without revision. After the trial was carried out, the results of the media practicality test were 85.5 percent, and the results of the media effectiveness test were 86.25 percent. With these results, it can be concluded that the media is in the practical and effective category. Effective means motivating student learning in studying geospheric phenomena, lithospheric dynamics material, especially tectonism sub-material, and the media can be used without requiring revisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) dalam mewujudkan Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek tiga guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menyusun tujuan pembelajaran berdasarkan Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) dengan menyesuaikan karakteristik peserta didik. Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning), dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning). Penilaian dilakukan melalui tes formatif, portofolio, dan proyek, yang berfungsi memberikan umpan balik untuk peserta didik. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru adalah ketimpangan kemampuan peserta didik, namun hal ini diatasi dengan pendekatan diferensiasi dan kerja sama dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran PAI yang kontekstual dan adaptif terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka
