Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Subjek dari penelitian ini siswa kelas XII IPS 1,2,3 MAN 3 Cianjur pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah (1) Lembar pengamatan berupa lembar pengamatan terfokus, (2) Tes hasil belajar ekonomi dari hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasannya diatas, setelah dilakukan tindakan berupa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK pada pelajaran ekonomi untuk mengatasi rendahnya tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa dapat dibuat beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: a) Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa antara sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK; b) Media pembelajaran berbasis TIK berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar dan pemahaman konsep peserta didik; c) Tingkat efektifitas penggunaan media yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK lebih efektif dibanding penggunaan media pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa; d) Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK membuat KBM lebih menarik, bahan ajar menjadi lebih interaktif, waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam KBM lebih cepat ketika menggunakan media, kualitas hasil belajar dapat meningkat ketika rancangan media tepat, KBM dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja, media dapat meningkatkan sikap positif peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar dan KBM, dan peran pendidik akan lebih variatif; e) Media pembelajaran berbasis TIK merupakan sarana penunjang pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of triangle passing drills onthe ability of underhand passing in volleyball games among junior athletes of DISHUBKota Pekanbaru. The research uses an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The study population consisted of 30 junior volleyball playersfrom DISHUB Kota Pekanbaru. The instrument used was an underhand passing test tomeasure passing skills. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics,normality tests, and t-tests. The results showed that the t-value of the experimentalgroup was greater than the t-table value, which was 4.631 compared to 2.131, thus thehypothesis was accepted. Similarly, the t-value of the control group was greater thanthe t-table value, which was 3.368 compared to 2.131, thus the hypothesis wasaccepted. Data shows that triangle passing drills increase the underhand passingability of junior athletes of DISHUB Kota Pekanbaru by 28.40%. This is 17.34% higherthan the control group, which did not use triangle passing drills and only achieved11.06%.Keywords: Triangle Passing Drills, Underhand Passing, Volleyball

Abstract

Pada produksi Cover Comp Ehx Pipe masih ditemukan kecacatan pada produk yang dihasilkan, terdapat tiga defect yaitu: Minus Triming, Tidak masuk Jig dan Hole tidak masuk. Selama 6 bulan dari Juli 2021 – Desember 2021 jumlah produksi sebanyak 43751 pcs. Untuk defect Minus Triming berjumlah 979 pcs, defect jig tidak masuk berjumlah 612 pcs dan defect hole tidak masuk sebesar 695 pcs. Menunjukkan bahwa defect Minus Triming mengalami defect tertinggi dengan total persentase 13.46%. Untuk melihat potensi yang akan terjadi, menggunakan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA). Beberapa usulan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yaitu, penambahan stopper atau penambahan dies lower dan upper untuk memberikan kemudahan pada operator pada saat pemasangan part. Dari hasil analisa disimpulkan bahwa hasil perbaikan pada defect minus triming menunjukkan perkembangan kearah yang lebih baik. Dari total defect sebelumnya priode Juli 2021 sampai dengan Desember 2021 mencapai 201 pcs, pada bulan Desember sampai dengan Januari 2022 mengalami penurunan mencapai 88 pcs. Pada 6 bulan setelah implementasi perbaikan total defect 24 pcs pada bulan Juni 2022, sehingga penurunan biaya repair part setelah perbaikan mencapai 55%.

Abstract

Bahasa Sunda, dengan kompleksitas undak-usuk basa, memiliki peran penting dalam komunikasi di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Mesin penerjemah Bahasa Sunda Loma ke Bahasa Sunda Halus menjadi tantangan karena penggunaan kata harus tepat sesuai konteksnya. Mesin ini penting sebagai alat pembelajaran Bahasa Sunda, mengingat banyaknya generasi yang kehilangan pemahaman terhadap bahasa daerah. Neural Machine Translation (NMT), terutama dengan model Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), menjadi solusi yang menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan LSTM dalam penerjemah Bahasa Sunda, tetapi penelitian terbaru masih kurang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimizer ADAM pada dataset duplikat menghasilkan akurasi terbaik, meskipun masih ada evaluasi yang kurang baik. Mesin penerjemah ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelestarian Bahasa Sunda di era digital. Evaluasi BLEU score menunjukkan kualitas terjemahan yang rendah pada dataset asli dan dataset duplikat dengan optimizer RMS, sementara dengan optimizer ADAM menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, terutama pada dataset duplikat. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan evaluasi yang kurang baik pada dataset yang diduplikat.   Sundanese, with its intricate speech levels, holds a pivotal role in West Java's communication. Translating from Loma to Formal Sundanese poses challenges due to precise contextual word usage. Crucial for Sundanese language preservation, a Neural Machine Translation (NMT) system using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) models emerges promising, yet current research is limited.This study aims to implement LSTM in Sundanese translation, focusing on the ADAM optimizer's efficacy on duplicate datasets. While ADAM yields the highest accuracy, some evaluations remain suboptimal. The translation engine's role is vital in preserving Sundanese in the digital era. BLEU score evaluations show low translation quality with RMS and significant improvements with ADAM, especially in duplicates. However, deficiencies persist, notably in duplicated datasets. This endeavor addresses the decline in regional language comprehension among younger generations, fostering Sundanese language education.

Abstract

This Electronic Retail Point of Sale (POS) Software discusses testing and quality assurance methods for the POS application. This application is crucial in the context of managing sales and purchases in electronic stores. The goal of this documentation is to ensure that the application functions properly, meets user needs, and maintains the security of transaction data. The selected method for testing and quality assurance is the BlackBox method, with a particular focus on functional and integration testing. Functional testing includes steps such as opening the application, logging in with valid and invalid data, and testing the main features of the application. Meanwhile, integration testing focuses on the interaction between the key components of the application, such as master data, transaction data, and reporting. The importance of security in the POS application is emphasized through security testing, especially concerning logout mechanisms and post-logout access security. This is done to safeguard sensitive transaction data and customer information.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance and capacity of the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system that has been installed on charging batteries for street lighting. Before cleaning the surface of the solar panel, the energy produced only reached 707.46Wh, and after cleaning, the energy produced increased to 859.77Wh. However, these results still do not meet the daily energy requirements for a 12-hour battery charge. The research methodology includes analyzing the impact of dust on solar panels, evaluating the performance of PLTS, and calculating daily energy requirements. Based on the PLTS battery capacity of 9600Wh, the maximum energy obtained from charging the battery is still insufficient to power two street lighting lamps for 12 hours. Therefore, an evaluation of the installed PLTS was conducted, resulting in several findings. First, it is necessary to add 11 units of solar panels with a capacity of 455Wp so that the required energy can be met. Second, the capacity of the installed battery is sufficient to meet the energy needs of the lighting. Third, the capacity of the Solar Charge Controller (SCC) needs to be increased to 150Ampere due to the addition of solar panels. Finally, the inverter that has been installed with an output of 1000Watt is adequate for the needs of the system. The results of this evaluation can serve as a basis for improving the performance of the PLTS in order to meet the desired energy needs.

Abstract

Abstract At one of xyz educational institutions in Tasikmalaya, there is a system, it can be used by users and it can freely access the system as long as they know the address of the site. The problem is with free access of user to the system, then there is a possibility for users who do not have access rights to the system will try to log in and to break into the system. For the irresponsible this will be manipulation or theft of a data. Regarding to that problems, the purpose of this research is to anticipate system login access by designing and building a prototype security system using NodeMcu and RFID technology. The method used in this research is qualitative with the development of agile models, namely Kanban models, while for design using UML models. The final result of this research is a prototype of a login system using NodeMcu and RFID technology as a security alternative to a system on web.

Abstract

Abstract: Target of public in this research is to know Applying Of Method Study Of Problem solving To Ability Think Critically of Student At Fundamental Discussion Supply And Demand In Class X. This Research represent research of experiment of True Experiment. Device Research the used is design grup control pretest-postest where sampel selected by random sampling. Data collector in the form of observation sheet, problem of tes enquette and. At technique analyse data got by total percentage both observer which is student activity observation at both meeting that is 100%, study process by using method study of Problem solving take place very good. At and pretest of posttest experiment class, got by average value equal to 48,4 and 79,7. Result of tes at natural experiment class is make-up of equal to 31,3. At and pretest of posttest control class, got by average value equal to 46,7 and 70,3. Result of tes at natural control class is make-up of equal to 23,6. Mean difference assess experiment class posttest and class control is 7,7 higher at experiment class than control class. Data result of Test of t experiment class postets and class control that is - ttabel ≤ thitung ≥ + ttabel or - 2,000 ≤ 3,917 ≥ 2,000. So that can be concluded that Is ha accepted and Ho refused. Pada teknik analisis data didapat persentase total kedua observer yang mengobservasi aktivitas siswa pada kedua pertemuan yaitu 100%, proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Problem Solvingberlangsung sangat baik. Pada pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen, didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 48,4 dan 79,7. Hasil tes pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 31,3. Pada pretest dan posttest kelas kontrol, didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 46,7 dan 70,3. Hasil tes pada kelas kontrol mengalami peningkatan sebesar 23,6.Selisih rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol adalah 7,7lebih tinggi pada kelas eksperimen daripada kelas kontrol. Data hasil Uji t postest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yaitu –ttabel ≤ thitung ≥ +ttabelatau –2,000 ≤ 3,917≥ 2,000. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dari hasil analisis angket diperoleh persentase total 82 % yaitu penggunaan metode pembelajaran Problem solving mendapat respon sangat baik.Kata Kunci: Penerapan, Metode Pembelajaran Problem Solving, Kemampuan berpikir Kritis Siswa

Abstract

This research was based on concerns about the quality betterment of the academic paper translations translated from Indonesian to English. The quality of the academic paper translation is still inaccurate and less natural because the authors translated using Google Translation. The combination of Google Translate and Grammarly Application (GTG-com App) as a developed translation application can be one application of translation that gives an effective and fast solution in translating academic papers from Indonesian into English. This app can improve the quality of translation grammatically, syntactically, lexically, and mechanically. The goal of this study is to help translators translate Indonesian academic papers into more accurate and natural English. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D). In this study, first, the researchers did a translation pretest of translating five academic papers done by five lecturers as the participants used Google Translate (GT) from Indonesian into English. Second, we assessed the translation products based on the accuracy and naturalness levels using the translation quality assessment scales. Third, we distributed questionnaire 1 of translators’ responses on GT translation products to five lecturers as the respondents and interviewed them about their needs for a new trans tool that can help them easily, accurately, naturally, and quickly translate their academic papers. Fourth, we developed GTG-Com App. Fifth, we did a translation posttest using GTG-Com App. Sixth, we compared the translation scores of GT translation to the GTG-Com App translation products. Seventh, we distributed questionnaire 2 of translators’ responses on GTG-Com App usage, and Eighth, we interviewed the same respondents about the GTG-Com App effectiveness. The data were analyzed descriptively using the t-Test formula and translation quality assessment scales. The research results show that GTG-Com App produced more accurate and natural translations than Google Translate (GT) did. The translation accuracy of using the GTG-Com App is 2.65 (accurate) while using GT is just 2.00 (less accurate). In this case, there is a difference in the score of 0.65 and the GTG-Com App is more accurate. The translation naturalness of using the GTG-Com App is 2.74 (natural) while using GT is just 2.48 (less natural). Similarly, at the level of naturalness GTC-com App produces a more natural 0.26 than GT.

Abstract

Biodiesel is produced from esterification and transesterification reactions of various vegetable oils such as coconut oil, palm oil, seed oil, soybean oil, etc. Waste cooking oil has the potential as a raw material for making biodiesel due to its abundant availability. The use of the CaO catalyst from duck eggshells can increase biodiesel quality. This study aimed to obtain the best catalyst with a high yield in biodiesel production using the transesterification method. The initial stage begins with activating the impregnated duck eggshell catalyst with various concentrations of KOH in distilled water (10 g KOH/100 mL, 15 g KOH/100 mL, 20 g KOH/100 mL, and 25 g KOH/100 mL). Followed by biodiesel synthesis steps using temperature variations in transesterification (45˚C, 55˚C, and 65˚C) in reaction times of 1, 2 and 3 hours using 2% catalyst concentration to the amount of waste cooking oil and a molar ratio of methanol: oil (7:1). The experimental results showed that transesterification of waste cooking oil could be improved with the presence of a CaO heterogeneous catalyst. The values of density, Free Fatty Acid (FFA), viscosity, and the acid number obtained was adjusted to the parameters using SNI:7182:2015. Only the total ester parameter (96.02%) and the cetane number (40.4) did not meet the requirements. Keywords: biodiesel, duck eggshell, waste cooking oil
