This study aims to determine the Effect of Motivation on Work Productivity in the Gudmura Paldam Flats Revitalization Project in Ambon City. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis method. Subjects in this study were 20 samples. Primary data collection techniques through questionnaires and secondary data collection through literature research. While the data analysis methods used are quantitative descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, f test (anova), t test. The results show, based on the t test as follows: 1. The need obtained t-count -1.937 > t-table 2.101 and the probality value sig 0.071 > 0.05 then the decision taken HO accepted and HI rejected. 2) Environment obtained t-count 2,296 > t-table 2,101 and the probality value was sig 0.036 > 0.05 then the decision taken by HO rejected and HI accepted. 3) Workers' wages obtained t-1,559 < 2,101 and the probality value was sig 0.139 > 0.05 then the decision taken was HO accepted and HI rejected. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the environment because the t-count value is obtained 2,296 > t-table 2,101 and the probality value is sig 0.036 > 0.05 it has an influence on work productivity.

This study aims to determine the method and its effect on the application of the use of ready-mixed concrete, processed concrete and precast concrete in the Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road construction project. Concrete is a structurally strong building material and is widely used in the construction of buildings, roads and dams. Precast concrete is a concrete product for construction that is specially produced with a predetermined size. This material is made from various mixtures of aggregates and cement binders. The method used is the AHP method. The resulting concrete consists of cement, sand, split which is processed with a special formulation carried out by the Batching Plant, to become cast concrete that is ready to use. Quality concrete is ready to be served in the Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road project area Section 1 A or as a material for making precast concrete. The expert opinion of the SKA Muda owner regarding the calculation of suitable concrete for the Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road work is as follows: Precast Concrete (C01), first place with a total value of 0.691, Ready-to-use Concrete (C02), second place with a total value of 0.249 and Processed Concrete (C03), ranked third with a total score of 0.060.

No construction work has the same progress—various factors as the cause of inequality. A positive progress deviation indicates good construction work. Otherwise, it is said to be bad if it has a negative value. The uncertain nature of the construction work causes 3 (three) possible scenarios of the value of the deviation of progress so that the three values form one value of the deviation of the expected progress. Deviations of value greater than 10% for a duration from 0 to 70% are categorized as binding contracts. This study aims to determine the deviation of the progress of 25 construction works. The research method was quantitative. Data collection was carried out on 25 construction works that had been carried out. Data was taken from contractors directly. The results of the data analysis show that when 25%D is obtained, 10 poor-performing construction jobs, Next for 30%D construction work. 50%D and 70%D underperformed 9, respectively; 9; and 8. The largest positive progress deviation value is 15,362 at S70%D. The expected value of the largest progress deviation is positive 1.763. By knowing the value of negative progress expectations, contractors should control delays before the contract is completed.

The availability of water in irrigation areas can affect agricultural productivity. Water balance must be maintained so that there is no shortage of water. Cikunten II has an area of 4.362 ha, mostly in the Tasikmalaya district. This study aims to analyze the water requirement and balance. Data analysis used the KP01 guidelines and the Cropwat program. The data analysis results obtained differences in reference plants' evapotranspiration results using the Modified Penman method in KP and Pennman–Monteith in the Cropwat program. The difference between the two methods is 133,83% due to the difference in albedo coefficients. The effective rainfall for paddy and secondary crops, the KP method analysis is lower than the Cropwat simulation of 110.10%. Availability of water using data from the Ciwulan weir with a reliability of 80% obtained a maximum discharge of 2,73 m3/sec. The water requirement was calculated during planting periods I, II, and II. The KP method is greater than the Cropwat method with a percentage of 277.42% in analyzing water requirements in the Paddy-Paddy-plants cropping pattern. The availability of water in the Cikunten area using Cropwat has fulfilled the needs marked by a more stable k factor than the KP01 method.

Abstract Concrete is one of the main materials in a building or construction. In this study the results of a mixture of banyan tree bark on the concrete mixture produced the following compressive strength: a mixture with banyan tree bark 2% compressive strength value 18.66 MPa, 5% compressive strength value 17.17 MPa, 7% compressive strength value 12.33 MPa, 10% value compressive strength of 12.91 MPa and 13% 10.43 MPa. The increased water requirement in the concrete mixture using banyan tree bark makes the compressive strength of the concrete low. For a mixture of banyan tree bark 2% concrete bark added 200 grams of water that is planned, 5% shell concrete 400 grams of water added to meet the slump value, 7% shell concrete 1.6 kg of water added to meet the slump value, 10 % shell concrete 1.65 kg of water added to meet the slump value and 13% skin concrete 1.7 kg of water added to meet the slump value. As we know, concrete that absorbs a lot of water will affect the compressive strength of the concrete, so that concrete with high water absorption has a low compressive strength. Parkir on Street pada badan jalan akan menimbulkan banyak permasalahan, salah satunya adalah kemacetan dan tundaan. Kemacetan dapat terjadi karena menurunnya kapasitas jalan yang ada. Penrurnan kapasitas jalan dapat disebabkan oleh berkurangnya lajur efektif pada jalan, karena sebagian lajur digunakan untuk parkir on street. Jalan KH Ramli merupakan salah satu jalan di Kota Makassar yang mendapat izin parkir on street oleh stakeholder terkait, yang lokasinya berada tepat di pusat Kota Makassar. Dalam kondisi yang paling ramai, 2 lajur jalan ini akan digunakan untuk parkir oleh pengujung toko di sepanajang jalan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh parkir on street terhadap kinerja ruas Jalan KH Ramli di Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan perhitungan derajat kejenuhan dari MKJI dengan berbagai skenario parkir. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pada kondisi paling ramai, terjadi penurunan kapasitas jalan sebesar 50,6% dan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 46,5% pada kondisi dimana terdapat 2 lajur yang digunakan untuk parkir on street di Jalan KH. In order to build a building that meets the requirements for reliability, comfort, economy, and according to the planned age, a building expert is needed who has competence in designing, implementing, and supervising the structure of the building being built. So this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the elements and job competencies of building engineers in SKKNI Number 192 of 2016 as indicators of job descriptions and mastery of scientific disciplines and knowledge and skills in building engineering work situations. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis research design by analyzing the competency elements of SKKNI Building Engineers. From the research results, the main objective of the building engineer's competency content is the ability to build buildings that meet the requirements of reliability, comfort, economy, and according to the planned age, it requires a building expert who has competence in designing, implementing, and supervising the structure of the building being built. After identifying the structure of the competency units contained in the SKKNI of Building Engineering Experts, it is known that there are 28 (twenty eight) competency unit titles.

Based on its quality, paving blocks are used in the construction sector and an alternative choice for surface pavement layers. Several other advantages are concrete bricks (paving blocks) better than other pavements and are economical in maintenance, artistic in terms of the exterior of a building, do not require heavy equipment to work/install, and can be mass-produced. This study aims to compare the compressive strength of paving blocks using a compression test and hammer test and to determine the quality of paving blocks. In this study there are 9 objects, 3 different shapes of paving blocks consist of 3 pieces of each form. The form of paving blocks used are brick paving blocks, hexagons and worms (univape). Based on the test results, there is a difference in the compressive strength value of the compression test and the hammer test, where the compression test compressive strength value is greater than the hammer test compressive strength value. The results of the compressive strength test showed that the paving blocks were in the category of quality B paving blocks.

Penelitian ini diawali oleh adanya internet yang memudahkan anak-anak dalam mengakses apapun yang mereka inginkan tanpa batasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan apakah ada nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan implementasinya, mendeskripsikan implementasi program pendidikan karakter dan mendeskripsikan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan karakter di SDN Kapuk 03 Pagi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, sehingga hasil penelitian ini yaitu Nilai karakter yang diterapkan dan ditunjukan yaitu religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, cinta tanah air, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial dan tanggung jawab, Penerapan dan konsep pendidikan karakter di SDN Kapuk 03 Pagi Jakarta melalui program PraKBM yang dilakukan setiap hari selama lima hari dan Strategi yang digunakan guru dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui mengingatkan hal atau tindakan yang baik, memberikan teguran, memberikan teladan, melakukan pembiasaan dan menumbuhkan kesadaran kepada siswa. Hambatan dalam penerapan pendidikan karater di SDN Kapuk 03 pagi yaitu ada pada faktor lingkungan, faktor orang tua dan siswa. Upaya untuk mengurangi hambatan di SDN Kapuk 03 Pagi yaitu dengan memberikan teguran kepada siswa dan menjalin koordinasi yang baik bersama orang tua untuk dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang baik bagi anak di sekolah ataupun di rumah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kiat-kiat dalam pembelajaran seni musik kelas IV SD dengan pianika. Waktu penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2020 secara daring. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang telah dibuat sedemikian rupa oleh peneliti. Dalam RPP terdapat pianika yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari literatur baik sumber cetak maupun sumber internet, sedangkan instrumen penelitian ini adalah bahan dan format penelitian. Selain itu, teknis analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis isi sesuai konteks sehingga data yang diperoleh merupakan data yang valid. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Pianika dan inilah yang menjadi kiat dalam pembelajaran musik pada kelas IV SD. Dalam RPP Pianika terdapat enam kali pertemuan dan setiap pertemuan terdapat langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran yang wajib dilakukan, yaitu Kegiatan Pembuka (Apersepsi), Kegiatan Inti (Materi, Demonstrasi dengan pianika, Evaluasi), dan Kegiatan Penutup (Kesimpulan). Kiat ini selalu menggabungkan teori dan praktek musik. Jadi, pembelajaran seni musik tidak hanya bersifat teori saja, tetapi juga praktek.
