Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan media Wordwall dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, khususnya dalam pengembangan keterampilan menulis pada tingkat A2 CEFR di MTs NW Sikur. Selain itu ini juga mengkaji dampak dari penggunaanya terhadap motivasi, hasil belajar siswa, serta mengidentifikasi masalah yang muncul dalam media tersebut dan merumuskanya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Dalam analisis data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam keterampilan menulis di level A2 CEFR. Fitur interaktif seperti kuis dan permainan membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan perangkat, masalah teknis, dan koneksi internet perlu diatasi melalui penyediaan fasilitas dan pelatihan guru.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas profesional guru-guru Pondok Pesantren Darul Iman Wattaqwa NW Boro’ Tumbuh dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya pemahaman terhadap konsep dan sintaksis model pembelajaran inovatif, keterbatasan dalam merancang LKPD yang sesuai, serta kurangnya kemampuan dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian yang relevan dengan capaian pembelajaran. Melalui tahapan diskusi, pelatihan, praktik, dan evaluasi, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada kompetensi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks pembelajaran di pesantren. Program ini juga mendapat respons positif dari pihak yayasan dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan serta diperluas cakupannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada mengenali perubahan dalam perilaku para ibu rumah tangga di Desa Retes, Kecamatan Air Padang, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, yang dipicu oleh penggunaan aplikasi media sosial TikTok. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah fenomena meningkatnya ketenaran TikTok di kalangan warga desa, yang bukan hanya mempengaruhi tetapi juga berpotensi mengubah kebiasaan sehari-hari penggunanya, termasuk para ibu rumah tangga. Metodologi yang diadopsi dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, pengamatan langsung, serta dokumentasi mengenai aktivitas sehari-hari responden. Partisipan dalam penelitian terdiri dari tiga ibu rumah tangga yang aktif menggunakan TikTok setidaknya enam bulan terakhir. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok memberikan efek signifikan pada perilaku ibu rumah tangga, baik dalam hal interaksi sosial, pengelolaan waktu, maupun gaya hidup. Mayoritas responden mengalami perubahan dalam rutinitas harian mereka, seperti lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk menonton dan menciptakan konten di TikTok dibandingkan melakukan pekerjaan rumah tangga. Selain itu, juga terdeteksi adanya peningkatan ketertarikan untuk mengikuti tren mode, resep masakan, dan aktivitas lain yang populer di platform tersebut. Meski demikian, penggunaan TikTok juga memberikan peluang positif, seperti peningkatan kemampuan digital dan kesempatan untuk memperluas jaringan sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa TikTok memiliki pengaruh yang berlipat, yaitu sebagai sarana hiburan yang dapat memupuk kreativitas sekaligus menjadi sumber gangguan bagi ibu rumah tangga di desa. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memberikan edukasi tentang penggunaan media sosial yang bijak agar dampak negatifnya dapat diminimalisir dan manfaatnya dapat dimaksimalkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of collaborative learning models and mini research assignments on the critical thinking skills of Postgraduate Students of the Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) of the State Institute of Islamic Studies (IAIN) Curup. The research design used in this study was non-experimental. The sampling technique used was total sampling by taking the entire population as research respondents. The sample in this study was the first-semester Postgraduate students in Class A and B of IAIN Curup. They have taken the History of Islamic Educational Thinking Course in the Academic Year of 2021-2022. Based on the statistical analysis to determine the relationship between collaborative learning and critical thinking skills, the tobserved (9. 110) was more significant than the tcritical (2,056). Furthermore, the obtained tobserved (26,674) was more significant than the tcritical (2,056) to determine the relationship between mini research assignments and critical thinking skills. The analysis also shows that Fobserved (571.6) was more significant than Fcritical (3.34). Therefore can be concluded, there was an effect of collaborative learning, partially and simultaneously, on the critical thinking skills of IAIN Curup Postgraduate Students.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate strategic directions for sustainable marine tourism development at Kahona Beach, located in Sekaroh Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok, by emphasizing community empowerment and digital innovation. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research targeted key tourism stakeholders in the village. The study population included local tourism operators, community leaders, youth organizations, and village residents. Six informants were selected purposively based on their direct involvement and knowledge. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation review, and visual data analysis. Thematic analysis using Braun and Clarke’s six-phase model was applied, complemented by SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to explore strategic development potential. Findings revealed that Kahona Beach possesses strong ecological and cultural assets, such as healthy coral reefs and vibrant traditions, which support its potential as a marine ecotourism destination. However, internal challenges include underdeveloped infrastructure, limited digital marketing, and low community engagement. External threats involve privatization of coastal access and ecological degradation, yet opportunities are present through rural tourism programs, digital technologies, and increasing demand for nature-based travel. The study recommends the establishment of inclusive tourism institutions, digital training for local youth, and participatory strategies for environmental and cultural preservation. These findings contribute to the discourse on community-based marine tourism and offer practical insights for local governments and policymakers seeking sustainable and inclusive destination governance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe the critical thinking abilities in algebra material as viewed from the personality types of eighth-grade students at SMPN 8 Mataram. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The instruments used include a personality type test, specifically the Big Five personality questionnaire, critical thinking ability tests, and interview guidelines. Data from ten subjects were chosen from a group of 68 students based on their respective personality types for in-depth interviews. The results of the research show that students with openness to experience and neuroticism personality traits have moderate critical thinking abilities. In this case, students are able to meet 2 or 3 indicators. Students with openness and neuroticism personality types tend to be dominant in the analysis and evaluation indicators, while they tend to score lower in the interpretation and inference indicators. Students with extraversion and agreeableness personality traits have moderate critical thinking abilities as well. In this case, students are able to meet 2 or 3 indicators. Students with extraversion and agreeableness types tend to be more dominant in the analysis, evaluation, and inference indicators but tend to score lower in the interpretation indicator. Furthermore, students with conscientiousness personality traits have high critical thinking abilities. In this case, students are able to meet 3 or 4 indicators. Students with conscientiousness tend to be dominant in the interpretation, analysis, and evaluation indicators, while they tend to score lower in the inference indicator. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada materi aljabar ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian siswa kelas VIII SMPN 8 Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes tipe kepribadian yaitu angket kepribadian big five, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan pedoman wawancara. Dipilih data 10 subjek dari anggota 68 siswa berdasarkan masing-masing tipe kepribadian untuk dilakukan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa berkepribadian openness to experience dan neuroticisme memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis sedang. Dalam hal ini, siswa mampu memenuhi 2 atau 3 indikator. Siswa dengan tipe kepribadian openness dan neuroticisme cenderung dominan dalam indikator analisis dan evaluasi, serta siswa cenderung rendah dalam indikator interpretasi dan inferensi. Siswa berkepribadian extraversion dan agreeableness memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis sedang. Dalam hal ini, siswa mampu memenuhi 2 atau 3 indikator. Siswa dengan tipe kepribadian extraversion dan agreeableness cenderung lebih dominan dalam indikator analisis, evaluasi, inferensi dan cenderung rendah dalam indikator interpretasi. Kemudian, siswa berkepribadian conscientiousness memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi. Dalam hal ini, siswa mampu memenuhi 3 atau 4 indikator. Siswa dengan tipe kepribadian conscientiousness cenderung dominan dalam indikator interpretasi, analisis dan evaluasi, serta cenderung rendah dalam indikator inferensi.

Abstract

The use of media in the learning process greatly affects students' learning outcomes. Geogebra can visualize geometric concepts as a learning medium. This research aims to develop a website-based learning media assisted by Geogebra to improve student learning outcomes on geometry material, specifically parallel lines and angles for the 8th grade at SMPN 2 Kuripan, which is valid and practical. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan, which includes the define stage, design stage, develop stage, and disseminate stage. The results from the questionnaires, interviews, and post-test learning outcomes were analyzed for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research results show that the developed media (1) is valid with very valid criteria; (2) practical with very practical criteria; (3) the learning outcomes of students using the Geogebra website are better than those of students who do not use the website as a medium. Based on the research, it can be said that the developed media is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Gross motor skills for early childhood are very important to be stimulated because they greatly support the child's life in the future. The development of children's gross motor skills is a movement that uses large muscles owned by children to carry out their activities or activities, one of the games to develop children's large muscles is by using clog games. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of clog games on the development of gross motor skills in children aged 5-6 years. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach and used a one group design approach. The research sample consisted of 14 children. Data collection used observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of initial observations and final observations, a significant increase was found in children's gross motor skills with aspects of speed, smoothness and flexibility of early childhood children. This means that traditional clog games have an effect on the development of children's gross motor skills. This can be seen in the results of the t-test with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 in accordance with the basis of decision-making ability in paired sample tests, it can be concluded that traditional clog games have a significant effect on the development of children's gross motor skills.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of peer assessment and constructive feedback on the pedagogical skills of Islamic Education pre-service teachers in the microteaching course. Design/methods/approach – This research employed a quantitative design with a correlational explanatory approach. The study population consisted of two classes of sixth-semester students from the Islamic Education Study Program at the State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Curup, all of whom were enrolled in the microteaching course. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess both the simultaneous and partial effects of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. Findings – The F-test showed a value of 24.173 with a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that peer assessment and constructive feedback together significantly affect students' pedagogical skills. The t-test results revealed that peer assessment (t = 3.052, p = 0.004) and constructive feedback (t = 3.762, p = 0.000) each have a significant individual impact (p < 0.05), confirming their respective contributions to improving pedagogical skills. Research implications – Pedagogical skills are essential for prospective teachers, especially in improving their understanding and teaching skills. Although microteaching offers practical teaching experience, students still face challenges in areas such as lesson planning, classroom management, teaching strategies, and assessment. To address these issues, peer assessment and constructive feedback offer promising strategies to enhance pedagogical development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi mutu pelayanan program Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Puskesmas Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Gading Cempaka, Kota Bengkulu. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menilai kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien KB menggunakan lima indikator SERVQUAL, yaitu reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), empathy (empati), dan tangibles (bukti fisik). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari petugas pelayanan KB dan akseptor KB yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan KB di Puskesmas Sidomulyo secara umum berada pada kategori baik, terutama pada aspek empati dan assurance, di mana petugas menunjukkan perhatian individual dan kompetensi dalam pelayanan. Aspek responsiveness dan reliability juga dinilai cukup baik, meskipun masih ditemukan kendala dalam konsistensi waktu pelayanan dan tindak lanjut kepada akseptor. Sementara itu, aspek tangibles menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas dan sarana pendukung tergolong memadai, namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal privasi dan peremajaan alat kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan KB di Puskesmas Sidomulyo sudah cukup memuaskan, namun masih perlu peningkatan dalam hal penguatan sistem pelayanan yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan sarana pendukung. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan KB di tingkat puskesmas.
