Sistem perawatan preventive maintenance di jembatan timbang unit 1 PT IGLAS masuk belum efektif. Terbukti mulai bulan Juni 2017 sampai dengan bulan Nopember 2018 telah terjadi 32 kali kerusakan yang menyebabkan berhentinya proses penimbangan, sehingga hasil penimbangan di jembatan timbang unit 1 tidak mampu memenuhi rata-rata 6.500.000 – 7.000.000 Kg perbulan yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen PT IGLAS. Untuk itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan di jembatan timbang unit 1 PT IGLAS dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis dan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan dengan menggunakan metode Logic Tree Analysis dalam menentukan prioritas penanganan penyebab kerusakan jembatan timbang unit 1 PT IGLAS. Dari penelitian ini diketahui terdapat 17 penyebab kerusakan di jembatan timbang unit 1 dan didapatkan failure mode indikator load cell rusak dengan failure cause overload penimbangan memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi yakni 45. Terdapat 6 penyebab kerusakan dengan kategori B atau jenis outage problem yang artinya mempunyai konsekuensi terhadap operasional mesin yang menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi secara signifikan. Untuk itu antar unit kerja perlu dilakukan preventive maintenance secara bersinergi dan evaluasi jenis material eksisting yang terpasang di jembatan timbang unit 1 PT IGLAS

Dalam kelangsungan proses operasi atau proses produksi, peranan manusia masih merupakan hal yang paling utama. Pada pelaksanaan proses operasi di CV Karya Manunggal Teknik masih bergantung penuh dari peranan manusia. Tetapi tidak dibarengi dengan pemahaman terhadap pekerja mengenai prosedur kerja yang benar. Sehingga pekerja tidak mengetahui risiko potensi bahaya yang akan terjadi dan dampak yang akan diakibatkannya sampai dengan faktor penyebab dari timbulnya risiko potensi bahaya itu muncul atau terjadi. Dari hal ini, maka bagaiamana cara untuk mengetahui setiap bahaya yang akan terjadi. Untuk itu dengan pendekatan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Asessment dan metode Fault Tree Analysis, bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi. Dapat diketahui risiko bahaya yang terjadi dan yang akan muncul pada setiap jenis pekerjaan. Pekerjaan pembuatan kanopi dan pagar terdapat 9 risiko bahaya, pekerjaan pembuatan poros pintu terdapat 6 risiko bahaya, pekerjaan pembuatan as roda terdapat 6 risiko bahaya, pekerjaan pembuatan rak sepatu dan rak bunga terdapat 4 risiko bahaya dan pekerjaan pembuatan tralis terdapat 3 risiko bahaya. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis dapat diketahui terdapat 8 risiko bahaya yang memiliki tingkat nilai yang paling tinggi. Maka dapat diketahui masing – masing penyebab dari risiko bahaya yang memiliki kategori risiko bahaya yang paling tinggi tersebut. Diantaranya terdapat 31 penyebab dari ke 8 jenis risiko bahaya yang memiliki kategori tinggi.

The COVID-19 virus infection some time ago caused a pandemic and became a health problem in the world, including Indonesia. The cause of COVID-19 infection is the SARS-CoV-2 virus which can be detected by Real Time reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR). Platelets play a role in inflammation and the pathogenesis of various inflammatory clinical conditions which are also affected by COVID-19 infection, which can change according to the severity of the infection. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in MPV and PDW in the severity of COVID-19 patients. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional research design. Data on platelet index values and the degree of severity were obtained from medical records during the period June to August 2021 from 209 COVID-19 patients treated at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province. Statistical tests were carried out using the Kruskal Wallis Annova test, followed by the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the PDW index (p = 0.004) to the degree of severity of COVID-19, while the MPV index was not significantly different to the degree of severity of COVID-19. Excessive production of cytokines and acute phase reactants due to immune response and inflammation for COVID-19 infection, thereby affecting the development of megakaryocytes resulting in changes in the PDW Platelet index, the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 infection is very complex and it is possible that the early stages of the disease do not affect all parameters hematology.

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat di era saat ini memberikan peluang yang sangat baik untuk mengintegrasikan inovasi dalam sektor pendidikan. Keterlibatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi proses belajar mengajar, tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk menciptakan pengalaman pendidikan yang lebih interaktif dan menarik bagi para siswa. Pemanfaatan augmented reality dan game edukasi diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam memvisualisasikan benda yang berbentuk abstrak serta para siswa dapat bermain sambil belajar, sehingga mudah dijelaskan dan dimengerti oleh para siswa serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik sehinga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang aplikasi augmented reality dan permainan edukatif mengenai tumbuhan lumut yang disesuaikan dengan pembelajaran dan kebutuhan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Parittiga. Aplikasi ini akan menyediakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa tentang tumbuhan lumut, dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah ini. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). Pengembangan aplikasi game menggunakan Unity dengan bahasa pemrograman C# dan perancangan objek 3D dan 2D menggunakan aplikasi Blender dan Adobe Ilustrator. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari ahli materi mendapat hasil 92,22% yang menunjukkan aplikasi sudah menggunakan materi yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran, sedangkan untuk User Acceptance Testing yang dilakukan kepada para siswa SMP Negeri 2 Parittiga mendapat persentase kelayakan sebesar 91,53%, aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dengan tanpa adanya masalah validitas fungsi-fungsi aplikasi yang ditemukan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk Mengetahui Apakah Berhijrah dan Religiosity berpengaruh terhadap Resign Pada Karyawan Perbankan di Kota Pekanbaru. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif yakni mengumpulkan data yang didapatkan dari responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan resign dari perbankan di provinsi Riau dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 35 orang. Analisis data yang di gunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukan bahwa Berhijrahnya dan Religiosity sesorang berpengaruh terhadap pengunduran diri karyawan Perbankan di Provinsi Riau. Hal ini Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Perbankan yang resign di Kota Pekanbaru. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukan secara parsial bahwa berhijrahnya yang dilakukan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengunduran diri karyawan Perbankan di Kota Pekanbaru. Religius secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap pengunduran diri karyawan Perbankan di Kota Pekanbaru. Kemudian secara simultan Berhijrah dan religious berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengunduran Diri Karyawan Perbankan Di Kota Pekanbaru.

This research is motivated by the absence of appropriate teaching materials in the online learning process. Learning is only done through whatsapp groups because of the limited distance between teachers and students. This study aims to produce Electronic Student Worksheets (e-LKPD) based on Real Problems on data statistics material with sub-materials mean, median and mode to be applied in mathematics learning activities in elementary school and determine the feasibility of the developed e-LKPD. The subjects in this study were material experts and media experts. This type of research is research and development ( RD ) using ADDIE Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). However, this research only limits the stages to the ADD stage, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The instrument used in this study was a validation sheet that was reviewed by material experts and media experts. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are e-LKPD products based on Real Problems that fall into the "very valid" category in terms of the validation results of material expert studies with a percentage of 96.13% obtained from the content feasibility aspect 96.8%, the presentation feasibility aspect 97.2% , and linguistic aspects 94.4%. The validity of the e-LKPD from the media expert's review was stated to be very valid with a percentage of 95.2% obtained from the graphic aspect 95.4% and the software engineering aspect 95.0%. Based on the validation results from the material expert review and the media expert review, it can be concluded that the Real Problem-based e-LKPD that was developed is suitable for use in the mathematics learning process in elementary school.

This study aims to determine the success of the application of the inquiry learning learning model in increasing students' critical thinking in thematic learning of Theme 7 Technology Development in class III SD IT Bina Insan Batang Kuis. The design of this research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart is a collaborative research conducted in 3 cycles. The data collection instruments were in the form of tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study using qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that before being given action in class, the percentage of critical thinking students is 35%, meaning that 9 out of 26 students who achieve a completeness score above the KKM 70. So the researchers took action by applying the inquiry learning model. The results of the application of the inquiry learning model run optimally as evidenced by the teacher's observations in the first cycle of 73.33 (enough), the second cycle increased by 83.33 (good) and experienced an increase in the third cycle of 93.33 (very good). The results of the first cycle of student observations from 66.66 (enough) to 87 (good) in the second cycle and obtained an increase of 90 (very good) in the third cycle. Students' critical thinking by applying the inquiry learning model to the first cycle, which obtained a completeness percentage of 53.84% (not critical), the second cycle increased to 84.61% (critical), and increased in the third cycle by 92.30% (very critical). The results of the research that researchers have done, can be seen in the acquisition of data from the cycle has increased. Thus it can be concluded that applying the inquiry learning model in thematic learning of Theme 7 Technology Development in class III SD IT Bina Insan Batang Kuis can improve students' critical thinking. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers can apply the inquiry learning model with the aim of improving students' critical thinking.

This study aims to increase student activity and learning outcomes in thematic learning on the theme of our friend's environment in class V SD Negeri 101911 Sidodadi. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. This research is descriptive qualitative by using a qualitative approach which is strengthened by a quantitative approach.The results showed that there was an increase in activity and student learning outcomes in thematic learning by using project based learning learning models. The results of the research using the project based learning model were carried out well, as evidenced by the results of teacher observations in cycle I obtaining a percentage of 62.5% (good enough), cycle II increased to 80.3% (good), and cycle III increased to 91, 0% (very good). The results of observations of student learning activities in cycle I obtained a percentage of 32.2% (less active), experienced an increase in cycle II and cycle III, namely 57.9% (quite active) and 70.8% (active). In the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle classically only reached 49.1% of the criteria were not good. In cycle II, classical learning outcomes increased to 66.2% with good enough criteria. In cycle III, student learning outcomes classically experienced an increase again, namely, reaching 77.5% with good criteria. Thus the learning model of project based learning in thematic learning on the theme of our friend's environment in class V SD Negeri 101911 Sidodai can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja staf tata usaha dalam melayani administrasi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Keliat Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah sampel 20 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke 5 indikator tersebut yang tergolong rendah sebanyak 25% (5 guru), yang tergolong sedang sebanyak 55% (11 guru), yang tergolong tinggi sebanyak 20% (4 guru) dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang paling dominan adalah kategori sedang yang mana dengan persentase 55% (11 guru).

There are two opinions of scholars in the law of buying and selling gold for cash, the first is the majority of scholars who stated that it is forbidden to buy and sell gold for cash with the existence of sharîh arguments stating the prohibition and the second is the opinion of Ibn Taimiyyah who stated that the law of buying and selling gold for cash is permissible, with the disappearance of ʻIllat Hukum from gold.The author uses qualitative research methods with an approach that is descriptive analysis by using primary data obtained from the Fatwa DSN-MUI and secondary data obtained through the collection of literature related to this research.The majority of scholars view that it is not possible to change the law of buying gold in cash from haram to mubah with the disappearance of ʻIllat Hukum from gold because it does not fulfil the requirements of ʻIllat Hukum while Ibn Taimiyyah views the change as possibleKeyword: 'Illat Law; Selling Gold; Ulama
