Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media Slide powerpoint untuk peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V SDN 09 Pontianak Barat. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif, bentuk penelitian adalah tindakan kelas.Teknik pengumpul data obeservasi langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi kemampuan guru merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus dengan hasil (1) kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 3,22siklus II 3,35 dan siklus III 3,52. (2) kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 3,08 siklus II 3,25, siklus III menjadi 3,54. (3) aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I yaitu 35,42% siklus II 46,70%, siklus III menjadi 53,99%. (4) hasil belajar siswa siklus I 66,09, siklus II 74,06, siklus III 80,00. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus. Kata kunci :Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar, Media Power Point. Abstract: Improved Student Activities and Results by Using Media Power Point Slides in Teaching Social Sciences in Class V State Elementary School 09 West Pontianak. The research objective was to describe the use of media power point slide in the increased activity and student learning outcomes in social studies learning class V SDN 09 Pontianak West. The research method is descriptive, the form of classroom action research. Mechanical data collectors that direct observation and documenter studies techniques. Data collector observation sheet form teacher's ability to plan and implement learning. As for the results of the study: (1) The ability of teachers plan learning first cycle of 3.22 to 3.35 second cycle and the third cycle of 3.52. (2) The ability of teachers to implement learning first cycle of 3.08, 3.25 second cycle, the third cycle to 3.54. (3) Activities of student learning first cycle that 35.42% 46.70% second cycle, the third cycle into 53.99%. (4) The results of student learning cycle I 66.09, 74.06 cycle II, cycle III 80.00. Thus an increase in activity and student learning outcomes in each cycle. Keywords: Activities, learning Outcomes, Media Power Point

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Model of Determining Career Selection of Accounting Students as Tax Consultants at Private Universities in the City of Medan. While the specific objective: Studying the factors that influence the Career Selection of Accounting Students as a Tax Consultant at a Private University in the City of Medan. The population in this study were all accounting students in several private universities in Medan. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with proposals from accounting majors in semester II, IV, VI and VIII. Determination of the number of samples in this study is based on the Central Limit Theorema which says the number of samples to reach a normal curve of at least 30 respondents. The type of data used in this study uses primary data. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partial and simultaneous work environment, personality, social values, professional recognition, professional training and gender significantly influence the Career Interests of Private University Accounting Students in Medan City

Abstract

The increase in the economic marketplace and the aging population in Indonesia has resulted in a new understanding of investment. Basically, someone's financial literacy will be in line with investment decisions, because someone already understands the level of risk and the level of return obtained in the future. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 400 research samples consisting of Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Gen-Y / NetGen. The results show that financial literacy has an effect on investment decisions. These results also show a similarity in patterns with research in developed countries and emerging market countries, but show an inconsistency with other studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to examine the influence of capital structure, firm size, firm growth, and profitability on firm value on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2017. From the whole study sample for 7 years, there were 182 observations. The research employed a descriptive, verificative method. For data analysis, panel data analysis is used. The results of the study found that partially capital structure has a positive effect on firm value, firm size has a negative effect on firm value, firm growth has a positive effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value, and simultaneously found that the capital structure, firm size, firm growth, and profitability have an effect on firm value. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2017. Dari keseluruhan sampel penelitian selama 7 tahun diperoleh jumlah 182 observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta secara simultan ditemukan bahwa struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: struktur modal, ukuran  perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas, nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence of village government apparatus and organizational commitment on village government performance with village financial management as an intervening variable, case study in Villages in East Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency. The approach in this study is an associative/quantitative approach. The population in this study were Villages in East Seunagan District which consisted of 34 Villages. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sample technique found in non-probability sampling. The research respondents were 102 people from 34 villages consisting of the Village Head, Secretary and Treasurer. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was delivered directly to the respondents. Data processing is done by structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that competence of the village government apparatus effect village government performance. Organizational commitment effect village government performance. Village financial management effect village government performance. Competence of the village government apparatus effect village financial management. Organizational commitment effect village financial management. Village financial management can mediate effect of competence of the village government apparatus on village government performance. Village financial management can mediate effect of organizational commitment on village government performance.

Abstract

Capital structure is an important aspect that determines firm value, therefore companies must give the eye on capital structure so that funding activities can be more efficient. This research aims to identify and analyze the description of the development of the capital structure of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk in 2004-2019 and to analyze the effect of profitability, company size and asset structure on capital structure. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that profitability and firm size had a negative effect on capital structure, while asset structure had a positive effect. Simultaneously, profitability, firm size, and asset structure have a significant effect on capital structure, however partially the effect of profitability, firm size and asset structure on capital structure is not significant. Based on the result, to create maximum impact on capital structure, profitability, company size, and asset structure must run hand in hand.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the guidance of healthy living by parents, identify and analyze the factors that are constraints by parents and to determine the efforts made by parents in overcoming obstacles in providing healthy life guidance to children during the Covid-19 pandemic Pramuka Residence in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were the parents of the students at Pramuka Housing, Rumbai District. In determining the sample, the authors used purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study is a housewife who lives in Pramuka Housing, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. The type of data used is primary data in the form of interviews and direct observations in the field, while secondary data comes from documentation and literature study. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to provide a description of a particular symptom or phenomenon. The results showed that the guidance of healthy living by parents during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Pramuka Housing, Rumbai district, Pekanbaru City was carried out through direct communication accompanied by examples of direct actions from parents to children, but not all parents took it seriously.Key Words: Guidance, Healthy Living, Parents, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

AbstractTo measure the financial performance required for the analysis of the company's financial statements, namely using the solvency ratio and the profitability ratio. This study uses multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. The variables used in this reseach are return on assets, dept to equity ratio and liquidity. with the results of solvency and profitability together have a positive and significant effect on stock liquidity. Solvency has a positive effect on stock liquidity. Profitability has a positive effect on stock liquidity. Keywords: Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Liquidity, leverage, Profitability AbstrakMengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan diperlukan analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan, yaitu menggunakan rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Variabel yang diggunakan dalam profitabilitas adalah return on asset, dalam solvabilitas dept to equity ratio dan likuiditas. dengan hasil Solvabilitas dan profitabilitas secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap likuiditas saham. Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap likuiditas saham. The purpose of this research is to find out about stock returns, stock risk, return expectations and the correlation coefficient on LQ 45 before and during the 2019-2024 government, to find out the differences in risk in LQ 45 stocks before and during the 2019-2024 government. The research method carried out in this study was a different test using the excel tool, and the results showed that stock returns, risk, at the time before the research were higher than during the 2019-2024 government, while research the correlation coefficient the 2019-2021 government has a stronger correlation coefficient, which means that there is a strong relationship between variables.
