Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of research related to “futures options” using a bibliometric approach based on Scopus data with the keyword “futures options,” covering 280 journal articles for the period 1973-2024. The analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny in R-Studio for bibliometrics and VOSviewer for keyword network visualization. Results showed that dominant themes included implied volatility, stochastic volatility, and price dynamics with a focus on hedging strategies, risk, and derivatives market dynamics. The network visualization revealed modern themes such as sustainability and climate change, indicating the potential integration of these financial instruments with global sustainability issues. Inter-author collaboration was high, averaging 2.22 authors per document, with 22.5% of documents involving international authors. The study also noted high relevance with the average citations per document reaching 24.81 and an annual growth rate of 2.76%. Temporal analysis showed a significant increase since the 1980s, a peak in 2010-2020, and a decline in 2020-2024, influenced by shifts in research focus or the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Visualization through VOSviewer identified five main clusters, with implied volatility having strong connections to hedging and stochastic volatility, while new themes such as sustainability are still in the early stages of exploration. The study concludes that while the futures options theme is mature, there are opportunities for exploration in lesser explored topics such as the integration of sustainability issues and cross-regional analysis, providing a comprehensive picture of the research landscape and future directions.

Abstract

Purpose: This research describes the efforts to promote entrepreneurial motivation through shadow puppet performances. Research Methodology: This research used a project-based approach, and the activities are initiated by: 1) diagnosing the problems of performing arts entrepreneurship, 2) creating art incubation designs, 3) implementing activity plans, and 4) evaluating activities through performances. The participants were students with educational backgrounds in dance, music, and fine arts at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, as well as partners in the Indigo Moon Theater, a community-based in London. Results: A production of shadow puppet performance art with a Jungle Book story can foster students’ entrepreneurial motivation, shown through paid performances and business planning sales of show packages, merchandise, and a shadow puppet workshop model for children and families. Limitations: This research cannot assist the participants in managerial work to continue their business. Contributions: This research contributes to developing art entrepreneurship in the performing arts field as part of Indonesia’s creative industry sub-sector.

Abstract

This study examines the Survival Strategy of Palm Oil Factory Workers (Case Study in Dasan Raja Village, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City). The income of palm oil factory workers in Dasan Raja Village is not sufficient to meet family needs but they continue to work as palm oil workers in the village and through activities as a survival strategy. The focus of the problem in this study is the survival strategy of palm oil workers in Dasan Raja Village, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City in meeting family needs and what causes palm oil workers to continue working in Dasan Raja Village, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City. This study uses the Theory of Social Action according to Max Weber. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results obtained from this study show the Survival Strategy of Palm Oil Workers, namely 1). Looking for Side Jobs, 2) Replacing Shifts 3). The Role of Other Family Members and 4). Utilizing Government Social Assistance. The reasons why palm oil stevedores continue to work are 1). Higher Wages and Lower Deductions 2). Limited Education and Skills 3). Social Relations and 4). Close to Home and Not Wanting to Migrate.

Abstract

The low coverage of K1 and K4 in pregnant women is caused by several factors. The gap between K1 and K4 in 2022 is around 6%. And there was a decrease in visits at the beginning of 2023, precisely in semester I january to june, it was found that 21 people did not carry out their pregnancy check visits from 89 pregnant women. This shows that the percentage of K1 coverage of 76.40% and K4 of 77.5% at the Rambung Health Center is still far from the target set based on the Minimum Service Standard (SPM) of 95%. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors (education, parity and mileage) that affect pregnant women carrying out ANC visits in the working area of the Rambung Health Center in Tebing Tinggi City in 2023. This study uses a quantitative research type, with a descriptive correlational design. The design of this study used a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all pregnant women who made a pregnancy visit at the Rambung Health Center in Tebing Tinggi City in 2023, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, a sample of 35 people was obtained. This study was analyzed bivariate with Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this study there is a relationship between the level of education of pregnant women about ANC with ANC visits (p value = 0.0001), there is a relationship between parity and ANC visits (p = 0.012), there is a relationship between the distance from home of pregnant women and ANC visits (p value = 0.007) in Tebing Tinggi City Rambung Health Center in 2023. In conclusion, there is an influence of education, parity and distance with the completeness of ANC (antenatal care) visits for pregnant women at the Rambung Health Center in Tebing Tinggi City in 2023 In conclusion, there is an influence of education with the completeness of ANC (antenatal care) visits, there is an influence of parity with the completeness of ANC (antenatal care) visits and there is an influence of mileage with the completeness of ANC (antenatal care) visits for pregnant women at the Rambung Health Center in Tebing Tinggi City in 2023

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and commitment to school performance by applying accounting information systems as an intervening variable in Medan Private High Schools. This type of research conducted in this study is to use a Quantitative Approach. The population in this study amounted to 196 Private High Schools in the city of Medan. The population used was all private high schools in the city of Medan with 392 respondents from the Principal and Treasurer. The number of samples in this study were 50 schools with the number of respondents 50 times 2, the total number of respondents was 100. The study of the independent variables studied was Organizational Culture and Commitment. In this study the independent variables studied were School Performance, and intervening variables were the application of accounting information systems. Data collection techniques in this study researchers used two ways, namely library research and field research. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis based on Variance (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the variable Influence of organizational culture on school performance has a path coefficient of 0.143. The effect has a probability value (p-values) of 0.862> 0.05, meaning school performance has no effect in influencing organizational culture. The organizational culture variable on the application of accounting information systems has a path coefficient of 0.989 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that the influence of organizational culture on school performance is significant. commitment to school performance has a path coefficient of 0.406 and has a probability value (p-value) of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that commitment to school performance is influential. commitment to the application of accounting information systems has a path coefficient of -0.010 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0.658> 0.05, this shows that commitment has no effect on the application of accounting information systems and accounting information systems on school performance has a path coefficient - 0.415 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0.860> 0.05, this shows that the accounting information system is not significant in influencing school performance. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Knowledge, Religiosity and Trust factors on interest in saving in Sharia Banking among the people of Tanjung Sari Village. The sample in this research focused on the people of Tanjung Sari Village who were customers of the Indonesian Sharia Bank, totaling 30 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Based on this research, the results of the analysis show that there is a positive influence between the Religiosity variable on Interest in Saving at Indonesian Sharia banks. In the research results above it is explained that the resulting significant value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means a person's level of religiosity also influences interest in saving at the bank. Indonesian Sharia. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive influence between the Trust variable on interest in saving at Indonesian Sharia banks among the people of Tanjung Sari Village. In the research results above, it is explained that the resulting significant value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that a person's level of trust influences a person's interest in saving at a sharia bank. And the analysis shows that knowledge, religiosity and trust together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on interest in saving at Islamic banks. This is shown by the results of the F test which obtained a sig value of. 0.000 < 0.05 from this value, it can be seen that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, which means that the variables Knowledge, Religiosity and Trust together have a positive effect on Interest in Saving at Bank Syariah.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is a major public health problem and is ranked fourth in the world based on its prevalence. Hypertension often occurs due to several factors, namely age, education, work, family history, obesity, exercise habits, and so on. Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between age, occupation, and diet on the incidence of hypertension in the Bonegunu Community Health Center working area, North Buton Regency. Methods: This type of analytical observational research with a Cross-Sectional Study design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 38 people. The research instruments were a questionnaire and Frequency Questionnaire Form sheet as well as a 24-hour Food Recall Form. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the chi-square statistical test (significant if the p-value <0.05). Results: The research results showed that age and the incidence of hypertension p value = 0.000 < α = 0.05, which means there is a relationship between age and the incidence of hypertension. Occupation and the incidence of hypertension p value = 0.002 < α = 0.05, which means there is a relationship between employment and the incidence of hypertension. Dietary patterns and the incidence of hypertension p value = 0.007 < α = 0.05, which means there is a relationship between dietary patterns and the incidence of hypertension. Conclusion: There is a need for education through regular health promotions to the community or through monthly posbindu activities for early detection.

Terminal yang dibangun seharusnya mampu mendorong mobilitas pergerakan orang dan barang serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu wilayah, namun Terminal Baruga tidak berfungsi secara optimal. Hal ini turut mendorong perlunya penerapan Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendorong fungsi terminal Baruga menjadi lebih optimal dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi dan memberikan analisis mengenai kebutuhan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam pelayanan transportasi di Terninal Baruga Kendari. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif di mana informan dipilih secara purposive yaitu menggunakan pertimbangan bahwa mereka memahami permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan transportasi di Terminal Baruga Kendari. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan selama sebulan yaitu pada September 2023. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan Iot sangat dibutuhkan dalam penyelenggaraan transportasi di Terminal Tipe B Baruga Kendari baik dalam mengatasi beberapa permasalahan terkait data-data angkutan serta rendahnya kinerja operasional maupun mendorong kualitas pelayanan transportasi yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada materi SPLTV dengan model pembelajaran Inquiry berbantuan media Quizizz. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dan bentuk yang digunakan adalah pre-eksprimen design dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA1, X MIA2, MIA3. Penggambilan sampel menggunakan clutser random sampling untuk memilih kelas eksprimen yaitu kelas X MIA2 terdiri dari 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengukuran dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pemberian skor hasil pretest dan posttest dengan soal bentuk uraian (essay). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran inquiry pada materti SPLTV siswa kelas X MIA2 SMAN 1 Sandai Kecamatan Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang. Besar peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran inquiry pada materi SPLTV dikelas X MIA2 SMAN 1 Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang diperoleh nilai gain score sebesar 0,61 tergolong dalam kategori sedang. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts on SPLTV material with the Quizizz media-assisted Inquiry learning model. The research methodology used was experimental research and the form used was a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students of class X MIA1, X MIA2, MIA3. Sampling used cluster random sampling to select the experimental class, namely class X MIA2 consisting of 30 students. The measurement technique in this study was by scoring the results of the pretest and posttest with questions in the form of essays. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' conceptual understanding after applying the inquiry learning model to SPLTV material for class X MIA2 SMAN 1 Sandai, Sandai District, Ketapang Regency. The large increase in students' understanding of concepts before and after applying the inquiry learning model to SPLTV material in class X MIA2 SMAN 1 Sandai Ketapang Regency obtained a gain score of 0.61 belonging to the medium category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar serta mengeksplorasi strategi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, rendahnya literasi sains siswa, serta keterampilan pedagogis yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung pembelajaran kontekstual dan berpusat pada siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, strategi yang digunakan meliputi pemanfaatan media dan alat peraga sederhana, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan penggunaan teknologi. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional guru menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar dapat menjadi lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan bermakna sesuai dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka.
