Abstract

The study aims to investigate how students' ethical behavior is influenced by their levels of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence, with educational fraud serving as a moderating factor. In order to gather the primary data for this study, 232 accounting students from 64 universities in Indonesia were given questionnaires. The information analysis method used in this study is partial least squares (PLS) with structural equation modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study show that while religious and intellectual intelligence have a large and favorable influence on educational fraud, emotional intelligence has no discernible effect. Spiritual intelligence has the power to impact college students' moral behavior in a way that highbrow intelligence and emotional intelligence do not. Academic fraud has a big impact on how pupils act morally. According to this analysis, students' ethical behavior with instructional fraud as an intervening variable is partially and significantly influenced by highbrow intelligence and non-secular intelligence; in contrast, students' ethical behavior without educational fraud as an intervening variable is not influenced by emotional intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image on the decision to purchase Vans brand shoes. The second is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Vans brand shoes. The quantitative method is the preferred approach in this research. Researchers collected data through questionnaires. The population in this research are people who have bought Vans shoes in Jakarta. Determination of the sample used is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample used was 150 respondents with the criteria of respondents who owned and experienced the quality of Vans shoes. The conclusion of the study is that brand image variables have a significant effect on shoe purchasing decisions. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to buy shoes

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of Viral Marketing on Purchase Decisions for the current food Sang Pisang in Cempaka mas. The second is to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Sang Pisang contemporary food in Cempaka Mas. The third is to find out the effect of Viral Marketing and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for the current Sang Pisang food in Cempaka Mas. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection used by researchers is through a questionnaire. The population in this research are people who know Sang Pisang products. Determination of the sample used is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample used was 162 respondents with the criteria of respondents coming from consumers who had bought Sang Pisang products. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher can conclude that the Viral Marketing Variable separately (partially) influences purchasing decisions. Product quality variables separately (partially) influence purchasing decisions. Viral marketing variables (X1) and product quality (X2) simultaneously influence purchasing decisions (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of workload and work motivation on employee performance in one logistic company in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. This study also uses a survey method and uses a questionnaire at the location of the company. The sample technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique, due to the limited population within the company. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding whether there is an influence on workload and work motivation on employee performance. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that workload has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Workload and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of facilities, quality and service prices on customer satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling which is sampling based on any member of the population who coincidentally meets the researcher and can provide the necessary information. The data analysis method was carried out by analyzing the path diagram data. The results show that service facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Motor Vehicle Testing Management Unit of Kedaung Angke, DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Service

Abstract

This research was conducted using a quantitative survey method which managed to collect 30 respondents who were students of one private university in Banten. The goal of this study is to evaluate how satisfied customers are with the level of service offered by Libro Café, a café that is housed within a university. The first and ninth indicators are both in quadrant I, which represents areas that are very important yet nevertheless perform poorly. This cafe should pay attention to and develop these two aspects so that customers can feel satisfied with the queuing system and the friendliness of Libro cashiers and baristas. Then in quadrant II, there are the second and third indicators which discuss the payment system or payment methods and the cafe area's cleanliness. Being in the second quadrant denotes significant relevance and performance. It is advised that the café continue with this because it is a very wonderful thing. It is in quadrant III, which indicates that its importance and performance are modest, there is the tenth indicator. This indicator discusses Libro café, which sells products at reasonable and affordable prices. Even though the urgency level is not that important, this indication needs to be taken into account and developed because it is a part of quadrant III. Last but not least, quadrant IV, which is low in relevance but high in performance, there are indicators 4 to 8, which are in this quadrant IV. This is also a good thing.

Abstract

Many countries recognize that the problem of education is complicated, but everyone feels that education is an important state duty. In developing countries such as Indonesia, existing education systems and methods are often the target of criticism because the entire education system is in doubt. The low quality of education in Indonesia today will certainly have a negative impact on the life of the nation, because one of the factors for the progress of a country is the advancement of education in that country. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explain and understand the influence of democratic leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teachers in school. The study was conducted using a survey by distributing questionnaires in April 2022, in which 50 School teachers were used as respondents. The results of this study indicate that high democratic leadership will improve teacher performance, high work motivation will improve teacher performance, and good job satisfaction will improve teacher performance. Simultaneously, the democratic leadership variable, work motivation variable, and job satisfaction variable proved to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengadakan pelatihan menggunakan metode AHP bagi siswa kelas XII SMK Spes Patriae untuk membantu mereka dalam memilih program studi yang tepat ketika melanjutkan studi ke pendidikan tinggi. Workshop diadakan di hari Jumat, 17 Februari 2023 oleh tim dosen Prodi Manajemen, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di SMK Spes Patriae dengan fokus kegiatan workshop aplikasi metode AHP untuk menentukan pilihan program studi terbaik adalah terdapat kebutuhan dari siswa dan pihak sekolah akan kemampuan dan pengetahuan bagi siswa khususnya kelas XII untuk dapat sedini mungkin mengetahui apa program studi yag akan ditempuh ketika melanjutkan studi di pendidikan tinggi. Pihak sekolah dan siswa khawatir bahwa siswa masih minim kemampuan dalam menentukan program studi akibat minimnya literasi tentang aplikasi atau metode yang dapat membantu dalam memilih alternatif terbaik.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the important things that must be considered in business because it plays an important role in increasing company productivity. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a gap between the performance of Indomaret Allogio Gading Serpong and the expectations of its customers. Research analyzes service quality using the gap analysis measurement method which is part of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The method used is a quantitative method by conducting a survey using Google Form to 30 respondents who have made purchases at Indomaret Allogio Gading Serpong. The results of the study found that the availability of facilities, toilet cleanliness, and shopping convenience are the top priorities that must be improved. Then the completeness of the product, employee product knowledge, and employee service speed are important indicators to be maintained. Ease of parking and the beauty of the outlet interior are low priorities. The friendly attitude of employees and the ability of employees to answer questions are considered as excessive indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between variables, especially variables brand ambassador, brand awareness, and brand image as an intervention. The data collection method in this research is purposive sampling method. Questionnaires were distributed to 131 respondents. The results of the questionnaire obtained were studied using path analysis. The results show that only brand awareness has no indirect influence between awareness of the purchase decision process
