There are still 8.4 million unemployed people in Indonesia as of February 2022. The high unemployment is coupled with the low interest in entrepreneurship that exists with only about 1.65% of Indonesian population. The purpose of this study is to determine how entrepreneurship education and human resources affect student interest in entrepreneurship in Tangerang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with 103 samples taken using non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling. Data analysis in this study used SEM techniques with SmartPLS. According to this study, human resources do not significantly affect entrepreneurial interest, but they do significantly affect entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial interest. This study also discovered that the association between entrepreneurship education and student interest in entrepreneurship is not mediated by human resources.

The reason of this observe is to analyze and decide the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth on the performance of property sector company shares, to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage, growth and stock performance on the company value of property sector companies and to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth on company value with stock performance as an intervening variable for property sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research is protected in quantitative research the usage of secondary facts. This research is a quantitative research conducted to see the effect of profitability, leverage, growth on company value with stock performance as an intervening variable with case studies on businesses within the belongings, actual estate and constructing creation sectors indexed at the IDX in 2017-2021. In this study the authors used secondary statistics from annual reviews and financial reports. This study concludes that there is no effect of profitability on stock performance, there is an effect of profitability on firm value, there is an effect of leverage on stock performance, there is an effect of leverage on firm value, there is an effect of growth on stock performance, there is an effect of growth on firm value, there is an effect on performance stock on firm value, on firm value with stock performance as an intervening variable, there is an influence between growth on firm value and stock performance as an intervening variable.

Tidak bisa dipungkiri, setelah melewati tahapan dimana faktor Kualitas dan Kapabilitas Memproduksi Masal merupakan dimensi yang dianggap penting bagi industri dalam terus mempertahankan eksistensi dan mampu terus berkompetisi, kini kompetisi industri tengah memasuki era kompetisi dimana kapabilitas yang baik dalam Information Technology dan Supply Chain Management dipandang dapat menjadi bagian penting kompetensi pokok untuk terus bersaing. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan pemenuhan permintaan terhadap permintaan gula rafinasi dari sebuah perusahaan yang berlokasi di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Saat ini pemerintah memiliki kebijakan untuk membatasi jumlah perusahaan yang memiliki akses produksi dan menjual gula rafinasi, sedangkan pertumbuhan permintaan domestik terus tumbuh, mengantisipasi hal ini, diperlukan sebuah perencanaan terhadap strategi pemenuhan pesanan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Wagner Within dalam membantu perusahaan membuat rancangan persediaan. Tujuan jangka panjang adalah mencari metode terbaik yang dapat meringkas anggaran perusahaan tanpa mengesampingkan kepuasan customer. Menurut John dan Riley (1985) Supply Chain Management berhubungan dengan total aliran material dari supplier hingga customer akhir. Penelitian berfokus kepada aliran material dari Manufaktur kepada distributor dan manufaktur rekanan yang membutuhkan bahan baku untuk memproduksi produk lain. Data yang digunakan diambil menggunakan data riil sekunder, pengolahan data juga memasukkan variabel seperti biaya yang ditimbulkan akibat persediaan (Holding Cost) dan set up cost. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah diperoleh data tabel perencanaan persediaan untuk periode permintaan 12 periode kedepan untuk pemenuhan permintaan di area Makassar dan Manado, untuk area Makassar pemenuhan persediaan dilakukan setiap periode permintaan, sedangkan untuk area Manado pemenuhan persediaan dilakukan pada periode 1 dan 3.Kata Kunci : supply chain management, wagner within, perencanaan persediaan Abstract Inevitably, after passing through a stage where Quality and Mass Producing Capability factors is a dimension that important to considered for the industry to keep maintain its existence and able to compete, the competition of industry now entering the era of competition where a good capability in the Information Technology and Supply Chain Management become an important part of basic competence to continue to compete. This research discusses the design to fulfill demand for refined sugar demand from a company located in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The current government policy is to limit the number of companies that have access to the production and sells refined sugar, while the growth in domestic demand continues to grow, anticipating this, we need build a planning for order fulfillment strategy. This research using Wagner Within method in helping companies make the draft of inventory. The long term goal is to find the best method that can summarize the company's budget without compromising customer satisfaction. According to John and Riley (1985) Supply Chain Management related to the total flow of materials from the supplier to the end customer. The research focuses on the flow of material from manufacturing to distributors and manufacturing partners who need raw materials to produce other products. The data used were taken using secondary real data, data processing also include variables such as the cost incurred due to inventory (Holding Cost) and set up cost. The result of this research are obtained inventory planning table data for 12 periods future demand for meet demand in Makassar and Manado, in Makassar case, inventory fulfillment requests made in each period, while inventory fulfillment for Manado area done in periods 1 and 3.Keywords : supply chain management, wagner whitin, inventory planning

The purpose of this research is to map the structure of the fruit supply chain, determine the fruit supplier that best meets the criteria, measure the performance of the fruit supply chain management, and recommend improvements to the fruit supply chain management performance. This research uses the descriptive analysis method for mapping fruit supply chain structure, the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) for selecting the best supplier, the SCOR model, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Snorm de Boer normalization for measuring fruit supply chain management performance in a period of 1 month, as well as a fishbone diagram to recommend performance improvements. Based on the research results, it is known that members of the fruit supply chain consist of 50 suppliers (fruit and packaging), 4 sub-distributors, 240 retail stores, and 800 resellers. Based on the MPE analysis, there are five selected local and imported fruit suppliers. Based on the results of performance measurements, the fruit supply chain management is good, except for two processes, namely procurement and production, so six practices are recommended that can be implemented by the company.

Product quality is determined by several factors, one of which is customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, many companies are more concerned with the products or services offered and are not concerned with service quality. This study aimed at assessing the service quality provided by Mixue at the Summarecon Digital Center branch. This research was a descriptive study. The research sample was Mixue visitors at the Summarecon Gading Serpong branch, Tangerang. The inclusion criteria for research subjects were 17-30 years old and willing to fill out a research form via Google form. A total of 30 respondents took part in this study. There are 10 indicators of questions which include ease of parking, the comfort of the place, cleanliness of the outlet, speed of cashiers in payment, additional facilities, speed of employees in serving, employee friendliness, employee knowledge of products, affordable prices, and product suitability with photos on the menu. After obtaining data from respondents, the importance and performance of the Mixture were analyzed with gap analysis, then the indicators were calculated. The results of the study show that the main focus components for increasing customer satisfaction are the comfort of the place, ease of parking, and the speed of the cashier in payment, which is in quadrants 1 and 2. Employee friendliness and cleanliness of toilets are also important and affect Mixue customer satisfaction which is in quadrant 4. In conclusion, Mixue at the Summarecon Digital Center branch needs to pay attention to several things to increase customer satisfaction with its services. Things that need to be prioritized are the convenience of the store, the speed of cashier service, the price according to the quality of the goods, the conformity of the products being sold with menu photos, and employee knowledge regarding the product.

Competition today among schools forces each school management to improve teacher performance by providing motivation, involving teachers in training, and providing compensation or bonuses to teachers who successfully carry out their duties properly. This research aims to know the effect of salary on teacher productivity and determine the effect of work motivation on teacher productivity. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The quantitative research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples and collect data using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative statistics to test established hypotheses. The research carried out by the authors in this study is by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SMA Della Strada North Jakarta. The results of this research show that salary and motivation have a positive and significant influence on teacher productivity.

In this investigation, scholars employed the approach of class action research (CAR). The aim of this investigation is to boost students' academic performance by utilizing the value clarification technique (VCT) as a learning model. The instruments employed in this research included observation checklists, field notes, and evaluations (pre-test and post-test). The results of this study demonstrate that incorporating the value clarification technique (VCT) as a learning model can enhance students' academic achievements, as evidenced in both the initial and subsequent stages. In the initial phase, the mean score of the pretest was more than 40, which subsequently increased to more than 60 in the posttest score. While in the subsequent phase, the mean score of the pretest was more than 50, which escalated to more than 80 in the posttest score. In the initial phase, some students scored below the KKM, but in the subsequent phase, the lowest score was 80, and no student scored below the KKM.

The area of this research became carried out at tertiary institutions concerning eight campuses in Jakarta. This studies became conducted for nine months, beginning in February and ending in October 2022. in this look at, we used a form of quantitative technique to assist give an explanation for how entrepreneurship schooling and self-efficacy have an effect on entrepreneurial dispositions. This study employs descriptive research techniques and non-probability sampling methods, namely, judgmental sampling techniques. 52 employees were given questionnaires to complete in order to collect primary data. Then secondary data can be obtained through supporting books and journals. Following that, the obtained data is processed using the SEM-PLS method. The Smart-PLS software is used to process the data from the pretest and main test. The study's findings show that transformational leadership positively affects perceptions of career success, career adaptability negatively affects perceptions of career success, transformational leadership positively affects job embeddedness, transformational leadership negatively affects work engagement, and transformational leadership positively affects perceived career success.

One of the pursuits or pastimes people engage in to satisfy their obligations for work, play, or other reasons is travel. Due to unreliable customer support, bookings made by clients are abruptly canceled, and promises of money back that are never kept, Agoda has gotten multiple negative evaluations from its users. Negative evaluations with 1 and 2 stars are frequently the result of issues with payment, service, and reservation dates. The methodology employed in this study involves selecting 154 respondents by nonprobability sampling and judgmental sampling. Distribution of questionnaires with sample data received from up to 150 respondents and processed using SmartPLS is how data is collected. The results of this study show a significant effect, specifically that E-WOM has a significant positive effect on perceived value, perceived risk, and purchase intention, and that price sensitivity has a significant positive effect on perceived value, perceived risk, and perceived value without having a significant positive effect on purchase intention.
