Abstract

Since 2014 Indonesia has entered the era of universal health coverage (UHC) and public health financing system managed by the Social Security Organizing Agency Law/SSOAL (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial/BPJS) . In this system, a national formulary was used as the basis for prescribing drugs by clinicians. One effort for quality and cost control in UHC was to develop a clinical reminder system (CRS) to help prescriber set treatment options in accordance with the national formulary.  The aim of this study was to measure the role of CRS to the compatibility of drug prescribing in patients with ischemic stroke in Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study was carried out using quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this study were outpatient ischemic stroke and the National Health Insurance (NHI) participant, age >18 years and had complete medication data. Prescribing data were compared between stroke patients treated at the hospital before and after implementation of CRS. The study was performed in 200 National Health Insurance (NHI) scheme outpatients with ischemic stroke. The groups consisted of 100 patients without CRS and 100 patients with CRS. The basic characteristics of both groups were similar. The results showed that after implementation of CRS, a significant improvement in the compliance of the neurologist prescribing medicine used to be available only in national formulary (RR: 1.02; 95% CI=1.00-1.04; p=0.015). Among others the most significant improvement was the prescription of antidyslipidemic using HMG-CoA medicine available in formulary. In conclusion, CRS can improve the compliance of prescribing with national formulary in stroke ischemic patients.

Abstract

Masyarakat di desa Demangan, Siman, Ponorogo, yang kebanyakan berprofesi sebagai petani padi dan holtikultura sering menggunakan pestisida anorganik dalam bertani. Penatalaksanaan pestisida yang kurang aman dapat menyebabkan kontaminasi pestisida dalam darah. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya pendekatan pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membentuk desa safety farming sebagai guna meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pemeriksaan darah, FGD, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah hasil pemeriksaan pestisida dalam darah petani mampu meningkatkan antusiasme anggota Gapoktan terhadap bahaya pestisida, upaya pendekatan pembelajaran FGD dan sosialisasi bahaya pesitisda mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan sebesar 17% sedangkan FGD dan sosialisasi tentang penatalaksanaan pestisida yang aman dan sehat mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan sebesar 5%, Gapoktan dan Pos UKK terlibat aktif dalam seluruh kegiatan. Pembentukan desa safety farming perlu mendapatkan dukungan berupa pendampingan dan pengawasan dari petugas kesehatan serta Dinas Pertanian. Kunci keberhasilan upaya pencegahan kontaminasi pestisida terhadap tubuh petani adalah penatalaksanaan pestisida yang aman dan sehat termasuk penggunaan APD dan upaya personal hygiene.

Abstract

Bungaya village is one of the ancient Balinese villages that has a heritage in the form of a traditional settlement environment. As part of the settlement, traditional houses in the village of Bungaya have developed in their physical form and function. This research will explain the identification of forms and characteristics of traditional houses in Bungaya village. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive and exploratory approaches. The results of this study are in the form of pictures of traditional house layouts and their development over time. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there had been a change in physical form and the addition of new functions besides housing in traditional houses in Bungaya village, Karangasem Regency. Abstract

Has been done research on modeling the image of the aquifer using geoelectric method. This research was conducted on 7 conditions by taking one data at each condition there is condition without being given a model, model conditions flats have not given water and by water, aquifer conditions concave not given water and by water, and aquifer conditions veined not given water and by water this so can get to see the image data inversion results of resistivity using Res2dinv. Modeling the aquifer flat using geoelectric method obtained the image in the form of layers of images with different colors in which this is due to the material composition and water content are different. Modeling the concave aquifer using geoelectric obtained the aquifer at a depth of 15-30 cm with blue color because in this area the water content is more than other areas. Modeling a branched aquifer using geoelectric method obtained the image in the form of two points aquifer detached in blue, this is two water sources. In the image modeling of aquifers using geoelectric method the resistivity value lower aquifer region compared to other regions as indicated by the color of light blue until dark.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and understanding the authority of the Notary in making the Deed of Grant Agreement on land based on the Civil Code and the Authority of the Notary in making the Deed of Grant Agreement on land based on the Act of Notary Position. This study uses a normative research method with a statutory approach and a library approach. The results of the study that the Civil Code has regulated agreements and regulates grants, based on the Civil Code Notaries have the authority to make a Deed of Grant Agreement on land, namely based on Article 1666, Article 1682 of the Civil Code, while in the Law on Notary Positions the authority of a Notary to make a deed is based on Article 15 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Law on Notary Positions. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mengetahui kewenangan-kewengangan Notaris dalam hal pembuatan Akta Perjanjian Hibah atas tanah berdasarkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan Kewenangan Notaris dalam pembuatan Akta Perjanjian Hibah atas tanah berdasarkan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian bahwa KUHPerdata telah mengatur tentang perjanjian dan mengatur tentang hibah maka berdasarkan KUHPerdata Notaris berwenang membuat Akta Perjanjian Hibah atas tanah yaitu berdasarkan Pasal 1666, Pasal 1682 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, sedangkan di dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris kewenangan Notaris untuk membuat akta adalah berdasarkan Pasal 15 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris.

Abstract

Land is one of the most important part of human survival. In addition to the land as a residence, land as well as a place to seek fortune, and therefore every human being needs to control a piece of land for the purposes of life. Increasing the need for land for business activities, the increasing need for support in the form of legal certainty in the field of land to reduce the occurrence of conflict in the community. Therefore, in ensuring law and order in society, the State is very concerned to regulate both about control and about the transition or transfer of land rights in Indonesia. One of the transfer of land right arrangements known in the land laws in Indonesia is the "Land Swap". Substantively, exchange or swap is part of the engagement that was born out of the agreement, therefore, it is subject to the principle of freedom of contract, but because the object is a land right, the implementation must comply with the formal requirements set out in the legislation in the field of agrarian or land law. To exchange land of which location of land between the land located in Badung with land located in Denpasar according to the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 24 of 2016 about the amendment to Government Regulation Number 37 of 1998 on regulations on the Positions of Land Deed Officials, the local authority pursuant to article 12 of PPAT work area is in one province. Therefore for the exchange of land as aforesaid, the Deed of PPAT is enough in one land certificate. The research method using juridical empirical method namely by using field data (field research) as the primary data and legislation as well as books that discuss the problems as the secondary data. Based on the data collected and analyzed qualitatively, it can be concluded that the exchange of land that located between Badung and land Denpasar City could not be implemented because the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 24 of 2016 about the amendment to Regulation of Government Number 37 of 1998 regarding regulation of Land Deed Officials Position has not adhered to because of factor of lack of coordination between the relevant parties, and the legal cultural factors of the human resources who implementing the regulations.

Abstract

In the ruling man is created unable to live alone, the law is human created to live both and add to his descendants and successors. This leads to a bond of marriage between men and women, whose purpose is to create happy families and homes, harmoniously with the virtue of the one true deity. The marriage is held with the Customs and culture of each party, because basically the two human beings are backed by different customs and cultures. Indonesia's state with a forward minded society wants to make its life more improved, both in the field of work and home, not infrequently in the Indonesian economic system has established relationships with foreign nationals as Investors to improve the economic system in Indonesia. It is not uncommon for Indonesian citizen to have a relationship with foreigners to work, do business, and be friends and friendly, because humans are created to require each other, profitable, and adjoining. The relationship between WNI and WNI is not uncommon in marital relationship, namely mixed marriage between citizens and foreigners who occur on the basis of affection and love and want to live a life together. The marriage itself has been governed in the marriage act, i.e. the marriage has been recognized by the State, and against the marriage of the mix has also been recognized by the state because it has been demonstrated and regulated in the marriage act as well. Through life, in it for future survival, sought and acquired wealth that can be a common treasure or can also be a split. The common treasures are the treasures obtained throughout the marriage, without the agreement of marriage. The Covenant of marriage is made with the purpose of the separation of the property of each party, meaning there is no mixing of possessions in the family, and with this each party has each responsibility. In this journal is conducted empirical research because it is to be able to discuss issues raised as to how the role of notary in protecting the status of property rights on land resulting from mixed marriages and how the status of ownership On the ground when a divorce occurs, it must be research directly with the source of space. Implemented using the fact approach, and the collection of secondary data and primary data, so as to discuss the role of notary in protecting the property rights on land is to make a marriage agreement before or after the marriage In progress, by providing legal certainty against the separation of the property that has occurred and the status of ownership of the land when divorce occurs can remain the property of Indonesian citizens, or the status is given to children born of marriage The

Abstract

This writing aims to determine the role and responsibility of the notary in obtaining a will. The author uses empirical research methods with a fact approach and primary data along with secondary data. The result of the research shows that the role and responsibility of the Notary Public in obtaining a will is to apply for a will. If there is a will made by the deceased based on the statement obtained, the notary is responsible for reading the contents of the will, in addition to being the party authorized to read the will, the notary is also the middle party to calm and provide an explanation if questions arise by the heirs. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Notaris untuk memperoleh surat keterangan wasiat. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan fakta dan data primer berikut data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dan tanggung jawab Notaris dalam hal memperoleh surat keterangan wasiat adalah melakukan permohonan surat keterangan wasiat. Apabila terdapat wasiat yang dibuat oleh Almarhum berdasarkan keterangan wasiat yang diperoleh maka Notaris bertanggung jawab untuk membacakan isi dari wasiat tersebut, selain menjadi pihak yang berwenang untuk membacakan wasiat tersebut, Notaris juga sebagai pihak tengah untuk menenangkan dan memberikan penjelasan apabila timbul pertanyaan oleh ahli waris.

Abstract

Abstract

Government of Denpasar city has a collaboration in distributing credit without agunan, namely Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among Denpasar city government and PT, Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali and PT. Asuransi Indonesia about micro small development, middle small development and cooperative with credit loan pattern No. Add: 893.3/1919/ORG.0182.107.2006.2, 17/MOU /LPKD/VII/2006 dated 26th of July 2006, government of Denpasar city as a guarantor, however, the existance of Financial Investigation Agency based on governmental regulation of Indonesia Republic Number 54 of 2005, concerning Local Loan Article 4 point 1 that states “Regional Government is prohibited to assigne guarantee for other party loan”. Thus, there is a gap about contract agreement with Governmental Regulation of Indonesia Republic Number 54 of 2005 concerning Local Loan. In relations to this background, so the writer proposes 2 legal problems namely, How is the legal protection toward creditor if it takes place wanprestasi on credit without agunan to UMKM in Denpasar and How is te effort done by bank in case there is a problem with credit without guarantee of UMKM in Denpasar. This type of study shows that in pursuant to Guarantee Legal Regulation and existing Banking Law, the requirement of guarantee in giving credit by bank is not an absolute prerequisite. If it takes place wanprestasi on credit without agunan UMKM in Denpasar so it will be under responsibility by PT. Askrindo as a guarantee. The effort done, in case, there is a problem of credit without a guarantee to UMKM in Denpasar, the settlement is done through Non Litigation, namely settlement in rescehduling, prerequsite again and manageable again.
