Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi, khususnya penguasaan bahasa Inggris, sangat penting dalam menghadapi globalisasi dan mendukung pelayanan lintas budaya. Di era teknologi dan informasi yang begitu pesat saat ini, para guru menghadapi tantangan rendahnya keterampilan bahasa Inggris siswa di pedesaan. Oleh karena itu, program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dirancang untuk menggali informasi terkait efektifitas dan manfaat, serta tantangan penerapan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris melalui metode blended learning di MTs NW Tangar Lingsar. Metode ini menggabungkan pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka, yang memberikan fleksibilitas dan akses ke berbagai sumber belajar. Program ini terdiri dari 16 sesi dengan evaluasi di tengah dan akhir pembelajaran untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kompetensi peserta sebesar 12.40 poin, dengan peningkatan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka. Tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk kendala waktu dan akses teknologi. Namun, koordinasi yang baik antara tim PKM dan pihak sekolah memungkinkan program berjalan lancar. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris peserta, dan metode blended learning terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran era revolusi industri 4.0. Rekomendasi mencakup keberlanjutan program dengan fokus keterampilan membaca dan menulis, serta pelatihan ToT bagi pengajar Bahasa Inggris di MTs NW Tangar Lingsar. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam akses teknologi dan kesiapan guru, blended learning menawarkan fleksibilitas dan personalisasi yang meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan pengembangan keterampilan teknologi, yang penting di era digital ini.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 dan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar saat ini mewajibkan para guru dan siswa untuk mampu menguasai berbagai keterampilan abad 21, cakap (literate) dan selektif dalam menggunakan media teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, dan update dengan berbagai perkembangan sains dan teknologi, serta peduli (aware) dengan persoalan yang ada di lingkungannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan lanjutan dari PKM pada 2021, 2022, dan 2023 (Putera et al., 2021; Putera et al., 2022; Putera, et al., 2023). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan mitra seperti kurangnya literasi digital siswa dan rendahnya kreatifitas guru dalam mengintegrasikan bahan ajar multimedia dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan menyusun bahan ajar dengan mengintegrasikan ICT (Information and Communication Technology) dengan media digital interaktif LiveWorksheets (LWS). Berbeda dengan format PDF yang statis, LWS dapat digunakan secara dinamis atau interaktif untuk membuat bahan ajar atau LKPD yang terintegrasi dengan multimedia (visual, audio, video, teks). Selain dapat digunakan untuk mengakses bahan ajar digital, LWS juga bisa digunakan mengakses audio dan video serta mengevaluasi hasil ujian siswa secara otomatis. Secara umum, kegiatan PKM ini telah mencapai keberhasilan dilihat dari beberapa indikator: (a) meningkatnya pengetahuan guru tentang ICT dalam pembelajaran, (b) meningkatnya kompetensi guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar dan LKPD yang interaktif, (c) meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan fitur-fitur media digital interaktif LWS seperti untuk membuat akun secara mandiri, mengedit LKPD pada LWS secara online, menambahkan fitur-fitur multimedia pada bahan ajar atau LKPD, serta mengolah hasil tes siswa secara otomatis. Melalui PKM ini, para guru diharapkan menjadi lebih siap untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi baru dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di kelas dengan lebih efektif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas profesional guru-guru Pondok Pesantren Darul Iman Wattaqwa NW Boro’ Tumbuh dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya pemahaman terhadap konsep dan sintaksis model pembelajaran inovatif, keterbatasan dalam merancang LKPD yang sesuai, serta kurangnya kemampuan dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian yang relevan dengan capaian pembelajaran. Melalui tahapan diskusi, pelatihan, praktik, dan evaluasi, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada kompetensi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks pembelajaran di pesantren. Program ini juga mendapat respons positif dari pihak yayasan dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan serta diperluas cakupannya.

Abstract

The land mafia in Indonesia is a complex phenomenon that harms society and has the potential to disrupt social stability. This research aims to analyze the practices of land mafia that occur in Indonesia and evaluate the eradication efforts by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). Land mafia practices include certificate forgery, illegal land occupation, and document manipulation that threaten the ownership rights of the community. This research uses normative legal research methods, which involve the process of finding legal rules, principles, and legal doctrines to answer the legal issues at hand. Furthermore, this research also examines the policies and strategic steps taken by the ATR/BPN in combating the land mafia, including the establishment of the Anti-Land Mafia Task Force and the strengthening of land regulations. The results indicate that despite various eradication efforts, challenges in law enforcement and inter-agency coordination remain obstacles. Therefore, better synergy between the government, society, and the private sector is necessary to create a transparent and accountable land system. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective policies in eradicating the land mafia in Indonesia and reinforcing legal protection for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of ninth-grade students (Class IX G) at SMP Negeri 2 Mataram in the 2023/2024 academic year through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The subjects of this study were 39 students from Class IX G. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, conducted over two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through learning outcome evaluation tests administered at the end of each cycle and analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis showed an improvement in students’ learning outcomes on the topic of curved-surface solid geometry after the application of the PBL model. This improvement was evidenced by an increase in the percentage of students who achieved the minimum mastery criteria (KKM), from 76.51% in the first cycle with an average score of 76.51 to 87.18% in the second cycle with an average score of 83. These findings indicate that the implementation of Problem-Based Learning effectively enhances both the average learning outcomes and the proportion of students who meet the mastery criteria.

Abstract

Despite numerous studies investigating various aspects of online learning amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the empirical findings reporting on the student(s)-student(s) interaction in the micro-level of the language teaching-learning process is inadequately documented. Thus, this current study was in an attempt to address this void by exploring how the students interact in online learning and identifying the perception of the student about student-student interaction in online learning for effectiveness in the online learning English teaching process. Framed in a case study, 5 students of a public University in West Nusa Tenggara participating in the Teaching English for Young Learner (TEYL) course were purposefully recruited to participate in this study. The data were garnered from a series of semi-structured interviews and a 4-month virtual classroom observation and were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings elucidate that students enjoyed their online learning interactions and they perceived that their language skills and knowledge increased significantly. The teacher was seen to have a pivotal role in facilitating students to have effective interactions by providing various activities, prepared materials, and support. Practically, this study proposes some suggestions for teachers and students on how to establish effective student-student interaction in a language online classroom.

Abstract

Kesiapan sarana pendukung baik secara teknologi dan inovasi perlu ditingkatkan sehingga kualitas dan mutu guru sesuai dengan plafon kurikulum merdeka yang telah dibuat oleh kementrian. Kemampuan dalam melaksanakan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (literasi dan numerasi), juga belum menjadi hal yang biasa baik bagi guru dan siswa . Masalah lain seperti pemahaman Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), Modul Ajar (MA), Modul Proyek, sampai evaluasi tentang progres peserta didik merupakan hal yang dihadapi Sebagian besar guru. Setelah menelaah latar uraian tersebut, maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Program Sekolah Penggerak di Lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Luwuk”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan objek penelitian ini adalah tindakan untuk hasil pemahaman guru terhadap impelentasi kurikulum merdeka program sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa siklus, yakni siklus I dan siklus II. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi. Hasil observasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data gain score pemahaman guru memiliki nilai Sig < α (0,000 < 0,05) yang berarti gain score pemahaman guru siklus I berbeda positif dan signifikan dengan pemahaman guru siklus II, dengan kata lain pemahaman guru meningkat tentang implementasi kurikulum meredeka program sekolah penggerak di Lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Luwuk. Kata kunci: sekolah penggerak, guru PAUD

Abstract

Metric dimension is an important concept in graph theory that is widely used in various fields, including navigation, network localization, and network design. The concept of metric dimension is the concept of determining the least marker vertex so that each vertex in the graph is distinguished from each other. The purpose of this research is to determine the metric dimension of the pinwheel subdivision graph ????1+????????3. The type of research used is pure research. By using graph structure and vertex distance analysis, this paper shows the value of the metric dimension of the subdivision graph ????(????,????), specifically on the pinwheel graph ????=????1+????????3 for 2≤????≤4. The results show that the metric dimension of the pinwheel subdivision graph ????1+????????3 is one less than the metric dimension of the pinwheel graph before subdivision, ????????????(????(????,????))=????????????(????)−1.

Abstract

Pusuk Lestari Village is one of the villages in Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency. The majority of Pusuk Lestari Village residents work as traders and farmers. After conducting a survey, residents in Pusuk Lestari Village have abundant natural resources but a lack of processing skills is a problem in the village. It can be said that the people in the village are not able to take advantage of the abundant natural products, so it is necessary to take innovative steps that can be applied to optimize the community's skills in processing these natural resources through the KKN program with the Desapreneur theme. The Desapreneur theme is raised to increase the knowledge and skills of the community in optimally processing natural resources. One of the programs this time is by utilizing melinjo and palm sugar as raw materials for making dodol which will later provide benefits by increasing the income of the people of Pusuk Lestari Village. The stages of the Dodol Melinjo Aren Making Training are preparation of tools and materials, outreach, training, packaging, marketing, and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this training activity are increasing the knowledge and skills of the community so that they are able to continue the Dodol Making Training program. Several additional programs were also carried out, namely making tourist maps, teaching at school and teaching the Koran, clean village activities (PABERSA), and English courses.

Abstract

Early childhood is known as the golden age, during which moral, social, and emotional aspects grow rapidly; therefore, appropriate and engaging learning methods are required. Singing was chosen as a learning approach that combines joy and meaningful spiritual learning for children. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of religious values through singing activities and to analyze the improvement in children’s religious behavior after participation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method involving 15 children aged 5–6 years (8 boys and 7 girls) at TK Raudhathul Athfal Soulowe, Sigi Regency. Data were collected through observation and documentation. The learning process was carried out in an enjoyable classroom atmosphere using religious-themed songs such as gerakan berwudhu, gerakan sholat, and berdoa sebelum dan sesudah berkegiatan. These songs were accompanied by simple movements to help children understand and internalize the meanings. The results showed a significant improvement in children’s religious behavior, particularly in performing ablution, prayer movements, and daily prayers. By the fourth week, 33.33% of the children reached the “Very Well Developed” category and 60% were “Developing as Expected.” Overall, singing proved to be an effective and enjoyable method for instilling religious values in early childhood education.
