Indonesia, such as the increasing spending of money by the younger generation and the rise of social media applications, makes the younger generation always want to satisfy their emotional needs, but they don't have enough money so that it becomes social pressure for the younger generation. Anxiety about being left behind makes it difficult for this generation to say no, and this phenomenon is one of the factors why there is Fomo syndrome. This study contains problem solving from FOMO Learning in the New Normal Era, with Humanistic Existence through Group Counseling to increase student learning responsibility, assistance to individuals in group situations that are prevention and healing, and directed at providing convenience in class development and growth. This research is research designed using the library method. The results are in the form of Humanistic Existential counseling emphasizing core human conditions. Normal personality development is based on the uniqueness of each individual.

Marriage readiness is needed by every individual who has entered early adulthood. Marriage readiness is basically important to study because marriage readiness is the basis for making decisions with whom to marry. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cognitive behavior therapy approach with bibliotherapy techniques in increasing marriage readiness in early adult college students. This type of research is quantitative research using an experimental research design. The experimental design used in this study is the One Group Pre-test-Post-test. The sample in this study were 40 students. Data were analyzed using non-parametric statistical formulas with a Wilcoxon-signed level test.

Instilling morals and ethics in students is important to do so that they develop optimally. Instilling morals and ethics can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing guidance and counseling services with a behavior approach . The purpose of this study was to find out the methods used by counseling with the Behavioral approach in instilling morals and ethics in students. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were teachers and students at SDN 1 Tembilahan City. Data collection techniques by observing, interviewing and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the presentation, reduction and verification of data. The results of this study are the inculcation of morals and ethics through counseling services with a Behavioral approach by introducing and teaching mutual assistance between others, teaching how to control emotions, and providing habituation to comply with existing rules at school

This paper aims to explain the development of guidance and counseling modules to improve student continuing education planning. In 2021 there will still be 87% of Indonesian students making the wrong choice of major. This can have a negative impact on students during the lecture process and can even end in dropping out. And in the future can increase the number of unemployed. The method used in this paper is library research (Library Research). Through this research, it can be concluded that the development of guidance and counseling modules can be a source of information for students in improving students' further education plans so that there are no mistakes in choosing majors in tertiary institutions later.

This literature study research aims to determine the effectiveness of the small group discussion method to improve students' interpersonal communication skills. The 21st century learning skills in students' interpersonal communication skills are still relatively low because the learning strategies used by teachers are still not precise and effective. The learning process still uses teacher center so that students only listen and take notes. As a result, students' interpersonal communication skills are still relatively low, so the small group discussion method is applied during learning. This research is a literature study research. The data collection technique used is Editing by combining data from the results of article analysis. The data analysis used is deductive data analysis, that is, general facts are made to be more specific. The source of this research is to use secondary sources and primary sources. The results of the literature review in this study showed that the use of the small group discussion method, namely the interaction of 4-5 members of a group of students to solve a problem, thus showing an increase in communication skills such as grammar, conveying ideas, clarity of pronunciation and clarity of delivery of material and increased communication skills interpersonal students such as exchanging opinions, arguments, respecting opinions and making conclusions based on the results of the post test in previous studies compared to the results of the pre-test of students before being given action.

Transactional analysis is behavioral behavior - cognitive supporting activities to optimize individual ego - each individual ego moves our life according to the mind, and we are limited to the five senses, mind and intellect (reason), and also identify ourselves with terms to some degree. So it needs to be overcome in order to help students to understand themselves, the status of ego status that can be reduced in carrying out their roles. The purpose of this study was to obtain general information from information on the Ego Status of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 1 Bonjol. The method used is a descriptive method in the form of survey research. The sample of this research is 40 students. The results of the analysis showed that grade IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Bonjol achieved the results of 58% child ego in the "Low" category, 96% adult ego in the "High" category and parental ego 91% in the "High" category.

Adanya fenomena siswa yang mengalami masalah body image siswa SMP N 1Sungai Limau. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan adanya siswa yang masih tidak percaya diri dengan keadaan fisik atau body imagenya, seperti siswa yang tidak mau diajak berfoto bersama karena alasan ia merasa memiliki badan yang kurang ideal dibandingkan dengan teman-teman yang lain. Hal tersebut juga bisa dilihat adanya siswa yang lebih memilih sendiri dibandingkan bersama teman-teman karena merasa memiliki body image yang negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII dan kelas VIII SMP N 1 Sungai Limau. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 229 orang siswa dan sampel sebanyak 146 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen angket. Data analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif menggunakan rumus product moment correlations dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Body Image siswa di SMP N 1 Sungai Limu berada pada tingkat yang bervariasi, sebagian besar ada pada kategori sedang dengan 87,67%. (2) Kepercayaan diri siswa di SMP N 1 Sungai Limau berada pada tingkat bervariasi sebagian besar ada pada kategori sedang dengan 77,40%. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang posititf signifikan antara Body Image dengan Kepercayaan diri siswa di SMP N 1 Sungai Limau dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,557 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000.

There is a phenomenon of students who experience student self-concept problems at SMA N 8 Padang. This is marked by the lack of students' ability to communicate their thoughts, difficulty hearing the opinions of others, friends and teachers who criticize themselves and many students who are passive in class and do not provide responses, opinions, criticisms and suggestions when discussions are in progress. When that happens, many students are unable to make decisions because they do not believe in their abilities, such as the habit of students who often cheat when doing assignments given by the teacher. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. The population of this study amounted to 970 students and a sample of 284 students using a proportional random sampling technique. The instrument in this research is the questionnaire instrument. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using the product moment correlations formula with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that: (1) Students' self-concepts at SMAN 8 Padang varied, most of them were in the medium category with a percentage of 55.28%. (2) Interpersonal communication of students at SMAN 8 Padang is at various levels, most of them are in the medium category with a percentage of 54.93%. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between Self-Concept and Interpersonal Communication of students at SMA N 8 Padang with an rcount of 0.404 with a significant level of 0.000.

AbstrackThe research aims to describe the relationship between broken home families and inner child behavior in students at junior high schools in Padang Utara sub-district. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research type. The sample in this study was 135 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire of inner child behavior with a Likert scale model. The results of the validity test in this study indicate that for the variable of inner child behavior in children who are victims of broken home families, 45 valid items are obtained (with a reliability result of 0.719). The results of the study were processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, with the results obtained as much as 51.11% of children who were victims of broken home families in SMP Kec. Padang Utara had inner child behavior in the low category. This can be interpreted that most students are quite able to control their inner child behavior. Then there are 47.41% of students who have inner child behavior in the moderate category. This can be interpreted that some students have not been able to control their inner child behavior.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan antara keluarga broken home dengan perilaku inner child pada siswa/i di SMP Kecamatan Padang Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 orang siswa/i yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket perilaku inner child dengan model skala likert. Hasil dari uji validitas pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel perilaku inner child pada anak korban keluarga broken home diperoleh sebanyak 45 item yang valid (dengan hasil reliabilitas sebesar 0,719). Hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif,dengan diperolehnya hasil sebesar 51,11% anak korban keluarga broken home di SMP Kec. Padang Utara memiliki perilaku inner child pada kategori rendah. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa sebagian besar siswa cukup bisa mengendalikan perilaku inner child yang ada pada diri mereka. Kemudian terdapat 47,41% siswa yang memiliki perilaku inner child pada kategori sedang. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa beberapa siswa belum cukup mampu dalam mengendalikan perilaku inner child yang ada pada diri mereka.

this the research is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of information technology making cyberspace a place for acts of online violence such as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a bad phenomenon that has negative implication for someone and is also a form of bullying. Self-control is one that influences online violence or cyberbullying. This study aims to reveal the relationship between self-control and cyberbullying behavior. This type research is quatitative using method of correlational description analysis. The research sample consisted of 137 students who were selected using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The intruments used were self-control questionnaires and cyberbullying behavior scale model. The data was processed using the pearson produsct moment correlation hasd formula. The research revealed that (1) the self-control possessed students is the medium category (2) the cyberbullying possessed students is the medium category and (3) there is significant negative relationship between self-control and cyberbullying behavior.
