Autism or commonly called ASD Autistic Spectrum Disorder is a complex and highly varied disorder of development of brain function spectrum, usually these disorders include how to communicate, interact socially and imagine abilities. The concentration ability of autistic children is very low, this can be seen from the child's lack of ability to focus on when working on something, his attention is easily distracted, and often the child has difficulty in carrying out instructions. The purpose of this study is to find out the ability of attention of children with autism in puzzle games. This study used a descriptive method by retrieving using total sampling, with a total of 10 respondents. Based on the results of the study conducted on July 27 - August 7 2020 with the title of the study "Attention Ability of Children with Autism In Puzzle Games In SLB Melati Rumbai Pekanbaru" by observing ceklis sheet directly then can be concluded from 10 respondents, the results showed that the majority of respondents had a very well-categorized ability as many as 6 respondents (60.0%), both as many as 2 respondents (20.0%), less than 1 respondent (10.0%), and failed as many as 1 respondent (10.0%). The results of the study, according to the researchers, can be influenced by the level of ability of each respondent, from the researchers' observations, the age and gender of the respondent has no effect on the level of attention ability of the child with autism. This study examines trends in international cooperation within Local Government Financial Sustainability (LGFS) research, a discipline that is becoming increasingly significant owing to the financial difficulties encountered by subnational governments and the need for equitable governance in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Despite ongoing studies, disparities persist in the involvement of industrialized versus developing nations in LGFS research. This study uses bibliometric methodology with 627 Scopus-indexed data from 2007 to 2025 and VOSviewer to illustrate the co-authorship and keyword networks. Richer countries like the US, UK, and Australia are at the heart of the core-periphery structure, according to the research, while underdeveloped countries are mostly unrepresented on the periphery. Prominent writers and advocacy organizations are within European institutions. The Global South provides only limited intellectual guidance. Keyword co-occurrence mapping shows a shift during the COVID-19 epidemic from austerity and accountability to decentralization and governance. This study revealed disparities in worldwide LGFS research networks, potentially benefiting from donor-driven initiatives. It advocates equal co-authorship policies, enhanced training in underrepresented fields, and open-access distribution to promote inclusive knowledge advancement. The results provide guidance for establishing a framework for global and regional cooperation.

This research aims to determine and analyze the perceptions of MSME actors in Medan Marelan District regarding the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 MSMEs in Medan Marelan District. The research approach uses descriptive research. Next, the data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions. The research results show that MSME actors in Medan Marelan District as a whole have not implemented SAK EMKM so that the resulting financial reports are still not fair and not comparative. Judging from the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the perception of MSME actors regarding the use of accounting information can help MSME actors survive and even excel in running their businesses amidst increasingly difficult competition, and accounting can provide the information needed to make decisions for business continuity in the future. front. This study aims to evaluate the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan Mandailing Natal. The implementation of GCG is very important for Islamic banks to ensure transparent, accountable, responsible, independent, and fair operations, in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving interviews with bank staff and direct observation at the research location. The results showed that Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan has implemented GCG principles well. Transparency is evident from the disclosure of accurate and timely information. Accountability is realized through the supervision and accountability of the board of commissioners and directors. The bank complies with laws and regulations and sharia principles as part of its responsibility. Independence is achieved through decision-making that is free from external pressure, while fairness is reflected in fair treatment to all stakeholders. Although the results show good GCG implementation, there is a need to continue strengthening GCG implementation to maintain the integrity and sustainability of the bank in the long run.

This research aims to determine the influence of service innovation and quality on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative approach. The population taken was all PT BPRS customers, with a total sample of 100 customers taken using the accidental sampling method. The data collection method uses questionnaires by distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. Data analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 29.00. The results of this research partially show that the service innovation variable has a significant effect on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan. The quality variable has a significant effect on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan. Simultaneously, the variables of service innovation and quality have a significant influence on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan.

Jumlah balita di Indonesia sangat besar yaitu sekitar 10 persen dari seluruh populasi, maka sebagai calon generasi penerus bangsa, kualitas tumbuh kembang balita di Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian serius yaitu berupa pelayanan kesehatan berkualitas termasuk deteksi dan intervensi dini penyimpangan perkembangan. Guna mendukung upaya deteksi perkembangan anak secara maksimal sangat diperlukan pemanfaatan tehnologi seperti android sehingga informasi semakin mudah diakses hingga ke seluruh pelosok-pelosok penjuru. KPSP (Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan) Pro merupakan suatu aplikasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi yang sangat membantu orang tua (masyarakat) untuk memantau perkembangan balita dan mendeteksi adanya kelainan sejak dini. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan orangtua dalam melakukan penilaian pertumbuhan dan perkembangan berbasis digital menggunakan aplikasi KPSP Mobile di TK Paud Islam Cikal Harapan 1 Cempaka Putih. Metode kegiatan dilakukan berlangsung selama 2 hari dimana hari 1 dilakukan screening Tumbuh dan Kembang pada Anak dan hari ke 2 mengedukasi orang tua siswa tentang Aplikasi KPSP Pro. Selanjutnya demo praktik penggunaan Aplikasi KPSP Pro dalam melakukan penilaian pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Adapun luaran kegiatan adalah peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampila orangtua dalam melakukan penilaian pertumbuhan dan perkembangan berbasis digital menggunakan Aplikasi KPSP Pro dan terpublikasinya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini di Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat yang secara nasional telah terakreditasi.

This study aims to improve student learning activeness through the implementation of the cooperative learning model Team Games Tournament (TGT) in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for Grade III students at SDN 186/I Sridadi. The research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 16 third-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the TGT model significantly increased student learning activeness. In Cycle I, student activeness was categorized as "low," with only 12.5% of students actively participating. After improvements were made in Cycle II, the number of active students increased to 87.5%, with overall activeness rated as "good." The TGT model, which integrates elements of games, teamwork, and competition, effectively created an engaging and collaborative learning environment that encouraged student participation. Thus, the TGT model proved effective as an alternative instructional strategy to enhance student engagement in IPAS lessons and other subjects at the elementary level.

Capital structure is an important aspect of the development of a company; insufficient capital makes it difficult for the company to develop business activities. Capital structure is also closely related to various aspects, such as investors. This condition makes the capital structure position an important part of the company's ability to carry out company activities. The capital structure that becomes the focus of managers and investors in various previous studies is caused by various factors, such as profitability, corporate tax, and corporate liquidity. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance on capital structure. This research uses a quantitative approach that focuses on INAF companies during 2010–2020. The data analysis method used in this research is an analysis by comparing emerging market countries with developed market countries. The result shows that the lower the profitability, the higher the capital structure, which indicates that the company increases the capital structure when the profitability decreases. Corporate tax in this study indicates that with a higher corporate tax, the capital structure also increases. This indicates that a high tax encourages the company to increase its capital structure. Liquidity in the research shows no influence, so liquid and not-liquid companies are not factors that cause changes in capital structure.

This study investigates how green budget tagging moderates the relationship between Green Budgeting Practices and fiscal policy sustainability in Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs). Using a quantitative research approach and multiple regression analysis, the study examines how Green Budget Practices influence Fiscal Policy Sustainability. Key findings reveal that while Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Waste Management, Renewable Energy Development, and Natural Resource Conservation positively impact Fiscal Policy Sustainability, Sustainable transport does not directly affect fiscal policy sustainability. Moreover, Green budget labelling interacts negatively with Budget Practices and Fiscal Policy Sustainability. Net impacts indicate that environmental issues still support fiscal policy sustainability. Policymakers must address the issue of how green budget labelling has inadvertently harmed significant environmentally sustainable activities, and diligently design and implement a green budget labelling framework that balances ecological objectives with economic prudence. To ensure that environmental initiatives do not inadvertently compromise fiscal sustainability, they should also enhance communication between the departments responsible for environmental and fiscal policy management. This study makes a significant contribution to the implications of green budget labelling in Ghana. It provides policymakers with critical information regarding the impact of green budgeting on fiscal policy and offers recommendations for its implementation. This research addresses a gap in the literature, contributes to the growing discourse on sustainable fiscal policies, and offers a practical framework for other local governments to emulate more effectively align their environmental issues and economic objectives.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and commitment to school performance by applying accounting information systems as an intervening variable in Medan Private High Schools. This type of research conducted in this study is to use a Quantitative Approach. The population in this study amounted to 196 Private High Schools in the city of Medan. The population used was all private high schools in the city of Medan with 392 respondents from the Principal and Treasurer. The number of samples in this study were 50 schools with the number of respondents 50 times 2, the total number of respondents was 100. The study of the independent variables studied was Organizational Culture and Commitment. In this study the independent variables studied were School Performance, and intervening variables were the application of accounting information systems. Data collection techniques in this study researchers used two ways, namely library research and field research. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis based on Variance (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the variable Influence of organizational culture on school performance has a path coefficient of 0.143. The effect has a probability value (p-values) of 0.862> 0.05, meaning school performance has no effect in influencing organizational culture. The organizational culture variable on the application of accounting information systems has a path coefficient of 0.989 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that the influence of organizational culture on school performance is significant. commitment to school performance has a path coefficient of 0.406 and has a probability value (p-value) of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that commitment to school performance is influential. commitment to the application of accounting information systems has a path coefficient of -0.010 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0.658> 0.05, this shows that commitment has no effect on the application of accounting information systems and accounting information systems on school performance has a path coefficient - 0.415 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0.860> 0.05, this shows that the accounting information system is not significant in influencing school performance.
