Abstract

The research aims to determine the satisfaction of Muslim tourists which is thought to be influenced by the quality of halal services and the image of halal tourist destinations. This research was studied quantitatively with the unit of analysis being Muslim tourists in Metro City who had visited halal tourist destinations. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling of 150 people and the data was processed using path analysis. The research results show that halal service quality (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the image of halal tourist destinations (X2) of 0.86. Halal service quality (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Muslim tourist satisfaction (Y) of 0.62. The image of a halal tourist destination (X2) does not have a positive influence on Muslim tourist satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Halal Service Quality, Image of Halal Tourism Destinations

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah merubah segala sesuatu secara mendasar termasuk untuk bidang pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital juga akan memberikan fleksibilitas dan efisiensi bagi layanan terhadap masyarakat. Transformasi digital pada bidang pendidikan ini diantaranya pembelajaran yang diarahkan pada media dan cara yang digital, serta untuk proses memasarkan sekolah (digital marketing) dan menjadikan nama sekolah lebih dikenal atau disebut sebagai school branding. Tak terkecuali untuk PAUD Terpadu Ananda Rantau yang sangat membutuhkan pelatihan, pemahaman, pembuatan, dan pemanfaatan teknik digital marketing untuk school branding dengan alat berupa aplikasi mobile. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah melaksanakan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan pelatihan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk digital marketing pada PAUD Terpadu Ananda Rantau sebagai mitra kami dalam mendukung school branding. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu analisis masalah mitra, pendekatan/solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra, persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Ketika melaksanakan kegiatan dimulai dengan pemaparan materi mengenai konsep digital marketing, school branding, dan aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk kebutuhan PAUD. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pengabdian melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 23 orang yang menyatakan bahwa 90,8% atau setara dengan 3,95 menyatakan Sangat Setuju bahwa pengabdian melalui pelatihan ini memiliki kebermanfaatan dan dapat mengupayakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mitra. Selain itu juga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kemampuan para guru/pengasuh dan staf terkait pentingnya digital marketing untuk school branding dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis mobile.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication associated with oxidative stress and increased levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), leading to endothelial dysfunction and impaired placental perfusion. Nanocurcumin possesses antioxidant properties that can mitigate oxidative stress; however, its effectiveness in reducing MDA levels in preeclampsia requires further investigation. This study aims to evaluate the effect of nanocurcumin administration on plasma MDA levels in pregnant Rattus norvegicus models of preeclampsia induced using Nw-Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester (L-NAME). A total of 24 pregnant Wistar rats were divided into six groups: negative control (K-), positive control (K+), and four treatment groups receiving nanocurcumin at doses of 25 mg/KgBW (P1), 50 mg/KgBW (P2), 100 mg/KgBW (P3), and 200 mg/KgBW (P4). Preeclampsia was induced by administering L-NAME (125 mg/KgBW) for six consecutive days, followed by nanocurcumin treatment. Plasma MDA levels were measured using the Thiobarbituric Acid (TBA) assay and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test and post-hoc Mann-Whitney test (p < 0.05). Nanocurcumin administration at 25 mg/KgBW and 50 mg/KgBW significantly reduced MDA levels compared to the preeclampsia group without treatment (p = 0.042, p < 0.05). However, a high dose of 200 mg/KgBW increased MDA levels, indicating a potential pro-oxidant effect. Low to moderate doses of nanocurcumin effectively reduced MDA levels in the preeclampsia model, but further studies are necessary to determine the optimal dosage and its safety in humans. Abstrak: Preeklamsia merupakan komplikasi kehamilan yang berhubungan dengan stres oksidatif dan peningkatan kadar malondialdehyde (MDA), yang menyebabkan disfungsi endotel dan gangguan perfusi plasenta. Nanokurkumin memiliki sifat antioksidan yang dapat mengurangi stres oksidatif, tetapi efektivitasnya dalam menurunkan kadar MDA pada preeklamsia masih perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian nanokurkumin terhadap kadar MDA plasma pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) bunting model preeklamsia yang diinduksi menggunakan Nw-Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester (L-NAME). Sebanyak 24 ekor tikus Wistar bunting dibagi menjadi enam kelompok: kontrol negatif (K-), kontrol positif (K+), serta empat kelompok perlakuan yang menerima nanokurkumin dengan dosis 25 mg/KgBW (P1), 50 mg/KgBW (P2), 100 mg/KgBW (P3), dan 200 mg/KgBW (P4). Induksi preeklamsia dilakukan dengan pemberian L-NAME (125 mg/KgBW) selama enam hari, diikuti pemberian nanokurkumin. Kadar MDA plasma diukur menggunakan metode Thiobarbituric Acid (TBA) assay dan dianalisis dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis dan post-hoc Mann-Whitney (p < 0.05). Pemberian nanokurkumin 25 mg/KgBW dan 50 mg/KgBW secara signifikan menurunkan kadar MDA dibandingkan kelompok preeklamsia tanpa terapi (p = 0.042, p < 0.05). Namun, dosis tinggi (200 mg/KgBW) justru meningkatkan kadar MDA, menunjukkan efek pro-oksidan. Nanokurkumin dosis rendah hingga sedang efektif dalam menurunkan kadar MDA pada model preeklamsia, tetapi studi lanjutan diperlukan untuk menentukan dosis optimal dan keamanannya pada manusia.

Abstract

SMPN 18 Tangerang Selatan has adopted online learning as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.However, there are still challenges in optimizing the online learning experience. For this reason, training on theuse of Microsoft Forms was carried out to provide understanding and skills to teachers in using this tool toincrease interactivity and data collection in the online learning process. This training aims to provideunderstanding and skills to SMPN 18 Tangerang Selatan teachers in using Microsoft Forms in online learning.Teachers are expected to utilize this tool to create interactive quizzes, surveys, and forms that can be used in datacollection and student evaluation. Training method with socialization and introduction, the training begins withan outreach session about the purpose of the training, the benefits of using Microsoft Forms, and examples of usein the context of online learning, followed by step-by-step demonstrations, practical exercises and discussions.The results of this training had a positive impact on the knowledge and skills of the participants as seen from theresults of the training evaluation which achieved a 94% level of understanding in using Microsoft Forms. Theconclusion of this training activity, by paying attention to the needs of teachers and providing appropriate trainingmethods, this training is very effective in increasing teachers' ability to use Microsoft Forms in the context ofonline learning.

Abstract

Education is a key aspect in the development of a country. Vocational High Schools (SMK) have an important role in providing quality vocational education to the younger generation. However, like many other educational institutions, SMKS Muhammadiyah Tumijajar is also faced with significant challenges, one of which is demographic challenges. Demographic challenges refer to changes in the demographic structure of a population, which can impact social institutions, including educational institutions . This research aims to understand the demographic challenges faced by SMKS Muhammadiyah Tumijajar, explore alternative solutions that can be implemented, and formulate the most suitable solution for this institution. The results of the research show that the demographic challenges faced by the Muhammadiyah Tumijajar Vocational School are a decrease in the number of students in several skill concentrations, especially in the field of culinary arts , migration and urbanization of the population, which causes people's desire to study outside areas that are considered better , as well as competition . with other educational institutions. To overcome these challenges, Muhammadiyah Tumijajar Vocational School needs to implement an effective and sustainable marketing strategy. This strategy must be able to increase student interest in choosing a concentration of expertise at SMKS Muhammadiyah Tumijajar , retain existing students , and increase the competitiveness of SMKS Muhammadiyah Tumijajar among other educational institutions. Based on the research results, an effective marketing strategy for Muhammadiyah Tumijajar Vocational School is improving the quality of education and learning , carrying out effective promotions and branding , and building collaboration with strategic partners. It is hoped that the implementation of this marketing strategy can help Muhammadiyah Tumijajar Vocational School to remain relevant and competitive in the future.

Abstract

This study is centered on the analysis of the financial practices implemented at the Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Bandung. Furthermore, it delves into the realms of financial management and explores the resources related to student financing within the institution. Employing a qualitative-descriptive research methodology, it seeks to provide a comprehensive portrayal of the circumstances surrounding education financing within this academic establishment. It's important to note that this study does not aim to establish causal relationships or quantify effects. Instead, it focuses on offering a detailed and insightful overview of management practices and their alignment with regulations. The data for this research was meticulously gathered through a variety of methods, including observation instruments, interviews with key stakeholders, and an in-depth review of relevant literature. This multi-faceted approach ensures a well-rounded understanding of the subject matter. The findings of this study shed light on the Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Bandung's management of education financing. Notably, these findings indicate a strong degree of compliance with the applicable regulations. This suggests that the institution is conscientious in its financial management practices, ensuring that it meets the legal and regulatory standards in place. This study underscores that the Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Bandung's management of education financing is aligned with the stipulations set forth in relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, it operates with a commitment to the core principles of transparency, objectivity, and accountability, which are vital in ensuring that educational resources are managed in a manner that serves the best interests of both the institution and its students.

Abstract

BandiStats, a statistical application, was developed with the aim of being a simple and easy-to-use statistical analysis tool thanks to its base on Microsoft Excel, a well-known platform. The development method used the Visual Basic for Application (VBA) programming language. The application test results showed the success of all implemented menus. This research produced an application that can facilitate users in analyzing statistical data. It is hoped that this application can be a useful tool for those who need statistical analysis in their daily work without having to have in-depth knowledge of statistics or computer programming. With its easy-to-use interface and comprehensive features, BandiStats provides an efficient and effective solution for statistical data analysis.

Abstract

Lomba Ketrampilan Siswa (LKS) is an annual activity in student competency competition among students at the Vocational High School (VHS) [R1] level in accordance with the areas of expertise taught at each participant's school. This activity is one part of a series of selections to get the best students from all over Indonesia who will be guided by teams in their respective areas of expertise and included in international level competency competencies. Students who take part in the LKS competition are students who are chosen by their school. To get the title of champion, of course, there is a lot of preparation that must be undertaken and one of them is training. This study aims to present data regarding the training program that students undergo as preparation for regional-level LKS competitions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results of this study found that there were several scheduled, independent and incidental training programs
