The need for poultry meat as public consumption from year to year is increasing, the price is relatively cheap and the commodity is continuously available. This has also led to an increase in the Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA) industry. Wastewater from this chicken slaughterhouse has a high organic content so that it has the potential to pollute the environment, so we need a system for waste management. The Waste Water Treatment Plant (IPAL) functions to treat wastewater produced by community members. This IPAL uses a radial flow anaerobic system consisting of a rabic pro tank and an up flow filter tank. Water from sewage treatment can be directly channeled into rivers because it meets the quality standards of liquid waste. These IPAL treatment units consist of a control tank (screening), sedimentation tank, anaerobic reactor, aerobic reactor, final sedimentation tank and sludge drying bed sludge treatment which uses an electric pump to drain the waste to a filtration tank. This electric pump uses electrical power supply from the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) and PLN. The research results to be achieved are evaluating the utilization and performance of PLTS and planning a management model so that the IPAL can function optimally and sustainably.

Curriculum as the foundation of teaching and learning process coverssubject matters and students’ learning experience frominside and outside of school. This articleaims at describing Indonesian curriculum developments, which consist of Meaning-Based Curriculum (MBC) and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), basedon theoretical dimension and practical dimension. Curriculum views as a theoretical dimension are underpinned by four models of curriculums that consist of (1) dualistic model, (2) interlocking model, (3) concentric model, (4) cyclical model. Meanwhile, English subject matter curriculum (ESMC) views as a practical dimension are based upon (1) thematic development inMBC, (2) syllabus development in CBC. Two theoretical dimensions of the Indonesian curriculum views describe (1) Concentric model is incorporated into MBC in the 1994 Curriculum and CBC in the 2004 and 2013 Curriculum; (2) Interlocking model is incorporated intoCBC in the 2006 Curriculum. Three dimensions of ESMC views describe (1) Thematic development is incorporated into MBC in the 1994 Curriculum to develop students’ English skills and components based on selected themes, (2) Syllabus development is incorporated intoCBC to develop students’ English competences by the 2004 and 2006 Curriculum; however, in the 2013 Curriculum to develop students’ core competences for character values that are attached in science and technology by Exploring English without adequately equipping students with English skills and components.

The primary purpose of this qualitative study is to identify and analyze supervision by implementing management quality to improve the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul A’mal Metro, Lampung. The quality of management implementation is elaborated in the steps of assurance of learning quality. Two instruments, which consist of observation and questionnaire, were used in this study of which each instrument was analyzed based the deductive framework. The results of this study from each instrument revealed four steps of assurance of learning quality, among others (1) by socializing academic supervision program and its advantages to all stake holders, and (2) by implementing stages of assurance through academic supervision by the principals of Madrasah Aliyah Darul A’mal and supervisor, (3) performing supervision that is equipped with valid instrument to measure learning success, (4) performing the follow-up program by clinical and group discussion to provide appropriate model of performance.

The low ability of students to solve mathematical problems at SMP N 1 Abung Tinggi is due to the difficulty of the students in solving problems and it seems that only a few have above average scores. This study aims to see the differences in learning outcomes of students who use the TAPPS learning method with the quick on the draw strategy and the direct instruction method on the mathematical problem solving ability in terms of differences in the cognitive styles of students. The type of research used is quasi experimental design. The data collection technique used was a test. Hypothesis testing uses two-way Anova analysis. Previously, the prerequisite test was carried out which included the normality test using the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test using the Barlett test. The result obtained in this study that (1) there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who use the TAPPS learning method with the quick on the draw strategy and the direct instruction method for mathematical problem solving abilities, (2) there is no difference between students with independent cognitive style and cognitive style dependent on ability in solving mathematical problems, (3) there is no interaction between the TAPPS learning method with the quick on the draw strategy and the direct instruction method in terms of differences in cognitive styles on the ability to solve mathematical problems.

Today Curriculum management is increasingly getting the attention of scientists in the field of education, it is supported by the education policy since the enactment of Law number 22 of 1999 and revised in 2004 with the new law number 32 of 2004 on regional autonomy, about decentralization so that regions have the authority to provide policy direction in education management. The purpose of the research is to describe the management of madrasah based curriculum in MAN 1 Kota Metro. Methods of data collection through interviews, observations and documents are then analyzed with descriptive qualitative. Conclusion in madrasah based curriculum management integrated with Modern boarding school (boarding school) include: 1). Planning, madrasah make curriculum based on Vision and Mission and analyze SWOT, the formulation of curriculum socialized to stakeholders then made into madrasah curriculum after obtaining validation from Ministry of Religious Province Lampung , 2) .The implementation of curriculum, madrasah in carrying out supported by a strong managerial, innovative, creative and aviation academic situation is conducive to implementing the needs of the learning environment effectively, 3). The formulation of curriculum was able to provide directions and references as well as being an effective road map to achieving competence in the implementation of learning. The success of entrepreneurial growth in Indonesia in 2016 ranged from 3.1% and Small Business Regulated 7.1% of 252 million population. Hence, the curriculum of Islamic Higher Education should develop to provide solutions for entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to describe the development of the National Qualification Framework on Islamic Education Management (KKNI MPI) curriculum based on entrepreneurship, and substantially describe the profile of graduates, the determination of competency achievement, description and the steps of the lecture and the structure of the course. In collecting data the researchers used descriptive method through the inductive approach, derived from interviews, observation and documentation. The result showed that Islamic Education Management graduate profile formulation was to be the manager of education and training bodies and have an entrepreneurial spirit, 2). Learning outcome (lo) was 38 items consisting of attitude competencies, specialized knowledge and skills, 3). Formulation of lecture that are integrated with entrepreneurship were divided into 49 courses spread out a number of 157 credits which must be taken 148 credits with 9 credits of elective courses. The implication of this research was has, the spirit of developing a curriculum together (collaborative) between lecturers, business world and curriculum users, the emergence of shared awareness to design and evaluatethe curriculum on a regular basis. Quality management was a systemic mechanism in ensuring the sustainability of University. This lack of quality Islamic Religious Higher Education / Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) including Islamic Religious Higher Education NU / Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (PTKI NU) resulted less productive and competitive. The aim of this research was to describe the implementation of the development of high-quality management education in the Islamic Religious Higher Education of Nahdlatul Ulama or Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (PTKI NU). The method was qualitative based on multisitus through inductive analysis. The result showed that in planning of quality management education which was done by three PTKI NU was systemic and structured, where each University was oriented to improve the quality academic, with varying strategies through a needs analysis process. Next, the implementation of quality management aspects of higher education of three PTKI NU varied and has the same quality management aspects, namely carry out the procedure, preparation of human resources through training, financial support, and focus on in integration of two areas of quality : quality of students and Tri Darma Peguruan Tinggi. Furthermore, the evaluation aspects of quality management implemented mechanisms of self-evaluation, internal academic quality audit. Pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shadaqah yang sering terjadi dimasyarakat belum dilakukan pengelolaan dengan baik dilihat dari segi organisasi pengelolaan dan pendistribusiannya,pengelolaan yang telah dilakukan masih berbentuk penerima zakat konsumtif, beberapa fenomena yang muncul kencenderungan setiap tahun menunggu pemberian Zakat Infaq dan Shadaqah (ZIS) dari orang yang dermawan dan terjadi secara terur menerus. Di Kota Metro terdapat pengelolaan (management)zakat infaq dan shodaqoh dilakukan oleh LAZISNU Kota Metro telah memperbaiki dari manajemen konsumtif menjadi manajemen ZIS produktif berbasis kewirausahaan sejaak tahun 2012. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan antara lain, Pertama melakukan sosialisari kepada calon Muzakki dan mustahiq di beberapa MWC (Majelis Wakil Cabang ) yang ada di Kota Metro. Kedua, Melakukan pelatihan perubahan man set manajemen ZIS produktif. Ketiga,membuat perencanaan estimasi program pengumpulan ZIS dan distribusi ZIS dalam satu tahun. Keempat, Implementasi program ZIS berupa pemberian kambing betina tiap MWC 10-20 orang dan pengembangan ekonomi mikro untuk berwirausaha, pemeberian biasiswa bagi siswa yang tidak mampu dari kalangan keluarga miskin. Kelima, pengawasan dilakukan melalui melalui kelompok jamaah di MWC NU dan ranting selanjutnya berkoordinasi dengan pengurus LAZIS NU Kota Metro selanjutnya pengurus mengambil kebijakan strategis, melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan serta evaluasi untuk perbaikan program selanjutnya. Magna dari manajemen ZIS produktif adalah kesejahteraan sosial/keperdulian sosial, dimana sebagian harta muslim yang kaya ada hak bagi fakir miskin, ZIS Produktif pada hakekatnya sesuai dengan syariah, tetapi lebih melatih sesorang peneima ZIS (Mustahiq) Secara terencana akan memiliki jiwa wirausaha dan berusaha akan menjadi Muzakky.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang menderadikalisasi faham radikal melalui pendidikan mutikultur dan karakter lokal di Lampung. Indonesia sedang dihadapkan pada krisis multidemensial. Hal ini dicirikan oleh membudayanya praktek KKN (Korupsi, kolosi, Nepotisme), konflik (antar etnis, agama, politisi, tawuran remaja, tawuran antar warga), meningkatnya kriminalitas. Bangsa Indonesia seolah telah kehilangan karakter sebagai bangsa yang santun dalam berperilaku. Kearifan lokal atau local wisdom yang kaya dengan pluralitas, toleransi dan gotong royong, seolah telah berubah wujud menjadi hegemoni kelompok-kelompok baru yang saling mengalahkan. Dalam masyarakat Lampung, terdapat pandangan hidup yang menjadi “way of lfe†yang diegang dan dipedomani serta digunakan dalam kehidupan dan dalam kehidupam sehari-hari yaitu yang dikenal dengan istilah “piil pesenggiriâ€. Keberadaan Piil Pesenggiri sebagai kearifan lokal masyarakat adat setempat patut untuk ditelusuri nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung di dalamnya. Persoalannya adalah untuk saat ini, nilai-nilai Piil Pesenggiri ini termasuk budaya lokal dan tradisi yang lain telah terreduksi dengan gencarnya gelombang globalisasi. Fokus artikel ini adalah: Bagaimana menderadikalisasi faham radikal melelui penerapan pendidikan multikultur ka pada jejang pendidikan berbasis kultural (culture based caraktar) pada masyarakat Lampung? Bagaimana nilai–nilai Islam pada filosofi masyarakat ulun lampung ( local wisdom) dalam menderadikalisasi faham radikal?

The purpose of this paper is to describe holistically the role of extra-campus organizations, especially those at the Radin Intan Islamic State University in Lampung in suppressing radical understanding and fostering moderate Islamic values in the academic environment. This paper is the result of research using a phenomenological approach, aimed at describing the situation or phenomenon that occurs. The method used is a qualitative method in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) Understanding the concept of moderate Islamic values that are non-violent (Rahmatan lil 'alamin) in tackling radical understanding at Raden Intan State Islamic University in Lampung using Tawasut, Tasamuh, Tawazun and I'tidal Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar (2) Extra-campus student organizations have a very important role in counteracting radical understanding by socializing and implementing extra-campus student organizations activities that are based on moderate Islamic understanding and implementing the values of Pancasila as the basis of state philosophy. 3) The impact of optimizing the implementation of moderate Islamic values in the activities of extra-campus organizations is very high, this is obtained from the results of the questionnaire students' perceptions about the actualization of moderate Islam with a value of 91%. Tolerance is a characteristic of the Indonesian nation that must be developed in order to strengthen the value of fellow human beings and as an antidote to radical understanding.
