Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia ditempatkan pada posisi yang strategis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dalam Undang-Undang No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional pasal 3 yakni, pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuahan yang maha esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana metode yang digunakan guru dalam memberikan Pendidikan Islam pada siswa MTs Ma’arif 31 Trimurjo (2) Bagaimana metode yang digunakan guru dalam PembinaanAkhlak pada siswa MTs Ma’arif 31 Trimurjo (3) Bagaimana evaluasi yang digunakan guru dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dan pembinaan akhlak pada siswa MTs Ma’arif 31. Trimurjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Artinya data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka-angka, melainkan data yang berasal dari hasil wawancara, observasi dokumen pribadi, catatan, memo dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pengumpulan data, reduksi data penyajian data da kesimpulan. Teknik penjaminan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan kepercayaan, pemeriksaan keteralihan dan pemeriksaan ketergantungan.

Abstract

The authors found many students with low social interaction at school and lack of methods in anticipating this problem. This article contributes to providing alternative methods for enhancing students' social interaction by using role-playing techniques in group counseling. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the role-playing technique in improving the social interaction of 8th-grade students at Public Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung. The authors use social interaction scales to collect data and quasi-experimental research design methods. The subjects of the study were 16 students of 8th-grade Public Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung which selected by purposive sampling. Data analysed using Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study concluded that z=-2.524 and p<0.05. This means that group counseling services with role-playing techniques are effective to improve social interaction for 8th-grade students at Public Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Abstract The authors analyze the government’s policies in developing people's economic interests of small and medium enterprises by using the principles of good governance. This study uses descriptive qualitative literature research using primary and secondary data sources. The authors urge that some policies should be taken within the framework of good government management, among others are: conducting program socialization and achieving strategies for the community; identifying human resources, ownership of sufficient capital; encouraging entrepreneurial spirit in small and medium-sized communities; and facilitating business customers (market segmentation), and the supervision and continuous improvement (quality Improvement). Keywords: Good Governance, management, SMEs, HR, enterpriser Abstrak Penulis menganalisa bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengembangkan minat ekonomi kerakyatan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan menggunakan prinsip Good Governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian penulis dalam langkah-langkah Kebijakan pemerintah dengan menggunakan manajemen good governance yang harus dilakukan adalah : 1). Melakukan sosialisai program dan strategi pencapainya kepada masyarakat, 2). Mengidentifikasi sumber daya manusia, pemilikian modal yang cukup, 3). Munculnya seangat jiwa kewirausahaan pada masyarakat kecil dan menengah4). Adanya pelanggan bisnis (sekmentasi pasar), dan adanya pengawasan serta perbaikan terus menerus (Quality Improvement). Abstract

Tulisan ini mengungkap pencarian ketenangan jiwa bagi para murid menurut ajaran Tareqat Naqsabandiyah Khalidiyah Gayau Sakti Seputih Agung Lampung Tengah. Dalam kajian ini penulis menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam pelaksanaan Tareqat Naqsabandiyah Khalidiyah, dilaksanakan dengan mengamalkan dzikrullah, shalat berjam’ah,suluk, rabithah mursyid dan sedekah. Bukan hanya itu akan tetapi juga melaksanakan tazkiyatunnafs yaitu melakukan riyadhah dan Mujahadah. Setidaknya ada tiga tahapan dalam riyadhah yaitu takhalli, tahalli, dan tajali. Disamping itu para salik juga melakukan mujahadah dalam melawan hawa nafsu. Latihan ruhani yang dilakukan secara sungguh-sungguh ini mendatangkan anugerah dari Allah yang menumbuhkan kondisi jiwa yang tenang, tuma’ninah, muraqabah, khauf, raja’, mahabbah, dan yaqin. Keyakinan bisa tumbuh jika kondisi kejiwaan seseorang merasa tenang dan tentram karena selalu mengingat Allah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study includes how the application and its effect on learning through the application of strategies and concepts of learning Islamic religious education based on the utilization of ethnic, cultural and religious diversity that exists in society. The methods used to collect data in this study were observation, interviews and documentation through a case study approach, deductive and inductive in analyzing the data that had been obtained and using qualitative descriptive analysis. The object of this research is class V.A students in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The results of the study indicate that multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning has an influence on multicultural understanding for students at SDN. 01 Sidoarjo, Way Kanan Regency, this can be seen from 24 students who stated that they were happy, 20 (83.3%), who stated that they did not like 3 students (12.5%) and who stated that they were ignorant only 1 student (4.2%). It can be concluded that multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning has a high influence on multicultural understanding for students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan yang meliputi mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan, sampai inventarisasi sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik dalam pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Humberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terbagi menjadi perencanaan sarana prasarana program dibuatoleh pihak sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah dan yayasan melalui serangkaian tahapan yaitu rapat koordinasi sekolah, penetapan program sekolah, serta penetapan kebutuhan sarana prasarana program, dan perencanaan sarana prasarana rumah tangga dibuat oleh oleh Kepala Sekolah SMP dan SMA IT IMBOS Pringsewu melalui tahapan pelaporan kebutuhan, pengolahan data laporan, serta penetapan kebutuhan sarana prasarana rumah tangga. (2) Pengadaan sarana prasarana pendidikan terbagi menjadi pengadaan sarana prasarana program dilakukan , dan pengadaan sarana prasarana rumah tangga yang dilakukan oleh sekolah sendiri atas dasar keputusan kepala sekolah dengan menggunakan anggaran yang berasal dari dana pembangunan siswa (biaya administrasi sekolah). (3) Penyimpanan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan di dalam tempat penyimpanan khusus. Dimana tempat penyimpanan untuk setiap barang di lakukan terpisah. (4) Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan pemeliharaan prasarana sekolah, dan pemeliharaan sarana sekolah. Pemeliharaan prasarana sekolah menjadi tanggung jawab divisi umum dari yayasan yang diawasi oleh waka sarpras dengan upaya pemeriksaan kondisi sarana dan prasarana secara berkala setiap satu tahun sekali untuk mencegah kerusakan. (5) Inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana dilakukan oleh semua warga sekolah yang merupakan penanggung jawab atas pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership role in increasing teacher morale, describe the principal's efforts to improve teacher work discipline, and describe the strategies employed by the principal to improve a good work ethic at IT Al Asror Middle School, Sekampung Case District in East Lampung District, Province Lampung. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The approach used is phenomenology. Data sources were taken from 4 people as informants. Data collection procedures include interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The results of research findings at IT Al Asror Middle School are: (1) The leadership role of the principal is to improve the teacher's work ethic in building student character, more importantly the principal provides motivation with a high spirit of intention to carry out his duties and responsibilities as a leader (2) Efforts carried out by the principal to improve the work ethic are compiling school programs, vision, mission and goals as well as evaluating the performance of teachers and employees, timely attendance, preparing lessons according to the lesson plan and the methods used in PAIKEM learning (3) the principal's strategy in improving the teacher's work ethic is to provide appropriate salaries, provide comfortable, clean and disciplined facilities in the school environment. The conclusion of this study is the leadership role of the school principal in improving the teacher's work ethic in building student character as a motivator, educator and motivator in providing good morale. tall and as a leader must create discipline, comfort, and high security in order to maintain the implementation of quality work in the school environment Keywords: Principal Leadership, Ethical Techers Works, Role of Principal Leadership

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept and comparison of the thoughts of Abdurrahman Wahid and Nurcholish Madjid regarding the concept of multicultural education from the perspective of religious nationalist thought. These two figures were chosen because of their popularity and their works as nationalist and religious figures in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods, based on literature study. The data sources consist of two, namely primary which comes from the works of the two figures in terms of its relation to multiculturalism, and secondary which comes from journals or research findings. Abdurrahman Wahid is of the view that in a multicultural context, Islamic education must vary according to each culture. Diverse education does not deviate from the goal, but an effort to achieve educational goals through various ways. Nurholis Madjid is of the view that multiculturalism is not only co-existence but goes further than that, namely pro-existence. The phenomenon of multiculturalism in Islamic education is not only seen as a reality that is only allowed to exist, but is something that must be developed for the good of life.
