Abstract

This study investigates the role of the Village Information System (Sistem Informasi Desa/SID) in accelerating rural development by examining the influence of three critical supporting factors: human resources, infrastructure, and IT services. Focusing on Kota Kualasimpang Subdistrict in Aceh Tamiang, Indonesia, the research adopts a quantitative approach involving 99 respondents selected from five villages through accidental sampling. Data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption diagnostics, and multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three factors—human resources, infrastructure, and IT services—significantly and positively impact the acceleration of rural development. Among these, IT services exhibit the most substantial influence, highlighting the strategic importance of technological readiness in local governance. The study underscores the vital role of digital infrastructure and capacity building in promoting effective and inclusive village-level development, particularly in autonomous regions such as Aceh. The results offer empirical insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to optimize SID implementation as a transformative tool for sustainable rural advancement.

Abstract

The use of advanced technology, sophisticated operandi modes, cross-border operations, and extensive network of organizations in support of international drug crime have caused many victims, especially among the younger generation, and have had a serious impact on the lives of individuals, communities, and nations. This research uses a methodological approach to normative law, involving legal theory and comparative law research. This article aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the agreements implemented in Thailand and Indonesia in stopping illicit drug trafficking. Nevertheless, the policies that have been implemented to end the illicit drug trade from both countries have not shown success in attempts to stop or mitigate the problem.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the world of education is a strategic step to improve efficiency and quality of services, including in terms of attendance recording. This study aims to examine the change in the manual attendance system to digital in an effort to improve the quality of learning documentation at PPTQ Al Huda. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to teachers and academic staff. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital attendance has been significantly beneficial for the majority of respondents. This system is considered more practical, accurate, and efficient than manual methods. Digital attendance not only makes it easier to record student attendance, but also strengthens transparency, accountability, and supports data-based decision making. In addition, this system plays a role in improving student discipline and responsibility. Digital attendance has also been proven to reduce the practice of asking for attendance, minimize recording errors, and facilitate real-time data access by Islamic boarding school administrators. Ease of use and convenience of the system are also supporting factors for successful implementation. Moreover, the adoption of digital attendance encourages the development of a technology-based culture within the institution. It fosters digital literacy among educators and students, enhancing their adaptability to technology in daily academic routines. This transformation aligns with the broader educational goal of integrating technology to create a modern, effective, and sustainable learning environment. Therefore, the shift to a digital attendance system is not only a technical innovation but also a reflection of institutional commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence. This innovation proves to be a relevant and strategic solution for strengthening educational administration in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Semen merupakan komponen utama dalam beton, namun proses produksinya menghasilkan emisi CO₂ dalam jumlah besar yang berdampak pada lingkungan. Titanium dioksida (TiO₂) berpotensi menjadi bahan substitusi parsial semen yang lebih ramah lingkungan serta dapat memengaruhi kuat tekan beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbandingan kuat tekan antara beton normal dengan beton yang disubstitusi sebagian semennya menggunakan TiO₂. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan variasi campuran beton normal, beton dengan penambahan TiO₂ sebesar 1%, dan 3%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan TiO₂ berpengaruh terhadap kuat tekan beton. Pada campuran 1% TiO₂, kuat tekan mencapai  20,035 MPa sesuai rencana, pada campuran 3% terjadi penurunan menjadi 19,659 MPa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kadar TiO₂ tidak selalu meningkatkan kuat tekan beton. Secara umum, beton dengan substitusi TiO₂ memiliki kuat tekan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan beton normal.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to assist the Ministry of Health in selecting the most suitable medical equipment distributor. The AHP method is employed to determine the weight of multiple evaluation criteria, including Quality Management System, Human Resources Management, Infrastructure, Inventory Handling, Traceability, Complaint Handling, FSCA, Returns, Disposal, Illegal Access, Internal Audit, Management Review, and Third-Party Activities. Once the weights are established, the TOPSIS method is applied to evaluate and rank the distributor alternatives based on their relative proximity to the ideal and anti-ideal solutions. The integration of AHP and TOPSIS ensures a more structured, objective, and data-driven decision-making process. The results show that the distributor labeled D4 has the highest preference value (0.64632), indicating the best performance among all alternatives evaluated. This combined method enhances decision-making accuracy, reduces subjectivity, and aligns selection outcomes with operational and regulatory standards. The study concludes that implementing a DSS using AHP and TOPSIS can significantly improve the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of medical equipment distributor selection within the healthcare logistics system.

Abstract

The aim of writing this thesis is to determine the role of village funds in reducing poverty and increasing social inclusion as well as finding out the supporting and inhibiting factors for sharecroppers in Aka-Akae Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research method is a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The informants were determined through purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The theory used is the welfare state theory, namely that the state is responsible for the welfare of its citizens. This research shows the results that the use of village funds in reducing poverty in Aka-Akae Village consists of four programs, namely organic fertilizer education accompanied by outreach, 10 kg rice assistance, and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), these four things still receive a poor response from poor sharecroppers because they have not been able to get farmers out of the trap of poverty. Apart from that, the role of village funds in increasing social inclusion is also not effective because sharecroppers are still excluded due to the lack of active involvement of sharecroppers in Musrembang, lack of empowerment programs for women, and lack of women's involvement in Musrembang.

Abstract

Background: Village Fund management plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable development and improving community welfare, thus requiring evaluation based on effectiveness and efficiency. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Sipodeceng Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, during the period 2021–2023. Method: The research employed a qualitative method with a narrative approach, using data collection techniques such as documentation of the village budget realization reports and interviews with the village head, secretary, and treasurer, analyzed through ratio calculations combined with narrative interpretation. Findings: The results indicate that the level of effectiveness is categorized as effective, with an average of 96% (>90%), reflecting the successful achievement of development targets, while efficiency averaged only 93%, below the 100% benchmark, suggesting relatively high resource utilization. Conclusion: Village Fund management in Sipodeceng Village is effective in achieving objectives but remains less efficient in budget utilization. The implications highlight the need for improved planning, transparency, and cost control to ensure that Village Funds are not only effective in achieving development goals but also efficient, accountable, and sustainable.

Abstract

This study evaluates student satisfaction with Baamboozle educational game-based learning media among fifth-grade students. The research employed quantitative descriptive methods using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire administered to 18 students at SDN 1 Cihaurbeuti. Data analysis through Jamovi software revealed varying satisfaction levels across three measured aspects. Students rated user experience and application performance as "Satisfied" (3.73 and 4.12 respectively), while interface appearance received "Moderately Satisfied" ratings (3.21). The overall satisfaction score reached 3.66, falling within the "Satisfied" category. Students particularly appreciated the application's responsiveness (4.39) and stability (4.17), but expressed challenges with navigation and menu visibility (2.94). The findings suggest that while Baamboozle effectively engages elementary students, its interface design could benefit from simplification to better accommodate young users. These results offer practical guidance for educators selecting digital learning tools and developers creating age-appropriate educational media for elementary school settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem E-Learning berbasis website sebagai media pembelajaran untuk jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak di SMK Daarul Abroor. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Framework Laravel digunakan dalam pengembangan karena mampu membentuk sistem yang dinamis, terstruktur, dan mudah dikelola. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black-box serta evaluasi kelayakan menggunakan pendekatan TELOS (Teknis, Ekonomi, Legalitas, Operasional, dan Schedule). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memperoleh nilai TELOS sebesar 86,41 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Sistem ini memberikan kemudahan akses bagi guru dan siswa, mempermudah distribusi materi, serta mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efisien di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Pembangunan gedung baru empat lantai SMK Bhakti Praja Dukuhwaru yang terletak di kaki gunung Slamet bersatus level II (Waspada) menuntut perencanaan struktur tahan gempa sesuai SNI 1726:2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian perencanaan struktur Gedung terhadap ketentuan dan parameter yang ada pada SNI 1726:2019 melalui pendekaan kuantitatif (pemodelan software ETABS) dan kualitatif (evaluasi dokumen desain). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelas situs SE (tanah lunak), percepatan gempa terpetakan SDS = 0,649 g dan SD1 = 0,595 g, sehingga kategori desain seismik D dengan sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK; R = 8, Ω₀ = 3, C_d = 5,5). Partisipasi massa memenuhi ≥ 90 %, Evaluasi ketidakberaturan struktur mengungkap hanya Ketidakberaturan Vertikal Tipe 3 (Geometri Vertikal) yang terjadi, yang mensyaratkan pemenuhan ketentuan Tabel 16 SNI 1726:2019. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa desain struktur telah memenuhi SNI 1726:2019 meskipun memerlukan pendekatan alternatif dalam penentuan kelas situs, dengan catatan penggunaan SRPMK berpotensi meningkatkan biaya konstruksi akibat kompleksitas detailing dan pemenuhan persyaratan ketidakberaturan vertikal.
