Abstract

The development of sharia life insurance which is increasingly having an increase makes PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance Kediri Branch must have excellent service. For that PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, Kediri Branch has developed a service strategy to increase customer loyalty. By increasing customer loyalty, it will make it easier for PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance Kediri Branch to win business competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the service strategy in increasing customer loyalty at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, Kediri Branch, in terms of sharia management. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research is a case study. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data used is the extension of participation, observation persistence, and triangulation. The result of this research is PT. The Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, Kediri Branch, provides services using a family approach strategy, where the approach taken is to maintain closeness with customers. When viewed from the five service indicators, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence, then the four indicators have been implemented. However, in terms of physical evidence indicators, there are still deficiencies that are not appropriate, namely in the buildings and facilities provided. Implementation of sharia management at PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, Kediri Branch, adheres to the principle of justice, namely the family approach. Then for the communicative principle lies in the application of speaking, listening, and looking culture. As for the principles of trust and accountability, namely the transparency of the insurer and all responsibilities for customer funds.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat secara global dan kondisi ini menyumbang angka morbiditas serta mortalitas pada wanita. Ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia dapat menyebabkan perdarahan, premature, BBLR dan KEK. Pencegahan dan penanggulangan anemia dapat dilakukan secara nonfarmakologi dengan mengkonsumsi buah naga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Buah Naga Terhadap Kenaikan Hb Ibu Hamil TM III. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan preeksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-post test design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 22 ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Analisa penelitian ini dilakukan di PMB Tuti Wulandari, S.Tr. Keb. Natar, Lampung Selatan pada bulan Oktober tahun 2023. Instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini rata-rata kadar Hb sebelum diberikan intervensi adalah 10,10 gr/dL ,setelah diberikan intervensi adalah 10,87 dengan nilai p-value adalah 0.000 (<0.05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian buah naga terhadap kadar Hb pada ibu hamil TM III yang mengalami anemia ringan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini pencegahan dan pengobatan anemia pada ibu hamil dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengkonsumsi buah naga. Saran pada penelitian ini petugas kesehatan lebih efektif lagi dalam meberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu hamil, khususnya pencegahan dan pengobatan anemia dengan mengkonsumsi buah naga.

Abstract

The implementation of learning media in the form of posters to enhance students' interest in Islamic Education (PAI) subject at SDN 223 Sumpang Minangae is the focus of this research. The objective of this study is to improve students' learning interest in PAI by utilizing poster media. The research adopts the method of Classroom Action Research (CAR) and is conducted in two cycles. Cycle I took place on November 12, 2022, and Cycle II on November 19, 2022, at SDN 223 Sumpang Minangae, located in Sumpang Minangae Village, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research subjects are 19 sixth-grade students, comprising 13 female students and 6 male students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the research indicate a noticeable increase in students' learning interest after the implementation of poster media in PAI learning during both Cycle I and Cycle II. The indicators for this improvement are: a sense of enjoyment during learning, increased interest in learning, and a higher level of attentiveness in learning, reaching up to 95%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of poster media has led to an improvement in students' learning interest in the PAI subject for the sixth-grade students of SDN 223 Sumpang Minangae. Keywords: Student’s Learning Interest, Poster Media Session, Islamic Education

Abstract

The government uses economic growth as a metric to measure prosperity and the effectiveness of economic development. However, oil price fluctuations can increase inflation through increasing fuel prices and have an impact on the world economy, including Indonesia. This research will apply a fuzzy time series using the Cheng method to predict world oil prices. The results of this research show that the MAPE value for forecasting world oil prices using the Fuzzy Time Series Cheng method is 2%, which means the forecasting model has very good value.

Abstract

Gendarussa (Justicia gendarussa) is a herbaceous plant with a height of 1-1.5 m. Its stem and leaves extract show antimicrobial and antioxidant activities and have potent cytotoxic activity on the human cancer cell. Gendarussa has a better flavor than stem. Its aqueous extract shows higher extract than ethanol extract. The present study evaluated the preservative effect of aqueous extract of gendarussa leaves (GL) in prolonging the shelf life of wet noodles. The single-factor experiment (GL of 0, 50, 100, 150, and 200 g was extracted in hot water of 100 mL) arranged in a completely randomized design was applied in this research. Total bacterial and mold were observed as well as sensory hedonic characteristics during storage. Data were analyzed using SPSS ver.25. The microbial quality data were analyzed by the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by pair comparison with Bonferroni correction, while the sensory data analyzed by Friedman test continued by Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results showed that the addition of GL aqueous extract (200 g in 100 mL hot water) could prolong the shelf life of wet noodles. The microbial quality of the wet noodle, which preserved at room temperature for 24 h still meet the Indonesian standard of wet noodle (SNI: 2987-2015) for total bacteria and 36 h for total molds. The wet noodles have log cfu/g of 5.35 and 1.58 for total bacterial and mold, respectively. The panelists preferred the color, aroma, texture, and taste of wet noodles produced with the GL aqueous extracts. The most preferred one was wet noodle with the addition of GL aqueous extract at a concentration of 200 g per 100 mL with the characteristic of greenish-white color, not scented with GL, chewy texture, and slightly flavored GL.

Abstract

Buying and selling online has become a craze of the community and is done by almost everyone in selling or buying goods. The concept of buying and selling online is also not difficult, it can be done at home and you only need to prepare data and Wi-Fi and then have online stores such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Open Stalls, Lazada, Bli Bli or other types of stores on other application platforms. The process of selecting goods, making payments, until the goods arrive, all systems are carried out online without face-to-face meetings between sellers and buyers. This research was conducted to find out whether the concept of buying and selling online is permissible in Islam. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with data obtained from related literary sources. Data was collected through literature study from journals, books, reports and other sources related to the Online Buying and Selling Concept. Given the rapid development of online business, the authors are interested in examining more about the concept of buying and selling online and how buying and selling online does not come out of the corridors of Islamic law.

Abstract

International trade has become an increasingly important activity in the global economy. The implications of these business ethics include work standards and human rights, the environment, corruption, legal bankruptcy, transparency, and accountability, as well as sustainable social and environmental principles. This study aims to review the implications of business ethics in international trade. This study used a descriptive analytical method and data were obtained from related literature sources. The results of the study show that companies are involved in export and import activities in the country. The business ethics implications must be fulfilled to encourage responsible, sustainable, and beneficial international trade for all parties involved in international trade activities

Abstract

This study aims to explain the conflict phenomenon and types, also its resolution efforts made by the main character in the novel Panganten by Deden Abdul Aziz. The descriptive-qualitative research uses Karen Horney's literary psychology approach (psychoanalysis theory), which emphasizes that literature is a reflection of society, to analyze the data. The data analysis technique of this research is interpretative descriptive analysis. The results show that there are interpersonal conflicts between characters in this novel and intrapsychic conflicts consisting of despised real self, real self, ideal self, and actual self. In addition, conflict resolution efforts that occur in this novel are approaching others, fighting others, and staying away from others. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena, jenis, dan upaya penyelesaian konflik yang dilakukan oleh karakter utama dalam novel Panganten karya Deden Abdul Aziz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra Karen Horney yang menekankan bahwa sastra merupakan cerminan masyarakat. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teori psikoanalisis sosial Karen Horney ini menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra untuk menganalisis datanya. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat konflik interpersonal antartokoh dalam novel dan konflik intrapsikis yang terdiri atas diri rendah (despised real self), diri nyata (real self), diri ideal (ideal self), dan diri aktual (actual self). Di samping itu, upaya penyelesaian konflik yang terjadi dalam novel ini adalah mendekati orang lain, melawan orang lain, dan menjauhi orang lain.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of the prudential principle and joint responsibility system in minimising problematic financing at BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study explain that 1) The implementation of the prudential principle at BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera has been implemented properly and effectively according to the stages and procedures that have been determined through the application of the 5C principle assessment (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy). Of the five principles, the most prioritised assessment by BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera is the Character of prospective customers in analysing the feasibility of prospective customers. 2) The implementation of the joint responsibility system is carried out through several stages, among others: Identification, Socialisation, Customer Eligibility Test, Pre PWK (Pre Mandatory Group Training), PWK (Mandatory Group Training), and Halmi (Weekly Halaqah). 3) The implementation of the prudential principle and joint responsibility system can minimise the number of non-performing financing at BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera marked by the percentage of NPF (Non Performing Financing) which has decreased every year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value. This study uses a quantitative method. The data used in this study is secondary data with data collection technique through Indonesia Stock Exchange and IDN Financial. The population used in this study are all transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. This study used a purposive sampling method to select the number of samples that obtained 8 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, leverage, and profitability affect firm value. Partially, liquidity and leverage have a positive effect on firm value, while profitability has no effect on firm value. Keywords : Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Firm Value
