Abstract

The use of social media has become an integral part of the lives of modern societies, significantly changing the way individuals and groups interact. Social media improves connectivity and access to information, facilitates the formation of virtual communities, and expands social networks. However, these changes also have negative impacts, such as disruption of face-to-face interaction and polarization in community groups. The type of research used is qualitative research using the literature study method or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials that use books, journals and other literature as the main object. The main source of this research data is research articles published in the last 10 years through the google scholar website. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results show that social media provides convenience in interacting and accessing information, but also poses challenges such as polarization, inaccurate information dissemination, and disruption in face-to-face interactions.

Abstract

Students who have high motivation to learn will be more active in learning and strive to achieve optimal achievements. On the other hand, students who have low motivation to learn tend to be lazy to study and not enthusiastic about participating in learning. This study aims to analyze the implications of students' home distance to school on students' learning motivation. The research method used by the author, namely literature study, is a research method that uses literature sources such as books, journals, articles, and research reports to collect data and information to answer research questions. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published in various journals and indexed by google scholar. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis are known that the distance from students' homes to schools certainly affects students' motivation to learn, therefore there are several actions that can be taken so that it can help students have a spirit of learning and the distance from their homes to school is not a barrier for them to learn and of course have high motivation to learn.

Abstract

The development of technology, communication, and information continues to increase in line with the inevitable flow of globalization. Globalization has a great impact on various aspects, especially education, where educators are required to be creative, master a wide range of skills and knowledge. This study uses a qualitative method with literature studies to examine various relevant literature in answering social studies learning problems in the era of globalization and cultural diversity. The main source of data is articles published in various scientific journals and indexed in the database on Google Scholar. The research stages consist of collecting literature, reading carefully, coding data, classifying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that in education, globalization has a great impact with technological advances that support this field, demanding that educators master diverse knowledge and skills. Although social studies are often underestimated, globalization brings positive and negative influences. The positive is the acceleration of the development of science, technology, and information, while the negative is the emergence of consumptive behavior. Social studies learning plays a role in developing people's social skills in the midst of globalization, equipping students with knowledge related to global issues around them

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of education on social mobility in urban communities. This research uses a qualitative approach through the literature study method. The data collection technique used is all materials that are in line with this writing problem, by examining the results of the research, citing books, studying theories related to the problem. The main source of research data is research articles published in various scientific journals and indexed on the google scholar database. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that education has a significant impact on social mobility in urban communities, such as increasing social status, improving the economy, increasing opportunities, and increasing awareness. In the life of urban people, the increasing needs of life trigger the lifestyle tendency of materialism, consumerism, and hedonism, as well as the increase in violence, drug use, and the rapidly growing flow of information

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the concept of independent learning from a citizenship education perspective. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach using the literature study method. The data analysis process in this research includes data reduction, data display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research analyze the concept of independent learning from two perspectives, namely the citizenship education perspective in the curricular dimension and the citizenship education perspective in the socio-cultural dimension. In these two dimensions, it shows the compatibility between the concepts formed in independent learning and the goals of citizenship education. The role of teachers in transformation is the main determinant in the success of the independent curriculum itself. It can be concluded that the concept of an independent curriculum from a citizenship education perspective has correlations and the same goals, where teachers are the center of its success.Keyword: Independent Curriculum, Independent Learning, Citizenship Education. Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep merdeka belajar dari perspektif Pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, display data, verifikasi, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menganalisis konsep merdeka belajar dari dua perspektif, yakni perspektif Pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam dimensi kurikuler dan perspektif Pendidikan kewarganegraaan dimensi sosio kultural. Dalam kedua dimensi tersebut, menunjukkan kesesuaian antara konsep yang dibentuk dalam merdeka belajar dengan tujuan Pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Peran guru dalam transformasi menjadi penentu utama dalam keberhasilan kurikulum merdeka itu sendiri.Dapat disimpulkan, konsep kurikulum merdeka dari perspektif Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki korelasi dan kesamaan tujuan, dimana guru menjadi pusat keberhasilannya.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Merdeka Belajar, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

Abstract: The very rapid development of technology and the flow of globalization are things that must be considered and have an influence on the erosion of the sense of nationalism of future generations. The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of the p5 program as a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in schools towards a sense of nationalism. Indonesia is a pluralistic country that is rich in diversity in terms of ethnicity, religion, race and class. Diversity has many influences, such as gaps that can lead to conflict between groups or are caused by differences in culture and background between groups in society. So character cultivation is very necessary to provide understanding and strengthen the spirit of nationalism in students. The spirit of nationalism is a feeling of pride and love for one's country so that one is able to respect and respect the differences that exist in society. This research uses a literature study with a systematic review where data collection comes from textbooks, journals, scientific articles, and other literature reviews that are appropriate to the research study. The results of this research are regarding the contribution of implementing P5 activities through themes that are relevant to the need to build a sense of nationalism in students, especially at elementary school age.Keywords: National Identity, P5, Pancasila Student Profile, Sense of Nationalism, Globalization. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat dan arus globalisasi menjadi salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan dan berpengaruh terhadap pengikisan rasa nasionalisme generasi kedepan. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi program p5 sebagai proyek penguatan profil siswa Pancasila di sekolah terhadap rasa nasionalisme. Indonesia adalah negara majemuk yang kaya akan keanekaragaman baik dari segi suku, agama, ras dan golongan. Keragaman memiliki banyak pengaruh, seperti kesenjangan yang dapat menimbulkan konflik antar kelompok atau disebabkan oleh perbedaan budaya dan latar belakang antar kelompok dalam masyarakat. Sehingga penanaman karakter sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan memperkuat jiwa nasionalisme pada siswa. Semangat nasionalisme adalah rasa bangga dan cinta tanah air sehingga mampu menghargai dan menghargai perbedaan yang ada dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan tinjauan sistematis dimana pengumpulan data berasal dari buku teks, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan kajian pustaka lain yang sesuai dengan kajian penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu mengenai kontribusi pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 melalui tema-tema yang diusung relevan dengan kebutuhan dalam membangun rasa nasionalisme peserta didik terlebih pada usia sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Identitas Nasional, P5, Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Rasa Nasionalisme, Globalisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang: 1) Mengetahui alasan guru menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada mata pelajaran PPKN materi nilai-nilai Pancasila, 2) Implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran CRT, 3) Hasil implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran CRT. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN 101786 Helvetia dengan peserta didik berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Alasan guru menggunakan pendekan CRT adalah guru lebih memahami peserta didik dan peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran 2) Implementasi pendekatan CRT telah berjalan dengan baik di buktikan dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang terlaksana dengan lancar 3) Hasil implementasi dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan  minat belajar peserta didik.

Abstract: Strategy for forming habituation in accepting citizenship education values. Enabling the acceptance of the values of citizenship education makes it possible to develop a generation that has good manners, is commendable, moral, and leads them to good behavior. Students will get used to being kind to themselves and others. The habit of accepting civic values in order to form a commendable character who can accept the strengths and weaknesses of other people, respect each other, and have a good attitude of tolerance. As well as preparing students to be skilled and have skills in society and be wise in living their lives as citizens of society.Keywords: Habituation, civic values, character educationAbstrak: Strategi pembentukan habituasi dalam penerimaan nilai-nilai Pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Abstract

Penegakan hukum dan keadilan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga dan mengamankan masyarakat, serta memastikan bahwa hak-hak individu dihormati. Di Indonesia, seperti halnya di banyak negara lain, penegakan hukum dan keadilan menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam upaya penegakan hukum dan keadilan di Indonesia. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah korupsi, yang dapat merusak integritas lembaga hukum dan melemahkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem hukum. Selain itu, sistem peradilan di Indonesia juga menghadapi permasalahan ketimpangan akses terhadap keadilan. Khususnya di daerah pedesaan, akses terhadap bantuan hukum dan layanan keadilan seringkali terbatas. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan ketidakadilan dalam perlakuan hukum, dimana masyarakat dengan sumber daya terbatas mungkin tidak dapat memperoleh akses yang sama terhadap sistem peradilan. Masalah lain yang perlu diatasi adalah lambatnya proses peradilan. Perkara hukum seringkali memakan waktu bertahun-tahun sebelum diputuskan, sehingga dapat merugikan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dan juga menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum. Hal ini juga mempengaruhi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem peradilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, dilakukan upaya serius untuk memberantas korupsi dalam sistem hukum, meningkatkan akses terhadap keadilan, dan mempercepat proses peradilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yaitu metode pengumpulan berbagai referensi yang berkaitan dan relevan dengan permasalahan yang sedang diteliti. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperkuat permasalahan yang dikaji dan menjadi landasan untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap tantangan penegakan hukum keadilan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam mentransformasi nilai-nilai Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di kalangan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 5 Medan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana nilai-nilai HAM diajarkan dan diterapkan melalui pembelajaran PPKn, serta dampaknya terhadap sikap dan perilaku siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru PPKn dan observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran dan interaksi siswa di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn di SMA Negeri 5 Medan secara efektif mentransformasi nilai-nilai HAM kepada siswa dengan mengajarkan konsep dasar HAM, mengaitkannya dengan hak dan kewajiban siswa, serta menangani pelanggaran HAM di lingkungan sekolah. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai HAM, yang tercermin dalam sikap yang lebih hormat, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa PPKn berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan hak dan kewajiban mereka sebagai warga negara.
