The type in this study uses a quantitative method, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 51 respondents using total sampling, namely non-random sampling techniques. By using instrument test tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis test with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study objectives to develop and analyse CWLD.ID, a digital platform that functions as an aggregator for Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD) products from various Islamic financial institutions (LKS-PWU). The research is encouraged by the low level of waqf literacy in Indonesia and the lack of integrated digital access to CWLD product information. The study employs a Design and Development Research (DDR) approach to design a prototype of CWLD.id, followed by a SWOT analysis to assess the platform's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. CWLD.id includes features such as a CWLD product marketplace, Islamic waqf education, return simulations, and transparent reporting on fund usage and institutional legitimacy. The findings indicate that CWLD.id has significant potential to improve public literacy on cash waqf and facilitate easier access for wakif to choose products aligned with Islamic principles and social impact. This study also affirms that CWLD.id is an original digital innovation personally designed by the researcher as a practical solution in the cash waqf ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Jember has cow dung waste which needs to be utilized so that it does not pollute the environment. However, the C/N ratio of cow dung is 24. To optimize biogas production, raw materials that contain high carbon sources can be added. Banana peel is waste with a carbon content of 36%, so it is an alternative raw material that can be used to produce biogas. Analysis of total C from cow dung and banana peels was carried out using spectrophotometric methods. Total N analysis of cow feces and banana peels was carried out based on the Kjeldhal method. The sample weight for each type of material was made of 2 samples, for banana peel the weight of the samples made was 236 mg and 312 mg. Meanwhile, for cow feces, the sample weights were 223 mg and 291 mg. The average organic carbon obtained from banana peels is 2.413%, while the organic carbon in cow feces is 4.569%. This result was obtained by comparing the relationship between the sample's absolute standard and concentration against a graph. In the process of making biogas, the nitrogen content should not be excessive because this can result in the production of excess ammonia gas rather than methane gas. The average nitrogen content in banana peels and cow feces is 0.062% and 0.160% respectively. These results indicate that the nitrogen content in the sample is relatively very small so it has the potential to be used as a raw material for making biogas. The results of the organic carbon and nitrogen content in banana peels and cow dung were compared. The average value of the C/N ratio of banana peel is 39.158% and cow feces is 28.707%. These two results indicate that both samples have the potential to produce good biogas.

Analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method, and processed using Stata 14.2. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that internal factors consisting of Disbursed Financing and Number of Branches have a positive effect, while Non-Performing Financing has a negative effect on the Sharia Banking Market Share in Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Meanwhile, external factors Gross Domestic Product have a positive effect, and Inflation has a negative effect on the Sharia Banking Market Share in Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

According to BPS data, the poor population in Siak district in 2022 will be 25.71 thousand people or 5.07%. An important factor that can influence the level of poverty is income. A solution from an Islamic perspective to the problem of poverty is optimizing zakat. According to Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat, it is stated that zakat is to realize community welfare and overcome poverty. One of the institutions formed by the government to manage and distribute zakat, infaq and alms is the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). The benchmark for the success of alleviating poverty through optimizing zakat is the performance of BAZNAS. This research analyzes the performance of the Siak Regency National Zakat Amil Agency in its efforts to eradicate poverty. This research has two approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative or mixed method. Data sources used in this research include primary data, secondary data, documents and archives and literature studies. Using interview, observation and questionnaire methods, the performance of BAZNAS Siak Regency can be known through the National Zakat Index 2.0 approach. The components of this index are macro dimensions and micro dimensions. The macro dimension reflects the role of the government and society in contributing to building zakat institutions and the micro dimension describes institutional governance and the impact of zakat. The research results show that BAZNAS Siak Regency in two macro dimensions and micro dimensions obtained good performance scores. The good performance of zakat institutions will influence the results of zakat collection, distribution and utilization programs. The influence of good performance will have a direct impact on mustahik in efforts to improve their welfare which will ultimately help the government in alleviating poverty. In this research, it was found that the impact of good BAZNAS performance for mustahik was materially an increase in income and asset ownership, spiritually in the form of increased worship and awareness of zakat.

Abstract

Taiwan is a country with a religious composition dominated by adherents of Buddhism, Taoist beliefs, Christianity, and practices of animism or other local beliefs, while adherents of Islam are 0.3% of the total population. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of zakat infaq and alms funds at the Taipei Grand Mosque, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of the management of zakat infak and alms funds. The research results prove that managing zakat funds, both fundraising and channeling funds for the Taipei Grand Mosque, does not carry out planning and coordination. Mosque management in collecting funds and distributing them is only passive waiting for muzaki to come to the mosque to pay zakat, infaq, and alms. Fundraising is done by opening an account at a bank and a charity box in front of the mosque. Muslim communities who are going to pay zakat, can do it by bank transfer or come directly to the mosque by handing over money in cash or putting it through a charity box. The distribution of zakat funds can also be carried out by transferring funds to a bank and distributing them in cash at the Taipei Great Mosque. Funds are distributed mainly to mustahik who are around the mosque. The distribution of zakat funds is carried out transparently, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, or race, as long as the Muslim Community is included in the eight a snap. Supervision or monitoring of fundraising is carried out by the internal management of the mosque, both routinely and specifically. The government conducts audits of incoming and outgoing funds so that every mosque in Taipei is required to submit financial reports to the government

Abstract

This research examines the systems approach in the context of philosophy with a focus on three main aspects: ontology, axiology, and epistemology. Ontology addresses the nature of reality and entities in systems, highlighting how interactions between elements shape the entire system. Axiology explores the values underlying the systems approach, including the ethical and normative considerations that play a role in decision making. Meanwhile, epistemology examines the way knowledge is built and understood within a systemic framework, as well as its implications for research methods and the application of theory. By using a qualitative approach, this research integrates various literature and philosophical thinking to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relevance of the systems approach in contemporary philosophy. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of systems theory and its application in various scientific disciplines.
