Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that technological literacy, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000. Partially, technological literacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000.
