Abstract

Abstrak: Learning Management System (LMS) menjadi salah satu alternative pembelajaran yang memungkinkan guru dan siswa berinteraksi secara sistematis. Selain itu, LMS juga menggambarkan solusi digitaliasasi sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek pedagogis dalam LMS Edulogy. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada dua dashboard LMS Edulogy yaitu dashboard wakil kepala bidang kurikulum dan dashboard guru. Selain itu, repon pengguna juga dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 144 guru dan 8 wakil kepala bidang kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LMS Edulogy cukup baik dalam memfasilitasi wakil kepala bidang kurikulum dan guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Sebanyak 64.44 persen tugas wakil kepala bidang kurikulum dan 60 persen tugas guru sudah terfasilitasi dalam LMS Edulogy. Secara keseluruhan, tingkat kepuasaan pada LMS Edulogy tergolong baik dimana 75 persen dari wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum menyatakan puas dan 67.64 persen guru menyatakan puas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan pengembangan berikutnya terkait LMS dan menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk menggunakan LMS Edulogy. Abstract: Learning Management System (LMS) was an alternative learning where teachers and students interacted systematically. Besides, LMS also described the digitalization solutions of the education system. This study aimed to analyze the pedagogical aspects of LMS Edulogy. The research meth-od used was a case study on two LMS Edulogy dashboards, namely the dashboard of the vice principal of curriculum and the dashboard of the teacher. In addition, user responses were also collected by distributing questionnaires to 144 teachers and 8 vice-principals of the curriculum. The results showed that the LMS Edulogy was quite good at facilitating the vice principal of the curriculum and teachers in carrying out their duties. As many as 64.44 percent of the duties of the vice principal of curriculum and 60 percent of the duties of the teachers have been facilitated in LMS Edulogy. Overall, the level of satisfaction at LMS Edulogy classified as good where 75 percent of the vice principal in the curriculum field are satisfied and 67.64 percent of the teachers were expressed satisfaction. The results of this study were expected to be a reference for the next development related to LMS and become a consideration for using LMS Edulogy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk mendalami dan memahami evolusi dan perkembangan bahasa melalui medium musik, dengan fokus khusus pada lagu "Cincin" yang dikenal luas oleh masyarakat dan dipopulerkan Hindia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan stilistika. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis gaya bahasa dan pilihan kata atau diksi dalam lirik lagu. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis mendalam terhadap kata, frasa, dan struktur kalimat dalam lirik lagu "Cincin". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberadaan 15 gaya bahasa dan 21 pilihan kata atau diksi yang unik dalam lirik lagu tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa lagu dan musik dapat berfungsi sebagai medium yang efektif dan menarik untuk memahami dan mengeksplorasi perkembangan dan evolusi bahasa. Penelitian ini sangat direkomendasikan bagi para penggemar lagu "Cincin" atau bagi siapa saja yang tertarik untuk lebih memahami dan mendalami lirik dan makna di balik lagu tersebut.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution encourages teachers and students to understand technology in order to improve the quality of education. However, teachers face challenges in integrating technology into learning, especially due to limitations among students. In this research, the Canva application was used to enhance the effectiveness of learning and address existing constraints. The reasearch method employed descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, using instruments such as assessment rubrics, student creativity questionnaires, and documentation. The research results indicate that before using the Canva application, the average creativity of students fell within the category of “Moderately Creative” with a percentage of 59,6%. After using Canva, student creativity increased by 14.2%, with an average percentage reaching 73,9% in the “Creative” category. Furthermore, their performance in creating digital posters achieved a score of 89,2%, which falls into the “Very Good” category as it is within the range of 80%-100%. This demonstrates that the Canva application serves as a useful tool for creating digital posters and can enhance student creativity.

Abstract

The research entitled "Netizen Court" against Public Service Maladministration aims to find out how the digital community (netizens) cares about public service maladministration in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the library research method with an analytical descriptive approach, which examines the norms related to maladministration in government actions and then compares them with field data. The data presented in this study are primary in the form of laws and secondary data in the form of articles and news from trusted media. Maladministration actions according to Law No. 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia are behavior or actions against the law, exceeding authority, using authority for other purposes than those for which the authority is intended, including negligence or neglect of legal obligations in the implementation of public services carried out by state and government administrators which cause material and/or immaterial losses to the community and individuals. Meanwhile, citizens as accessors and supervisors of public services who have carried out their duties, namely making complaints about maladministration actions according to procedures established by the government, did not get a satisfactory response from the government. Therefore, citizens find their way to express their frustration with maladministration by making trending topics on social media. A particular case that becomes a trending topic on various social media has proven to have a major impact on the quality of public services. Keyword: maladministration, netizens, viral,social media

Abstract

Analysing the implementation of Islamic education values in the center, the actualization of the Islamic Education values, the implications of cultivating Islamic educational values on the existence of the Pondok Pesantren Bukit Hidayah Malino district of Gowa. The type of research is qualitative descriptive with a methodological approach and scientific with two sources of data: primary and secondary. Data collection through observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis with data reduction measures, data presentation, and data verification.The results of the research show that, first, the implementation of the cultivation of Islamic educational values is carried out inside and outside the classroom both when the learning process is in progress in class as well as training, such as, study of the book, compulsory prayer, and others. Third, the implications of the cultivation of the values of Islamic education to the existence of the Pondok Pesantren Bukit Hidayah Malino district of Gowa, depicted in the religious atmosphere of the life of the pasantren as well as the presence of the activities of the Ramadan safari, and the activity of the Friday sermon by the Pasantren mansion.

Abstract

The attitude of students who throw their rubbish carelessly and students' perceptions regarding the sanitation of their environment, the lack of providing rubbish bins in classrooms and the school environment, and the lack of hand washing places with running water and soap.  The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between students' perceptions and attitudes towards environmental sanitation at SD Negeri 2 Katobengke, Baubau City.  This type of research is quantitative using a cross-sectional design.  The sample in this study was 120 students consisting of 41 elementary school students in class IV, 33 students in class V, and 46 class VI students.  Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square statistical test at a confidence level of 95% or α = 0.05.  The results of this research show that there is a relationship between students' perceptions of environmental sanitation with a significant value of p value = 0.001 <α = 0.05 and there is a relationship with students' attitudes towards environmental sanitation with a significant value of p value = 0.000 <α = 0.05.  In this research, there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions and attitudes towards environmental sanitation at SD Negeri 2 Katobengke, Baubau City.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of the Constitutional Court (MK) decision on the President's authority in the formation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Laws (Perppu). In the Indonesian constitutional system, Perppu is a legal instrument used by the President to deal with emergencies that require immediate handling, but this authority often gives rise to debate regarding the limits and conditions for its issuance. MK decisions have a crucial role in interpreting and establishing constitutional parameters for the use of this authority, so this research highlights how MK decisions influence the practice of forming Perppu by the President. This research uses normative juridical methods with a conceptual approach and analysis of relevant Constitutional Court decisions, including case studies of decisions that confirm emergency criteria and procedures for issuing Perppu. The findings of this research reveal that the Constitutional Court's decision has strengthened the principle of checks and balances between the executive and legislative branches, by setting stricter limits regarding the conditions that justify the issuance of a Perppu. Apart from that, the Constitutional Court's decision also emphasized the importance of openness and public participation in the Perppu formation process, as an effort to maintain legal accountability and legitimacy in the midst of an emergency situation. Furthermore, this research shows that the Constitutional Court's decision not only limits the President's authority, but also provides clearer guidance regarding the implementation of the Perppu so that it is in line with constitutional values ??and human rights. In the long term, the Constitutional Court's decisions have the potential to encourage reform in the legal regulatory system, by improving the quality of emergency legislation and strengthening protection of democratic principles. Therefore, this research concludes that the Constitutional Court's decision has a significant impact in ensuring that the President's authority in forming Perppu is used proportionally, appropriately, and in accordance with applicable constitutional provisions. Abstract

The skin of the  pear (pyrus bretschneideri) contains f  lavonoid compounds which are efficacious as antioxidants,  which are able to inhibit or prevent oxidation of the substrate caused by free radicals. Pear peel extract can  be used as a repellent or antioxidant so that it can be developed into an antioxidant lotion. To maintain the stability of pear peel extract in the form of lotions, it is necessary to formulate appropriate lotions. The purpose of this study was to find out the lotion formulation of the active ingredient oleum rosae to find out the results of the evaluation carried out on the pear peel extract lotion. The method used is experimental using 6 lotion formulations with a concentration of pear peel extract of 3 and 4%, vitamin C variations of 2, 4, and 6%. The results of the lotion from pear peel extract were evaluated for 1 week. Ephysical quality valuation includes organoleptic test, pH test, vit amin C content test. From the results of the study, lotions with the formulation F4 are the best preparations, namely a slightly viscous dosage form, soft texture, white color, oleum rosae fragrance, homogeneous, stable at pH 6 and dispersion power 5-7 cm. The conclusion of the study is that pear peel extract can be made lotion preparations with a wide variety of concentration variations. Keywords: lotion, pear peel (Pyrus bretschneideri), physical quality

Abstract

The research aims to determine strategies for implementing geostrategy-geoecological-geocultural-based development for efforts to accelerate regional blue economy development in Fakfak regency. Descriptive research using a semi-qualitative approach, carried out in coastal areas and small islands. Data was obtained from the conversion of in-depth interview results using weighting techniques. Respondents are coastal communities, small islands, and parties who make policies. The research results show that developing a blue economy must begin with improving community culture through a geocultural approach, and building downstream marine fisheries businesses and building renewable energy sources to take advantage of geoecological advantages.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an assessment instrument to measure students' critical thinking and visual representation abilities in optical instrument material. This research and development (R&D) employed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional model. This research develops a test instrument that has more specific stages so the ADDIE development stage is integrated with the development stage of the test instrument developed by Mardapi. The subjects in this study are grade XI students of State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 4 Bantul. This study produced a test instrument for measuring students' critical thinking and visual representation abilities, with high validity,and analyzed using Aiken's V. The items for assessing critical thinking and visual representation abilities were analyzed using the QUEST program with the following findings. (1) The analysis results of instrument validation using Aiken's V obtained an average Aiken's Value above 0.4 with high validity and moderate validity criteria so all items are valid. (2) The pre-test analysis on item estimates obtained MNSQ Infit in the range 0.77-1.30 and the value of outfit t ≤ 2 and in the MNSQ Infit case estimates in the range 0.77-1.30, so overall, the items matched to Rasch models. (3) Post-test analysis on item estimates obtained MNSQ Infit in the range 0.77-1.30 and outfit t value ≤ 2 and in case estimates MNSQ Infit in the range 0.77-1.30 so, overall, items are in accordance with Rasch models. (4) The reliability of the pre-test items is 0.92 while the reliability of the post-test items is 0.76. (5) The difficulty level of the items in the pre-test results shows that Question 10 is the most difficult while number 3 is the easiest, and in the post-test results, Question 8 is the most difficult while Question 6 is the easiest.
