Abstract

The digitalization of legal products continues to develop as an effort to provide convenience and transparency of public services, as well as certificates of land rights as proof of land registration rights in the form of paper (land books) or analogues based on Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles and Government Regulation no. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, with the issuance of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation provides legal norms for electronic certificates of land rights which are regulated by Permen ATR/BPN No. 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates, so that with the new regulation, land registration products are in the form of electronic (e-certificates), to the significant difference in the form of the certificate, there are legal issues regarding the position of the Job Creation Law, Permen ATR/BPN No. 1 of 2021 with the UUPA and PP No. 24 of 1997 in the legal system in Indonesia. This research is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates based on Law no. 12 of 2011 its position is under PP No. 24 of 1997 so that according to the principle of lex superiori derogate legi inferiori the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation as long as it regulates land registration may not conflict with a Government Regulation which has a higher legal degree. Land registration norms are regulated in the UUPA and PP No. 24 of 1997, while the Job Creation Act and ATR/BPN Regulation No. 1 of 2021 is not a legal norm that regulates land registration but as a new norm regarding the granting of land rights in the form of electronic certificates as evidence of the election of land rights.

Abstract

The increase in the number of taxpayers followed by a decrease in the number of tax officials in Indonesia is of concern to researchers to test the career interest of accounting students in choosing a career in taxation. Interest is a psychological factor that is formed and developed by influences from within a person (instrinsic) and influences from outside (extrinsic). Instrinsic factors include perception and self-efficacy. While extrinsic factors are in the form of a family environment. Initially, interest centers on the individual, then centers on other people and other objects in the environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the perception, self efficacy, accounting students' interest in a career in taxation: family environment as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research. The data used is primary data and is obtained by distributing questionnaires online via google form. The population in this study were accounting study program students in 2020, 2021, and 2022 in Indonesia. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total of 181 samples. The data analysis method used is mu ltiple linear regression which is processed using IMB SPSS version 25. The results indicate that perception and self efficacy have a significant positive effect on accounting students' interest in a career in taxation. The family environment cannot strengthen the relationship between perception and accounting students' interest in a career in taxation. The family environment weakens self efficacy on accounting students' interest in a career in taxation .

Abstract

Background: Previous studies on sociodemographic characteristics connected to quality of life in schizophrenia discovered inconsistent results. This study aims to analyze predicting factors of quality of life (QoL) of schizophrenia patients.  Methods: A quantitative study included 153 respondents who were selected using random sampling at the State Psychiatric Hospital Surakarta. The research instruments were a questionnaire containing questions about demographics consisting of age, age at first experiencing schizophrenia, gender, education level, work status, marital status, frequency of treatment, duration of suffering from schizophrenia, insight, physical health problems and quality of life by using WHOQOL-BREF. The analyses used were Spearmen's rank (rho) and the Pearson Chi-Square    to analyze factors connected to QoL of schizophrenia patients and multiple logistic regression tests to analyze predictors of QoL of schizophrenia patients. This study was conducted in the State Psychiatric Hospital of Surakarta from September 2020 to March 2021.  Results: There were 4 characteristics of sociodemographic that have a positive significant relationship with the overall quality of life of schizophrenia patient, namely work status (p = 0.000), marital status with p = 0.000, gender (p=0.032), and adherence to take medicine with p=0.015 (p <0.05). marital status and work status that influence the quality of life (p=0.000 and p=0.001).  Marital status and work status influence the quality of life (p=0.000 and p=0.001), the largest OR value obtained is 25.499.  It means that married patients have a 25.499 times chance of having a better quality of life controlled by work status.  Conclusion: Marital status and work status are predictors of QoL of schizophrenia. In providing services to schizophrenic patients, health professional need to pay attention in assessing social demographics such as work status and marital status so that appropriate action can be taken with an approach to these aspects.

Abstract

Data security is very important as it is easy to exchange data today. Cryptographic techniques are needed as data security techniques. Combining two cryptographic algorithms is a solution for a better level of security. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) cryptographic algorithm requires low computational power and is the best symmetric algorithm. The LUC algorithm is an asymmetric algorithm that was developed from the RSA algorithm and has advantages in a better level of security and processing speed. In this research, two symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms will be combined in a hybrid scheme, namely the AES and LUC algorithms to improve data security. the AES algorithm will encrypt and decrypt messages, while the LUC algorithm performs encryption and decryption of the AES key. The results showed that the combination of the two AES and LUC algorithms was successful. However, the computational time needed by the two algorithms to perform the encryption and decryption process increases. The simulation results of the brute force attack performed show that the LUC algorithm can still be attacked. The greater the value of E (the public key of the LUC algorithm), the longer it takes for the brute force attack to be successful. The value of E is also directly proportional to the computational time required by the LUC. So it can be concluded that the AES algorithm is less precise when combined with the LUC algorithm.

Abstract

The unequal availability of health facilities, health personnel and very varied geographic conditions, give rise to the potential for widening inequality in health utilization among communities in several regions in Indonesia. The gap in health services that exists between urban and rural areas contributes to an increase in the number of people suffering from chronic diseases in rural areas. This research aims to determine the community's perception of the accessibility of health services in Kepayang Kepuasan Hulu Village, District. Rokan Hulu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and data sources are extracted from informants consisting of elements of society, community leaders and the public. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, data collection methods were carried out using FGDs and in-depth interviews. The results of informants had used health services at the health center, with the types of vehicles used mostly being private motorized vehicles, the costs incurred to access the health center were still considered affordable, but what was still an obstacle was the condition of the roads which were still dirt, where this condition would be more it is difficult to access when it is wet (after rain) and also the travel time is more than 1 hour, so it can be concluded that people's accessibility to the community health center is still hampered by road conditions. It is hoped that special attention will be paid to the condition of the road.

Abstract

The use of HVAC on ships is very necessary considering that the environmental conditions are relatively hot when the ship is operated, so to provide comfort to the ship's crew it is necessary to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the ship's accommodation spaces are maintained. One of the main problems in HVAC planning is determining the right cooling machine capacity, so that the cooling goal of providing cool and comfortable air conditions can be achieved. The selection of cooling engine capacity is chosen based on the total cooling load on the ship. The cooling load calculation is carried out using equations and calculation steps in accordance with ISO 7547 of 2002. The existing heat load sources are the total of the transmission heat load that propagates through the walls, ceiling and floor of the room, the heat load from the room occupants, the radiation heat load that passes through the room. walls, heat load from room lighting, and heat load from electronic equipment used in the room. Calculation of the cooling load for the accommodation space of the General Cargo KM Pratiwi 2055 DWT ship identified transmission heat of 3528 Watts, room occupant heat of 9910 Watts, radiant heat through the walls of 3700 Watts, room lighting heat of 1340 Watts, and heat load from equipment electronics of 5900 Watts. The total cooling load from the cooling machine is 24,378 Watts.
