Abstract

Abstract

Data mining is a step in the process of Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) which consists of the application of data analysis and the discovery of algorithms that produce certain enumerations of patterns in the data,Cluster Analysis is one of the methods in multivariate statistical analysis that is used to group objects into groups based on their characteristics, so the objects in one group have more homogeneous characteristics compared to objects in other groups. Single Linkage is a clustering process based on the closest distance between objects. If two objects are separated by a short distance, then the two objects will merge into one cluster. This study aims to obtain a cluster of village potential in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2019, based on the variable availability of educational facilities, the availability of health facilities, the availability of health workers, the availability of coin / card public telephones, the existence of lodging, the existence of market buildings, the existence of supermarkets, the existence of banks, the population obtaining credit facilities, the existence of other Non KUD cooperatives., Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that, Clusters formed in the grouping of potential villages / villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency using a single linkage method are as many as 2 clusters.

Abstract

The condition of world hunger is very unequal on every continent. The Asian continent is a continent that has a serious famine area after the African continent. This is exacerbated by the food crisis due to the increase in world food prices caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which is one of the world's suppliers of sunflower, corn, and wheat oil. FAO has mobilized efforts to improve food security and reduce hunger. However, in increasing food production, it also faces the challenge of the climate crisis. In the face of these challenges, FAO has suggested increasing agricultural investment. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the climate crisis and agricultural investment in Asian countries by using gross domestic product and food inflation as control variables. To investigate the influence of agricultural investment and the climate crisis on food security, the researcher used a quantitative approach with balanced panel data for 42 countries on the Asian continent for the period 2002-2022 using a regression panel. The results showed that the climate crisis with indicators of temperature change and the intensity of extreme events such as drought and flood had a significant negative effect on food security, but changes in rainfall patterns did not affect food security. Other results show that agricultural investment has a significant positive effect on food security.

Abstract

The digitalization of legal products continues to develop as an effort to provide convenience and transparency of public services, as well as certificates of land rights as proof of land registration rights in the form of paper (land books) or analogues based on Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles and Government Regulation no. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, with the issuance of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation provides legal norms for electronic certificates of land rights which are regulated by Permen ATR/BPN No. 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates, so that with the new regulation, land registration products are in the form of electronic (e-certificates), to the significant difference in the form of the certificate, there are legal issues regarding the position of the Job Creation Law, Permen ATR/BPN No. 1 of 2021 with the UUPA and PP No. 24 of 1997 in the legal system in Indonesia. This research is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates based on Law no. 12 of 2011 its position is under PP No. 24 of 1997 so that according to the principle of lex superiori derogate legi inferiori the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation as long as it regulates land registration may not conflict with a Government Regulation which has a higher legal degree. Land registration norms are regulated in the UUPA and PP No. 24 of 1997, while the Job Creation Act and ATR/BPN Regulation No. 1 of 2021 is not a legal norm that regulates land registration but as a new norm regarding the granting of land rights in the form of electronic certificates as evidence of the election of land rights.

Abstract

The increase in the number of taxpayers followed by a decrease in the number of tax officials in Indonesia is of concern to researchers to test the career interest of accounting students in choosing a career in taxation. Interest is a psychological factor that is formed and developed by influences from within a person (instrinsic) and influences from outside (extrinsic). Instrinsic factors include perception and self-efficacy. While extrinsic factors are in the form of a family environment. Initially, interest centers on the individual, then centers on other people and other objects in the environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the perception, self efficacy, accounting students' interest in a career in taxation: family environment as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research. The data used is primary data and is obtained by distributing questionnaires online via google form. The population in this study were accounting study program students in 2020, 2021, and 2022 in Indonesia. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total of 181 samples. The data analysis method used is mu ltiple linear regression which is processed using IMB SPSS version 25. The results indicate that perception and self efficacy have a significant positive effect on accounting students' interest in a career in taxation. The family environment cannot strengthen the relationship between perception and accounting students' interest in a career in taxation. The family environment weakens self efficacy on accounting students' interest in a career in taxation .
