Abstract

Data security is very important as it is easy to exchange data today. Cryptographic techniques are needed as data security techniques. Combining two cryptographic algorithms is a solution for a better level of security. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) cryptographic algorithm requires low computational power and is the best symmetric algorithm. The LUC algorithm is an asymmetric algorithm that was developed from the RSA algorithm and has advantages in a better level of security and processing speed. In this research, two symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms will be combined in a hybrid scheme, namely the AES and LUC algorithms to improve data security. the AES algorithm will encrypt and decrypt messages, while the LUC algorithm performs encryption and decryption of the AES key. The results showed that the combination of the two AES and LUC algorithms was successful. However, the computational time needed by the two algorithms to perform the encryption and decryption process increases. The simulation results of the brute force attack performed show that the LUC algorithm can still be attacked. The greater the value of E (the public key of the LUC algorithm), the longer it takes for the brute force attack to be successful. The value of E is also directly proportional to the computational time required by the LUC. So it can be concluded that the AES algorithm is less precise when combined with the LUC algorithm.

Abstract

The unequal availability of health facilities, health personnel and very varied geographic conditions, give rise to the potential for widening inequality in health utilization among communities in several regions in Indonesia. The gap in health services that exists between urban and rural areas contributes to an increase in the number of people suffering from chronic diseases in rural areas. This research aims to determine the community's perception of the accessibility of health services in Kepayang Kepuasan Hulu Village, District. Rokan Hulu.This type of research is descriptive qualitative and data sources are extracted from informants consisting of elements of society, community leaders and the public. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, data collection methods were carried out using FGDs and in-depth interviews. The results of informants had used health services at the health center,with the types of vehicles used mostly being private motorized vehicles, the costs incurred to access the health center were still considered affordable, but what was still an obstacle was the condition of the roads which were still dirt, where this condition would be more it is difficult to access when it is wet (after rain) and also the travel time is more than 1 hour, so it can be concluded that people's accessibility to the community health center is still hampered by road conditions. It is hoped that special attention will be paid to the condition of the road.

Abstract

The use of HVAC on ships is very necessary considering that the environmental conditions are relatively hot when the ship is operated, so to provide comfort to the ship's crew it is necessary to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the ship's accommodation spaces are maintained. One of the main problems in HVAC planning is determining the right cooling machine capacity, so that the cooling goal of providing cool and comfortable air conditions can be achieved. The selection of cooling engine capacity is chosen based on the total cooling load on the ship. The cooling load calculation is carried out using equations and calculation steps in accordance with ISO 7547 of 2002. The existing heat load sources are the total of the transmission heat load that propagates through the walls, ceiling and floor of the room, the heat load from the room occupants, the radiation heat load that passes through the room. walls, heat load from room lighting, and heat load from electronic equipment used in the room. Calculation of the cooling load for the accommodation space of the General Cargo KM Pratiwi 2055 DWT ship identified transmission heat of 3528 Watts, room occupant heat of 9910 Watts, radiant heat through the walls of 3700 Watts, room lighting heat of 1340 Watts, and heat load from equipment electronics of 5900 Watts. The total cooling load from the cooling machine is 24,378 Watts.

Abstract

Currently, electroplating is widely used in the metal industry for various purposes, including improving the appearance and also preventing corrosion. Besides that, the mechanical properties of materials such as strength and hardness are also affected so that they will increase. The electroplating process is a process for coating metal by dipping the material to be coated into an electrolyte solution that carries a direct electric current to the dipped electrode. The materials coated in the electroplating process are usually low and medium carbon steel. The coating materials that are often used are nickel, chrome, zinc and copper. Electroplating process variables greatly influence the results achieved. In this article, we will discuss the influence of current strength, immersion time, and temperature of the electrolyte solution on the results of the electroplating process. The properties of electroplating results discussed are layer thickness, corrosion resistance, and hardness.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of the level of tax knowledge, tax compliance and the firmness of tax sanctions on the fulfillment of the tax obligations of MSME entrepreneurs in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 75 individual taxpayers who have SMEs in Yogyakarta City. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The number of questionnaires that were processed were 75 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of tax knowledge, tax compliance and the firmness of tax sanctions have a positive effect on fulfilling the tax obligations of MSME entrepreneurs in the city of Yogyakarta

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan work from home. Hal ini membuat perusahaan perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia menerapkan kerja dari rumah. Kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam kinerja perusahaan dimasa pandemi. Performa karyawan dapat dilihat dengan beberapa faktor seperti Fleksibilitas kerja, Kebijakan work from home dan Dukungan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Fleksibilitas kerja, Kebijakan work from home dan Dukungan organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Roosdiono & Partners. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di perusahaan. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 sampel atau dapat dikatakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan SPSS 25.0 dengan menguji nilai regresi masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Variabel Fleksibilitas kerja dan Dukungan organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menambah variabel lain untuk memperkuat pengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Concerns regarding the rise of drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) infections and the need for new drugs with shorter treatment time and fewer side effects have been voiced by the World Health Organization (WHO). The WHO revised its guideline to treat multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) with a 6-month course of BPaLM (bedaquiline, pretomanid, linezolid and moxifloxacin) in 2022. However, a thorough study and meta-analysis of available evidence is required due to the limited confidence of the evidence confirming the effectiveness of pretomanid-containing regiments. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate the effectiveness of pretomanid-containing regiments in treating DR-TB patients. Data from six search engines were searched using inclusion criteria based on the PICOS framework. The keywords of pretomanid and tuberculosis or their alternatives were used. Using RoB2 Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized clinical trials, data were independently extracted and the quality of the data was evaluated. Odds ratio (OR) and heterogeneity tests were used and the findings were presented in ORs and forest plots. A total of four studies with 237 patients was included in the final analysis and 204 (86%) patients had favorable outcome (cured) and 33 (14%) was not cured. Pretomanid-containing regimen (OR: 46.73; 95%CI: 11.76–185.7) and BPaLM/BPaL (OR: 41.67; 95%CI: 8.86–196.73) regimens were associated with favorable outcome (cured). This meta-analysis indicates that the pretomanid-containing regimen and the BPaLM/BPaL regimen could increase the chance to have favorable outcome in DR-TB patients.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Profesi perawat selama masa pandemi Corona virus diseasen19 (Covid-19) mendapatkan tantangan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang profesional dengan resiko tertular bahkan menjadi korban Covid-19. Oleh karena itu keterlibatan manajemen keperawatan sangat diperlukan agar pelayanan keperawatan tetap bisa berlangsung dengan tetap menjaga perawat terhindar dari penularan Covid-19. Tujuan: Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk melakukan telaah implikasi manajemen keperawatan dalam penanganan pasien Covid-19 dari berbagai jurnal. Metode: Penelusuran artikel dalam jurnal penelitian didapatkan dari Google scholar, Sciencedirect, Ebscohost dan Wiley lalu dikelompokkan berdasarkan issue, metodologi, dan persamaan lingkup pembahasan. Artikel penelitian lain yang masuk dalam daftar penelusuran seperti dari Elsavier dan CDC. Diperoleh artikel sebanyak 940 buah terdiri dari jurnal keperawatan maupun jurnal kesehatan dengan kata kunci Implikasi, Perawat, Manajemen, Covid-19. Setelah itu dilakukan proses penyaringan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi menggunakan PICOT (population, Intervention, Comparasion, Outcome dan Time) diperoleh 15 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil : Sebagai hasil analisa 15 artikel dalam jurnal penelitian terpilih diperoleh data yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu: Pertama, pelatihan bagi perawat dan pasien. Perawat dalam menangani pasien Covid-19 membutuhkan tambahan pelatihan seperti manajemen pemberian infus efektif dan penggunaan Artificial Inteligence . Demikian juga pasien perlu diberikan beberapa intervensi berupa latihan seperti latihan otot progresif dan rehabilitasi pernafasan untuk meningkatkan kondisi kesehatan pasien Covid-19 . Kedua, pengelolaan tenaga dan sarana keperawatan seperti kapasitas tenaga dengan jumlah shift yang seimbang, serta kecukupan alat pelindung diri. Ketiga, aspek psikologi perawat dalam menangani pasien Covid-19 diberikan dalam bentuk dukungan psikologis dari keluarga dan tim kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Keterlibatan manajemen keperawatan dalam penatalaksanaan pasien Covid-19 antara lain; Pelatihan bagi perawat dan pasien, pengeloaan ketenagaan dan sarana serta aspek psikologis perawat Kata kunci: Implikasi, Manajemen Keperawatan, Covid-19 Background: Nurse profession during the pandemic Corona virus diseasen19 (Covid-19) was challenged to provide professional nursing care with the risk of contracting and even being a victim of Covid-19. Therefore the involvement of nursing management is very necessary so that nursing services can continue to take place while maintaining nurses avoiding Covid-19 transmission. Objective: This review literature aims to examine the implications of nursing management in handling Covid-19 patients from various journals. Methods: Search for articles in research journals obtained from Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, Ebscohost and Wiley and then grouped by issue, methodology, and the scope of the discussion. Other research articles included in search listings such as those from Elsavier and CDC. 940 articles were obtained consisting of nursing journals and health journals with the key words Implications, Nurses, Management, Covid-19. After that the screening process based on inclusion criteria using PICOT (population, Intervention, Comparasion, Outcome and Time) obtained 15 articles that meet the criteria. Results: As a result of the analysis of 15 articles in selected research journals obtained data were divided into 3 groups, namely: First, training for nurses and patients. Nurses in handling Covid-19 patients need additional training such as effective management of infusion and the use of Artificial Intelligence. Likewise, patients need to be given several interventions in the form of exercises such as progressive muscle training and respiratory rehabilitation to improve the health condition of Covid-19 patients. Second, management of personnel and nursing facilities such as the capacity of workers with a balanced number of shifts, as well as the adequacy of personal protective equipment. Third, aspects of nurse psychology in dealing with Covid-19 patients are provided in the form of psychological support from family and health teams. Abstract

AbstractThis study was Carried out to analyze the effects of multicultural competence models consisting of understanding, attitude and individual skill on the performance of government apparatus. The study applied a survey method with the survey subject of regent and municipal Civil Servants of Lampung Province. Samples determination was based on a purposive sampling technique. The study collected 127 respondents. Analysis on the Data used a Structural Equation Model (SEM) operated under AMOS application program. This empirical result proved a direct effect on understanding between attitude; attitude on skills; and skills on the performance of the government apparatus. The Study Also Showed an attitude and skills as mediation between understanding the indirect effect on the performance of the government apparatus. However, the direct effect on understanding between skills and attitudes on performance was insignificant. Finally, this result implies that multicultural understanding alone is not sufficient to Determine the performance of government apparatus, but it takes attitude and skills to respond in different cultural Contexts. Reviews these results might be used to develop a unified theory effects on multicultural competence.Keywords: competence, multicultural, performance.

Abstract

Diabetic foot wounds are a serious problem that threatens the quality of life of diabetes patients. Individual factors, family, and social support have an important role in preventing diabetic foot wounds. This research aims to determine the aspects of social support in preventing diabetic foot wounds. The research employed a cross-sectional design, involving 120 respondents. The Modified Diabetic Foot Care Behavior (MD FCB) instrument was used to assess behavior related to diabetic foot care. Data analysis was conducted using logistic regression. The results indicated a positive correlation between high levels of social support and the prevention of diabetic foot wounds. In assessing patient knowledge about foot care, it was found that 20 people (16.7%) had poor knowledge. Additionally, low family support was seen in 23 people (19.2%), low peer support in 17 people (14.2%), and low support from health workers in 15 people (12.5%). Furthermore, 42 people (35%) exhibited poor behavior in preventing foot wounds. The Chi-square test revealed a significant influence of knowledge on behavior for preventing diabetic foot wounds (p-value 0.001). Meanwhile, the correlation between family support, peer support, and support from health workers in relation to diabetic foot wound prevention behavior was significant, with each showing a p-value of 0.01. Enhancing social support is identified as an effective strategy for reducing the risk of diabetic foot wounds and their associated complications. Therefore, efforts to increase social support levels for diabetes patients should be considered an integral part of their care regimen.
