Abstract

Traditional games are one of the cultural assets that have the characteristics of a nation's culture, character education can be formed through traditional games from an early age. This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation of strengthening character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Depok District. 2) School efforts to improve the strengthening of character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Depok District. This research is a field research or field research, with the type of qualitative research. The data presentation was carried out descriptively with the method of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis refers to Miles and Huberman's model by collecting data, reducing data and presenting data. The results of this study are 1) Implementation of strengthening character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Depok District is carried out in local content lessons contained in RPP 2) School efforts to improve the strengthening of character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Depok District namely by providing infrastructure support used for traditional games

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-Eksperimental Design berupa one group pretest-postest design.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika materi pecahan siswa kelas V SD N 01 Rowosari Kendal. Sampel yang diambil adalah 25 siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji normalitas awal menggunakan uji Liliefors, diperoleh n = 22 dan taraf nyata α = 0,05, dari daftar nilai kritis L didapat Ltabel = 0,90. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel yaitu 0,142 < 0,190, maka Ho diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sampel berasal dari populasi berdistribus normal. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data akhir nilai posttest diperoleh Lhitung = 0,164 dengan n = 22 dan taraf nyata α = 0,05 dari daftar nilai kritis L didapat Ltabel = 0,190, karena Lhitung < Ltabel yaitu 0,082 < 0,173 maka Ho diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa sampel berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Dari data hasil pretest dan posttest memenuhi kriteria pengujian karena keduanya berdistribusi normal.Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 10 > 2,047. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan.Kata Kunci: Keefektifan Belajar, Model CTL, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Motivasi adalah sesuatu yang mendorong seseorang belajar atau melakukan suatu kegiatan. Mc. Donald dalam Djamarah (2011: 148) mengatakan bahwa motivasi adalah suatu perubahan energi di dalam pribadi seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya afektif (perasaan) dan reaksi untuk mencapai tujuan. Rendahnya motivasi belajar mengakibatkan siswa kurang antusias dan tidak percaya diri maka keinginan atau kemauan untuk melakukan sesuatu juga menjadi berkurang. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match  berbantu media tabel perkalian diharapkan lebih efektif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektif tidaknya model Make A Match berbantu media tabel perkalian terhadap motivasi belajar matematika kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wates. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design dengan model One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wates. Berdasarkan olah data menggunakan uji t-test motivasi belajar siswa kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wates diperoleh ttabel = 2,063 dan thitung = 2,1919 sehingga diperoleh 2,063 <2,1919 maka hipotesis ditolak, Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Make A Match berbantu media tabel perkalian efektif terhadaap motivasi belajar matematika kelas II SD Negeri 01 Wates Kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of circular no. 15 2020 about the guidelines for the implementation of the BDR in the period of the emergency the spread of COVID-19 SDN in Kawedanan Jakenan Pati Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using the approach of naturalistic. Methods of data analysis used is the analysis model of Miles and Huberman with the analysis of qualitative data are conducted interactively and takes place continuously. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the circular on guidelines for the implementation of BDR period of the emergency the spread of COVID-19 SDN in Kawedanan Jakenan, the show has done well and achieve 89,9%. It is examined through the 8 aspects, namely model management, learning systems, lesson plans, coaching and monitoring, advice and infrastructure, a parenting program, a team of emergency preparedness, and reports. The results obtained through the questionnaire with 72 respondents SDN, and interviews on the supervisory SDN. Feasibility BDR during the pandemic COVID-19 has run in accordance with the circular letter that applies. Overall aspects examined the head of SDN has been carrying out a circular letter.

Abstract

Indonesia faces unemployment and employment problems. In February 2021, the number of unemployed people aged 15 years and over in Indonesia reached 8.7 million. On the other hand, the Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted economic activity, uncertainty, and 6.4 million workers were forced to be laid off. The unemployment rate is one of the problems that Indonesia’s problems, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The government, through the Minister of Manpower, seeks to control the unemployment rate during the Covid-19 pandemic by conducting various competency and productivity-based training through Education and training programs organized by the Vocational Training Centre (BLK) and the development program for expanding job opportunities for workers or laborers affected by the pandemic. This study aims to describe the inhibiting factors during the implementation of automotive courses and how the impact of these inhibiting factors on the management of automotive courses in BLK in the future. Respondents consisted of 17 teachers and managers in the automotive sector BLK. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire tested using Product-moment Person, expert judgment, and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The findings show that the inhibiting factors include the curriculum with 65.11%, teachers 54.67%, course participants 57.22%, managers 65.52%, facilities 78.31%, funds or budget of 54.12%, the government by 51.18%, and the community by 60.71%. The research was limited to teachers and BLK managers in the automotive sector in Yogyakarta. Furthermore, future research is expected to involve various parties involved and supporting factors outside the aspects that have been studied.

Abstract

Industry commitment plays a vital role in vocational education programs, especially in vocational high schools. The involvement of the industry is the key to the success of implementing vocational education. However, how to measure industry commitment in vocational learning is still not discussed. This study aimed to develop and test the validity of an industry commitment questionnaire. The industrial commitment questionnaire validation test gradually used three techniques, namely, content validity test, pilot test, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The respondents were 390 culinary students of seven state vocational schools in Yogyakarta Special Region Province, Indonesia. This study revealed that industrial commitment can be measured by 12 items of industry commitment questionnaire consisting of four career opportunity items, two performance assessment items, four involvement/participation items, and two empowerment items. This study fills a gap in the assessment of industry commitment to engagement in vocational education programs. This study has implications for vocational education practitioners to evaluate the extent of industry commitment to vocational education programs.

Abstract

BNSP technical competence gets high legality on the side of the industry, while not all test participants can acquire it. Until now, studies that discuss relevant competency test models on automotive engine technology are still limited, not specific or even non-existent. The objective of this research is to produce a Competency Test Model for Engine Tune Up-System Injection and determine the characteristics after the model is applied. The subject of development consists of assesses (vocational education graduates, workers and educators), experts, and assessors from related Professional Certification Institutions (LSP). Instrument validation was conducted through expert judgment and feasibility trials. Reliability tests were performed using alpha and interrater coefficient analysis. The results of the test analysis include (1) competency test model assessment using the CBA approach; (2) competency dimension elements in instruments development are in the form of TS, TMS, CMS, EMS, and JRES; and (3) the characteristics of competency assessment include equipment verification of adequacy, avoiding impartiality, meeting requirements, transparent and accounTable, and able to produce recommendations as "competent" and "non-competent". The obtained findings showed that the developed competency test model could be used as a reference for use in vocational education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap : 1) perosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran audio video motor bakar 4 langkah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X TKR SMK Puspajati 2017/2018, 2) mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran audio video motor bakar 4 langkah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X TKR SMK Puspajati 2017/2018 dan 3) mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran audio video motor bakar 4 langkah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X TKR SMK Puspajati 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reseach and Development (R & D) dengan subjek penelitian, yaitu kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 25 siswa dan kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner (angket) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media yang digunakan untuk penelitian. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t-test.  Dari hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa : 1) prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran motor bakar 4 langkah meliputi pencarian potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, pengujian produk, revisi produk dan pemakaian produk. 2) media pembelajaran motor bakar 4 langkah yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran siswa kelas X TKR, di SMK Puspajati. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh dosen ahli media yang menunjukkan hasil 80% dari skor kriterium, validasi oleh dosen ahli materi yang menunjukkan hasil 80% dari skor kriterium. 3) hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dibuat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar (thitung = 10.631 dan p = 0,000) pada siswa kelas X TKR SMK Puspajati 2018. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui respon siswa yaitu meliputi uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh 80% yang meliputi 5 siswa dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh skor 81.70% yang meliputi 25 siswa. Pada hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa yang tanpa menggunakan media motor bensin 4 langkah dan yang menggunakan media motor bensin 4 langkah. Melalui uji normalitas diperoleh p = 0.261, karena p > 0,05 maka menunjukkan kedua kelompok berdistribusi normal, melalui uji homogenitas diperoleh F hitung = 0,241 dengan p = 0.840, karena p > 0,05 maka kedua kelompok memiliki varian homogen, melalui uji t-tes dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, hasilnya t hitung lebih besar dari harga t-tabel yaitu 10.631 > 1.708. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran motor bensin 4 langkah telah berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Motor Bakar 4 Langkah, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang di tulis ini anatra lain: 1) mendapatkan sebuah media pembelajran  sistem kelistrikan mesin berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe, 2) menguji keefektifan media kelistrikan mesin berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe untuk siswa kelas XI jurusan TKRO SMK YPT Purworejo. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis Research and Development (R&D). Ada beberapa langkah dalam pengujian media. Uji kelayakan media dan materi menjadi tahap pertama Seteleh itu di lakukan uji skala kecil. Uji kelompok besar menjadi tahap akhir untuk menguji keefektivan media. Sejumlah 44 orang sebagai subjek penelitian yang dilakukan. Survei, wawancara, dan angket dalah beberapa metode pengumpulan data. Hasil dari ahli media didapatkan  86,6% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” sebagai media pembelajaran. Sedangkan ahli materi memberikan skor dengan presentase skor total dari tiga aspek penilaian sebesar 85% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” sebagai media pembelajaran. Sedangkan hasil respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis sparkol videoscribe sistem kelistrikan body menghasilkan rerata skor 78,3% dengan kategori “Baik” . Dengan demikian media layak sebagai media pembealjran kelistrikan.ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are: 1) get a Sparkol Videoscribe machine based electrical learning media system, 2) test the effectiveness of Sparkol Videoscribe machine based electrical media for XI grade students majoring in TKRO SMK YPT Purworejo. The type of research conducted is the type of Research and Development (R & D). There are several steps in media testing. The feasibility test for media and material becomes the first stage. After that, a small scale test is conducted. Large group testing becomes the final stage to test the effectiveness of the media. A total of 44 people as the subject of research conducted. Surveys, interviews, and questionnaires are some of the data collection methods. Results from media experts found 86.6% with the category "Very Eligible" as a learning medium. While material experts give a score with a percentage of total scores from three aspects of assessment by 85% with the category "Very Eligible" as a medium of learning. While the results of student responses to the sparkol videoscribe learning media based on the body's electrical system produced an average score of 78.3% in the "Good" category. Thus the media is feasible as a medium for electrification.

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Peserta mampu menggunakan sepeda motor sesuai dengan tata tertib yang ada, 2) Peserta dapat memahami aturan berkendara untuk mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan. Sasaran Pengabdian Diklat ini adalah Remaja panti asuhan. Dalam pelatihan safety riding yang diberikan menggunakan halaman depan panti asuhan. Materi pelatihan berupa pengenalan rambu lalu lintas, tata tertib dalam berkendara dengan baik serta praktek langsung dengan menggunakan sepeda motor yang sudah disediakan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini peserta dapat mengaplikasikan cara berkendara yang baik untuk keamanan dan kenyamanan saat melakukan perjalanan dan untuk meminimalisir tingkat kecelakaan di kabupaten purworejo.Selain itu peserta mampu memahami aturan berkendara untuk mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan.
