Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model to assess the literacy eradication program among the indigenous Baduy community. Interviews, document analyses, and program implementation observations were used to gather data. This study used a descriptive approach and a qualitative technique. The researcher explained how the literacy eradication effort for the indigenous Baduy population in Lebak Regency was put into action. In addition to discussing the context, input, process, and results of the implementation of the literacy eradication program for the Baduy indigenous community, the study participants also talked about the perceptions and roles of the Lebak Regency government in the education sector and community leaders in the implementation. In addition, observations in the Baduy area (Leuwidamar) and examinations of policy documents and literature were incorporated in the data-gathering process. According to the evaluation's findings, there are gaps in data across agencies, no clear rules, and difficulties implementing them because of local knowledge and the values of the Baduy community. As a foundation for policy development, this study suggests a non-formal education strategy grounded in local culture and more precise data collection. Without making any attempts at adaptive planning, the administration seems to be blaming the Baduy culture for its failure. Especially in indigenous areas, the program's execution has not yet met its full potential. The Baduy community does not have any unambiguous quantitative or qualitative measures of the program's effectiveness. Success evaluations are less substantial and more administrative. Furthermore, the notion that the Baduy group rejects education has been strengthened by false impressions about them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how brand ambassadors and the Korean wave affect brand perception and how that affects consumer choice. Using non-probability selection approaches, a sample of 100 respondents was chosen from a population of K-poppers as part of this quantitative research study. Direct data searches, online research, and questionnaires were used to gather data. Structural equation modeling (SEM) statistical approaches are used in data analysis. The analysis's findings indicate that neither the Korean wave nor brand ambassadors alone significantly affect a company's reputation. Together, nevertheless, they significantly and favorably impact brand image. In addition, the Korean wave and brand image, as well as brand ambassadors, have a big impact on buying decisions. In general, the Korean wave and brand ambassadors have a big impact on brand perception and can influence consumer decisions separately or in tandem. These findings highlight the value of using brand ambassadors and the Korean wave in marketing tactics to create a strong brand identity and influence consumer decisions to buy, particularly among K-pop enthusiasts.

Abstract

Stroke are known as the second most leading cause of death. Because of this, data mining techniques are already being used to predict patients that may have stroke. Therefore, we are doing a study to try using data mining techniques using RapidMiner to find information or patterns regarding stroke from a dataset obtained from Kaggle. Three data mining techniques are used in this study, that is classification using decision trees, association rule using FP-Growth algorithm, and clustering technique using k-Means algorithm. Using RapidMiner, we are able to process the dataset using the operators provided in the application. As the result, we found out that due to an unbalanced data, the decision tree model made were only able to predict 68,75% patients as having stroke. With the association rule technique, we found out that most attributes in the dataset does not really associated with each other. With the clustering technique, we were able to group up patients and found out that most patients that have stroke are averaged in the age of 58, with 31 bmi, and 201 average glucose level.

Abstract

In an era of complex disruption, information technology plays a critical role in improving supply chain performance through operational transparency, efficiency, and collaboration between partners. This study aims to explore the impact of IT on supply chain performance, focusing on technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and cloud-based platforms. A systematic literature review method was used to analyze data from relevant journals, with inclusion criteria including articles discussing the impact of IT on key performance indicators, such as supply chain flexibility, innovation, and resilience. The results showed that IT implementation provides significant benefits, including reducing inventory management errors by up to 30%, improving response to disruptions, and distribution efficiency. IT also supports collaboration through real-time information sharing, which drives product and process innovation. However, challenges such as high investment requirements, technology skills gaps, and data security risks remain major barriers to its implementation. A phased adoption strategy and intensive training for human resources are recommended to overcome these barriers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in management information systems in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through a literature review approach. The research method used is a systematic search by reviewing relevant journals published between 2020 and 2024, then five articles were selected to be reviewed. The articles used discuss various aspects of IoT implementation in MSMEs in various ways. The results of the study show that the implementation of IoT provides significant benefits for MSMEs, such as operational cost savings, optimization of resource use, and increased digital connectivity that helps MSMEs reach a wider and more competitive market. However, there are several major obstacles in the implementation of IoT, including high initial costs, limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy, and issues of risk, security and data confidentiality that need to be addressed properly. This study recommends the need for support from the government, technology providers, and training institutions in the form of subsidies, capacity building programs, and digital infrastructure development. The implications of this study provide important insights for policy makers, academics, and business actors to design sustainable and relevant digital transformation strategies for MSMEs in the global era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that shape awareness of halal cosmetic products among millennial Muslim women in Indonesia. The data source for this study came from a sample of 100 respondents, namely millennial Muslim women who already have an income and have used halal cosmetics, which were determined using a representative purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using factor analysis which consisted of 4 factors, namely: (1) Halal Information, (2) Availability, (3) Halal in Media, and (4) Halal Program with a total of 23 variables. The results showed that there were 6 new factors that were formed from 21 variables analyzed and contributed 68.081%, which consisted of: (1) Media Information of 31.448% had an eigen value of 6.604, (2) Halal Accessibility of 10.624% had an eigen value of 2.231 , (3) Halal Label Information of 7.928% has an eigen value of 1.665, (4) Knowledge of Halal of 7.243% has an eigen value of 1.521, (5) Halal Program of 5.784% has an eigen value of 1.215, and (6) Halal Assurance of 5.054 % has an eigenvalue of 1.061. So from these results, it is advisable for cosmetic companies to prioritize the power of halal cosmetics and disseminate knowledge about the benefits of halal cosmetic ingredients directly to millennial Muslim women. In this way it is hoped that it can increase halal awareness among millennial Muslim women
