Abstract

This research aims to understand the development of an authentic assessment-based character education evaluation model to shape students' character, integrated through learning at the PAM Pilot Elementary School in Makassar. Apart from that, the research specifically examines character, sense of responsibility, honesty, caring, cooperation, politeness, self-confidence and discipline, in learning carried out in fifth grade students in Makassar. The specific target is to produce an authentic learning model to shape the character of elementary school students in Makassar City. This type of RD research and development research adheres to the model developed by Gall and Borg (1983). The ten steps are as follows. 1) introduction (literature review and initial survey), 2) design); 3) initial model development; 4) limited investigative tests; (5) revision of the initial model; (6) wider trials; (7) improvement of operational models; (8) field trials (feasibility); (9) revision of final production; (10) dissemination and implementation. The steps in development research as stated by Gall and Borg are indeed very complete, but it cannot be avoided that they can be implemented in the field according to capabilities and limitations of time and funding. The ten steps developed by Gall Borg were modified into three steps, namely: (1) introduction, (2) model design, (3) model development. This concept is used without negating the essence of research and development (RD). Data processing of information obtained shows that the authentic-based character education evaluation model with a behavioral approach meets the effectiveness criteria.

Abstract

Abstract Development of a character education model as an effort to prevent crime and demoralization in children in State Elementary Schools. The research focuses on the development of learning tools and teaching materials at SDN Parangtambung 2 Makassar, Indonesia. The research method aused is qualitative methods. The research objective is to produce learning tools based on character education at SDN Parangtamung 2 Makassar. Then develop teaching materials for character education models at the SDN Parangtambung 2 Makassar, Indonesia. The result of this study is that the ccharacter eeducation model can be a means to prevent crime and violence in children at SDN Parangtambung 2 Makassar, Indonesia.Abstrak Model Pengembangan pendidikan karakter adalah usaha mencegah kejahatan dan demoralisasi pada anak di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Parangtambung 2 Kota Makassar, Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini  adalah pengembagan perangkat pembelajaran dan pengembangan bahan ajar  di SDN Parangtambung 2 di Kota Makassar, Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  metode kualitatif. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang berbasis pendidikan karakter di SDN Parangtamung 2 Kota Makassar, Indonesia. Kemudian mengembangkan bahan ajar model pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Parangtambung 2 Kota Makassar. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu model Pendidikan karakter dapat menjadi sarana untuk mencegah kejahatan dan demoralisasi pada anak di SDN Parangtambung 2 Kota Makassar, Indonesia.

Abstract

Anemia dalam kehamilan merupakan masalah kesehatan yang utama di negara berkembang dengan tingkat morbilitas tinggi pada ibu hamil. Tingginya prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah yang tengah dihadapi pemerintah Indonesia hal ini disebabkan karena berhubungan dengan morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu hamil. Ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia pada trimester I dan III kadar hemoglobin kurang dari 11gr/dl dan pada trimester II kurang dari 10,5gr/dl. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Poleang Kabupaten Bombana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis survei analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study yang merupakan jenis penelitian ini berusaha mempelajari dinamika hubungan variabel independen dan variabel dependen yang diteliti sekaligus pada satu waktu yang bersamaan. Jumlah sampel yaitu 40 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel pengetahuan nilai n p value = 0,000, kepatuhan konsumsi tablet fe nilai p value = 0,005, pola makan diperoleh nilai p = 0,007. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil trimester III, Ada hubungan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil trimester III dan Ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Poleang Kabupaten Bombana.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Alue Gadeng Gampong Village residents in efforts to boost local economic potential through the processing of durian into pancakes. Usually, durians in this village are only consumed or sold as fresh fruits, which causes residents not to get maximum profits from selling the fruit, this is due to the residents' lack of insight and creativity. Therefore, education and training are necessary to process durians into high-value culinary products, such as pancakes, which are currently popular in society. This service uses the Asset-Based Community Development method (ABCD) through five stages of activity:discovery, dream, design, destiny, reflection, and evaluation. The outcome is increased knowledge and awareness of village women to be creative and innovative and utilize available biological resources to enhance their local economic potential.

Abstract

Program KKN di Desa Pulau Jambu, Kecamatan Kuok, fokus pada peningkatan minat baca siswa SMPN 2 Kuok melalui lomba pojok baca. Rendahnya minat membaca di kalangan pelajar diidentifikasi sebagai permasalahan utama, yang disebabkan oleh terbatasnya akses terhadap bahan bacaan yang menarik dan kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim KKN menerapkan metode praktik dan pengajaran langsung. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan antara lain dengan mendirikan pojok baca yang menarik, menyediakan buku-buku yang relevan, dan menyelenggarakan kompetisi yang mendorong siswa untuk aktif membaca dan berbagi ilmu. Selain itu, bimbingan literasi juga diberikan untuk menumbuhkan kebiasaan membaca yang berkelanjutan. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan minat baca yang signifikan, dengan 85% siswa mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Setelah program ini selesai, kunjungan ke sudut baca meningkat, hal ini menunjukkan dampak berkelanjutan dari program ini. Kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya literasi juga meningkat. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi siswa dan diharapkan dapat terus berlanjut dengan dukungan sekolah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract Processing corn waste into organic fertilizer can provide multiple benefits, namely reducing agricultural waste dumped into the environment and providing a source of useful organic nutrients for plants. The purpose of the Community Service activities carried out in Bontorea Hamlet, Tarowang Village, South Galesong District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi is to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding the processing of corn waste and its benefits as a raw material for organic fertilizer. Through counseling, training, and field demonstrations, it examines methods for processing corn waste into organic fertilizer and analyzes its impacts and benefits in the context of sustainable agriculture. The participatory approach method is used in community service activities to involve farmers and local communities in the entire corn waste processing process. Through training, counseling, and field demonstrations, farmers' knowledge and skills in processing corn waste into organic fertilizer are increased. The results of this service activity show that processing corn waste into organic fertilizer has the potential to reduce environmental pollution, increase agricultural productivity, and increase awareness and community participation of farmer groups in Bontorea Hamlet. Therefore, processing corn waste as raw material for organic fertilizer can be a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative in managing agricultural waste. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve community knowledge, especially sub-district officials, regarding the importance of ICT in developing regional potential and increasing community income. The tool used to determine the extent of employee and community understanding of ICT in the context of developing regional potential and regional income is to use a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to sub-district officials and the community present, distributed via barcode containing several questions about Information and Communication Technology and regional potential. The results show that sub-district officials and the community still do not know how to use ICT, apart from that, the Padoang-Doangan community also does not have a sub-district website. With the role of ICT and village websites, they should be the main capital for the community in introducing the potential of their region so that it is better known globally.

Abstract

Abad 21 merupakan abad pengetahuan dimana pengetahuan akan menjadi landasan utama segala aspek kehidupan. Abad pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan, ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan lapangan kerja. Pendidikan sangat terkait dengan aktivitas mulia manusia yang tugas utamanya adalah membantu pengembangan humanitas manusia untuk menjadi manusia yang berkepribadian mulia dan utama menurut karakteristik idealitas manusia yang diinginkan. Model penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Validator terhadap E-Learning ini terdiri dari validator materi dan validator media. Subjek ujicoba penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. E-Learning dari segi desain memperoleh persentase kualitas 80% termasuk dalam kategori “baik” dan dari segi materi memperoleh persentase 80%% termasuk dalam kategori “baik”. Persentase respons siswa terhadap media berdasarkan hasil ujicoba yaitu 82,36%. Dengan demikian, E-Learning mendapatkan respons yang sangat baik oleh siswa untuk digunakan sebagai bahan perbantuan pembelajaran Ekonomi di-SMA kelas XI pada materi Kerja sama Ekonomi Internasional. E-Learning ini dapat membantu guru dalam proses pembelajaran Ekonomi khususnya pada materi Kerja sama Ekonomi Internasional yang dapat membantu siswa mengetahui, dan memahami materi serta meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Ekonomi.

Abstract

Background: Various studies on multicultural education have been examined by previous researchers, but the focus on efforts to foster intercultural awareness and tolerance attitudes has not been responded to in a complex manner. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how intercultural awareness education develops student character. Method: This research combines a literature review methodology with a qualitative approach. Result: The research findings show that developing one's character requires consistent work and deep contemplation to arrive at a number of moral judgments which must then be practiced for them to become wise and practical. To form all of these into habits and shape one's character or behavior, it takes time. The family and home, the school environment, and the community must all be involved in the education process. Rebuilding the almost destroyed educational network and the relationship between the three educational contexts is the main step to take. As long as the three educational environments are not harmonious and sustainable, it will never be possible for the nature and character of education to be successfully formed. Given this fact, the strong influence of home, school and society is necessary to help students develop into excellent citizens.

Abstract

Background: Various previous studies have responded to the study of multicultural education. However, the focus on the application of multicultural-based Islamic education learning planning steps has not been examined in depth by previous research. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine how Islamic education lessons that are multiculturally based are planned. Method: The research methodology employed is library research, which entails gathering data from a variety of sources, including books and periodicals that are relevant to study issues. Result: The study's findings indicate that there are multiple steps involved in implementing a multicultural Islamic education curriculum. The first is switching to a progressive curriculum philosophy, such as social reconstruction, progressivism, or humanism, for the curriculum. Second, the learning theory that is employed no longer has to be limited to specific psychological theories of learning; it also needs to take into consideration the diversity of social, cultural, political, and economic contexts. Third, group learning and competitive learning in a favorable environment take the role of the traditional learning process. Fourth, the assessment method must take into account every facet of the student's aptitudes and character, in line with the goals and subject matter being created. Conclusion: Through this research, conceptual implications are obtained in the form of multicultural-based Islamic education learning complex planning, as a step towards realizing harmony and diversity in society.
