Abstract

Tujuan Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang pentingnya membangun masa depan dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang efektif. Salah satu standar untuk meningkatkan Pendidikan yang efektif di Indonesia adalah standar pembiayaan. Kemampuan pembiayaan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan praktik-praktik penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah. Dalam konteks ini keuangan merupakan sumber dana yang sangat diperlukan sekolah sebagai alat untuk melengkapi berbagai sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran di sekolah, meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru, layanan dan pelaksanaan program supervisi. Metodologi atau Pendekatan - yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah dan/atau mengekplorasi beberapa Jurnal, buku, dan dokumen-dokumen (baik yang berbentuk cetak maupun elektronik) serta sumber-sumber data dan atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian.Temuan dalam kajian ini adalah manajemen keuangan pendidikan dapat dimaknai sebagai suatu aktivitas yang mengatur keuangan sekolah melalui fungsi-fungsi manajemen mulai dari perencanaan, pembukuan, penggunaan keuangan atau pembelanjaan, pencatatan, pengawasan serta pertanggungjawaban yang diharapkan akan tercipta tata kelola keuangan sekolah yang efektif dan efisien dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Untuk itu dalam pelaksanaanya, kepala sekolah, bendahara dan staf dituntut untuk senantiasa berpegang teguh pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen keuangan yakni: (1) transparan, (2) akuntabilitas, (3) efektif (4) efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian difokuskan pada isu restorasi hutan tropis lembab basah di Pulau Kalimantan. Restorasi ini bertujuan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dan keanekaragaman hayati. Akan tetapi, restorasi yang dilakukan terkadang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dengan sudut pandang dan kepentingan yang beragam. Dalam konteks ini, diperlukan pendekatan analisis yang komprehensif dan kritis untuk memahami diskursus restorasi tersebut. Pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tersebut untuk menganalisis diskursus tentang restorasi hutan tropis lembab basah di Pulau Kalimantan dengan tujuan mengungkap konstruksi bahasa, kekuasaan, dan ideologi yang mendasarinya. Melalui analisis dokumen kebijakan, program konservasi, dan dialog terkait, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana solusi berkelanjutan dalam konteks restorasi tersebut dipahami oleh pemangku kepentingan yang berbeda. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang pembingkaian solusi berkelanjutan dalam restorasi hutan tropis lembab basah di Pulau Kalimantan, yang dapat menjadi landasan penting dalam pengembangan kebijakan dan program restorasi yang lebih inklusif, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan di wilayah ini

Abstract

This research presents a Decision Support System (DSS) designed to facilitate personalized learning in higher education. Utilizing the Best Worst Method (BWM), a popular Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) technique, the study evaluated various learning strategies against set criteria based on the preferences and priorities of educators at University X. The results revealed One-on-One Tutoring as the most preferred method for personalized learning, followed by technology-enabled strategies such as Online Self-paced Courses and Adaptive Learning Software. These findings provide critical insights into the relative importance of different learning strategies, contributing to the development of a DSS capable of recommending the most suitable approaches for personalized learning. The implementation of such a system has been proposed as a means to augment decision-making processes within educational environments and potentially yield positive impacts on academic achievement. It is advisable to conduct additional research to authenticate these findings in various educational settings and investigate prospects for integrating empirical data into the process of decision-making.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian Revitalisasi Bahasa Melayu Kutai Melalui Lomba Bemamai bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk atau model revitalisasi bahasa Melayu Kutai melalui Lomba Bemamai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dokumentasi dan observasi. Berdasarkan analisis data tuturan bemamai dapat disimpulkan bahwa tradisi bemamai dalam masyarakat suku Kutai sarat dengan kearifan lokal. Bentuk lomba bemamai ini merupakan mini drama yang terdiri atas minimal dua orang. Dari data tuturan bemamai yang dianalisis oleh peneliti tidak satu pun ditemukan ungkapan-ungkapan tradisional berupa peribahasa, pepatah, atau semboyan yang sarat dengan kearifan lokal. Oleh karena itu, pada saat panitia melaksanakan lomba bemamai yang berbentuk mini drama, hendaknya dipersyaratkan kepada peserta bahwa di dalam tuturan bemamainya tersebut bisa diungkapkan satu atau lebih ungkapan-ungkapan tradisional yang mengandung nilai kearifan lokal suku Kutai agar kekayaan budaya suku Kutai tetap eksis dan lestari. Kata kunci: revitalisasi, bahasa Melayu Kutai, lomba bemamai AbstractResearch on the Revitalization of the Kutai Malay Language through the Bemamai Competition aims to describe the form or model of revitalization of the Kutai Malay language through the Bemamai Competition. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and is descriptive. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and observation. Based on the analysis of bemamai speech data, it can be concluded that the bemamai tradition in the Kutai tribal community is full of local wisdom. The form of this group competition is a mini drama consisting of a minimum of two people. From the bemamai speech data analyzed by researchers, not a single traditional expression was found in the form of proverbs, proverbs or slogans that are full of local wisdom. Therefore, when the committee carries out a bemamai competition in the form of a mini drama, it should be required of the participants that in their bemamai speech one or more traditional expressions containing local wisdom values of the Kutai tribe can be expressed so that the cultural richness of the Kutai tribe continues to exist and be preserved. Keywords: revitalization, Kutai Malay Language, bemamai comptetition

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the factors affecting self-esteem and confidence among educators and how these factors influence their teaching effectiveness. The study employs a qualitative approach to explore self-esteem and lecturer performance. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed both concurrently and post-collection to ensure comprehensive understanding and immediate adjustment of interview questions as needed. The findings revealed that lecturers with low self-esteem and confidence often struggle with managing emotions and maintaining a balanced psychological state. The most significant contributor to low confidence was found to be an individual's personality, specifically their ability to control emotions. The study demonstrated that the primary driver of self-esteem is not stress, but an imbalance in mental processes. Additionally, this research developed a scale to measure self-esteem using two dimensions: acute fatigue and cognitive distortion. For confidence, the scale includes the dimensions of certainty and the reduction of certainty. These scales provide valuable tools for assessing and addressing issues of self-esteem and confidence among educators, ultimately contributing to improved teaching effectiveness and educational quality. The study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the role of personality traits and emotional regulation in lecturer burnout and self-esteem, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach in addressing these issues in higher education.

Abstract

Guru honorer dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pendidik dan pengajar berhak mendapatkan penghasilan di atas dari standar kebutuhan hidup minimal dan jaminan kesejahteraan sosial. Jaminan kesejahteraan guru honorer dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan penghargaan atas jasa yang telah dilakukan dalam bentuk sistem kompensasi yang layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sistem kompensasi seperti gaji, tunjangan, dan reward atau penghargaan dalam menjamin kesejahteraan guru honor pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat analisis deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Honorer, dan Bendahara Gaji. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan mengikuti model analisis interaktif. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang diberikan kepada guru honorer belum menjamin kesejahteraan guru honorer, karena sistem kompensasi yang diberikan hanya berupa kompensasi finansial dan insentif, serta tidak terdapat satu pun kompensasi dalam bentuk tunjangan atau jaminan. Kompensasi yang diterima guru honorer secara keseluruhan juga masih di bawah dari standar kebutuhan hidup minimum yang ditetapkan di daerah sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Because the principal oversees services for teaching and education personnel, teaching programs, students, educational financing, facilities, and community connections, the principal's leadership has a significant impact on teacher performance. This study intends to ascertain how the leadership of the principal and educational funding affect junior high school teachers' performance in the Mahakam Ulu District. With a sample of 104 teachers and a population of 128, this study is quantitative in nature. The methods of observation, surveys, and documentation are used to collect data. SPSS Statistics was utilized for data analysis, including regression and descriptive analysis. According to the study's findings, principle leadership has a 38% impact on teacher performance, education financing has a 55% impact, and principal leadership and financing together have a 66% impact. This study has implications for school leadership that will help administrators deliver instruction that is less reliant on outside sources. As a result, the principal is crucial to raising the standard of the school. In order to develop great schools, school principals must be revitalized because they have a significant impact on raising teacher performance and competency.

Abstract

The Constitution mandates that every person receive fair legal recognition, guarantees, protection and certainty as well as equal treatment before the law as the protection of human rights. Therefore, the government is responsible for providing legal assistance to poor people or groups of people as a manifestation of access to justice. Using a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with predetermined informants. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or data verification. The subjects of this research are representatives of the management of the Law and Human Rights Council in 9 Regencies and Cities in East Kalimantan as Seekers of Justice. Next, the data obtained is used to analyze roles. The research results show that initial knowledge about the existence of Posbakum is limited within the 'Aisyiyah Organization, highlighting the need for increased outreach efforts. However, after learning about its existence, the community expressed the need for Posbakum as an alternative way to obtain legal assistance, especially in the context of legal problems. The conclusion highlights the importance of outreach efforts, providing information, and the role of Posbakum in providing access to justice. Therefore, this research contributes to the understanding of the effectiveness of Posbakum and its implications in the context of legal services at the local level.

Abstract

The main problem faced by summer courses students is the problem of communication with Thai people, the majority of whom use the Thai language due to cultural differences. Therefore it is necessary to make adjustments in order to communicate effectively. This research was conducted to find out the form of culture shock experienced by the summer courses participants and how they tried to adjust themselves in dealing with this phenomenon. This research is a qualitative research using ethnographic methods, namely research conducted to find out the meaning and form of socio-cultural in a society that has diversity. The results of this study are that the first-time summer courses students experience two aspects of culture shock, namely environmental aspects and social aspects which include language, food, weather and communication with the community around the environment where they live. The effort they make is to keep trying
