Abstract

Ganjuran is a type of music that is a mixture of two types of music, namely Jathilan and Baleganjur music. This assimilation began with an identity polemic between Javanese and Balinese musicality which was felt by most Hindus in Klaten. The polemic turned out to be prolonged, until finally Pemuda Pura Wisnu Sakti offered a solution to blend the two musicalities. In carrying out assimilation, Pemuda Pura Wisnu Sakti apparently carried out musical and socio-cultural negotiations with various elements to find an ideal. Next, to describe the negotiations, Yuniawan’s negotiation strategy theory was used. The method used in this research is qualitative, descriptive analytic in nature. As a result, it was identified that there were musical negotiations which included instruments and playing patterns as well as socio-cultural negotiations which included identity, satisfaction of players and listeners, and suitability of musicality with worship. These results show that music can be used as a tool to maintain identity in a friendly way.

Abstract

The storability of wet noodles is generally very low because it has a high water content. This can cause losses to the wet noodle sellers so that these problems are often overcome using chemicals as preservatives. But this in the long run can cause health problems. Therefore, the aim of this study is to increase the shelf life of wet noodles by using natural preservatives in combination with Curcuma domestica and Alpinia purpurata K. Schchum. This research is an experiment that was designed with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments, namely control (P0) and 3 combinations of Curcuma domestica and Alpinia purpurata K. Schchum 5%: 15% (P1); 10%: 10% (P2); and 15%: 5% (P3), each of which was repeated 4 times. Wet noodle samples were then performed Proximate Test, Organoleptic Test, and Microbiology Test (TPC and Mold/Yeast). The data obtained were then tested for ANOVA and continued with a LSD test with a value of α = 5%.  The results of the wet noodle test with the addition of a combination of CCurcuma domestica and Alpinia purpurata K. Schchum showed proximate levels according to the SNI stipulations. The best organoleptic wet noodle test results are P2 treatment. In the TPC cup count results and the total mold/yeast combination of Curcuma domestica and Alpinia purpurata K. Schchum the best treatment is also found in the P2 sample which can increase the storability of wet noodles up to 48 hours which appears in the total microbial and mold / yeast does not exceed the maximum limit of the provisions SNI.

Abstract

Fenomena anak berhadapan dengan hukum merupakan sebuah ironi yang akhir-akhir ini semakin marak terjadi, dengan banyaknya kasus kriminal yang melibatkan anak di bawah umur. Di Madiun sendiri, pada tahun 2022 terdapat kenaikan kasus kriminal yang melibatkan anak di bawah umur sehingga anak-anak tersebut menjalani proses hukum formal. Indonesia memiliki Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak melalui Undang-Undang No.11 Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan praktik peran pembimbing kemasyarakatan Bappas Klas II Madiun yang mendampingi anak berhadapan dengan hukum menggunakan pendekatan diversi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan penggalian data melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembimbing kemasyarakatan Bappas Klas II Madiun menjalankan peran sebagai mediator, yaitu mempertemukan pihak pelaku dan korban untuk membicarakan secara detail kejadian dengan tujuan mencari upaya penyelesaian secara kekeluargaan. Pembimbing juga berperan sebagai negosiator ketika anak menjalani proses peradilan, serta melakukan pendampingan psikologis anak untuk perubahan perilaku individu. Namun, upaya mediasi yang dilakukan oleh pembimbing kemasyarakatan Bappas Klas II Madiun belum membuahkan hasil, mengingat belum adanya pelibatan tokoh masyarakat dalam melakukan mediasi. Abstract

English proficiency assessment is a vital component of the learning process, especially in tailoring instructional materials to students' needs and abilities. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based English proficiency assessment system that is efficient, adaptive, and capable of providing real-time feedback to users. The research adopts a Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, utilizing the Spiral Model as the software development methodology. The implementation results demonstrate that the system improves the efficiency of assessment processes, reduces manual grading errors, and offers a more interactive learning experience. User evaluations indicate a high level of satisfaction, particularly in terms of accessibility, quick result display, and user-friendly interface design. The study concludes that the developed system not only enables more accurate and relevant language skill assessment, but also contributes to enhancing students’ learning motivation and the overall effectiveness of English language instruction in digital environments.

Abstract

Community service activities for community service at Sidokare State Elementary School have an important role in improving the quality of education at this school, especially for teachers at the elementary school (SD) level. Implementation of Pkm community service activities E-Module Literacy Training Based on Ethnopedagogy Version 5.0 for Elementary School Teachers to Support the Digital Support System for the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum aims to provide skills to elementary school teachers in creating digital learning media. In the current digital era, the teacher's ability to utilize technology as a learning medium is crucial to increasing student interaction and understanding of the material being taught. This activity not only provides technical training, but also facilitates the development of innovative and creative pedagogical competencies, so that it is hoped that it can create a more effective and enjoyable learning environment. The implementation of these community service activities involves several methods of implementing community service activities, including systematic stages to ensure the achievement of the expected goals. The first method stage is needs analysis, where surveys and interviews are conducted with teachers to identify the initial level of understanding and skills in creating digital learning media. Furthermore, intensive socialization training methods and workshops were carried out which included the theory and practice of creating digital media, starting from the use of design software to techniques for making learning videos. Post-training evaluation and mentoring methods are also an important part of ensuring the continuity and application of the skills that have been acquired. The results of this Abdimas activity show a significant increase in teachers' abilities in creating and using digital learning media, which in turn has a positive impact on the teaching and learning process in elementary school classes.

Abstract

Research in order to develop and evaluate IPSI single stance training media based on Google Sites applications to support pencak silat learning at the elementary school level. This media is designed to provide visual guidance as well as basic single stance material that is easily accessible and understood by students. The research method uses development stages which include analyzing needs, designing media, developing, implementing, and evaluating media. Expert validation was conducted by elementary school sports teachers, East Java national pencak silat trainers, and educational technology lecturers. The results of the validation showed that this training media was feasible to use with some minor improvements in visual aspects and interactive features to increase student engagement. Two-stage small and large group trials showed positive responses, where students were more motivated and found it helpful in understanding the movements and techniques of the single stance. This media is considered relevant to be applied in elementary schools with advantages in accessibility and interactivity. Some constraints were found, such as limited devices and internet connection in some schools. This study suggests periodic updates to the media, training for teachers, and development of additional interactive features to improve the effectiveness of pencak silat learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Local governments in Indonesia are granted fiscal autonomy to manage and optimize regional income sources, including local taxes, as a form of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD). One such tax is the entertainment tax, which plays a significant role in supporting regional development. This study focuses on identifying key factors that influence entertainment tax revenue in Sumedang Regency, West Java and aims to construct a reliable model for projecting future revenue. Employing a mixed methods approach, the research integrates qualitative analysis—conducted through literature review and document analysis—with quantitative techniques, including multiple linear regression and time-series forecasting. This combination allows for a comprehensive understanding of the determinants of entertainment tax performance and provides a data-driven foundation for more accurate and sustainable fiscal planning at the regional level. The findings indicate that entertainment tax revenue is influenced by the number of entertainment venues, population size, tourist visits, GRDP in the tourism sector, GRDP at current prices (ADHB), BI rate, national inflation rate, and per capita income.

Abstract

This study explores the pattern of financial cooperation within the families of fishermen’s crew members (ABK) in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency. These families face unstable economic conditions, as the husband's work is affected by seasonal changes, weather, and lunar cycles based on the Javanese calendar. This uncertainty leads to shared financial responsibilities between spouses. The research aims to describe the cooperative relationship between husband and wife in meeting household needs and analyze it using Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory. Using an empirical juridical method with a socio-juridical approach, data were collected through interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that the cooperation is influenced by the wife’s willingness to help and the family's unstable financial background. The wife’s involvement is based on awareness, responsibility, and a desire to support family well-being, particularly when fishing activities are halted. Although the husband remains the main provider, the wife plays an active role without neglecting her domestic duties. According to Maslow’s theory, family needs are fulfilled gradually, from basic needs to esteem. However, self-actualization remains unfulfilled due to financial limitations. These families exhibit strong, adaptive partnerships with mutual support, effective communication, and appreciation of each other’s roles.

Abstract

The implementation of the deep learning curriculum as a national curriculum that emphasizes the strengthening of critical and creative thinking characters in facing the 21st century is becoming increasingly urgent, especially at the elementary education level which is the main foundation in character formation. These challenges require a deep and meaningful learning approach, which is adaptive and transformative. This study aims to describe the strengthening of critical and creative reasoning characters in deep learning-based differentiation learning. This research approach uses qualitative with a case study type. Data collection uses in-depth interview methods, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is the interactive analysis of the Miles and Huberman model with three activities, namely data coding, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that teachers in implementing deep learning-based differentiated learning in strengthening critical and creative thinking characters adjust the learning process to the different interests, learning styles, and learning readiness of students. Teachers carefully select learning resources that are relevant to students. The group discussion method is applied in deep learning-based differentiated learning to help students process information, exchange ideas and filter information. This study shows that there is a strengthening of students' critical and creative reasoning characters through tasks and activities designed according to individual characteristics, students are not only invited to understand concepts, but also analyze information, evaluate natural and social phenomena, and formulate solutions. Students are motivated to state the reasons for each answer given and explain their thinking process, so that critical reasoning skills can develop optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, West Limboto, describe the function of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, and describe the meaning of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, West Limboto. The supporting theories used are the theory of swear words by Wijana (2013) to determine the forms of swear words, the theory of swear words by Allan & Burridge (2006) to identify the use of swear words in the daily communication of traders, and the theory of swear words that are relevant in this study, namely literal meaning and connotative meaning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a sociolinguistic approach and a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, listening techniques without speaking, speaking techniques, note-taking techniques, and sound and image recording techniques. The results of the study show that the forms of swear words found vary, ranging from words, phrases, and clauses. The functions of swear words include expressive functions, aggressive functions, satire functions, and humor/familiarity functions. The meaning of swear words includes two meanings: literal meaning and connotative meaning. The use of swear words is strongly influenced by certain situations.
