Abstract

The implementation of the deep learning curriculum as a national curriculum that emphasizes the strengthening of critical and creative thinking characters in facing the 21st century is becoming increasingly urgent, especially at the elementary education level which is the main foundation in character formation. These challenges require a deep and meaningful learning approach, which is adaptive and transformative. This study aims to describe the strengthening of critical and creative reasoning characters in deep learning-based differentiation learning. This research approach uses qualitative with a case study type. Data collection uses in-depth interview methods, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is the interactive analysis of the Miles and Huberman model with three activities, namely data coding, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that teachers in implementing deep learning-based differentiated learning in strengthening critical and creative thinking characters adjust the learning process to the different interests, learning styles, and learning readiness of students. Teachers carefully select learning resources that are relevant to students. The group discussion method is applied in deep learning-based differentiated learning to help students process information, exchange ideas and filter information. This study shows that there is a strengthening of students' critical and creative reasoning characters through tasks and activities designed according to individual characteristics, students are not only invited to understand concepts, but also analyze information, evaluate natural and social phenomena, and formulate solutions. Students are motivated to state the reasons for each answer given and explain their thinking process, so that critical reasoning skills can develop optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, West Limboto, describe the function of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, and describe the meaning of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, West Limboto. The supporting theories used are the theory of swear words by Wijana (2013) to determine the forms of swear words, the theory of swear words by Allan & Burridge (2006) to identify the use of swear words in the daily communication of traders, and the theory of swear words that are relevant in this study, namely literal meaning and connotative meaning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a sociolinguistic approach and a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, listening techniques without speaking, speaking techniques, note-taking techniques, and sound and image recording techniques. The results of the study show that the forms of swear words found vary, ranging from words, phrases, and clauses. The functions of swear words include expressive functions, aggressive functions, satire functions, and humor/familiarity functions. The meaning of swear words includes two meanings: literal meaning and connotative meaning. The use of swear words is strongly influenced by certain situations.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a critical reasoning skills assessment instrument on sustainable development and scarcity materials for junior high school students. The method used was development research with the ADDIE model. The research subjects were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Lumbanjulu and SMP Negeri 2 Satu Atap Sibisa. The content validity of the instrument was analyzed using Aiken's V obtained a value of V>0.79 indicating validity in the aspects of content suitability, construction and language. Construct validity obtained an eigenvalue of 41.7% which was categorized as good. Empirical validity showed that 28 items met the criteria with an outfit mean square value < 1.2 and 2 items did not meet the criteria with an outfit mean square value > 1.2. Rasch modeling analysis shows the item reliability value of 0.86 and is categorized as good and the person reliability value is 0.81 including in the good category. The level of difficulty of the question is divided into 4 namely very difficult (7.14%), difficult (39.29%), easy (46.43%), and very easy (7.14%). Analysis of the practicality of the instrument obtained an average value of 91.25% which was categorized as very practical.

Abstract

The problem of overlapping land certificates is a crucial issue in the Indonesian land system because it threatens legal certainty, land rights protection, and the stability of agrarian transactions. Inconsistencies in land administration procedures by the National Land Agency (BPN) often trigger disputes that result in certificate cancellation through court decisions. This study aims to analyze the judge's legal considerations and the legal implications of the cancellation of overlapping land certificates in Decision Number 83/G/2023/PTUN.Smg. This study uses a normative juridical approach supported by a case approach, which emphasizes the analysis of laws and regulations, legal doctrine, and the study of related court decisions. The type of data used is secondary data analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge canceled the certificates issued by the BPN because procedural flaws were found in the issuance process that resulted in overlapping ownership. This step was taken to restore legal certainty and prevent protracted conflicts in the future. However, the cancellation has legal consequences, especially for parties who have obtained certificates through a sale or a gift in good faith. Therefore, more comprehensive verification of ownership evidence and inter-agency coordination are needed to prevent similar conflicts in the future. It is recommended that the National Land Agency (BPN) improve the accuracy, transparency, and oversight of the land certification process and strengthen mechanisms for prompt and fair dispute resolution.   Abstrak Permasalahan tumpang tindih (overlapping) sertifikat hak atas tanah merupakan isu krusial dalam sistem pertanahan Indonesia karena mengancam kepastian hukum, perlindungan hak atas tanah, dan kestabilan transaksi agraria. Ketidaksesuaian prosedur administrasi pertanahan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) seringkali menjadi pemicu sengketa yang berujung pada pembatalan sertifikat melalui putusan pengadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertimbangan hukum hakim serta implikasi yuridis dari pembatalan sertifikat tanah yang tumpang tindih dalam Putusan Nomor 83/G/2023/PTUN.Smg. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan dukungan case approach, yang menitikberatkan pada analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, serta studi terhadap putusan pengadilan terkait. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim membatalkan sertifikat yang diterbitkan BPN karena ditemukan cacat prosedural dalam proses penerbitan yang mengakibatkan tumpang tindih kepemilikan. Langkah tersebut diambil guna memulihkan kepastian hukum dan mencegah konflik berlarut-larut di kemudian hari. Namun demikian, pembatalan tersebut menimbulkan konsekuensi hukum, khususnya bagi pihak yang telah memperoleh sertifikat melalui jual beli atau hibah secara itikad baik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan verifikasi bukti kepemilikan yang lebih menyeluruh dan koordinasi antarlembaga untuk mencegah konflik serupa di masa mendatang. Disarankan agar BPN meningkatkan akurasi, keterbukaan, serta pengawasan dalam proses sertifikasi tanah dan memperkuat mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang cepat dan adil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa semester 6 Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Pancasakti Bekasi. Latar belakangnya adalah perkembangan pesat teknologi AI dan pentingnya pemanfaatan tepat guna mendukung capaian akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan regresi linear sederhana pada 29 mahasiswa (sampel jenuh). Instrumen penelitian telah valid dan reliabel. Hasil menunjukkan ChatGPT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Sig. 0,002 < 0,05; koefisien regresi 0,005). Nilai R Square 0,313 berarti 31,3% variasi prestasi belajar dijelaskan oleh penggunaan ChatGPT, sisanya oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini mendukung teori kognitivisme dan konstruktivisme, serta hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menegaskan bahwa ChatGPT meningkatkan produktivitas dan keterlibatan mahasiswa. Kesimpulannya, ChatGPT relevan sebagai media pembelajaran di era digital dan, jika digunakan secara proporsional, dapat menunjang keberhasilan akademik.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine whether there is an influence o the school literacy program on the review text reading skilsso grade VIII students at SMP N 1 Botupingge in the 2023/2024 academic year, as well as to determine the inhibiting factors and supporting factors o the school literacy program on the review teks reading skiils of grade VIII students at SMP N 1 Botupinggein the 2023/2024 academic year. This study used a quantitative method and a pretest-posttest control group design. The result s o the study show that score of tcount > ttable or 2,082 > 1,677 then H0 rejected this mean that Ha is accepted thus, it can be concluded that there is a signiicant positive influence on student‘ review text reading skiil using the literacy program, which is higher compared to using conventional methods. The supporting factors or the implementasion of the literacy program include the availability of appropriate materials, while the inhibiting actors include time constraints, lack o book collection and lowreading interest.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of implementing the snowball throwing method in teaching students to identify information in explanatory texts among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Duhiadaa Satap in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and testing. The findings indicate that the application of the snowball throwing method had a positive impact on increasing student engagement and learning outcomes. Students became more active in discussions, asking and answering questions, and found it easier to understand the structure and content of explanatory texts. The average student learning outcome score was 78.35, which falls into the “very good” category. Most students achieved scores above the minimum competency standard. The classroom atmosphere also became more lively and enjoyable. Therefore, the snowball throwing method can be considered an effective alternative teaching strategy to improve students' ability to comprehend key information in explanatory texts.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of the film Capernaum (2018) as a learning medium on students’ sense of economic responsibility. The film was chosen due to its realistic portrayal of children living in extreme poverty with limited access to education, making it a relevant tool to foster empathy and economic awareness among adolescents. The study uses a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, focusing on students from SMK Persada Husada Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), direct observations, documentation, and data triangulation to enhance the validity and depth of the findings. A total of ten students participated in the data collection process, but only three key respondents were selected for detailed analysis based on their depth of understanding regarding the research theme. The results indicate that Capernaum effectively raises students' awareness about economic responsibility, reflected in increased concern for family welfare, motivation for independence, and a stronger sense of not wanting to become an economic burden. The main character, Zain, serves as a powerful representation of resilience and the drive to survive amidst hardship, leaving a strong emotional impact on students. The film proves to be an effective educational medium by delivering moral messages through compelling visuals and emotional narratives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media usage on students’ learning achievement at MTs Miftahul Huda Bekasi. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of increasing social media use among teenagers, particularly Instagram, which is assumed to have both positive and negative impacts on students’ academic performance. The research method employed was quantitative associative. The research sample consisted of 77 students selected using the simple random sampling technique. The instruments used were a questionnaire on Instagram usage and documentation of report card grades as indicators of learning achievement. Data analysis was carried out using simple correlation tests, the coefficient of determination, and simple regression analysis. The results showed that the use of Instagram social media did not have a significant effect on students’ learning achievement at MTs Miftahul Huda Bekasi. This was evidenced by the regression equation: X = 75.748 + 0.12 Y. From the analysis, the t-test value was 1.254 with a significance level of 0.214. Therefore, H₀ was accepted and H₁ was rejected. This indicates that the Instagram usage variable does not significantly influence students’ academic achievement. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.021, which means that only 2.1% of the variation in learning achievement was explained by this variable, while the remaining percentage was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of device usage intensity on the learning achievement of seventh-grade social studies students at SMP Al-Falah Bekasi. The research method used was an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Isaac Michael random sampling with a 5% error threshold, involving 142 respondents. The results showed a t-value of -3.239 with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 was rejected, indicating that device usage intensity has a significant negative effect on student achievement. The resulting linear regression equation is Y = 86.315 + -0.050X. This means that every 1-unit increase in device usage intensity will decrease learning achievement by 0.050 points. The coefficient of determination (R²) test was 0.070, indicating that device usage intensity explains 7% of learning achievement, while the remaining 93% is explained by other factors not explained in this study.
