This study aims to determine the quality of population administration services at the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Service. The method used is a type of qualitative research. Data obtained from observations, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out in the stages of presenting data, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the quality of population administration services can be assessed from five dimensions, namely: Tangible aspect, service support facilities are adequate and satisfy the community. Aspects of Reliability, the service has been carried out properly. This is marked by the fast time for processing/making service products according to the time in the SOP, and there are no fees charged by the public or free of charge. In the responsiveness aspect, employees serve the community well by responding to questions asked by the community and providing direction and serving in a friendly and courteous manner. Assurance aspect, the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Service has provided guarantees for ease of service and security guarantees for people who apply for services. In the aspect of empathy, the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Office has provided good and satisfying service. This is achieved because the serving staff have a friendly attitude in dealing with requests, criticisms, and suggestions given by the public. As a recommendation, the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Service should add service support facilities or service infrastructure facilities such as the provision of generator engines to anticipate when there is a blackout. Meanwhile, to overcome the problem of frequent offline network interruptions, it is best to try by sending a letter to the head office. Promoting the official web page of the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Service to the public, for example by conducting socialization of web services to each district and village/urban village

The purpose of this research is to analyze the values of Islamic education contained in the marriage tradition of the Sambas Malay community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The approach used in this research is a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Primary data sources were obtained from cultural leaders, and religious leaders as key informants and several village heads and elements of implementing marriage activities. While secondary data is obtained from books, journals, and websites. The results showed that the wedding tradition of Sambas Malay community is based on the philosophy of "adat bersandikan syara' and syara' bersandikan kitabullah". The implementation of the wedding tradition is an enculturation entity of Islamic values that are actualized in the form of brotherhood value (ukhuwah), honesty value and right promise (al-wafa), cooperation value, responsibility value, loyalty value, balance value (al-adalah), peace value, equal position value, justice value, (al-musawwah), and harmony value. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the picture of parental attention, learning motivation, learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? and is there a significant relationship between parental attention and learning motivation with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the picture of parental attention, learning motivation, learning activity and the relationship between parental attention and learning motivation with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study was all students of the upper class at UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency, totaling 54 students. The sample in the study was 54 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of parental attention showing a very high category and learning motivation showing a very high category with learning activity showing a high category and parental attention and learning motivation having a significant relationship to student learning activity, especially in the upper class of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency.

The research aims to analyze the sub-sectors which are the basis of the economy and the competitiveness of the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the City of Palopo and to analyze the Effects of Economic Growth on the Economic Development Index of the City of Palopo, Province of Sulawesi. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data needed in this study are secondary in the form of a time series from 2011 to 2021. This research uses the documentation method from the Central Bureau of Statistics and other related agencies to collect data and information. The techniques used are Location Quotient analysis, Klassen typology, Shift Share, and regression. The findings of this study are that Palopo City has an economic base of electricity, gas, and clean water, Water Procurement, Waste Management, and Recycling, Construction, Trade, Hotels, and Restaurants, Transportation and Warehousing, Financial and Insurance Services Real Estate, Government Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security, Health Services and Social Activities, Other Services. Even though the competitive sub-sectors in Palopo City are the processing industry, gas, electricity and clean water, commerce, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and warehousing, this research also concludes that economic growth in Palopo City does not influence Human Development Index.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of academic supervision based on the independent curriculum to improve teacher professionalism at SDN 8 Kartiasa. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research approach using a descriptive method. In addition, in using data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The study shows that the principal plays an important role in teacher performance, because in the case of independent curriculum changes, the principal acts as a supervisor who needs to monitor the work of teachers. This should not be interpreted as a goal, but as a beginning; This is the beginning of a learning process to improve the quality of learning. To improve the quality of education in educational institutions, we need teachers who have practical teaching skills, because teachers basically play an important role in curriculum planning and development. Thus, world-class teachers will produce quality education, which will have an impact on the birth of a quality generation that is able to compete in the era of globalization.

This study aims to determine the analysis of organizational culture at the Boarding School of MAN IC Sambas. The form of research is a qualitative approach. The research participants numbered 9 people consisting of 7 men and 2 women with the criteria of the principal, vice principal (waka), TU, teachers, and students aged 17-52 years. The research participants were determined by purposive sampling. The research method is descriptive with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data collection tools include observation, interview guidelines, and documents. Data analysis goes through three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and conclusions. The main findings of this study: The level of artifacts in the form of symbols that look like logos, quotations from the Qur'an and wise words, building architecture combined with local wisdom, and verbal and nonverbal language used to communicate; The applicable norms in the form of unwritten and written regulations are stated in the School Guidelines and Regulations book; The values adopted contain five important values, namely professionalism, integrity, cooperation, responsibility, and discipline; The basic beliefs and assumptions applied are in the form of statements stating that education plays a role as a means of forming good character and morals. The conclusion of this study is in the form of an analysis of organizational culture in madrasahs which is quite good. The implication of this study is that with a good organizational culture, it is expected to be able to maximize the quality of education at MAN IC Sambas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan implementasi kegiatan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai religius peserta didik di SMAS Tahfizhul Qur’an Imam Asy-Syathiby Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan keagamaan meliputi pembiasaan budaya 5S, shalat berjamaah, muroja’ah, kajian keislaman, ta’lim rutin, halaqah Qur’an, dan ekstrakurikuler keislaman. Implementasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui keteladanan guru, pembiasaan, nasehat, dan pengawasan. Faktor pendukung adalah dukungan sekolah, fasilitas ibadah memadai, dan peran guru PAI; sedangkan hambatan meliputi kurangnya perhatian peserta didik, kejenuhan materi, dan pengaruh lingkungan luar sekolah. Kegiatan keagamaan yang terencana efektif menginternalisasikan aqidah, meningkatkan kualitas ibadah, dan membentuk akhlak mulia peserta didik.

This research aims to explore the strategic integration of the COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Associated Technologies) and PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) frameworks in optimizing audit and project management practices in the academic world. This research draws on practice-based case studies as well as existing literature to highlight the benefits and strategies for implementing the strategic integration of COBIT and PMBOK in the academic world. Aligning governance with project management principles, an institution such as higher education can enhance their efforts to achieve academic excellence. COBIT and PMBOK integration strengthens audit practices by ensuring regulatory compliance, practical risk assessment, and robust controls. It also promotes a structured approach to project management, improved planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication. Collaboration between the audit and project management teams is facilitated through this integration, enabling effective communication, coordination and knowledge sharing. Colleges can then position themselves strategically to achieve academic excellence, aligning their operations with strategic goals and driving efficiency, transparency and accountability. Based on this discussion, it can be concluded that integrating the COBIT and PMBOK frameworks can advance the efforts of an institution, namely higher education, to achieve academic excellence and strengthen leadership in the field of education.

Composting is a waste management process that converts organic material into humus that can be reused. Composting can be applied using several methods such as the open windrow method, this method is a way of making compost that will get sufficient aeration so that it will help the compost maturity process more quickly. The aim of this research is to compare the results of composting using the open brick method and open windrow based on chemical parameters. During the composting process, a different bioactivator was added to each compost, using two bioactivators, namely MoL and M-Bio, and periodic checks were carried out every three days during the six weeks of composting. Based on the comparison results, the C, P content and C/N ratio in the two methods produced content values that were not significantly different, however, in the overlay brick method, the control compost was superior in terms of P content and C/N ratio. Meanwhile, the open windrow method has a consistent increase in C, P content and C/N ratio.

The application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in smart grid-based electricity management offers great potential to enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and environmental sustainability. IoT technology enables devices and sensors to connect and communicate in real-time. This creates a smart electricity grid that can collect accurate data, analyze energy consumption patterns, and support optimal resource management. This reduces energy waste, integrates renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, and significantly contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions. Additionally, IoT gives consumers greater control in monitoring and managing their energy consumption through technologies such as smart meters and cloud-based energy management systems. However, the implementation of this technology also faces various challenges, particularly related to cybersecurity threats, high initial investments, and the need for appropriate infrastructure. This research uses literature review techniques to investigate the benefits and risks of IoT implementation in smart grid systems. The research shows that cybersecurity threats such as data breaches and energy theft are one of the main obstacles that need to be addressed through security technologies such as data encryption, intrusion detection, and the development of blockchain-based security protocols. In addition, the high costs of procuring IoT hardware and software require government policy support and joint public-private sector investment. This study concludes that with the right approach, the implementation of IoT on smart grids can become a strategic solution for building a more efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable energy system. The recommendations provided include strengthening regulations, raising public awareness, and developing security technologies to minimize existing risks. Therefore, IoT can be the main catalyst for transforming the energy sector towards a more environmentally friendly and efficient future.
