Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa setelah menerapkan metode question student have. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan metode question student have dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di UPT SMP Negeri 2 Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII c tahun pelajaran 2023-2024 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 24 orang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode question student have untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini diselesaikan dalam 2 siklus setiap siklus ada dua kali pertemuan. Tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data pada Siklus I angka berubah naik menjadi 66,37% dengan kategori cukup tinggi, dan pada Siklus II skor menjadi 85,71% dikategorikan tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya dengan menggunakan metode question student have dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas VIII UPT SMP Negeri 3 Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Idealnya, pernikahan dalam tradisi masyarakat Aceh dilaksanakan di rumah calon mempelai perempuan, masjid, Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA), bahkan ada sebagian di dayah tempat mereka belajar ilmu agama. Pernikahan dalam masyarakat Aceh biasa dilakukan tanpa kesenjangan sosial yang melekat pada calon pengantin, seperti bebas dari kriminalitas. Dalam tradisi masyarakat Aceh, jarang ditemukan pelaksanaan pernikahan terhadap calon pengantin yang masih melekat status hukum. Dalam literatuf fikih, bagi yang ingin menikah harus mempertimbangkan sisi agama supaya rumah tangga hidup sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Realita di Aceh Timur, laki-laki berstatus tersangka kasus narkotika dan tahanan Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Aceh Timur melaksanakan akad nikah dengan perempuan asal Peunaron, Aceh Timur. Pernikahan berlangsung di Masjid Babuttaqwa Polres Aceh Timur. Setelah ijab kabul, pengantin laki-laki ditahan Polres Aceh Timur untuk proses hukum selanjutnya. Seorang yang masih melalui tahapan proses hukum dianggap memiliki nilai negatif dalam pandangan masyarakat. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, penulis akan meneliti perspektif hukum Islam terhadap pernikahan laki-laki tersangka narkotika dengan perempuan di Aceh Timur. Selanjutnya maslahah mursalah pernikahan laki-laki tersangka narkotika dengan perempuan di Aceh Timur. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian libarary research dengan mengkaji berbagai teks kepustakaan sebagai data primer. Data sekunder diperoleh dengan wawancara pasangan yang melakukan pernikahan dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian bahwa pernikahan laki-laki berstatus tersangka narkotika dengan perempuan di Aceh Timur sah secara hukum Islam. Hanya saja pelaku penyalahgunaan narkotika, pasangan, dan keluarga masing-masing pihak akan mengalami konsekuensi sosial. Kemudian pernikahan ini memiliki kemaslahatan (maslahah mursalah), meliputi upaya menjaga adat Aceh yang sesuai dengan titah Islam, menjaga keturunan dengan pernikahan sehingga tidak terikat dalam pinangan dalam waktu lama, menciptakan ketenangan jiwa masing-masing pihak. Pernikahan yang dilakukan tersangka narkotika sebagai bentuk penyesalan atas pelanggaran syariat dan hukum negara sehingga ia berkomitmen tidak menyalahgunakan narkotika setelah proses hukum.

Abstract

This study investigates a collaborative model between the government, private sector, and community in strengthening the regional digital economy ecosystem. Digital transformation has become a key driver for regional economic growth, yet disparities in infrastructure, digital literacy, and coordination often hinder inclusive development. The research aims to analyze the roles, challenges, and strategic interventions of each actor in fostering an adaptive and sustainable digital economy. Using a qualitative approach through literature review, this study examines publications from 2018 to 2025, including peer-reviewed journals, government reports, and institutional documents. Data were analyzed using content analysis with thematic coding to identify patterns of cross-sector collaboration, best practices, and policy implications. Findings reveal that effective synergy among government, private sector, and communities accelerates digital adoption, expands market access, and enhances job creation. Key challenges include low digital literacy, unequal infrastructure, and limited alignment of objectives across actors. Strategic recommendations emphasize establishing structured partnership mechanisms, locally tailored digital literacy programs, and shared-value collaboration initiatives. The study contributes to policy and academic discourse by providing a conceptual framework for triple-helix collaboration in regional digital economic development. These insights are valuable for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers aiming to design inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable digital ecosystems at the regional level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep pembentukan karakter, khususnya tanggung jawab dan kedisiplinan, dalam kerangka tafsir tarbawi oleh tiga mufassir kontemporer: Quraish Shihab, Wahbah az-Zuhaili, dan Sayyid Tantawi, serta menganalisis relevansinya terhadap pendidikan Islam masa kini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an ditafsirkan secara pedagogis oleh para mufassir tersebut dan bagaimana interpretasi tersebut dapat menjadi landasan konseptual bagi penguatan pendidikan karakter di era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, analisis isi, dan analisis komparatif. Data primer diperoleh dari karya tafsir ketiga mufassir, didukung sumber sekunder terkait pendidikan Islam dan pembentukan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga mufassir menekankan tanggung jawab sebagai kewajiban moral terhadap diri, masyarakat, dan Allah, sedangkan kedisiplinan diposisikan sebagai nilai fundamental yang membentuk konsistensi dalam akidah, ibadah, dan perilaku sosial. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan penekanan dan gaya penyajian, interpretasi mereka bersepakat bahwa tanggung jawab dan kedisiplinan merupakan inti dari pendidikan berbasis Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tafsir tarbawi menyediakan landasan normatif yang kuat bagi pengembangan model pendidikan karakter Islam yang berakar pada spiritualitas sekaligus relevan dengan tantangan pendidikan kontemporer.

Abstract

Physical fitness is an essential and fundamental indicator of quality of life in supporting student learning achievement (Kuncoro Darumoyo et al., 2025). This quantitative descriptive study aims to examine the physical fitness levels of 50 students in grades 4, 5, and 6 at UPTD SD Negeri 16 Juli, Juli District, Bireuen Regency, using the Nusantara Student Fitness Test (TKPN) instrument. TKPN, launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2022, is designed to measure students' physical ability to carry out daily activities without experiencing excessive fatigue (Sutoro et al., 2024; Rusdiana et al., 2022). Data analysis results show that the majority of students have a nutritional status in the Good Nutrition category, but their overall physical fitness level is in the Fair category, similar to the findings in students at SDN 1 Rejomulyo (Fajaryanto et al., 2022). The Cardiovascular Endurance Component (PACER), which has a weight of 85%, is the main limiting factor (Oktavia Dewi et al., 2024). It is concluded that a structured and systematic physical activity improvement program is needed in schools to optimize student fitness (Sutoro et al., 2024; Kuncoro Darumoyo et al., 2025).

Abstract

Hypertension is the “Silent Killer” and a chronic diseases affecting not only the elderly but also adolescents. High blood pressure in adolescents is influenced by numerous factors, including age, height, gender, obesity, genetic predisposition, physical inactivity, smoking, and alcohol consumption. Hypertension control is a crucial aspect of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) prevention and control. This community service initiative aims to train the “Remaja Gampong Peduli Hypertensi” as part of community empowerment effort within the Hypertension Prevention and Control Program in Karang Anyar Village, Langsa Baro Subdistrict, Langsa City. The implemented methods included team formation, adolescent health screening, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The target audience comprises 20 adolescents aged 15–18 years. The implementation stages began with the formation on the RGPH team, followed bya pretest, education and training on the 6 Healthy Lifestyle Practices which form part of comprehensive hypertension management, and mentoring for the hypertension control program. The results showed a significant increase in respondent’s knowledge before and after education about adolescent hypertension and its prevention. During the pretest, only 25% of adolescents had good knowledge category, which increased to 85% after the educational sessions. Furthermore, 20% of adolescents had blood pressure >130/90mmHg, Body Mass Index data revealed that 30% of adolescents were obese, while 10% were categorized as overweight.

Abstract

This experimental study aimed to analyze the science process skills and cognitive abilities of students taught through inquiry and hands-on learning. The independent variables were guided inquiry and hands-on learning, while the dependent variables were students' science process skills and cognitive abilities. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average KPS score in the guided inquiry group was 19.96 with a standard deviation of 2.01, while the direct learning group was 15.41 with a standard deviation of 4.04. For cognitive abilities, the average score in the guided inquiry group was 18.56 with a standard deviation of 4.18, while the direct learning group was 14.74 with a standard deviation of 3.40. These results indicate a difference in learning outcomes between the two groups, which can be used as a basis for further analysis. Based on the t-test results, there was a significant difference in cognitive abilities between the experimental and control classes (p = 0.001, where p < α = 0.05). Similarly, the difference in science process skills (SPS) was also significant (p = 0.000). These results indicate that guided inquiry learning plays a significant role in improving science process skills and provides a positive contribution to students' cognitive abilities compared to direct learning.

Abstract

The background of this research stems from the tension that arises between the formal legitimacy of the presidential threshold and its impact on substantive representation of the people. This research examines the presidential threshold in Indonesia's 2024 simultaneous general elections with the main objectives: (a) to analyse its constitutional basis explicitly and (b) to evaluate its impact on political representation and democratic inclusiveness. The method employed is a normative juridical approach, which involves analysing primary legal materials, including the 1945 Constitution, particularly Article 6A, Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, and related decisions of the Constitutional Court. The research findings reveal a crucial dilemma: first, although the threshold has a legitimate legal basis and is a valid legislative policy, its legitimacy is formalistic in nature. Second, its implementation substantially reduces political representation; the 2019 Election data show that parties representing 34.2% of the popular vote cannot participate in the presidential contest, resulting in forced joining coalitions that are often at odds with the aspirations of their constituents. This situation erodes popular sovereignty and contradicts the Pancasila value of social justice, exposing a fundamental tension between the legal form and substance of democracy. The originality of this research lies in its systematic presentation of this representation gap and its normative contribution, proposing a new threshold model of 10–15% to balance political stability with democratic inclusiveness. The implications are practical for policymakers and the General Elections Commission (KPU), as well as theoretical for the global discourse on electoral system design in developing democracies. A limitation of this research is its normative nature, necessitating further empirical studies on voter behaviour and the impact of digital campaigns.

Abstract

This research discusses the existence of the Arabic language during the Abbasid Era, known as the golden period of development of Arabic language and literature, marked by unprecedented intellectual, institutional and cultural progress. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of the development of Arabic language and literature in the Abbasid era by highlighting the factors that encouraged this progress—such as large-scale translations, cultural interactions across civilizations, scientific patronage, and the maturation of literary criticism—and examining their implications for the development of contemporary Arabic language and literature. This study shows that the Abbasid period formed a solid foundation for linguistic traditions through the codification of grammar, enrichment of vocabulary, and the influence of rationalist thought which encouraged literary creativity. In contemporary times, this legacy is reflected in the renewal (tajdīd) of modern Arabic literature, the formation of new critical theories, and the revitalization of the Arabic language through standardization movements and the development of terms. The results of this study confirm that the historical continuity between the Abbasid period and the modern era plays an important role in maintaining the relevance of Arabic language and literature as a medium for intellectual expression, aesthetics and cultural identity in the current global context. Penelitian ini membahas eksistensi bahasa Arab pada Masa Bani Abbasiyah dikenal sebagai periode keemasan perkembangan bahasa dan sastra Arab, ditandai oleh kemajuan intelektual, institusional, dan kultural yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika perkembangan bahasa dan sastra Arab pada era Abbasiyah dengan menyoroti faktor-faktor yang mendorong kemajuan tersebut—seperti penerjemahan besar-besaran, interaksi budaya lintas peradaban, patronase ilmiah, dan pematangan kritik sastra—serta menelaah implikasinya terhadap perkembangan bahasa dan sastra Arab kontemporer. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa periode Abbasiyah membentuk fondasi kokoh bagi tradisi kebahasaan melalui kodifikasi gramatika, pengayaan kosakata, serta pengaruh pemikiran rasionalis yang mendorong kreativitas sastra. Di masa kontemporer, warisan tersebut tercermin dalam pembaruan (tajdīd) sastra Arab modern, pembentukan teori kritik baru, serta revitalisasi bahasa Arab melalui gerakan standardisasi dan pengembangan istilah. Hasil kajian ini menegaskan bahwa kesinambungan historis antara periode Abbasiyah dan era modern berperan penting dalam mempertahankan relevansi bahasa dan sastra Arab sebagai medium ekspresi intelektual, estetika, dan identitas budaya dalam konteks global saat ini.

Abstract

This paper investigates the critical role of Physical Education (PE) teachers in monitoring and supporting the physical growth of elementary school students, a crucial period for development. The study focuses on evaluating the current physical growth status (nutritional status) of students and analyzing the specific practices, challenges, and perceived roles of PE teachers in this domain.This study employed a mixed-methods approach (explanatory sequential design), conducted at SDN 11 Bireuen. Quantitative data involved anthropometric measurements (height-for-age and BMI-for-age) from 150 students in grades 4-6. Qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with 3 PE teachers and classroom observations.Quantitative data were descriptively analyzed using WHO AnthroPlus to generate Z-scores for nutritional status. The qualitative interview data were analyzed using thematic analysis with open coding.The results indicate a double burden of malnutrition: 18% of students were identified as 'thin' (kurus) and 12% as 'overweight' (gemuk). The qualitative findings identified three main roles for PE teachers: (1) Motivator and Educator, (2) Limited Facilitator (due to resource constraints), and (3) Untapped Collaborator (minimal coordination with health services/parents). Teachers perceive their primary role as skill development rather than health monitoring. Based on the findings, a significant gap exists between the potential and actual role of PE teachers in growth monitoring at SDN 11 Bireuen. A systematic, school-based framework is required to integrate anthropometric evaluation into routine PE activities, supported by adequate resources and inter-stakeholder collaboration.
